Elle est très belle, suffisamment grande, chauffe très bien. L'effet flamme est super chaleureux. Tous ceux qui l'ont vue chez moi l'ont trouvée très jolie. Le petit point négatif serait la télécommande qui ne fonctionne que si on est très près de la cheminée. Il manque le crépitement des flammes et on s'y croirait totalement ! Je recommande.

Nach 14 Monaten ist die Beleuchtung des Kamins plötzlich nur noch dunkel und kaum mehr zu sehen. Ab und zu flackert es hell auf um dann wieder dunkel zu werden. Ich hab dann mal die Rückwand abgeschraubt, um die Kontakte der LED-Leiste zu prüfen. Die sind aber fest. Es muss also an der Elektronik liegen. Bisher war ich mit dem Kamin sehr zufrieden. Tolle Optik für kleine Räume. Aber nach 14 Monaten defekt, dafür ist er dann doch zu teuer. Mal sehen, ob die Gewährleistung noch greift. Toller Kontakt zum Kundendienst von Klarstein. Ich hab die Firma an einem Feiertag kontaktiert und trotzdem innerhalb einer Stunde eine Antwort erhalten. Sehr kulante Lösung durch dieses Unternehmen. Toll.

After 14 months, the lighting on the fireplace is suddenly dim and barely visible. Every now and then it flickers brightly and then goes dark again. I then unscrewed the back panel to check the contacts on the LED strip. But they are fixed. So it must be the electronics. Up until now, I was very happy with the fireplace. Great look for small rooms. But broken after 14 months, so it's too expensive for that. Let's see if the warranty still applies. Great contact with Klarstein's customer service. I contacted the company on a public holiday and still received a response within an hour. Very accommodating solution from this company. Great.

Beachtet man den im Vergleich geringen Preis, so bekommt man ein nettes Add-On für das Wohnzimmer, das auch recht ordentlich heizt. Die Lautstärke beim Heizen ist nicht gering, aber noch akzeptabel, da ich das Gerät zum schnellen Aufheizen oder Überschlagen benutze. Im Dauerbetrieb wäre es wohl etwas laut. Die Heizwirkung ist aber absolut ausreichend (25qm). Es gibt sicherlich detailliertere Flammensituationen, aber vermutlich nicht zu diesem Preis.

Considering the relatively low price, you get a nice add-on for the living room that also heats up quite well. The noise level when heating is not low, but it is still acceptable, as I use the device for quick heating or overheating. It would probably be a bit loud if used continuously. The heating effect is absolutely sufficient, however (25 sq. m). There are certainly more detailed flame situations, but probably not at this price.

Vor einige Monate habe ich dieses Gerät erworben. Um mehr Echtheit und Gemütlichkeit ins Zimmer schaffen, habe eine Konsole (Ständer) nachgebaut (gebastelt) und Deko beschafft (Holzklotzen, und Schutzgitter für €28. s. Bild). Sonst mit Kamin voll zufrieden. Sieht gut aus. Wärmt ausreichend ca.20m² Zimmer. Bis jetzt alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Gebe 5*. Kann weiter empfählen.

I bought this device a few months ago. To make the room more authentic and cozy, I rebuilt a console (stand) and bought decorations (wooden blocks and a protective grille for €28. See picture). Otherwise, I'm very happy with the fireplace. It looks good. It warms a room of around 20m² sufficiently. Everything has worked perfectly so far. I give it 5*. I can recommend it.

Wir haben den "Kamin" als Effekt gekauft, nicht zum Heizen. Das "Feuer", das auch ohne Heizung in Betrieb zu nehmen ist, wirkt angenehm im Hintergrund. Der Kamin in Ziegeloptik ist außen aus Gips oder ähnlichen Material, dadurch wirkt er sehr authentisch. Wer heizen will damit, wird über die Heizleistung und Geräuschentwicklung (im Positiven gemeint) sehr erfreut sein, ausgenommen der Stromrechung :-). Wenn es wem aber im normal geheizten Raum zu kalt in der kalten Jahreszeit ist, wird es nicht stören, den Kamin für 15 Minuten zusätzlich zur normalen Heizung einzuschalten. Den Komfort sollte man sich leisten können. Alles in Allem haben wir unseren Wohnraum in der Optik mit dem Kamin einen weiteren Kick geben können.

