An Heiligabend statt Raclette oder Fondue getestet. Beschenkter hat sich gefreut, das Gerät hat einwandfrei funktioniert und das Essen hat geschmeckt. Die Reinigung ist ebenfalls sehr einfach und schnell erledigt.

Die Größe des Suppenbereiches und die einfache Funktion überzeugt. Jedoch die Grillfläche ist viel zu klein (max. 2 Personen, allerhöchstens 4) und das Fleisch rutscht wenn man es mehrfach wendet in die Suppe. Ein sehr schönes Gerät wenn der Fokus auf der Suppe ( 3 Lieter) liegt. Für uns zwar nicht das Richtige, deshalb zurückgeschickt, aber generell ein tolles Gerät und empfehlenswert.

The size of the soup area and the simple function are impressive. However, the grill area is much too small (max. 2 people, 4 at the most) and the meat slides into the soup if you turn it several times. A very nice device if the focus is on the soup (3 liters). Not right for us, so we sent it back, but generally a great device and recommendable.

Für zwei Personen ok, aber dann hört es auch auf. Das Gerät ansich ist gut und leicht zu reinigen. Das aufheizenmit Deckel geht auch echt schnell. Aufgrund der sehr kleinen Grillplatte schicken wir den Hot Pot aber zurück.

Die Medien konnten nicht geladen werden. Wir essen gerade Mookata. Meine Frau und ich. In Thailand ein äußerst beliebtes Essen. Oben Fleisch oder Fisch. Unten Glasnudeln Suppe Blumenkohl Brokkoli und andere Salatsorten. Dazu verschiedene leckere scharfe Soßen. Übrigens lässt sich der Glasdeckel auch zusammen bauen. Nicht wie in einer anderen Rezension verneint. Griff und Ring haben eine Art Nut und Feder. Diese müssen auf der richtigen Position vereint sein. Dann kann man ihn zusammen schrauben. Mmh Yummy .

Zunächst einmal, war meine Deckelschraube zu kurz. Der Griff ließ sich nicht montieren, daher habe ich einen Griff eines anderen Deckels montiert. Schlecht! Das Gerät ist ansonsten ok. Die Tragegriffe am Korpus sind etwas dünn. Ein befülltes, heißes Gerät mag man so nicht viel bewegen. Die Wärmeleistung der Grillplatte und des Ringes ist top. Die Grillplatte hat zwar eine Rinne, diese lässt sich nur umständlich in die Suppe leeren (beim Übergießen), es geht aber, wenn man die Platte mit einer Zange ausleert. Die Optik ist top, die elektrischen Regler gut. Das Kabel ist zu kurz. Ein Dreifachstecker hängt in der Luft, wenn verbunden. Die Verblendung der Heizelemente ist innen gut. Dem Ring könnte eine kleine Nase zum Entleeren gut tun. Insgesamt Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Das Gerät ist ein Hingucker und für den Preis top!

First of all, my lid screw was too short. The handle would not fit, so I fitted a handle from a different lid. Bad! The device is otherwise OK. The handles on the body are a bit thin. You don't want to move a full, hot device much like that. The heat output of the grill plate and the ring is top-notch. The grill plate does have a groove, which is difficult to empty into the soup (when pouring over it), but it works if you empty the plate with tongs. The look is great, the electrical controls are good. The cable is too short. A three-way plug hangs in the air when connected. The heating elements are covered well on the inside. The ring could do with a small nose for emptying. Overall, complaints at a high level. The device is an eye-catcher and top notch for the price!

