Habe noch einen zweiten Kasten eines anderen Herstellers gekauft. Der Hatt eine zusätzliche Schiene an der Öffnung, die diese noch kleiner macht und so vor Feinden und Zugluft schützt. Leider ist das Hochladen von Fotos zu den Rezensionen immer noch nicht möglich, sonst hätte ich ein Foto eines Side-by-side Vergleichs mit reinstellen können. Die Schraube für die Befestigung oben, macht zudem einen recht dünnen Eindruck und muss in jedem Fall noch einmal festgezogen werden, bevor der Kasten montiert wird.

Pour ma part elles nichaient derrière mes volets marrons orientés au sud, et depuis je suis passé aux volets roulant, donc j'ai mis à la place cette petit boite, et ça a marché, une est venue s'y nicher. cette maison reste un bon produit à condition que son tarif reste aux environs de 20€

Der Fledermauskasten wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Und natürlich hätte ich mir die Maße in der Beschreibung anschauen können - er kam mir nämlich recht klein vor. Aber, OK - wenn sich die ein oder andere Fledermaus/-mäuse darin einfinden, soll es mir Recht sein. Ansonsten - der Fledermauskasten ist in der Tat nicht geschraubt sondern (nur) geklammert. Er sieht ganz passabel aus, besonders das Dach hatte es mir angetan. Und - für diesen Preis ist er längst zufriedenstellend. Er wird "wetterfest" sein, weil er unter einem Balkon angebracht werden wird. Zu "Wärmeleistung" und "Durchsichtigkeit" (in der Bewertung abgefragt) kann ich nichts berichten. Vielleicht melde ich mich ja nochmal mit einem Foto des ersten Gastes ;-)

The bat box was delivered very quickly. And of course I could have looked at the dimensions in the description - it seemed quite small to me. But, OK - if one or two bats/mice find their way into it, that's fine with me. Otherwise - the bat box is in fact not screwed but (only) clamped. It looks quite decent, I particularly liked the roof. And - for this price, it is more than satisfactory. It will be "weatherproof" because it will be installed under a balcony. I can't say anything about "heat output" and "transparency" (as asked in the review). Maybe I'll get back to you with a photo of the first guest ;-)

Je suis très contente de ce nichoir car cela fait longtemps que je voulais proposer un abri aux chauve-souris. En effet, elles apprécient les endroits abrités sous les toits des terrasses par exemple et elles chassent les insectes (notamment les moustiques qui nous gâchent la vie). De plus, j’apprécie leur ballet au crépuscule, c’est un animal qui ne mérite pas sa mauvaise réputation! En tout cas, je n’aurais pas pu leur fabriquer moi même un abri, connaissant mal leur façon de nicher. Le nichoir est facile à installer grâce à un crochet à l’arrière et j’attends désormais qu’une famille s’y installe...

Cela fait des années que j’ai quelques pipistrelles mâles qui viennent loger dans les fentes entre les pierres de la maison pendant cette période. Avec ce nichoir, je vais leur offrir un meilleur habitat que celui qu’ils ont actuellement. Ce nichoir a une petite entrée et leur conviendra car les pipistrelles sont les plus petites chauves-souris d’Europe. Je ne l’installerai qu’au début de printemps pour lui éviter de passer un hiver dehors pour rien et j’espère revenir sur ce commentaire avec des photos de mes pipistrelles sortant de leur nichoir. Ce nichoir est en bois naturel et non traité ce qui va grandement favoriser son peuplement. Mais la grosse erreur est que l’assemblage est à la colle. Je vais mettre des vis pour renforcer la structure et remplacer le point d’accroche actuel par un plus costaud. La planche d’appuie est bien striée jusqu’au bout afin que les chauves-souris puissent monter, descendre et se déplacer dans leur nichoir. Et n’oublier pas de récupérer les excréments qui font un puissant engrais qu’il faudra prendre soin de bien diluer pour ne pas venir brûler vos plantes.

