Comprei um destes fornos em Julho/2024. O equipamento chegou em perfeito estado, robusto, entregou muito mais do que eu esperava. Funciona perfeitamente. Tive um problema com os Botões e a tinta dos indicadores. Pode ter sido mesmo uma coisa isolada. Poderia ter resultado em um problema, mas, a equipe da empresa prestou um atendimento impressionante. I bought one of these ovens in July/2024. The equipment arrived in perfect condition, robust, and delivered much more than I expected. It works perfectly. I had a problem with the buttons and the paint on the indicators. It may have been an isolated issue. It could have resulted in a single problem, but the company's team provided impressive service. Fast, friendly, and very attentive. The company demonstrated at all times that they were interested in resolving my problem quickly and as favorably as possible. I was positively surprised. I recommend the product, and I highly recommend the seller. I would really like other companies to learn from them the correct way to treat a customer. Pretty heavy - 17kg. Was very simple to set up. A screw was loose, but the screws are meant to be removable so no problem there. Very straightforward to use. You should read the instructions though! I found that a 3/4 inch think rump steak cooked to perfect medium rare in just under 4 minutes. When the heat goes off (timer runs out) the temperature drops rapidly so get the steak turned and back in really quickly or wait for it to heat up fully again

Comprei o modelo com acabamento em inox. Aquece muito rapidamente até à temperatura de 850º, muito surpreendente. Materiais sólidos, limpeza fácil. Usei uma dúzia de vezes no espaço de 3 semanas, e ainda só com carne, sempre satisfeito. Experimentei uma vez fazer torradas mas tem de se usar os níveis mais baixos e com temperatura baixa, senão a torrada fica preta em 10seg! Notei alguma imperfeição de acabamentos nos topos das chapas de inox da construção exterior do aparelho, nomeadamente arestas vivas, não desejável, algo que se remedeia facilmente. Trás 2 bandejas de água, que parecendo uma redundância até dá jeito. Se pensa comprar para dentro de casa - esqueça. A quantidade de fumo quando a carne tem gordura vai desencorajar esse cenário (eu experimentei). Mas fica facilmente numa varanda, o calor gerado está concentrado na boca do forno, as laterais, traseira e topo estão bem isolados. Boa alternativa para quando só precisa de fazer um ou dois bifes e não quer aquecer uma área grande num grelhador convencional ou mesmo a gás. Aprovado.
I bought the model with a stainless steel finish. It heats up very quickly to a temperature of 850º, which is quite surprising. Solid materials, easy to clean. I've used it a dozen times in the space of 3 weeks, and even then only with meat, and I've always been satisfied. I tried making toast once, but you have to use the lowest levels and at a low temperature, otherwise the toast turns black in 10 seconds! I noticed some imperfections in the finish on the tops of the stainless steel plates on the outside of the appliance, namely sharp edges, which is not desirable, but which can be easily remedied. It comes with 2 water trays, which may seem redundant, but they're actually useful. If you're thinking of buying it for indoors, forget it. The amount of smoke when the meat has fat will discourage that scenario (I tried it). But it can easily be used on a balcony, the heat generated is concentrated on the oven's mouth, and the sides, back and top are well insulated. A good alternative for when you only need to make one or two steaks and don't want to heat up a large area with a conventional or even gas grill. Approved.
Ich habe schon vieles ausprobiert. Grillen mit Kohle, Gas oder Strom. Der Beefer ist etwas anderes. Richtig angewendet bekommt man sein Steak in knapp 4-5 Minuten perfekt gegrillt. Es hat außen die Röstaromen und innen bleibt das Steak butterweich. Mit Meersalz und Pfeffer nach dem grillen würzen. Perfekt. Beim Steakhaus meines Vertrauens kosten Steaks vom 800 Grad Grill mehr als 25 Euro. Der Beefer kann aber noch mehr. Bratwürstchen, Fisch, Hähnchen, usw. Man muss halt mit einem Beefer testen um die perfekte Anwendung zu finden. 1-2 Minuten unterste Stufe, dann drehen (1-2 Minuten). Danach kurz oberste Stufe (max. 20-30 Sekunden). Man sieht zudem wie das Fleisch an seiner Oberfläche reagiert. Zu reinigen ist der Klarstein auch einfach. Abkühlen lassen, Backofenspray und danach auswischen. Wer über laute Geräusche meckert sollte seine Klimaanlage im Auto auch ausschalten. Sie ist nicht lauter als die Ventilatoren beim Beefer. Die Ventilatoren kühlen das Außengehäuse perfekt ab. Es besteht keine Verbrennungsgefahr. Eindeutig Kaufempfehlung.