Nachtrag zum Kauf am 28.11.: Das Design vom Topfdeckel wurde überarbeitet. Statt dem Knauf beim Topfdeckel wie beim alten Model hat das neue Model nun einen Einhandgriff. Der ist stabil und gut verarbeitet, ABER nun passt der Topf nach der Benutzung samt Deckel mit Griff nicht mehr in den Karton…. Ist kein großes Drama. Zum Verstauen fand ich aber schon sehr praktisch, dass der Topf im Karton aufbewahrt werden konnte bis zur nächsten Hot Pot Saison. Ansonsten sind wir nach woe vor happy mit unseren 2 hot pots, mittlerweile hat die 8. Familie aus unserem Freundeskreis den Topf nachgekauft. Für uns ist der Topf perfekt. Suppenteil u Grillplatte unabhängig von einander regelbare, Hitze ausreichend und kann gut gereinigt werden. Für 4 bis 6 Leute ist die Topfgröße ideal. Löcher in der Grillplatte wie bei andere. Geräten wollten wir absichtlich nicht. Grillfett brauche ich in der Suppe nicht. Den Topf schon 5 mal weiterempfohlen im Freundeskreis. Alle haben ihn nachgekauft.

Addendum to the purchase on November 28th: The design of the pot lid has been revised. Instead of the knob on the pot lid like on the old model, the new model now has a one-hand handle. It is sturdy and well made, BUT now the pot, including the lid and handle, no longer fits in the box after use... It's not a big deal. For storage, however, I found it very practical that the pot could be kept in the box until the next hot pot season. Otherwise, we are still happy with our 2 hot pots; the 8th family in our circle of friends has now bought the pot. The pot is perfect for us. The soup part and grill plate can be regulated independently of each other, the heat is sufficient and it is easy to clean. The pot size is ideal for 4 to 6 people. We deliberately did not want holes in the grill plate like on other devices. I don't need grill fat in the soup. I have already recommended the pot 5 times to friends. They have all bought it again.

Meine Mama hatte dieses Gerät in einer Fernsehsendung das erste Mal gesehen. Als sie es mir dann zeigte, war ich total begeistert, aber skeptisch. Die Rezension von Jenni hat mich dann überzeugt es mit diesem Hot Pot zu versuchen. Meine Familie und ich sind jetzt absolut begeistert! Man kann so viele verschiedene Zutaten nutzen, und bis jetzt war jeder Versuch ein geschmackliches Erlebnis (seit wir die Brühe mit leichten Änderungen zum Rezept ;-) selbst kochen)! Fazit: Ein tolles Gerät für jeden der gerne asiatisch isst und / oder experimentiert! P.S.: Danke Jenni für deine super Rezension!

My mom saw this device for the first time on a TV show. When she showed it to me, I was really excited, but skeptical. Jenni's review convinced me to try this hot pot. My family and I are now absolutely thrilled! You can use so many different ingredients, and so far every attempt has been a taste experience (since we've been making the broth ourselves with slight changes to the recipe ;-))! Ich habe schon lange mit einem HotPot Grill geliebäugelt, konnte mich aber anhand der guten Bewertungen nicht entscheiden, ob es der von TomYang wird, oder der von Klarstein. Am Ende siegte der von Klarstein - alleine durch die große Suppenrinne, die getrennt voneinander zu benutzenden Wärmekreise, weil es keine Ablaufrinne von dem Grillteller in die Suppe gibt (ich mag das nämlich nicht), und der leichten Reinigung, da zwei Teile - Grillplatte und Suppenrinne getrennt. Meine Bestellung kam sicher verpackt und noch vor dem zugesagten Liefertermin an - die Freude war groß - wurde aber beim Auspacken geschmälert, da meine Lieferung nicht vollständig war. Ich habe die Fa. Klarstein über Amazon schriftlich kontaktiert, und hoffe, wir finden eine schnelle Lösung des Problems. Update! Leider hat die Lösung des Problems nun fast 3 Monate gedauert - aber ist nun abgeschlossen. Der HotPot ist toll, ich liebe diese große Suppenrinne. Es macht wirklich irre viel Spaß, mit Familie oder Freunden dabei zusammen zu sitzen. Den fehlenden Grillteller habe ich mit unserem Elektro Grill überbrückt, so konnten wir sogar wesentlich mehr Fleisch gleichzeitig grillen! Alles in allem ein tolles Gerät, der Service ist auch freundlich - wenn er sich denn dann mal meldet. Darum nur 4 Sterne!