Cela faisait longtemps que nous pensions à acheter un nichoir à chauve-souris car nous avons un jardin écologique (zéro pesticide, cabane à hérissons, bassin à poissons, zones non tondues, etc.). Installé sud-est à plus de 2 mètres de hauteur comme préconisé sur plusieurs sites (car aucune notice fournie), cet hôtel est super joli et original. Il est bien fini et déjà monté. On espère qu'au printemps, il accueillera des hôtes (ce n'est pas la bonne période pour installer ce nichoir, mais c'est pas grave, ce sera fait pour le printemps). En tout cas, c'est un bel objet qui respecte, semble-t-il, les caractéristiques particulières d'une telle habitation (toujours d'après les sites que j'ai consultés) : largeur d'ouverture, planche striée, etc. Si nous avons la chance d'avoir quelqu'un qui vienne habiter cet hôtel, je ne manquerai pas de revenir mettre des photos ... : )

We have been thinking about buying a bat nest box for a long time because we have an ecological garden (zero pesticides, hedgehog house, fish pond, unmown areas, etc.). Located in the south-east at more than 2 meters in height as recommended on several sites (because no instructions provided), this hotel is super pretty and original. J'ai pu tester ce produit dans le cadre du club des testeurs Amazon en contrepartie d'un avis honnête. Il y a quelque chose souris dans mon jardin que j'aimerais bien pouvoir sédentariser afin de lutter contre les moustiques par exemple. Ce petit nichoir à chauve-souris sur le donc tout à fait adaptée. il est relativement compact mais adapté à ce type de petite bestiole. Le bois est de très bonne qualité, il est relativement léger et il va pouvoir s'installer très facilement à l'extérieur mais toujours en le maintenant à l'abri dans une zone relativement sombre. A l'heure actuelle aucune chauves-souris n'est venu y faire son lit mais je ne désespère pas. En tout cas il a un très jolie visuel, la qualité est tout à fait satisfaisante, et attendant, c'est un très bel objet de déco pour un jardin. Il mérite donc les 5 étoiles sans problème.

Cela fait des années que nous avons une chauve souris qui vient en journée, s'installer derrière un de nos volets à l'étage. A la tombée de la nuit on la voit voler autour du jardin et de la maison. En été, lorsqu'il fait encore un peu jour et qu'elle part en chasse, on passe un petit coup de jet d'eau pour ôter les taches d'urine et crottes sous le volet. Cette année, la colonie de chauve souris s'étant agrandit, on en a compté jusqu'à 5 repartis de part et d'autres des 2 volets, je regardé des tutos pour faire un nichoir...ma difficulté était les rainures pour qu'elles puissent s'agripper pour rentrer à l'intérieur. J'ai donc abandonné. Donc, ce produit m'a plus que grandement intéressé. Je verrais moins les chauves souris visuellement mais j'espère qu'elles apprécieront cette petite attention. Je suis enchantée de pouvoir tester ce nichoir.

For years we have had a bat that comes during the day to settle behind one of our shutters upstairs. At nightfall we see her flying around the garden and the house. In summer, when there is still a little daylight and she goes hunting, we run a little jet of water to remove the urine and droppings stains under the shutter. Joli nichoir a chauve-souris en bois naturel (pin) , bien fini et solide (aucun clous ni échardes). J hésite a lui mettre une couche d huile pour le protéger mais je pense que je vais attendre un an ou deux , histoire de profiter de l aspect du bois neuf. Les petits reproches que j aurai a faire c est qu il n y ai pas une partie démontable (vissée) pour pouvoir le nettoyer , et que le toit ne soit pas protégé (par une couche de bitume par exemple,comme sur les nichoirs a insectes de la même marque). Ne reste plus qu a chercher le meilleur endroit pour le fixer avant le printemps , et voir si une des chauve-souris du quartier se l approprie. J attend ce moment avec impatience.

Pretty bat nest box in natural wood (pine), well finished and solid (no nails or splinters). I hesitate to put a coat of oil on it to protect it but I think I will wait a year or two, just to enjoy the appearance of new wood. The small complaints I have are that there is not a removable (screwed) part to be able to clean it, and that the roof is not protected (by a layer of bitumen for example, like on the insect nest boxes of the same brand). All that remains is to find the best place to install it before spring, and see if one of the neighborhood bats takes it over. I look forward to this moment.

Très bien construite ce nichoir à chauve-souris est facile à installer avec son accroche en métal qu'il suffit de fixer par vis. Là où ça se complique c'est qu'il faut trouver un endroit propice à la venue des chauve-souris. Rien ne garantie le succès c'est au bon vouloir des animaux. Le bois de construction est naturel sans traitement et l'agencement spécialement fait pour que les chauve-souris s'y accrochent. D'après les textes sur le sujet si dans les deux ans il n'y à aucune chauve-souris c'est que le positionnement n'est pas le bon et qu'il faut en trouver un autre, on verra donc bien si ça marche.

Un crochet est situé à l’arrière pour pouvoir l'accrocher où bon vous semble. Il a une ouverture très étroite afin que nos petits amis puissent s’y faufiler. Une pièce en fer représentant une chauve-souris est collée sur le devant. La partie inférieure est striée pour que l’animal puisse s’y accrocher. Cet abri est parfait pour aider ces petits animaux.

