Four easy-to-understand rotary controls are used to operate the spacious 60-litre oven. A temperature controller allows continuous selection of the cooking temperature between 100 and 230 ° C. The controller selects between convection, grill skewer and combination mode. When the rotation of the rotisserie skewer is activated, chicken, gyro skewers, roll roast or pork shanks get a juicy-crispy tan. The 3-stage function controller determines whether top heat, bottom heat or both should be used simultaneously. Last but not least, an integrated timer from 0 to 60 minutes draws attention to itself with an alarm tone after expiration, thus facilitating the preparation of time-critical dishes.
