Der Elektrokamin passt einfach super in unsere Wohnung.Da wir auch unsere Wohnwand in schwarz und weiß bestellt haben, fügt er sich optimal in den Raum ein. Wir hatten zwar bei Lieferung ein paar kleine Schäden am Lack, die wurden aber mit einem Preisnachlass bedacht und ich konnte sie ausbessern. Die Wärmeleistung ist gut, wir sitzen oft wenns kalt ist auf stufe 2 davor auf dem Teppich und trinken einen gemütlichen Tee. Der Flammeneffekt verbraucht so gut wie keinen Stom und sieht sehr realistisch aus mit dem Holz im Vordergrund. Alles sieht sehr edel und modern aus. Er kann auch mit Thermostat betrieben werden und hört bei der gewünschten Temperatur auf zu heizen. Die Fernbedienung ist leider sehr billig, aber sie funktioniert. Es gibt Hohlräume hinten oben und unten im Körper, in dem man Steckdosenleisten verstecken kann. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Ofen, der auch echt gut heizt. The electric fireplace fits perfectly in our apartment. Since we also ordered our wall unit in black and white, it blends in seamlessly with the room. We did find a few minor paint chips upon delivery, but these were compensated with a price reduction, and I was able to repair them. The heat output is good; we often sit in front of it on setting 2 when it's cold, enjoying a cozy cup of tea. The flame effect uses virtually no electricity and looks very realistic with the wood in the foreground. Everything looks very elegant and modern. It can also be operated with a thermostat and stops heating at the desired temperature. The remote control is unfortunately very cheap, but it works. There are recesses at the back, top, and bottom of the unit where you can conceal power strips. All in all, a beautiful fireplace that heats really well. The photos were taken during the day; it looks even better in the evening and at night! A solid 4 stars from us.

Es silencioso y eficiente en su faceta de calefactor. muy cómodo para instalar, solo enchufar y utilizar. finalmente , en calidad/precio, es lo mejor que he visto en las redes. Buen trabajo.

An elegant piece of furniture that transforms the living room. The flame effect is stunning and creates a cozy atmosphere. It's quiet and efficient as a heater. Very easy to install—just plug it in and use. Ultimately, in terms of quality and price, it's the best I've seen online. Great job!

Super schöner Kamin! Absoluter Hingucker! Sehr, sehr schön! Verbreitet eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre. Er ist sehr gut verarbeitet. Das Feuer und die glühenden Kohlen wirken sehr echt. Es fehlt nur das Knistern und Prasseln des brennenden Holzes - dafür hat man aber auch nicht die Arbeit und den Schmutz mit der Asche, muss kein Holz, keine Kohlen besorgen.Der Kamin ist sehr gut verpackt. Wenn man die Folie abgezogen und den "Deckel" abgenommen hat, kann man den restlichen Umkarton einfach nach oben abheben - der "Sockel" ist extra. Man muss also nicht den Karton zerschneiden, um den Kamin herauszuholen.Den Kamin einfach an die vorgesehene Stelle schieben, Stecker in die Steckdose und dann kann man ihn schon genießen!Alles funktioniert bestens, allerdings nutze ich die Heizfunktion nicht. Das Heizgebläse ist zu hören, aber nicht sehr laut.Negativ war die ungenaue Angabe der Lieferung durch Amazon. Angekündigt war eine Lieferung zwischen dem 15.12 und dem 18.12.15. Unter der angegebenen Homepage der Logistik Firma war eine Paketverfolgung mit Angabe der Paketnummer nicht möglich. Ich versuchte, über Amazon Kontakt aufzunehmen, um den Liefertermin zu konkretisieren, denn ich bin berufstätig und hätte die Entgegennahme der Lieferung organisieren müssen. Das konnte ich nicht mehr, meine Anfrage bei Amazon wurde erst schlecht und wenig hilfreich beantwortet, als die Lieferung schon eingetroffen war. Zum Glück hatte der LKW-Fahrer meine Tel.Nr. von Amazon bekommen und rief mich an und wartete fast 30 Minuten auf mich. Da ich auch an meinem Wohnort arbeite, konnte ich in einer verlängerten Mittagspause "schnell" nach Hause fahren, um die Lieferung anzunehmen. Geliefert wurde übrigens sehr schnell - schon am 15.12.