At the steakhouse I trust, steaks from the 800 degree grill cost more than 25 euros. But the Beefer can do even more. Sausages, fish, chicken, etc. You just have to test with a beefer to find the perfect application. 1-2 minutes lowest setting, then rotate (1-2 minutes). Then briefly top step (max. 20-30 seconds). You can also see how the meat reacts on its surface. The Klarstein is also easy to clean. Allow to cool, oven spray and then wipe off. Anyone who complains about loud noises should also switch off their air conditioning in the car. It's no louder than the fans on the Beefer. The fans cool the outer case perfectly. There is no risk of burns. Definitely a buy recommendation.
Nach 3 Monaten nahezu täglich in Gebrauch, war Aufrüsten angesagt. Ich hab mir das Original zugelegt, den E-Beefer-Pro. Beim ersten Betrieb war mir sofort klar, das der Klarstein nicht einmal Ansatzweise diese Hitze entwickelt. Das war ein so eklatanter, fast unfassbarer Unterschied!!! Trotzdem...für Einsteiger ist der Hannibal in jedem Fall in Ordnung!...gute Qualität, das Display mit der Uhr ist nützlich, er macht seinen Job, Reinigen ist etwas umständlich...aber....er liefert ordentliche Qualität. Wenn ich den direkten Vergleich nicht hätte, gäbs auch einen Stern mehr
After 3 months of almost daily use, upgrading was announced. I got the original, the E-Beefer-Pro. The first time I used it, it was immediately clear to me that the Klarstein didn't even begin to develop this heat. That was such a blatant, almost unbelievable difference!!! Nevertheless...for beginners, the Hannibal is definitely fine!...good quality, the display with the clock is useful, it does its job, cleaning is a bit cumbersome...but....it delivers decent quality . If I didn't have the direct comparison, there would be one more star
Wird sehr schnell heiß. Ich verwende das Teil für souse Vide gegartes Fleisch, das ich dann im Anschluß mit diesem Gerät nochmals knusprig Grille um Röstaromen zu erreichen.
Gets hot very quickly. I use the part for souse vide cooked meat, which I then grill again with this device until crispy to achieve roasted aromas.

Lieferzeit 3Tage früher wie vorhergesagt. Der erste Eindruck ist sehr gut. Aufheizzeit von 20-850Grad ca.200sec. Bitte sehen Sie sich das Grillrost genauer an. Die Senkung sollte nach unten sein, damit der Bratensaft in der Mitte, in der unten liegenden Fettauffang-Schale abtropfen kann. Sollte sich etwas an meine positive Bewertung ändern, werde ich das im nachhinein auch hier veröffentlichen.
Delivery time 3 days earlier than predicted. The first impression is very good. Heating time from 20-850 degrees approx. 200 seconds. Please take a closer look at the grill grate. The lowering should be downwards so that the roast juices can drip off in the middle, in the fat-collecting tray below. Er erreicht seine eingestellten Hitze schnell . Der Abstand zum Brenner läßt sich durch die Einschubhöhen gut variieren. Es bedarf trotzdem viel Erfahrung und Übung um zum guten Ergebnis zu kommen.

