Ho acquistato questo caminetto con grandi aspettative, ma purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata estremamente negativa.

Il prodotto ha iniziato a presentare problemi di funzionamento dopo circa 23 mesi di utilizzo. In quel momento l’assistenza ha provveduto alla sostituzione, ma il prodotto sostitutivo ha manifestato esattamente lo stesso difetto dopo circa 50 giorni. Questo, a mio avviso, solleva seri dubbi sulla qualità e affidabilità del prodotto.

Un altro aspetto molto deludente è la totale assenza di una rete di riparazione o assistenza tecnica sul territorio. Quando il prodotto smette di funzionare, di fatto l’unica soluzione è la sostituzione o il reso, il che non è accettabile per un articolo di questo tipo.

A distanza di due anni mi ritrovo senza caminetto funzionante e con un prodotto che, nel frattempo, è aumentato notevolmente di prezzo, pur avendo dimostrato scarsa durata nel tempo.

Personalmente non mi sento di consigliare questo articolo a chi cerca un prodotto affidabile e duraturo. Consiglio di valutare con molta attenzione alternative con assistenza tecnica reale e maggiore qualità costruttiva.