We bought the "fireplace" as an effect, not for heating. The "fire", which can be used without heating, has a pleasant effect in the background. Anyone who wants to heat with it will be very pleased with the heat output and noise (in a positive sense), except for the electricity bill :-). However, if it is too cold in a normally heated room in the cold season, it will not bother you to turn on the fireplace for 15 minutes in addition to the normal heating. You should be able to afford the comfort. All in all, we have been able to give our living space a further visual boost with the fireplace.

Un super outil, nous n’avons pas de place, ni de possibilité d’avoir une réel cheminée. La cheminée Klarstein est superbe, chauffe nickel et ne fait pas énormément de bruit, elle fait sensation depuis plus d’un an dans notre salon et nous n’en avons que des compliments

A great tool, we don't have space or possibility of having a real fireplace. The Klarstein fireplace is superb, heats perfectly and doesn't make a lot of noise, it has been a sensation in our living room for over a year and we have nothing but compliments about it.

Pour un prix assez modique, un beau chauffage d'appoint qui fait aussi son petit effet. Bien sûr, ce n'est pas une vraie cheminée, mais la qualité est au rdv : de bons matériaux pour ce modèle, et les fausses braises sont assez réalistes, et l'effet est chaleureux. La soufflerie participe aussi à l'effet (on sent bien la chaleur à proximité), sans être un problème, c'est très discret, mais pas silencieux. Ce petit chauffage sympa n'est pas non plus très encombrant, car on peut s'en servir comme support de rangement, le dessus n'est pas chaud. OK pour la largeur, par contre je la trouve un peu basse, je trouve judicieux de la poser sur un support (qui peut aussi servir de rangement), dommage que ce ne soit pas prévu. Après quelques jours d'utilisation, très satistfait.

Der Kamin wurde schnell geliefert. Nach dem Auspacken stellten wir fest, dass eine Schraube, die die hintere Verkleidung hielt, ausgebrochen war. Den kleinen Fehler konnten wir schnell beheben. Doch enttäuschend waren die Maße: Laut Foto B76,H71,T33-in den Produktdetails standen als Maß: B66,H67,T29 !! Doch die tatsächlichen Maße des Kamins sind: B60,H68,T23. Somit fielen die Maße des Kamins deutlich kleiner aus. Wir fanden den Kamin trotzdem sehr schön, speziell das Feuer, und wollten ihn deshalb behalten. Der angeschriebene Support meldete sich mehrmals nicht. Erst nach dem dritten Kontakt sollten wir den Kamin zurück senden. Eine andere Lösung gab man uns nicht! Also auf die Maße aufpassen !!!!!

The fireplace was delivered quickly. After unpacking, we noticed that a screw holding the rear panel had broken off. We were able to fix the small problem quickly. But the dimensions were disappointing: According to the photo, W76,H71,D33 - in the product details, the dimensions were: W66,H67,D29!! But the actual dimensions of the fireplace are: W60,H68,D23. This meant that the dimensions of the fireplace were significantly smaller. We still found the fireplace very nice, especially the fire, and so we wanted to keep it. The support we wrote to didn't respond several times. Only after the third contact were we asked to send the fireplace back. We were not given any other solution! So pay attention to the dimensions!!!!!

Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit dem Elektrokamin. Optisch überzeugt er total. Er sieht von außen aus wie ein echter Kamin. Die Flammen sind sehr realitätsnah. Die Wärmeleistung ist auch super. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass die Fernbedienung nur funktioniert, wenn man sie genau frontal auf den Kamin richtet. Ich nutze sie deshalb nie.

I am completely satisfied with the electric fireplace. It looks great. From the outside it looks like a real fireplace. The flames are very realistic. The heat output is also great. The only small disadvantage is that the remote control only works if you point it directly at the fireplace. That's why I never use it.

Wir haben dieses Gerät angeschafft um - im Falle weiterer Energieknappheit - eine zusätzliche Wärmequelle in unserem Haus zu haben; leider läßt uns die Politik ja diesbezüglich ohne konkrete Angaben. Da wir eine PV-Anlage auf dem Dach installiert haben, kostet der Betrieb des zweistufigen Heizgerätes tagsüber kein Geld. Der "Kamin" ist sehr gut verarbeitet und zudem sehr dekorativ mit der Steinoptik. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Die Entfernung von der FB zum Kamin ist ein Witz. Man muß bis auf 2 Meter an den Kamin, damit sie funktioniert. Was soll man dann mit einer FB? Dann kann man den Kamin leider nicht mit einer W-lan Steckdose und alexa benutzen, da 2 Schalter bedient werden müssen, bis der Kamin angeht. 1x Netzschalter und dann der On/of Schalter.