Mein Menne ist Feuer und Flamme ..... im wahrsten Sinne Tolles Gerät, super Design, leicht zu bedienen,Fleisch mega knusprig.Kleiner Tip am Rande: Tomahawksteak ist aber nicht so gut geeignet für den Beefer ,aber das sollte jeder für sich selber ausprobieren. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und Wärmeleistung ist super.
My Menne is on fire ..... literally Great device, super design, easy to use, meat super crispy. A little tip on the side: Tomahawk steak is not so well suited for the Beefer, but everyone should do that for themselves try it yourself. Value for money and heat output is great.
Die wichtigste Eigenschaft des Beefers ist, dass die Hitze sehr schnell erreicht wird und der Bräunungsgrad durch die flexiblen Abstände für verschiedene Sorten Fleisch und Geflügel sehr gut variiert werden kann. Für das perfekte Ergebnis benötigt man jedoch trotzdem etwas Erfahrung und ein gutes Timing. Das Gerät ist vom äußeren Eindruck her hochwertig verarbeitet, insbesondere die Grillplatte ist massiv. Die beiden Warmhalte-, bzw. Wasserschalen sind ebenfalls massiv, sollten aber erst im Beefer mit Wasser gefüllt werden. Das Reinigen ist erstaunlich leicht, da sich die beiden Gitter für den Einschub der Platte und der Schalen mit je zwei Rändelschrauben einfach lösen lassen und alles in die Spülmaschine wandern kann. Der Innenraum lässt sich dann mit etwas Spülmittel und einem Lappen schnell auswischen. Bei der Nutzung des Beefers in der Küche sollte man die Fenster groß öffnen und am Besten Durchzug herstellen, da es - je nach Einschubhöhe des Grillgutes - durchaus zu starker Rauchentwicklung kommen kann. Damit haben wir aber gerechnet. Empfehlenswert ist der Einsatz eines Ventilators während des Beefens, der dann noch eine Weile weiterläuft. Die Küche war dann nach dem Essen wieder gut gelüftet. Zu Fettspritzern um den Beefer herum kommt es nach unseren bisherigen Erfahrungen nicht. Lediglich beim Herausziehen der Grillplatte zum Wenden tropft es, also besser ein Brett unterhalten. Alles, was wir bisher im Beefer zubereitet haben, war vorher Sous Vide gegart. Das war auch der Anschaffungsgrund für den Beefer, da das Rösten nach dem Sous Vide-Garen in der Pfanne nie so wirklich das gewünschte Ergebnis gebracht hatte. Hier hat sich das Gerät wirklich voll und ganz bewährt. Probiert haben wir bisher sowohl eine schöne zartrosa Entenbrust, als auch Spareribs, T-Bone-Steaks, diverse Entrecôte und Rumpsteaks. Hinweis: Nicht erschrecken, wenn es bei einem schön durchwachsenen Steak zu Flammenbildung kommt, wenn man es auf der obersten Schiene röstet! Wir hatten zuerst etwas Bedenken, weil das Gerät aufgrund seiner Größe in der Küche natürlich schon etwas Platz wegnimmt und wir auch noch das Sous Vide-Becken stehen haben. Aber das Endergebnis ist es auf jeden Fall wert und der Beefer ist eigentlich fast jedes Wochenende in Betrieb. Nachdem das Wetter jetzt besser wurde, haben wir ihn auch mal draußen auf der Terrasse stehen gehabt, was ebenfalls problemlos funktioniert hat.

The interior can then be wiped out quickly with a little washing-up liquid and a cloth. When using the Beefer in the kitchen, the windows should be opened wide and it is best to create a draft, since - depending on the insertion height of the food to be grilled - there can be a lot of smoke. But we expected that. It is recommended to use a fan during beefing, which then continues to run for a while. The kitchen was then well ventilated again after the meal. According to our experience to date, there are no spatters of fat around the Beefer. It only drips when you pull out the grill plate to turn it over, so it's better to have a board. Everything we have prepared in the Beefer so far was previously cooked sous vide. That was also the reason for purchasing the Beefer, as roasting it in the pan after sous vide cooking never really brought the desired result. The device has really proven itself here. So far we have tried both a beautiful tender pink duck breast, as well as spare ribs, T-bone steaks, various entrecôte and rump steaks. Note: Don't be alarmed if a nicely streaky steak starts flaming when you roast it on the top rack! We had some concerns at first because the device takes up a bit of space in the kitchen due to its size and we also have the sous vide basin. But the end result is definitely worth it and the Beefer actually runs almost every weekend. Now that the weather has gotten better, we also had it outside on the terrace, which also worked without any problems.
Kleine Bereicherung für den Männergrillabend. Hat man den Dreh erst einmal raus, entstehen wunderbare Ergebnisse. Leicht zu reinigen und 2. Schale auch dabei. Einzig die Kunststoffregler, die passen nicht zur Haptik.

Macht eigentlich was er soll, nur die Zeitangaben passen nicht wirklich. Je nach Garstufe, muss man mit der doppelten Zeit rechnen. Die Verteilung der Hitze ist recht gleichmäßig.

È un prodotto molto particolare: un fornetto ad infrarossi che raggiunge gli 800 gradi che va a corrente! Sul mercato ci sono svariati modelli del genere ma tutti più costosi e soprattutto a gas. Potendolo utilizzare solo in casa, mi sono ritrovato con poche alternative, anzi unica! Il Prodotto funziona benissimo, la temperatura sale velocemente, e la maillard sulla carne è praticamente perfetta: bastano un paio di minuti per lato. Facilissimo da utilizzare, serve attenzione viste le temperature che si raggiungono e soprattutto armarsi di olio di gomito una volta utilizzato: si sporca di tutto. Manopole, piano, intento, griglie etc etc. A tal proposito Forse le manopole le avrei posizionate diversamente ed inoltre avrei inserito una sorta di piano in acciaio in quanto quando si estrae la griglietta per controllo o per girare, si versa tutto il grasso/ olio sul piano di lavoro. L’interno ovviamente si insudicia e va pulito, una volta raffreddato. Comunque geniale come prodotto, soprattutto per chi non può posizionare bbq in condominio.

