The mirror looks great. Just what we were looking for. The only problem is that there was a very small chip on the corner of the frame, but it’s really nothing that can’t be touched up with a dab of gold paint.

Das Produkt ist eigentlich gut und wertig, bei der Verpackung haat man allerdings das Gefühl, dass hier auf "Gürtel und Hosenträger" gesetzt wurde. Nichts gegen eine gute Verpackung, hier wurden jedoch Schutzpappen für die Aufhänger und die Ecken mit Krampen befestigt. Ich musste meinen Mann bitten, insgesamt etwa 30 - 40 Krampen mit enormem Kraftaufwand aus dem Holz an der Rückseite zu ziehen. Das hat etwa 15 Minuten gedauert. Der Spiegel selbst ist durchaus hochwertig und attraktiv. Es sind Hänger für die Hoch- und Queraufhängung vorhanden. Diese sind jedoch nicht immer im gleichen Abstand zu den Kanten angebraucht (bei mir etwa 9 mm Unterschied zwischen dem rechten und linken Aufhänger). Damit ist Kopfrechnen angesagt, um den Spiegel waagerecht aufzuhängen.

The product is actually good and of high quality, but the packaging gives the impression that they went for "belts and braces". Nothing against good packaging, but here protective cardboard for the hangers and the corners were attached with staples. I had to ask my husband to pull a total of around 30 - 40 staples out of the wood on the back with enormous effort. That took around 15 minutes. The mirror itself is of high quality and attractive. There are hangers for hanging it vertically and horizontally. However, these are not always attached at the same distance from the edges (in my case there was a difference of around 9 mm between the right and left hangers). So you have to do some mental arithmetic to hang the mirror horizontally.

So he ended up using rope to thread through the rings and hang on 2 screws. Other than that it does look nice and finished off the look nicely in our newly decorated hallway. Got a email from the company to make sure all was OK which was very nice.

La verdad es que ya empezando por el embalaje todo ha resultado mejor de lo esperado, el marco se ve robusto y bien acabado, pesa un poco lo cual ya me hace pensar que es de cierta calidad, además incorpora unos soportes ya fijados al espejo para colgarlo tanto en vertical como horizontal.

First of all, the package arrives in impressive packaging since there are, in total, no less than three boxes carefully nested inside each other which enclose the mirror. The latter is kept perfectly flat by insulating plates, protected all along its edges and ultimately wrapped in bubble wrap. Unless you drop the package from its full height at least (and then again!), it's impossible to receive a mirror with seven years of misfortune. As for the object, it is designer, made with care, perfectly identical to the photograph and has a nice effect. A fixing system allows it to be hung vertically or horizontally depending on your needs. Frankly, unbeatable value for money if you are looking for a mirror that is sufficiently baroque and sober at the same time! And delivered in less than 3 days to boot. Well done Casa Chic!

I bought the gold framed mirror after reading other favourable reviews, but was somewhat anxious about buying without actually seeing the real thing. I need not have worried - the mirror is perfect and just what I wanted. It is a muted dark gold colour, understated and very elegant, and no hint of any 'brassy' gold. The quality is excellent and it looks much more expensive than it is. The mirror arrived promptly and safely and was very securely packaged. If you are looking for a mirror I would say don't hesitate - buy one of these and you won't be disappointed.

Embalaje y transporte excelente. Cuando ha sido enviado el vendedor contacto conmigo via Gmail para decirme que si tuviera el mas minimo problema que contactara con el. Atención al cliente excelente. Por último el espejo es precioso,viene muy ornamentado con dibujo en relieve,el cristal tiene un bisel que le da un toque muy chulo,pesa un poco y se ve que es de calidad. Por la parte de atras viene con 4 enganches,2 son para colgarlo en vertical y otros dos por si quieres ponerlo en orizontal,también se puede poner encima del mueble sin hacer agujeros, simplemente apollado. Un cadre original et plutôt pas mal ! La finition des détails en creux n'est pas au top, mais nous ne sommes pas dans une gamme de prix de haut de gamme. Emballage bien réalisé, qui a résisté aux chocs du transport, donc bravo.
