This induction hob with integrated downdraft extraction pulls steam, smoke, and cooking smells straight down at the source, with 8,400 W of cooking power and extraction up to 600 m³/h. No hood looming overhead. No bulky duct through the ceiling. Just clean lines and a kitchen that breathes.
Four induction zones (each 1,500 W) heat precisely and quickly, with a flexible cooking zone that accommodates larger pots and different cookware sizes. Because induction transfers heat directly to the pan, no energy is wasted warming the air around it — making every hob session faster and more efficient.
Double grease filters trap airborne fat particles before they settle on your surfaces, while the activated charcoal filter absorbs odours and returns clean air to the room. The Chef Fusion Air works in both ducted extraction and recirculation mode, so a wall duct or ceiling outlet isn't a requirement — recirculation mode handles it all internally.