Guter Fledermauskasten, Design und Zweckmäßigkeit als Sommerquartier sind völlig in Ordnung. Sehr gut finde ich, dass das Häuschen verschraubt und nicht nur verleimt ist, was die Haltbarkeit stark verbessert. Das Holz ist unbehandelt und nicht besonders glatt, daher zum Befestigen besser Handschuhe tragen. Wichtig ist, dass nicht nur ein Fledermauskasten angebracht wird, sondern mehrere. Zum einen leben die meisten Fledermausarten in Gruppen mit weiteren Artgenossen, zum anderen sollten die Kästen in verschiedenen Himmelsrichtungen angebracht werden. Wenn es im Sommer zu heiß wird, weil die Sonne direkt auf den Fledermauskasten scheint, wechseln die Tiere gern den Unterschlupf.

Leider kann ich noch nichts darüber sagen, ob es seinen zweck erfüllt, noch ist keine Fledermaus eingezogen, dafür kann der Verkäufer aber nichts. Der Fledermauskasten ist aber weiter zu empfehlen, stabil und recht leicht zu befestigen.

Die Kästen sind sehr schick, wir haben 4 bestellt, an zwein waren leider Beschädigungen. schnell und unkompliziert wurden diese ersetzt! ansonsten sind die Kästen zufriedenstellend. Hoffentlich werden sie angenommen.

Die Firma Skojig kannte ich bereits durch unser Eichhörnchen-Futterhaus. Da im letzten Jahr in der Dämmerung immer wieder kleine Fledermäuse auf Futtersuche von der naheliegender Trasse über unseren Garten flogen, kam die Idee auf ein Fledermaushotel aufzustellen. Die Verarbeitung aus unbehandeltem (laut Herstellerangaben) Pinienholz ist in meinen Augen gelungen, auch wenn es vorkommt das kleine Holzsplitter abstehen, dann muss man mit Schmirgelpapier etwas nacharbeiten. Das Holz ist unbehandelt, was den Tieren aber nur zu Gute kommt. Im Vergleich zu unserem Eichhörnchen-Futterhaus konnte ich vom Holz jedoch keinen wirklichen Unterschied erkennen und dieses ist aus Kiefernholz. Dies nur einmal angemerkt. Vom Design her gefällt es mir das Fledermaushotel ausgesprochen gut und wird noch mit einer Fledermaus Applikation auf der Vorderseite aufgewertet. Abgesehen von der Unterseite, die einen offenen Bereich zum hineinklettern besitzt, ist das Hotel komplett zu und vor Licht geschützt. An der Unterseite befindet sich noch eine Verlängerung mit kleinen Einkärbungen, die es der Fledemaus beim Einstieg erleichtern soll. Durch die schon vorhandenen Löcher ist es auch sehr einfach das Fledermaushotel aufzuhängen. Um die Tiere aber zu schützen, sollte man das Haus mindestens ab eine Höhe von 3 m montieren.

In terms of design, I really like the bat hotel and it is enhanced with a bat application on the front. Apart from the underside, which has an open area to climb in, the hotel is completely closed off and protected from light. On the underside there is an extension with small indentations, which should make it easier for the bat to get in. Thanks to the existing holes, it is also very easy to hang up the bat hotel. In order to protect the animals, however, the house should be installed at a height of at least 3 m.

mir nicht. Die Verarbeitung sieht nach Massenproduktion auf einfachste und schnellste Art aus. Ich bin der Meinung, dass man so ein Produkt auch ordentlicher und sorgfältiger herstellen kann. Erstmal im Sinne der Fledermäuse und auch der Käufer möchte nicht nachbessern müssen. Das Fledermaushaus ist aus unbehandeltem Holz und sehr lieblos gemacht. Das Holz ist nicht exakt geschnitten und die Frontseite hat dadurch an beiden Seiten Spalten. Dadurch sind die Tiere nicht vor Zugluft geschützt. Die Leiste hinten, die zum aufhängen dient, besteht aus zwei Teilen, die auch nicht exakt aneinander sitzen. Warum aus zwei Teilen? Es sieht so aus als wurden hier Reste verwendet. Außerdem fehlte bereits eine Schraube. Diese lag im Karton und ließ sich auch nicht mehr einschrauben. Zu kurze Schraube oder zu groß vorgebohrt. Ich musste eine andere Schraube verwenden. Leider ist auch keine Information beigelegt über die Bedürfnisse der Tiere und den richtigen Ort für das Haus. Wenigstens auf der Produktseite ist eine Beschreibung. Zum Verschenken eignet sich das Haus nicht. Dazu müsste die Produktkontrolle besser sein. Fazit: Da dieses Haus draußen aufgehängt wird und der Fledermaus entsprechen soll, muss man eine unsaubere Verarbeitung erstmal selbst korrigieren, falls dies möglich ist. Ich kann dieses Haus leider nicht empfehlen, denn zumindest mein Haus ist nicht sorgfältig verarbeitet und kann nicht direkt aufgehängt werden. Deshalb muss ich zwei Sterne abziehen.

