Juste à régler temps et température grâce aux indications de la notice et il fait le reste. Une sonnerie vous prévient lorsque le temps programmé est écoulé. Un conseil : à utiliser directement sur le rebord de l'évier avec le robinet de vidange qui dépasse au-dessus de l'évier car une fois rempli, impossible de compter déplacer le stérilisateur, beaucoup trop lourd et dont les poignées ne supporteraient pas la charge.

Ce stérilisateur à parfaitement répondu à mes attentes. L'écran digital est très pratique pour visualiser la température ou le temps restant... Le réglage est également précis. Le petit point négatif est la fermeture du couvercle, il faut un peu s'entraîner à le fermer, mais même une fois fermé, en tirant légèrement dessus celui ci s'ouvre, donc il vaut mieux ne pas y chipoter. J'ai déjà stérilisé de la soupe et rien à signaler tout est parfait. J'ai pris le modèle 150L, j'ai vu un peu grand je l'avoue mais il est top.

Der Kessel ist schön groß! Brauche ich als "Nachgussbehälter" beim Bier brauen. Die Heizleistung ist auch okay! Zwei Dinge stören mich: Das Teil wird mit 60 Litern Fassungsvermögen angegeben obwohl nur 50 Liter reinpassen! -> Da muss mal jemand beim Marketing oder Vertrieb bei Klarstein eine Qualifizierung bekommen: Unterschied zwischen Brutto & Netto. Hm, ist schon armseelig! -> Zweitens: Am Deckel kann man sich leicht verbrennen! Der Griff ist richtiger Mist! Viel zu klein! Da hilft der Aufkleber als Warnhinweis auch nicht wirklich!

The cauldron is pretty big! I need it as a "refill container" when brewing beer. The heat output is okay too! Two things bother me: The part is specified with a capacity of 60 liters although only 50 liters fit in! -> Somebody has to get a qualification in marketing or sales at Klarstein: difference between gross & net. Hmm, that's pathetic! -> Second: You can easily burn yourself on the lid! The grip is real crap! Way too small! The sticker as a warning doesn't really help either!

Robinet de la même qualité. Une cuve assez fine. En gros, c'est une cuve fine, posée sur une résistance chauffante, avec un minuteur (aux boutons cheap) pour plus de 100€. Sinon, oui il fait le travail, mais à voir sa durée de vie...

Ich bin zufrieden mit dem Gerät es funktioniert wie beschrieben, aber der Untersätzer für die Gläser könnte etwas größer sein.

I am satisfied with the device, it works as described, but the coaster for the glasses could be a bit larger.

Die Medien konnten nicht geladen werden. Das Gerät entspricht unseren Erwartungen. Die Temperaturregulierung ist einfach genial. Wir haben Apfelsaft darin erwärmt, um ihn haltbar zu machen. Lediglich der Auslaufhahn lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig, da die Flüssigkeiten z.T. etwas breit herauslaufen. Das haben wir mittels eines Trichters abgefangen. Bei geringem Füllzustand (ab 5Litern ungefähr) wird der Auslauf zusätzlich erschwert, da der Hahn dann höher angebracht ist, als die Höhe des Flüssigkeitsspiegels. Ich würde das Gerät, nach bisherigen Erkenntnissen, jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Only the outlet tap leaves something to be desired, since the liquids sometimes run out a little wide. We intercepted this with a funnel. When the filling level is low (about 5 liters or more), the outlet is made even more difficult, since the tap is then attached higher than the height of the liquid level. Based on what I know so far, I would buy the device again at any time.

Ich habe meine 14kg selbst hergestellte Wildschweinwurst in Gläser abgefüllt und mit dem Einkochautomat eingekocht. Kochzeit 120 min. bei 100 Grad Celsius. Einkochautomat befüllt und eingestellt, alles andere lief automatisch ab. Ich kann das Gerät mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

I filled my 14kg self-made wild boar sausage into jars and boiled it down with the preserving machine. Cooking time 120 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius. Einkochautomat filled and adjusted, everything else ran automatically. I can recommend the device with a clear conscience.