I have been thinking about getting a HotPot grill for a long time, but couldn't decide based on the good reviews whether to get the TomYang or the Klarstein. In the end, the Klarstein won - just because of the large soup channel, the heat circles that can be used separately because there is no drain channel from the grill plate into the soup (I don't like that), and the ease of cleaning because the two parts - grill plate and soup channel - are separate. My order arrived safely packaged and before the promised delivery date - I was very happy - but it was spoiled when I unpacked it because my delivery was not complete. I have written to Klarstein via Amazon and hope that we can find a quick solution to the problem. Update! Unfortunately, the solution to the problem took almost 3 months - but is now complete. The HotPot is great, I love this large soup channel. It is really a lot of fun to sit around it with family or friends. I made up for the lack of a grill plate with our electric grill, so we could grill a lot more meat at the same time! All in all, a great device, and the service is friendly - when they actually get in touch. That's why it's only 4 stars!

Ich habe mir den HotPot nun schon länger eingebildet und bei einem Angebots-Deal zugeschlagen ;) Positiv ist, dass die jew. Teile auch in die Spülmaschine können und alles bis auf den Pot selbst, daher super einfach zu reinigen ist. Die Temperatur ist für Grill und Topf separat zu schalten, was sehr praktisch ist. Ich würde mir nur noch eine Rinne für den Fettablauf wünschen - damit etwas mehr Geschmack in die Suppe kommt ;) Ansonsten eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

I've been imagining the HotPot for a long time now and struck it at an offer deal ;) The positive thing is that the respective parts can also be put in the dishwasher and everything except the pot itself is super easy to clean. The temperature can be switched separately for the grill and pot, which is very practical. Es ist so ein tolles Erlebnis und macht soviel Spaß. Durch die getrennten Heizkreise kann man den Pot gut steuern. Eine kleine Pause beim Essen, Grillplatte ausstellen. Die Brühe bleibt auf kleiner Stufe. Wenn man weiter speisen möchte sind beide Heizkreise ganz schnell wieder auf Temperatur. Super ist auch die Zerlegbarkeit für die Reinigung. Platte sowohl auch Ring sind einzeln.

It's such an amazing experience and so much fun. The separate heating circuits make it easy to control the pot. A short break while eating, exhibit the grill plate. The broth stays on a low level. If you want to continue eating, both heating circuits are quickly back up to temperature. The fact that it can be dismantled for cleaning is also great. Plate and ring are separate.

Die Handhabung ist einfach und das Essen schmeckt wirklich gut. Gedämpft ist natürlich deutlich gesunder als das im Fett geschwenkte Fondue. Sofort Einsatzbereit ind leicht zu reinigen für die Hausfrau besonders wichtig.

Das Gerät funktioniert sehr gut, und bietet durch getrennte Heizkreise die Möglichkeit, den Grillteil auszuschalten. Die Reinigung ist auch leicht möglich, da alle Teile herausgenommen werden können.