•Lieferung und Verpackung Der Fledermauskasten aus Holz wurde mir zügig in einem Pappkarton geliefert. Zusätzlich war das Paket in einem neutralen Amazon Karton verpackt. Im Lieferumfang enthalten ist eine kleine Aufbauanleitung, welche jedoch komplett sinnlos ist, da das Produkt schon in komplett zusammengeschraubtem Zustand geliefert wird. Zudem steht auf der Anleitung etwas von “Bambus”-teilen die angebracht werden müssen. Der Kasten, samt Aufhängevorrichtung, ist aber aus unbehandeltem Holz, nicht aus Bambus. Ich finde das schon etwas unprofessionell und frage mich, wie so etwas möglich ist?! Es wäre in diesem Fall cleverer, den Kasten einfach ohne Anleitung zu versenden. •Verarbeitung Das Fledermaushaus ist ganz ordentlich verarbeitet. Da es sich hier um einen Unterschlupf für Wildtiere handelt, der dafür gedacht ist, draußen in der Natur aufgehängt zu werden, werde ich hier nicht unnötigerweise auf jede kleine Imperfektion oder Unebenheit eingehen, sondern vor allem die Stabilität und Funktionalität des Produktes bewerten. Das Fledermaushäuschen macht einen soliden Eindruck: Klebestellen und Schrauben sehen vertrauenswürdig aus, und ich mache mir keine Sorgen darüber dass das gute Stück samt seiner niedlichen zukünftigen Bewohner grundlos zu Boden krachen könnte. Die aufgeklebte Fledermaus-Silhouette auf der Vorderseite ist ein nettes Detail, erfreut aber eher uns Menschen, als die geladenen Gäste dieses Airbnbs. Die horizontalen Einkerbungen vor dem Einstiegsschacht sollen den Tierchen den Eintritt in ihr trautes Heim erleichtern. Ich bin kein Fledermaus-Experte finde das aber einleuchtend und hoffe dass es tatsächlich hilfreich ist. Da man den Kasten idealerweise auf einer gewissen Höhe (4-6 Meter) anbringen sollte, und auch noch einige andere Dinge beachten sollte (freie Anflug-Bahn, nicht erreichbar für Katzen und Marder) muss man sich schon überlegen, ob man den richtigen Platz dafür zur Verfügung hat. Wir haben einige Fledermäuse im Garten, welche wir in lauen Sommernächten gerne beobachten. Jetzt hoffen wir natürlich, dass unsere fleißigen kleinen Freunde, die uns netterweise überflüssige Insekten vom Hals halten, ihr neues Heim hinten im Garten annehmen werden. Fazit: gutes Produkt, mittelmäßige Vermarktung durch unsinnige Produktinformationen. Das ist kein Beinbruch, lässt aber auf eine gewisse laissez-faire-Attitüde seitens des Herstellers schließen. Fledermäuse sind die "heimlichen" und stillen Helden der Nacht. Durch meine Wildkamera kann ich sie des Öfteren beobachten, bzw. vernehme sie im Augenwinkel am Vorbeigleiten. Sie sind nicht nur absolut geräuschlos, sondern auch überaus nützlich, was das Vertilgen von Insekten angeht. So möchte ich den Fledermäusen ein wenig Hilfe und Unterstützung durch ein neues Heim anbieten. Leider fehlten zu dem Produkt ein paar Hintergrundinfos, welche ich mir erst einmal ergoogeln musste. So sollte das Feldermaushaus in einer Höhe von 3 bis 5 Metern angebracht werden und über eine ungehinderte Einflugschneise verfügen. Des weiteren sollte man nicht nur ein Häuschen aufhängen, da die Fledermäuse ihre Behausung öfter wechseln wollen, bzw. sollte das neue Haus in der Nähe der alten Unterkunft angebracht sein. Den idealen Platz habe ich an einer alten Fichte gefunden und hoffe nun, dass das Häuschen von den Fledermäusen angenommen wird. Am Ehesten werde ich das wohl sehen, wenn ich ihre Hinterlassenschaften unter dem Kasten am Baumstamm finde. Der Fledermauskasten wurde aus unbehandelten Holz sauber verarbeitet und zusammengesetzt. Die Verarbeitung und die Robustheit sind schon einmal gut! Wie lange das Holz der Witterung standhält, wird die Zeit zeigen. Das Holz muss auch unbehandelt bleiben, da eine Schutzlackierung etc. nicht gut für unsere geflügelten Freunde ist und sie sicherlich auch daran hindern, dass Häuschen zu beziehen. Ich denke, dass die Feldermäuse eine viel bessere Nase haben, als wir Menschen und auf solche Gerüche (Lacke etc.) extrem empfindlich reagieren. ---- Fazit ---- Der Fledermauskasten ist hübsch anzusehen, wurde einwandfrei verarbeitet und wird hoffentlich Regen und Sturm trotzen. Ob die Fledermäuse es überhaupt akzeptieren, wird sich zeigen. Die Grundlagen sind gelegt und nun heißt es abwarten :-)