Produkt kam in beschädigtem Karton an.. Hätte eine leichte Delle.. Trotzdem voll funktionsfähig... Da der Klarstein Einkocher von mir als Maische Behälter genutzt wird wurde durch mich der vorhandene Hahn gegen einen 1/2Zoll Kugelhahn getauscht... Das Gerät funktioniert dank seiner klasse Elektronik sehr gut... Man kann alle erdenklichen Maische Programme fahren... 2500 Watt kommen auch sehr gut mit dem großen Inhalt klar... Klasse Produkt!

The product arrived in a damaged box.. Had a slight dent.. Still fully functional... Since I use the Klarstein cooker as a mash container, I exchanged the existing tap for a 1/2 inch ball valve... The device works very good thanks to its class electronics... You can run all imaginable mash programs... 2500 watts can also handle the large content very well... Great product!

Ich habe den Einkochautomat für mein Restaurant bestellt, um ihn hauptsächlich als Heißwasserspender zu benutzen. Bisher habe ich günstigere 10L Heisgetränkespender bei Metro gekauft, allerdings jetzt im Winter brauche ich ein größeres Gerät mit größeren Kapazität. Der KonfiStar wurde schnell geliefert und ich bin erstmal zufrieden. Das Wasser kocht sehr schnell, was mir als Gastronomer sehr wichtig ist, und die Wärme wird über Stunden sehr gut gehalten. Die Bedienung ist umkompliziert. Aufgrund der Qualität des Wassers in Berlin wird er leider schnell verkalkt, aber mit täglicher Reinigung mit etwa Essigessenz glänzt wieder.

I ordered the preserving machine for my restaurant to use it mainly as a hot water dispenser. So far I've bought cheaper 10L hot drink dispensers from Metro, but now in winter I need a bigger machine with a bigger capacity. The KonfiStar was delivered quickly and I am satisfied for the time being. The water boils very quickly, which is very important to me as a restaurateur, and the heat is retained very well for hours. Operation is uncomplicated. Due to the quality of the water in Berlin, it is unfortunately quickly calcified, but with daily cleaning with vinegar essence it shines again.

ein wirklich sehr schöner und nützlicher Artikel für einen guten Preis. Es gefällt mir sehr gut, dass er so vielseitig einsetzbar ist. das ist mir persönlich sehr wichtig. die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut und ansprechend gemacht. es wirkt alles wirklich sehr solide, ich würde es auch wieder kaufen.

Da ich recht viel einkoche habe ich meinen „Alten“ Einkochkessel zerschlissen. Beim KonfiStar hat mich das Aussehen und die Funktionen gereizt. Ich kann nur sagen, alles was versprochen wurde hält der Topf. Er sieht super aus und seine Funktionen sind hervorragend. Ich bekomme eine gute Menge in den Topf und erreiche die gewünschte Temperatur schneller, da der Topf gut zu verschließen geht. Der Temperaturregler funktioniert sehr fein und der Timer erleichtert en Einkochvorgang erheblich. Die Funktion als Heizgetränkespender konnte ich noch nicht ausprobieren, werde dieses aber ganz sicher bei entsprechenden Temperaturen nachholen. Der Ablasshahn erleichtert auch sehr gut das Entleeren des Topfes nach dem Weckvorgang. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und vergebe sehr gerne 5 Sterne und kann diesen Topf uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Because I do a lot of preserving, I wore out my "old" preserving kettle. What attracted me to the KonfiStar was its appearance and its functions. All I can say is that the pot does everything it promised. It looks great and its functions are excellent. I can get a good amount into the pot and reach the desired temperature more quickly because the pot closes well. The temperature control works very well and the timer makes the preserving process much easier. I haven't been able to try out the function as a heated drinks dispenser yet, but I will definitely do that when the temperatures are right. The drain tap also makes it very easy to empty the pot after the preserving process. I am very satisfied and am happy to give it 5 stars and can recommend this pot without reservation.