Im Vorfeld gehe ich direkt auf diesen Hot Pot, (chinesisches Fondue oder welche Namen es noch gibt) von Klarstein ein. Das Gerät ist Top. Bin mehr als begeistert. Die Verarbeitung ist gut und das Material hochwertig. Die Suppenschüssel und Grillplatte lassen sich seperat an und ausschalten und in der Temperatur regeln. Beides kann man auch voneinander abnehmen und seperat spülen. Ist nicht miteinander verbunden. Die Brat-/Grillfläche hat keine Ablaufrinne damit der Sud/Bratensaft in die Suppe/Brühe läuft. Der Suppenring ist riesig. Genau das gefällt uns. Wir machen hier immer eine Brühe rein. Giessen bei Bedarf Brühe nach und grillen z.B. Fleisch, Fisch und Gemüse auf der Grillplatte. Entweder wir essen das gegrillte Gemüse dann direkt mit Brühe aus dem Ring, oder garen das Gemüse auch in der Suppe. Das kann jeder am Tisch machen wie er mag. Die Kinder lieben es chinesische oder japanische Nudeln direkt in den Suppenring zu machen und darin zu garen/kochen. Dank der Größe des Rings und der kurzen Gardauer dieser Nudeln geht das problemlos. Es ist ein gemütliches Beisammensitzen am Tisch wo gut 4 oder mehr Personen gemütlich essen können und satt werden. Logisch ist, dass man bei mehr Personen mehr Sitzfleisch haben sollte, weil die Grillfläche natürlich nicht so groß ist. Das weiß man aber im Vorfeld wenn man sich für so ein Essen entscheidet und das ist ja mitunter auch das Schöne daran. Es ist sogar ein Deckel mit tollem Griff dabei. Der Griff liegt sehr gut in der Hand. Auch wenn Reste übrig sind, und es sind immer Reste übrig, werfe ich alles in die Suppenrinne und mache den Deckel darauf. Dann kann ich die Suppe auch direkt in dem Behälter am nächsten Tag wieder erwärmen. Das geht dank des getrennten Reglers. Top. Die Reinigung geht spielend einfach. Wir sind begeistert von dem Hot Pot von Klarstein. Natürlich habe ich auch immer wieder mit dem Tom Yang geliebäugelt. Alle Bewertungen sind top und jeder schwärmt. Als es ihn dann hier auf Amazon auch im Angebot gab (112 Euro) habe ich ihn mir gegönnt. Den Klarstein habe ich auch im Angebot für knapp 70 Euro erworben. Der Tom Yang kostet sonst um die 140 Euro in der Grundausstattung (also ohne Schüsseln und Rezeptbuch) und der Klarstein um die 90 Euro. Als er ankam war ich schon enttäuscht. Er ist viel kleiner. Die Grillfläche ist fest mit der Soßen/Suppenrinne verbunden und die Temperatur lässt sich auch nicht seperat regeln. Hier hat allerdings die Grillfläche Ablaufrinnen, damit der Bratensaft in die Brühe /Soße läuft. Die Rinne ist auch eher als Soßenrinne gedacht, weil hier viel weniger Platz hat. Man soll wohl nur Wasser und Sojasoße oder Fischsoße nehmen. Durch den Bratensaft erhält das ganze dann Geschmack weil man die Soße über das Bratgut gießen soll. Das gestaltet sich wegen der schmalen und flachen Rinne schon schwierig. Es passt keine Suppenkelle rein. Mit einem normalen Suppenlöffel geht es, passt aber fast nichts drauf. Nach der Reinigung hat sich auch ein weißer Film in der Schale gebildet. Und das nach nur einer Anwendung. Kurzum bin ich enttäuscht von Tom Yang und bevorzuge für uns den Klarstein Topf.

We either eat the grilled vegetables straight from the ring with broth, or we also cook the vegetables in the soup. Everyone at the table can do it as they like. The children love to put Chinese or Japanese noodles directly into the soup ring and cook in it. Thanks to the size of the ring and the short cooking time of these noodles, this is no problem. It is a cozy get-together at the table where 4 or more people can eat comfortably and get full. It is logical that you should have more stamina with more people, because the grill area is of course not that big. But you know that in advance when you decide on such a meal and that's sometimes the nice thing about it. There is even a lid with a great handle. The handle fits the hand very well. Even if there are leftovers, and there are always leftovers, I toss everything in the soup chute and put the lid on it. Then I can reheat the soup directly in the container the next day. This is possible thanks to the separate controller. Top. Cleaning is really easy. We are enthusiastic about the Klarstein Hot Pot. Of course, I kept flirting with Tom Yang. All reviews are top and everyone raves. When it was also on sale here on Amazon (112 euros), I treated myself to it. I also bought the Klarstein on offer for just under 70 euros. The Tom Yang otherwise costs around 140 euros in the basic configuration (i.e. without bowls and recipe book) and the Klarstein around 90 euros. When it arrived I was already disappointed. After cleaning, a white film has also formed in the bowl. And after just one application. In short, I am disappointed with Tom Yang and prefer the Klarstein pot for us.