Der Versand erfolgt äußerst zügig und bereits am nächsten Tag kam der Fledermauskasten gut verpackt an. Optisch sieht der Kasten schön naturbelassen aus. Der komplette Kasten besteht aus Pinienholz und wurde mit keinerlei bedenklichen oder schädlichen Materialien behandelt. Das Fledermaus-Emblem sieht wirklich süß aus und passt natürlich einwandfrei zu diesem schicken Fledermaus-Zuhause. Im großen und ganzen ist dieser Kasten keine handwerkliche Meisterleistung aber recht gut verarbeitet. Es gibt ein paar Stellen, an denen es größere Spalte gibt und eine untere Kante war ebenfalls schon beschädigt. Für die Montage des Kasten sind bereits passende Bohrungen vorhanden. Bei uns wird der Kasten an der Hauswand direkt unter dem Dach montiert. Dort ist er geschützt vor Regen, bekommt aber am Morgen noch Sonne ab, so wie es Fledermäuse lieben. Ebenfalls werden wir ein extra Lockmittel für Fledermäuse verwenden, damit diese schnell auf die mögliche, neue Heimat aufmerksam werden. Wir sind bereits jetzt schon gespannt wann die ersten Einwohner zu sehen sind. Bevor die komplette Montage erfolgt modifizieren wir noch etwas diesen Fledermauskasten. Zum einen wird unterhalb eine entnehmbares Blech zum Kot abfangen montiert, zum anderen wird im oberen Bereich eine Kamera eingebaut, mit der die Fledermäuse im Innenraum beobachtet werden können. (Bilder trage ich nachträglich hier ein). Der Kauf eines solchen Fledermauskastens ist eine gute Sache und hilft gerade in Wohngebieten massiv gegen das Artensterben von Fledermäusen, deren Lebensräume immer mehr verschwinden. Dieses Produkt ist ein tolles Beispiel wie man dennoch etwas für die Wildtiere tun kann. Solch ein Kasten nimmt nicht viel Platz weg, auch wenn er als "Großer" Fledermauskasten ausgeschrieben ist, ist er dennoch nicht riesig! Eine tolle Sache, für die es sich lohnt Geld auszugeben. Ich habe bei meiner Bewertung lediglich einen Stern für die Verarbeitung abgezogen, ansonsten erhält dieses Produkt eine klare Kaufempfehlung von mir!

Shipping was extremely quick and the bat box arrived well packaged the very next day. Visually, the box looks beautifully natural. The entire box is made of pine wood and has not been treated with any questionable or harmful materials. The bat emblem looks really cute and of course fits perfectly with this chic bat home. All in all, this box is not a masterpiece of craftsmanship, but it is quite well made. There are a few spots where there are major gaps and a bottom edge was already damaged. Suitable bores are already available for mounting the box. With us, the box is mounted on the wall of the house directly under the roof. There it is protected from the rain, but still gets the sun in the morning, just like bats love it. We will also use an extra attractant for bats so that they quickly become aware of the potential new home. We are already curious when the first residents can be seen. Before the complete assembly takes place, we modify this bat box a bit. On the one hand, a removable plate is installed underneath to catch droppings, on the other hand, a camera is installed in the upper area with which the bats can be observed in the interior. (I'll post pictures here later). The purchase of such a bat box is a good thing and helps massively against the extinction of bat species, especially in residential areas, whose habitats are disappearing more and more. This product is a great example of how you can still do something for wildlife. Such a box doesn't take up much space, even though it's advertised as a "Big" bat box, it's still not huge!
