Ich habe einen Philips Airfryer, der auch toll ist, aber ein sehr kleines Volumen hat, weshalb nicht viel hinein passt. Da ich aber vom Prinzip dieser Geräteart begeistert bin, habe ich nach einem gesucht, dass mehr Volumen fasst und nicht so teuer ist. So bin ich nach langer Suche bei der Vitair von Klarstein gelandet. Ich hatte große Bedenken: So viel günstiger als das Philips Gerät? Da konnte doch etwas nicht stimmen, oder? Naja, dachte ich, ich sehe mir das Gerät einmal an, man hat ja zur Not ein Widerrufsrecht. Nach eingehender Prüfung haben wir beschlossen, das Gerät in Betrieb zu nehmen, da es einen qualitativ viel besseren Eindruck macht, als wir erwartet hatten. Wir haben die Vitair jetzt einen Monat im fast täglichen Gebrauch! – Das Gerät ist ziemlich groß, aber der Platz innen wird sehr gut ausgenutzt, sodass die Größe ihre Berechtigung hat (der Philips z.B. ist fast genauso groß, hat aber nur sehr wenig Platz, man kann nur wenig machen). – Die Vitair hat bis zu 230 Grad, was eine sehr schöne Leistung ist, aber auch kleine Temperaturen sind möglich, was toll ist, wenn man z.B. etwas warm halten möchte. – Innen befindet sich ein Behälter, der Kunststoffgriffe hat, was sehr praktisch ist. Der Behälter lässt sich super reinigen. Wir hatten z. B. gestern Hähnchenspieße auf dem beiliegenden Grillrost gemacht, dabei ist etwas „Saft“ in den Behälter getropft und ziemlich angebacken. Ich habe ein Glas Wasser hineingegeben und dazu einen Teelöffel Soda und das Ganze bei 60 Grad 15 Minuten laufen lassen (Temperatur und Zeit wie von Klarstein empfohlen). Anschließend war die Reinigung ein Klacks! Mit einem Spültuch auswischen, fertig! – Das Gerät verfügt über ein paar vorinstallierte Programme, was sehr praktisch ist. – Als Zubehör gibt es einen Grillrost, der so toll ist! Er kann hoch oder (bei Umdrehen) in eine niedrige Position gebracht werden. Nichts ist daran kleben geblieben, obwohl wir unsere Spieße ohne Fett zubereitet haben. Wir haben die Spieße nicht einmal umdrehen müssen, als ich das gerade tun wollte, habe ich bemerkt, dass sie auch von unten schön gebräunt waren und ganz fertig! Nach nur 10 Minuten konnten wir die ersten 6 Spieße essen. Zugegeben, es passten „nur“ 6 Stück auf einmal (die Holzspieße, die man so kauft), aber da sie so schnell fertig waren, kamen wir mit dem Essen kaum nach ;-) – Des Weiteren bekommt man eine Art Pfanne, die an eine niedrige Backform erinnert. Diese nutzen wir für Fischstäbchen, die in ca. 17 Minuten fertig waren (3 Mal wenden), ganz ohne Fett, aber dennoch wirklich lecker und knusprig. Hähnchendipper haben wir in die leicht gefettete Pfanne gelegt. Man musste diese nur ein Mal wenden. Man kann sie wohl auch im Frittierkorb machen, aber ich weiß nicht, ob die Panade dann nicht etwas abgeht, einfach mal ausprobieren, uns hat es so sehr gut geschmeckt. Einen Bisquit-Kuchen habe ich auch schon gebacken, in einer 20er Backform, was wirklich gut gelungen ist. Für uns drei war das echt ein Erfolg! – Toll ist auch der Pommes-Dreh-Korb, der ganz einfach einzuhaken ist. Wir machen die Pommes so: Eine halbe Tüte TK-Pommes (am besten sind die vom Penny) in eine Schüssel geben und mit 1 EL Öl beträufeln. Wir mischen mit einem Löffel durch, das geht ganz prima. Dann die Pommes in den Frittierkorb geben und los geht`s! Das meiste Fett tropft ab in die Wanne, sodass man nicht wirklich 1 EL Öl isst. Es raucht nicht, riecht kaum nach Pommes, einfach toll! Nach 20 Minuten sind die Pommes golden, lecker und knusprig, wirklich toll! Ich weiß, man kann sie auch ganz ohne Öl machen, das klappt auch gut, aber mir schmeckt es so besser, vor allem, weil mir die Pommes dann auch pur schmecken, also ohne Majo... – Man bekommt auch zwei Halter, um ein ganzes Hähnchen am Spieß zu braten, das haben wir aber noch nicht versucht, ich kann mir das aber auch gut vorstellen, da die Rollvorrichtung super klappt. – Mit der beiliegenden Zange kann man alles gut herausnehmen und hineingeben, ohne Fummelei :-) Einzig die Bedienungsanleitung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, aber macht nichts, man kappiert das eigentlich ganz schnell :-) Was uns schon super gelungen ist: – jeden Morgen Aufbackbrötchen in 8 Minuten fertig (ohne Vorheizen) auf dem Grillrost – Hähnchen-Gemüsespieße ohne Fett auf dem Grillrost – Fischstäbchen ohne Fett in der Pfanne auf dem Grillrost – Pommes mit und ohne Fett im Frittierkorb – Grillgemüse in der Pfanne auf dem Grillrost (Paprika, Zucchini und Zwiebeln mit Knobi und einem TL Öl, anschließend Meersalz und 1 TL Ketchup drüber=köstlich!) – Hähnchennuggets ohne Fett in der Pfanne auf dem Grillrost – Fladenbrot in 2-3 Minuten auf dem Grillrost – warm halten von Speisen – TK Fish & Chips ohne Fett im Frittierkorb – Bisquit-Zebra-Kuchen in einer 20er Backform auf dem Grillrost Ich bin begeistert, weil... 1. Es unglaublich viel Strom spart, da ich den Backofen nicht mehr brauche. 2. Weil alles so mühelos zu reinigen ist. 3. Weil nicht das ganze Haus nach Essen riecht. 4. Weil meine Küche sauber bleibt. 5. Weil ich eine riesengroße Zeitersparnis habe. 6. Weil die Vitair so günstig ist. Ich würde das Gerät immer wieder kaufen und empfehle es uneingeschränkt für ein sparsames, kalorienarmes und köstliches Kochen, bei dem die Küche sauber bleibt! Die ganze Familie ist begeistert, und so soll es sein! Daumen hoch :-))