A truly beautiful fireplace! An absolute eye-catcher! Very, very lovely! It creates a very cozy atmosphere. The craftsmanship is excellent. The fire and glowing embers look very realistic. The only thing missing is the crackling and popping of burning wood – but then again, you don't have the work and mess of dealing with ash, and you don't have to buy wood or coal. The fireplace is very well packaged. Once you've removed the plastic film and taken off the "lid," you can simply lift off the rest of the outer box – the "base" is separate. So you don't have to cut the box open to get the fireplace out. Just slide the fireplace into the designated spot, plug it in, and you're ready to enjoy it! Everything works perfectly, although I don't use the heating function. You can hear the heater, but it's not very loud. The only downside was the inaccurate delivery information provided by Amazon. It was announced as arriving between December 15th and 18th, 2015. Tracking the package with a tracking number wasn't possible on the logistics company's website. I tried contacting them through Amazon to confirm the delivery date, as I work full-time and would have needed to arrange for someone to receive the delivery. I couldn't do that anymore; my inquiry with Amazon was initially poorly and unhelpfully answered after the delivery had already arrived. Luckily, the truck driver had obtained my phone number from Amazon and called me, waiting for almost 30 minutes. Since I also work in my hometown, I was able to "quickly" drive home during an extended lunch break to accept the delivery. Incidentally, the delivery was very fast – on December 15th.

Auspacken einstecken fertig. Super.Wenn das gute Stück die Lieferodyssee hinter sich hat einfach nur toll, sieht super aus und funktioniert einwandfrei.Ich finde die Flammen schön, besser geht immer aber dann muss man eben auch tief in die Tasche greifen. Wer ein hübsches Teilzum einem vernünftigen Preis sucht, ich kann den Kamin nur empfehlen. Die Heizleistung scheint ok zu sein, ist für mich aber nur fürden Notfall wichtig, ich denke zum Heizen wäre es doch zu teuer.Ich kann das Gerät und den Lieferanten nur wärmsten empfehlen.Einen Kritikpunkt habe ich allerdings, der zwar nichts mit dem Gerät oder dem Lieferanten zu tun hat, aber trotzdem nicht unerwähnt bleiben sollte......Elektronik Star hat das Gerät sehr schnell auf den Weg gebracht und mir die Papiere gemailt alles super, leider war eine Lieferung mit DHL wie auf der Rechnung vermerkt, wohl wegen des Gewichtes nicht möglich. Alternative...oh mein Gott bitte nicht, doch Hermes. Na das kann ja was werden ... und genau so war es auch mal wieder. Am 01.10 machte sich das tolle Stück auf den Weg von Hamburg nach Aachen grob ca. 500KM, ok wir fahren LKW und müssen Ruhezeiten einhalten also gut 8 Stunden sag ich mal. Wir fahren auch nicht nur für ein Teil also Sammeltransport fair gerechnet sollte somit eine Ankunft im Zentrallager NRW am 05.10. drin sein. Avisiert war er für 08-10.10.. Selbstreden kam der Kamin nicht, trotz sehr freundlichem Kundenservice bei ElektronikStar erhielt ich das Gerät erst am 12.10. war ja zu erwarten.Natürlich gibt es meist ein Problem wenn Lieferzeiten nicht eingehalten werden, z.b. es ist dann niemand zuhause. Sprich Sohn verdonnert seinen Montag abwartend in der Wohnung zu verbringen, als dann gegen 16 Uhr endlich geliefert wurde, stand mein Sohn mit nem 40kg schweren Karton im Treppenhaus und der Fahrer drehte sich um und ließ ihn stehen. Danke an die Firam Hermes für den ausgesprochen guten Service. Hätte sie in time geliefert wäre auch jemand zum Tragen da gewesen. Ein bisschen Hilfe wäre hier doch wohl angebracht.

Unpack, plug in, done. Super. Once the thing has made it through its delivery odyssey, it's simply fantastic, looks great, and works perfectly. I find the flames beautiful; there's always room for improvement, but then you have to dig deep into your pockets. If you're looking for a pretty piece at a reasonable price, I can highly recommend this fireplace. The heating output seems okay, but for me, that's only important in case of emergency; I think it would be too expensive for regular heating. I can wholeheartedly recommend both the device and the supplier. I do have one point of criticism, however, which has nothing to do with the device or the supplier, but should still be mentioned... Elektronik Star shipped the device very quickly and emailed me the paperwork—everything was great. Unfortunately, delivery via DHL, as stated on the invoice, wasn't possible, presumably due to the weight. The alternative... oh my god, please no! Hermes. Well, this should be interesting... and that's exactly how it turned out. On October 1st, the wonderful item set off from Hamburg to Aachen, roughly 500 km. Okay, we're driving a truck and have to observe rest periods, so about 8 hours, I'd say. We're not driving just for one item, so it was a consolidated shipment, so fairly calculated, it should have arrived at the central warehouse in North Rhine-Westphalia on October 5th. It was scheduled for October 8th-10th. Needless to say, the fireplace didn't arrive. Despite very friendly customer service at ElektronikStar, I didn't receive the appliance until October 12th, which was to be expected. Of course, there's usually a problem when delivery times aren't met, for example, no one is home. In other words, my son was condemned to spend his Monday waiting in the apartment. When it was finally delivered around 4 pm, my son was standing in the stairwell with a 40 kg box, and the driver turned around and left it there. Thanks to Hermes for the exceptionally good service. If they had delivered on time, there would have been someone there to help carry it. A little help would certainly be appropriate here.