The distance from the FB to the fireplace is a joke. You have to be within 2 meters of the fireplace for it to work. What should you do with a FB? Then you can't use the fireplace with a W-lan socket and alexa, because 2 switches have to be operated before the fireplace turns on. 1x power switch and then the on/of switch.

Cette cheminée d' appoint est trés agréable, les flammes semblent reelles, comme une vraie, seul bemol la petite taille qui aurait pu être 1/3 plus grande pour une parfaite vraissemblance mais je l' ai mise dans un petit coin du salon ou elle a sa place. Je l' ai surélevée avec des briques et je l' ai reteintée couleur chene foncé ( meme couleur que mes boiseries intérieures) et ce relooking est parfait et elle a beaucoup de succés. Je l' utilise peu en chauffage ( je l' allume que pour les flammes) mais ca chauffe bien comme un radiateur electrique quoi ( par soufflerie devant) Je suis contente de cet achat car bon rapport qualité/prix

This auxiliary fireplace is very pleasant, the flames seem real, like a real one, the only downside is the small size which could have been 1/3 larger for perfect verisimilitude but I put it in a small corner of the living room where it in its place. I raised it with bricks and I re-stained it a dark oak color (same color as my interior woodwork) and this makeover is perfect and it is very successful. I rarely use it for heating (I only turn it on for the flames) but it heats well like an electric radiator (by blower in front) I am happy with this purchase because it is good value for money

Je l' ai surélevée avec des briques et je l' ai reteintée couleur chene foncé ( meme couleur que mes boiseries intérieures) et ce relooking est parfait et elle a beaucoup de succés. Je l' utilise peu en chauffage ( je l' allume que pour les flammes) mais ca chauffe bien comme un radiateur electrique quoi ( par soufflerie devant) Je suis contente de cet achat car bon rapport qualité/prix

This auxiliary fireplace is very pleasant, the flames seem real, like a real one, the only downside is the small size which could have been 1/3 larger for perfect verisimilitude but I put it in a small corner of the living room where it in its place. I raised it with bricks and I re-stained it a dark oak color (same color as my interior woodwork) and this makeover is perfect and it is very successful. I rarely use it for heating (I only turn it on for the flames) but it heats well like an electric radiator (by blower in front) I am happy with this purchase because it is good value for money

Seit der Kamin bei mir steht, ist diese schöne sehr realistische Beleuchtung fast ständig an. Auch die Umbauung sieht gut aus. Sie besteht aus einem Gipsmaterial, welches Stein sehr gut immitiert. Ich brauche das Gerät aber auch zum Heizen und hier zeigen sich einige Mankos. Das Gebläse ist doch ziemlich laut, gemessen mit einer App sind es 57dB. Der Thermostat reagiert zudem nur stark verzögert. Bei Raumtemperatur von ca. 19°C springt der Heizer erst an, wenn mittels Fernbedienung 24°C erreicht sind. Trotzdem würde ich das Gerät wieder kaufen und kann es empfehlen.

But I also need the device for heating and there are a few shortcomings here. The fan is quite loud, measured with an app it is 57dB. In addition, the thermostat only reacts with a considerable delay. At a room temperature of approx. 19°C, the heater only starts when 24°C has been reached using the remote control. Nevertheless, I would buy the device again and can recommend it.

Das äußere Erscheinungsbild stimmt mit der Reklame. Leider muss man die Klappe zur Einstellung der Funktionen beim Benutzen der Fernbedienung öffnen, ansonsten klappt das nicht. Wichtig ist, dass das Produkt mit DPD versandt wird und dieses Unternehmen den unhandlichen schweren Karton mit den Worten "mir zu schwer, du müssen selber hochtragen" im Hausflur abstellte und verschwand. Hier gibt es nur die Möglichkeit, dass Produkt am Abstellort auszupacken. Dann kann man trotz mehrerer Bandscheibenvorfälle und des vorgeschrittenen Alters den Kamin Treppenstufen für Stufe hochwuchten. Die Art der Anlieferung sollte doch vorher bekannt gemacht werden. Ansonsten sind wir mit dem Teil zufrieden und es erfüllt seinen Zweck.