I have a Philips Airfryer which is also great but it has a very small volume so not much fits in. But since I am enthusiastic about the principle of this type of device, I looked for one that has more volume and is not that expensive. After a long search, I ended up with the Klarstein Vitair. I had big concerns: So much cheaper than the Philips device? Something couldn't be right, right? Well, I thought, I'll take a look at the device, you have a right of withdrawal if necessary. After a thorough examination, we decided to put the device into operation because it made a much better quality impression than we had expected. We've been using the Vitair almost every day for a month now! – The device is quite big, but the space inside is used very well, so the size is justified (eg the Philips is almost as big, but has very little space, there is only a little that can be done). – The Vitair has up to 230 degrees, which is a very nice performance, but small temperatures are also possible, which is great if you want to keep something warm, for example. – Inside there is a container that has plastic handles, which is very convenient. The container is super easy to clean. We had e.g. B. Yesterday I made chicken skewers on the enclosed grill, some "juice" dripped into the container and baked quite a bit. I put in a glass of water and a teaspoon of soda and let the whole thing run at 60 degrees for 15 minutes (temperature and time as recommended by Klarstein). After that, cleaning was a breeze! Wipe with a dishcloth, done! – The device has a few pre-installed programs, which is very convenient. - There is a grill grate as an accessory, which is so great! It can be raised or (when flipped) placed in a low position. Nothing stuck to it, even though we prepared our skewers without fat. We didn't even have to turn the skewers, just as I was about to do that I noticed they were nicely browned on the bottom too and all done! After only 10 minutes we were able to eat the first 6 skewers. Admittedly, "only" 6 pieces fit at once (the wooden skewers that you buy like that), but since they were ready so quickly, we could hardly keep up with the food ;-) - Furthermore, you get a kind of pan that comes on reminds of a low baking dish. We use this for fish fingers, which were ready in about 17 minutes (turn 3 times), without any fat, but still really tasty and crispy. We placed the chicken dipper in the lightly greased pan. You only had to turn them once. You can probably also make them in the frying basket, but I don't know if the breading won't come off a bit, just try it, we liked it so much. I have already baked a biscuit cake in a size 20 baking pan, which turned out really well. For the three of us it was a real success! – The French fries rotating basket is also great, which is very easy to hook into. We make the fries like this: Place half a bag of frozen fries (the Penny fries are best) in a bowl and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of oil. We mix it up with a spoon, it works really well. Then put the fries in the frying basket and off you go! Most of the fat drips into the pan so you're not actually eating 1 tbsp of oil. It doesn't smoke, hardly smells like fries, just great! After 20 minutes the fries are golden, tasty and crispy, really great! I know you can make them without any oil at all, which also works well, but I like it better that way, mainly because I like the fries on their own, i.e. without mayo... – You also get two holders, huh Roast a whole chicken on a spit, but we haven't tried that yet, but I can imagine that because the rolling device works great. – You can take everything out and put it in with the included tongs, without fumbling :-) Only the operating instructions could be a bit more extensive, but that doesn’t matter, you actually get the hang of it pretty quickly :-) What we’ve already done really well: – Baked rolls every morning Ready in 8 minutes (without preheating) on the grill - chicken and vegetable skewers without fat on the grill - fish fingers without fat in the pan on the grill - fries with and without fat in the frying basket - grilled vegetables in the pan on the grill (peppers, courgettes and onions with garlic and a teaspoon of oil, then sea salt and 1 teaspoon of ketchup on top=delicious!) – fat-free chicken nuggets in the pan on the grill – flatbread in 2-3 minutes on the grill – keeping food warm – frozen fish & chips without fat in the frying basket – bisquit zebra cake in a 20 cm baking pan on the grill I'm thrilled because... 1. It saves an incredible amount of electricity because I no longer need the oven. 2. Because everything is so easy to clean. 3. Because the whole house doesn't smell like food. 4. Because my kitchen stays clean. 5. Because I have a huge time saver. 6. Because the Vitair is so cheap. I would buy the device again and again and recommend it unreservedly for economical, low-calorie and delicious cooking that keeps the kitchen clean!