The product works very well, the temperature rises quickly, and the maillard on the meat is practically perfect: a couple of minutes per side are enough. Very easy to use, you need to be careful given the temperatures that are reached and above all arm yourself with elbow grease once used: it gets dirty on everything. Knobs, top, intent, grills etc etc. In this regard, perhaps I would have positioned the knobs differently and also I would have inserted a sort of steel top because when you remove the grill to check or turn, all the fat / oil spills onto the work surface. The inside obviously gets dirty and needs to be cleaned once cooled. In any case, a brilliant product, especially for those who cannot place a bbq in a condominium.
Einziges Manko: der Grillraum könnte etwas größer sein. Zwei nicht allzu große Steaks passen zwar rein, aber mit einen T-Bone ist der Grillrost gut ausgefüllt.

Der Klarstein Hannibal ist meinen Einstieg in die wunderbare Welt des Beefens. Ich habe mich FÜR den Hannibal entschieden, weil er vergleichsweise günstig ist, weil er strombetrieben ist, und weil er auf mehreren Höhen befüllt werden kann - insbesondere letzteres war mir sehr wichtig, da die günstigsten Produkte am Markt einen fixen Abstand zum Grillrost haben. Das Gerät ist RIESIG groß, und auch durchaus nicht leicht. Die Außenhülle aus Metall macht einen extrem soliden Eindruck, die Verarbeitung ist makellos, so weit ich das sehen/beurteilen kann. Vier dicke Gummi-Antirutsch-Füße sorgen für einen bombenfesten Stand. "Mobil" ist der Hannibal eher nicht: Es gibt keine Griffe oder Halter, man muss entweder mit langen Armen umgreifen, oder die Arme wie ein Gabelstapler in den Garraum schieben. Für den Zubehör gibt es keinerlei Verstaumöglichkeiten. Ebenso kann man das Anschlusskabel weder irgendwo verstauen, noch abnehmen. Im Betrieb macht Hannibal ganz ordentlich Lärm, mehrere Lüfter laufen permanent mit, und auch noch einige Minuten nach - die sorgen aber dafür, dass das Gehäuse im Betrieb an den Seiten und oben anfassbar kühl bleibt. Sehr nervig sind allerdings die sehr lauten Pieptöne, die er macht, wenn man die beiden Drehknöpfe bedient. Die Temperaturanzeige vorne ist nur Show, was mir aber ehrlich gesagt von vornherein klar war: Sie zeigt konstant 850 Grad an, was absolut unrealistisch ist. Ich habe es auch schon geschafft das Gerät beim aufwärmen durch wildes Knopfdrücken in einen Sicherheitsmodus zu versetzen: Das Heizelement ging aus - trotzdem zählte die Temperaturanzeige weiterhin munter hoch. Etwas unzufrieden bin ich mit der Handhabung des Grillrosts: Dafür wird eine Haltestange mitgeliefert, die man in eine Öffnung am Rost stecken kann, und das ganze hält dann alleine durch das Gewicht des Rosts. Ja, funktioniert, ist aber nicht so einfach zu balancieren. Der Rost alleine wiegt schon mehrere Kilo, und wenn da noch ein ordentliches Stück Fleisch draufliegt, muss man die Stange schon mit zwei Händen halten, und dann zusehen, dass man die Haltestangen im inneren gerade trifft. Ebenfalls etwas unzufrieden macht mich die Größe des Heizelements: Zwar belegt es die volle Breite, aber nur etwa die Hälfte der Tiefe des Garraums. Für ein Porterhouse wirds schon knapp. Insgesamt bin ich dennoch zufrieden mit dem Hannibal: Unabhängig davon, ob er 600 oder wirklich 850 Grad erreicht, wird er deutlich heißer als alle anderen Grillmöglichkeiten, die ich besitze, und das ist für mich auch sein Einsatzzweck. Ich richte ja keine Sterneküche an. :)
The Klarstein Hannibal is my entry into the wonderful world of beef. I chose the Hannibal because it is comparatively cheap, because it is powered by electricity, and because it can be filled at several heights - the latter in particular was very important to me, since the cheapest products on the market have a fixed distance from the grill grate. The device is HUGE, and it's not light at all. The metal outer shell makes an extremely solid impression, the workmanship is flawless as far as I can see/judge it. Four thick rubber non-slip feet ensure a rock-solid stand. The Hannibal isn't really "mobile": There are no handles or holders, you either have to grasp it with long arms or push your arms into the cooking chamber like a forklift. There are no storage options for the accessories. Likewise, the connection cable cannot be stowed away anywhere, nor can it be removed. During operation, Hannibal makes quite a bit of noise, several fans are running all the time, and they continue to run for a few minutes - but they ensure that the case remains cool to the touch on the sides and top during operation. However, the very loud beeps that it makes when you turn the two rotary knobs are very annoying. The temperature display at the front is just for show, but to be honest, it was clear to me from the start: It constantly shows 850 degrees, which is absolutely unrealistic. I've also managed to put the device into safety mode by wildly pressing a button while it's warming up: The heating element went out - but the temperature display continued to count up cheerfully. I am a bit dissatisfied with the handling of the grill grate: A support rod is included for this purpose, which you can put into an opening on the grate, and the whole thing then holds by the weight of the grate alone. Yes, it works, but it's not that easy to balance. The grill alone weighs several kilos, and if there is a decent piece of meat on it, you have to hold the bar with two hands and then make sure that you hit the inner support bars straight. I'm also a little dissatisfied with the size of the heating element: Although it occupies the full width, it only takes up about half the depth of the cooking chamber. It's getting tight for a porterhouse. Overall, I'm happy with the Hannibal: Regardless of whether it reaches 600 or really 850 degrees, it gets significantly hotter than any other grill I own, and that's what I use it for. I don't do star cuisine. :)

