Das Produkt ist einwandfrei und funktioniert hervorragend. Der Versand mit GLS war eine Frechheit. Es wurde noch nichtmal versucht das Paket zuzustellen, keine Nachricht, keine Email, zu welcher Packstation die Bestellung gebracht wurde. Es glich einer Schnitzeljagd.

Auch wenn es nur 4 Sterne für den Geräuschpegel gibt, ist das Produkt super. Das Set aus Vakuumierer und Sous Vide Stick ist praktisch und preiswert. Portionieren und wegfrieren. Das zähste Stück Fleisch wird butterweich über Nacht gegart mit meinen neuen Lieblingsküchenhelfer.

Als Einsteiger in sous-vide kochen kann ich das Set nur empfehlen. Der vakuumierer ist top, von technische Daten hab ich keine Ahnung, aber es zieht die komplette Luft raus, was unheimlich viel Platz spart, ich habe Bohnen vakuumiert und nach eine Woche im Kühlschrank , war der Beutel noch wie nach dem vakuumieren also kein eindringen von Luft und Bohnen sahen frisch aus wie nach dem kauf. Der heiz stab ist etwas laut, aber für mich noch ok. Das Set kommt mit eine für leien verständliche step bei step Anleitung.

As a beginner in sous-vide cooking, I can only recommend the set. The vacuum sealer is great, I have no idea of the technical data, but it pulls all the air out, which saves an awful lot of space, I vacuumed beans and after a week in the fridge, the bag was still like it was after vacuuming, so no penetration of Air and beans looked fresh like after purchase. The heating rod is a bit noisy, but still ok for me. The set comes with easy-to-understand step-by-step instructions.

Welcher Koch kennt nicht den Ärger, dass die Steaks wieder zu hart oder sehnig sind. Aber der Aufwand lohnt sichFleisch oder Fisch marinieren, in den Beutel einschweißen und den Sous-vide Stick in einen genügend hohen Topf mit warmen Wasser einsetzen. Zieltemperatur einstellen und nach dem Piepsen bei erreichter Zieltemperatur den Beutel in das Wasser legen und die Zeit einstellen. In der nun folgenden Zeit kann man sich mit den Beilagen beschäftigen. Nach Ablauf der Garzeit wird das Gargut aus dem Beutel bgenommen und in heißem Öl noch gebräunt: Lecker! Zart, saftig und keine Flexen. Nicht für Alles und nicht für jeden Tag, aber wenn man mal etwas aufwendiger lecker kochen will: Es lohnt sich!