Vor einigen Jahren haben wir das Asien BBQ in Kambodscha kennen gelernt und es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir uns eine Sommervariante mitgebracht haben. Weil diese Gaskocher in der Wohnung doch sehr riechen, waren wir um so erfreuter diese Elektro Version gefunden zu haben und sind mega begeistert. Der wird ruck zuck heiß und besonders praktisch finde ich die zwei getrennten Stromkreise (Grill und Hot Pot). Am Grill selbst brennt nichts an,er hat eine super Beschichtung, das Fleisch wird schön zart aber auch durch. Angenehm finde ich auch die geringe Rauchentwicklung, so dass man ohne Probleme im Wohnzimmer grillen kann. Die Reinigung ist ein Traum. Der Hot Pot lässt sich einfach mit etwas warmen Wasser und Spülmittel reinigen ohne großen Kraftaufwand oder viel Schrubben. Ich bin begeistert. Wir verwenden ihn gern zu zweit und von der Brühe die Übrig bleibt gibt es am nächsten Tag einfach eine legger Thai Suppe.

A few years ago we got to know the Asia BBQ in Cambodia and liked it so much that we brought a summer version with us. Because these gas cookers smell a lot in the apartment, we were all the more pleased to have found this electric version and are super excited. It gets hot in no time and I find the two separate circuits (grill and hot pot) particularly practical. Nothing burns on the grill itself, it has a great coating, the meat is nice and tender but also cooked through. I also like the low smoke development, so that you can grill in the living room without any problems. Cleaning is a dream. The Hot Pot is easy to clean with a little warm water and washing-up liquid without much effort or scrubbing. I'm excited. We like to use it for two and the broth that is left over is simply used for a light Thai soup the next day.

Dieses Gerät ist wirklich ein Traum. Es ist bestens geeignet um gemütliche Stunden mit der Familie oder Freunden am Tisch zu verbringen. Hier möchte ich anmerken, dass der Hot Pot für vier Personen vollkommen ausreicht, jedoch denke ich, dass bei mehr als vier Personen besser ein zweiter Hot Pot benötigt wird. Besonders praktisch finde ich die zwei getrennten Stromkreise (Grill und Hot Pot). Am Grill selbst brennt nichts an, das Fleisch wird schön zart aber auch durch. Wir haben Lamm und Hähnchenfleisch sowie Garnelen darauf gebraten. Im Hot Pot selbst haben wir eine Gemüsebrühe verwendet und darin Brokkoli, Champignons, Maiskolben und Lauch sowie Mie Nudeln gegart. Angenehm finde ich auch die geringe Rauchentwicklung, so dass man ohne Probleme im Wohnzimmer grillen kann. Die Reinigung ist ein Traum. Der Hot Pot lässt sich einfach mit etwas warmen Wasser und Spülmittel reinigen ohne großen Kraftaufwand oder viel Schrubben. Ich bin begeistert.

This device really is a dream. It is ideal for spending cozy hours at the table with family or friends. I would like to point out that the hot pot is perfectly adequate for four people, but I think that if there are more than four people, a second hot pot is better needed. I find the two separate circuits (grill and hot pot) particularly practical. Nothing burns on the grill itself, the meat is nice and tender but also cooked through. We fried lamb and chicken meat and shrimp on it. In the hot pot itself we used a vegetable broth and cooked broccoli, mushrooms, corn on the cob and leeks as well as noodles. I also like the low smoke development, so that you can grill in the living room without any problems. Cleaning is a dream.
