The 40-litre preserving cooker provides enough space to turn the contents of your jars into heat-preserved conserved foods. Whether you are preserving the fruit or vegetable harvest, such as cherries, beans or peas from the garden, gherkins, sweet jam creations, savory sausage or ready-made goulash, roast and roulades - you can preserve them in the KonfiStar Digital 40. The operation is very simple: stack filled jars in the pot, pour in water, then select the necessary boiling point between 30 and 100 ° C, set a boiling time of 30 to 180 minutes and you're ready to go. Particularly helpful is the built-in digital display, on which you can read off all the settings and which, during the cooking process, allows you to track the current temperature development in the kettle. The pot automatically maintains the selected temperature and switches off by itself at the end of the cooking time.