Geht auch wenn das Fleisch eher dünn geschnitten ist ohne dass das Steak zur Schuhsohle wird. Tipp: Das Fleisch sollte möglichst gleichmäßig geschnitten sein und soweit oben wie möglich eingeschoben werden.

Einziges Manko ist, dass die Temperatur an der offenen Seite deutlich geringer ist und das Gargut eigentlich einmal gedreht werden muss um ein gleichmäßiges Ergebnis zu erzielen. Das lässt sich aber gut händeln. Auch sollte man vor das Gerät ein Brett oder eine Tropfschale stellen, damit beim Enden der Bereich vor dem Gerät nicht verschmutzt wird.

Die Einschübe lassen sich durch das Lösen von 4 gerändelten Schräubchen demontieren das erleichtert eine Reinigung enorm,hierzu benötigt man kein Werkzeug! Allein das hat schon 5 Sterne verdient! Zuerst: das Ding ist sehr schnell auf Betriebstemperatur = 800° Die Einstellung mit dem gepiepse ist dann doch mehr als lästig und zu LAUT. Dann muß man das Fleich schnell in das Fach schieben. Dann heruasnehmen und wenden. Zwischenzeitlich ist die Temperatur stark abgefallen. Also muß man warten bis die soll Temperatur wieder erreicht wurde. OK. Ich behersche das Ding noch nicht, aber es liegt auch keine schlüssige Erklärung vor. Hätte mir noch einige Rezepte und Grillvorschläge gewünscht für z.B. Ente, Lamm, . Also nicht nur eine zeitliche Angabe, sondern wie vorbereiten, welche Temperatur und vor allem, was man beachten sollte!

Lo compré para hacer entrecots y chuletones y la verdad es que salen perfectos, pero la sorpresa agradable han sido las costillas de cordero que salen doradas por fuera y tiernas y jugosas por dentro, antes quedaban mucho más secas. Es pequeño, no tiene puerta y la superficie que queda debajo del grill es muy pequeña, on lo que si pones una bandeja entera hay que girarla porque una parte se hace y la otra queda cruda, pero como los tiempos de cocción son muy cortos, se hace en poco tiempo. Lo que más me ha gustado es que está aislado de manera excelente. Lo tengo sobre el mármol de la cocina y encima hay armarios. Pensaba que tal vez tuviera que buscar otra ubicación si desprendía demasiado calor, pero está tan bien aislado que la parte exterior casi no se calienta. Lo compré de oferta por 169,99€ y me parece un precio aceptable para la utilidad que tiene. Si hubiera tenido que pagar más de 300 que parecer ser lo que cuesta habitualmente, me habría parecido un gasto excesivo que no merece la pena. Edido después de tres meses de uso para decir que lo uso mucho, ya casi no hago carne o pescado en la sarten. Un uso estrella es la sardinada: sardinas sin limpiar, tal como salen del mar. Las aso a temperatura máxima y cuando ya están echo por encima un poco de sal gruesa y aceite de oliva. Cada persona limpia las suyas como quiere. Divinas!
