To turn fresh, hot mash into a good beer, it is necessary to cool it as quickly as possible. This is ensured by the Klarstein upward spiral cooling coil. The 25.5 cm diameter stainless steel spiral with 10 cooling loops is immersed in the hot mash immediately, thus removing the heat in no time - this not only prevents the occurrence of unwanted microbes, but also helps to separate unwanted elements from the future beer. 25 litres of boiling mash are cooled to room temperature within 30 minutes. Thanks to the stainless steel construction, the immersion cooler is completely taste-neutral, does not rust and can be cleaned very easily.

Even better cooling results are achieved by the hollow spiral when it is integrated into a cooling circuit. Thanks to an internal diameter of 7.25 mm, cold water can be pumped through the spiral and the heat is able to be withdrawn from the mash even faster.
