I bought this mixer on 8 December 2023 and had already baked a few cakes with it. However, last week, when I finished baking a cake, I went to remove the rod to wash it and, when I turned it to remove, it broke and a piece of plastic fell into the cake batter. I was very surprised, as the machine is very powerful and beats cakes very well, but I don't think this piece is suitable for the machine, as it is not very resistant plastic.
I've already filed a claim, but I've been told that the guarantee doesn't cover accessories.
I'm sorry about this, because if the quality of the material of the rod had been the same as the other 2 accessories, this situation would not have occurred. What is the point of having a machine with a very powerful motor, with a very robust bowl, with 2 accessories made of an equally resistant material, if the STICK (which is the part I use the most) is made of a SUPER FRAGILE material?
I think you should rethink your service and take this opportunity to correct your warranty policy (as well as the materials used in your equipment).

es el repuesto original de la marca klarstein para montar nata o huevos no lo useis para otras cosas (batir masa de bizcocho o similare) por que se rompera como nos paso en casa. SOLOPARA BATIR CLARAS A PUNTO NIEVE, MONTAR NATA O BATIR HUEVOS. para otras cosas usar el accesorio en "K" o e gancho de amasar si es masa firme como la de pizza o de pan también advertir que hay dos modelos según el enganche. este lleva comoacople un tubo redondo con dos pivotes. hay otro de plástico con una muesca en un lateral que no vale para mi modelo

It is the original replacement part of the Klarstein brand to whip cream or eggs. Do not use it for other things (beating cake batter or similar) because it will break as happened to us at home. IT WILL ONLY BE USED TO BEAT EGG WHISKS, WHIP CREAM OR BEAT EGGS. For other things, use the "K" accessory or kneading hook if it is firm dough such as pizza or bread dough. Also note that there are two models depending on the attachment. This one has a round tube with two pivots as a coupling. There is another plastic one with a notch on one side that does not fit my model.

Da ich letztens meinen Schneebesen der Bella Rossa Küchenmaschine verlegt habe, habe ich bei dem Kundenservice angerufen. Ich wurde sofort mit einem netten Mitarbeiter verbunden und wurde direkt auf das Ersatzteil hingewiesen und konnte diese mir auch sofort ergattern. Wirklich sehr Praktisch und hilfbereit- bin echt zufrieden – Danke :-)

I recently misplaced my Bella Rossa stand mixer whisk, so I called customer service. I was immediately put through to a nice member of staff and was informed straight away about the replacement part, which I was able to get hold of right away. Really very practical and helpful - I'm really satisfied - thank you :-)
