Der Wärmestart hat etwas gedauert, aber dann war es wirklich perfekt für einen schönen Raclettesabend. Die Pfännchen sind schön groß, der Stein super, es hackt nichts an und er lässt sich einfach reinigen.

Wir machen im Winter mehrmals monatlich Raclette und es gibt kein besseres als dieses Gerät. Bei unserem Dauergebrauch hält es immer mindestens drei bis fünf Jahre bevor wir genau dieses wieder neu kaufen. Der Stein ist klasse zur Zubereitung von Fleisch, Fisch und Gemüse. Die Reinigung ist unkompliziert aber man sollte darauf achten nicht den heissen Stein sofort mit kühlem Wasser zu reinigen. Lieber erst abkühlen lassen und später mit einem Spachtel das Gröbste entfernen bevor man es mit Wasser und Spüli entfettet. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung zum Kauf und 5*.

We make raclette several times a month in winter and there is no better device than this. With our constant use, it always lasts at least three to five years before we buy exactly this again. The stone is great for preparing meat, fish and vegetables. Cleaning is uncomplicated, but you should be careful not to clean the hot stone immediately with cool water. It is better to let it cool down first and later remove most of it with a spatula before degreasing it with water and washing-up liquid. From us a clear recommendation to buy and 5*.

Das ist unser viertes und bislang bestes Raclette. Es hat eine sehr hohe und v.a. gleichmäßige Wärmeleistung, alle Pfännchen werden schnell und gleichmäßig heiß, bestes Ergebnis im Vergleich zu unseren bisherigen Geräten. Begeistert sind wir von dem Stein als Grillauflage. Fleisch wird hierauf hervorragend und das ohne Rauchentwicklung was bei unseren zuvor benutzten Geräten ein Problem war. Vor dem ersten Mal sollte dieser im Backofen "durchgebacken" werden, damit er nicht reißt. Beschreibung kann dem Internet entnommen werden. Auch die Reinigung nach dem Abkühlen ist zufriedenstellend. Er darf nur nicht eingeweicht werden da er dann viel Wasser zieht und beim nächsten Grillen reißen könnte.Abschließend etwas Backpulver nehmen und es geht damit dann fast alles weg. Tw. sind leichte gelbe Flecken noch vorhanden was bei einem solchen Stein aber völlig normal ist. Von weiterem Vorteil ist auch die ovale Form, da auch an den kurzen Seiten die Pfännchen etwas seitlich platziert sind und man in dieser Sitzposition gut die Pfännchen bedienen kann. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

This is our fourth and best raclette so far. It has a very high and, above all, even heat output, all pans heat up quickly and evenly, the best result compared to our previous devices. We are enthusiastic about the stone as a grill pad. Meat turns out excellent on this and without smoke, which was a problem with our previously used devices. Before using it for the first time, it should be "baked through" in the oven so that it doesn't tear. Description can be found on the internet. Cleaning after cooling is also satisfactory. It just mustn't be soaked, because then it draws a lot of water and could tear the next time you grill it. Finally, take some baking powder and almost everything will go away with it. Some slight yellow spots are still present, which is completely normal with such a stone. Another advantage is the oval shape, since the pans are also placed a little to the side on the short sides and you can use the pans easily in this sitting position. Ich finde es super, dass man kein Öl braucht für die Zubereitung. Innerhalb von 30 Minuten ist das Raclette aufgewärmt und kann benutzt werden. Das Essen war gut zubereitet. Das Einzige, was ich bemängeln würde, dass man auf der gleichen Platte Fleisch, Fisch und Gemüse zubereitet. Wir haben das Problem gelöst in dem wir zusätzlich Fondue für das Fleisch nahmen und Fisch mit Gemüse auf der Platte gebraten haben.

I think it's great that you don't need any oil to prepare it. The raclette is warmed up and can be used within 30 minutes. The food was well prepared. The only thing I would complain about is that you cook meat, fish and vegetables on the same plate. We solved the problem by adding fondue to the meat and roasting fish with vegetables on the plate.

Der Raclette-Grill wurde vom Verkäufer über Amazon sehr schnell geliefert. Ausgepackt, kurz ausprobiert - funktioniert und bis Silvester wieder verstaut. Die Stein-Grillplatte ist gut verarbeitet, schön glatt und leicht zu reinigen - vor dem Gebrauch. Zu Silvester wurde das Teil dann gebraucht. Die Wärmeleistung ist sehr ausreichend bemessen, es lässt sich also Fleisch (Geschnetzteltes) gut auf dem Stein braten. Die beschichteten Pfännchen könnten farbige Griffe haben, so kann sich jeder merken, welches Pfännchen wem gehört. Das Grillgut wird auch in den Pfännchen selbst gut erhitzt, der Käse nimmt gut Farbe an. Alles in allem ein guter Grill zu einem annehmbaren Preis. Von mir gibts eine Kaufempfehlung.

The raclette grill was delivered very quickly by the seller via Amazon. Unpacked, tried it out for a moment - works and stowed away again until New Year's Eve. The stone grill plate is well made, beautifully smooth and easy to clean - before use. The part was then needed for New Year's Eve. The heat output is very adequate, so meat (sliced) can be roasted well on the stone. The coated pans could have colored handles so everyone can remember which pan belongs to whom. The grilled food is also heated well in the pans themselves, and the cheese takes on color well. All in all a good grill at a reasonable price. I have a buy recommendation.

Das Raclette sollte ein älteres und kleineres Gerät ersetzen, da sich die Anzahl der Tischgäste vergrößert hat. Das ansprechend verarbeitete Gerät heizte sich schnell auf und erwärmte den Stein in etwa einer Viertelstunde genügend. Die Heizleistung war immer mehr als ausreichend und ließ sich gut regulieren. Sowohl auf der Steinplatte erhitztes Fleisch als auch die mit Gemüse, Pilzen etc. sowie Raclettekäse bestückten Pfännchen wurden immer zufriedenstellend und schnell genug zubereitet. Alles in allem eine gelungene Einweihung des Geräts.

The raclette should replace an older and smaller device because the number of guests at the table has increased. The attractively processed device heats up quickly and warms up the stone sufficiently in about a quarter of an hour. The heat output was always more than sufficient and could be easily regulated. Both meat heated on the stone slab and the pans stocked with vegetables, mushrooms etc. and raclette cheese were always prepared satisfactorily and quickly enough. Fazit 2021. Nach 3 Jahren Gebrauch (nicht oft, aber immer wieder) sind wir immer noch sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt. Ist unserer Zweiter. Sieht optisch immer noch sehr schön aus, funktioniert einwandfrei. Würde wieder kaufen.

Das Raclette war jetzt schon mehrmals im Einsatz und sieht immer noch top aus. Der Stein ist zum grillen absolut super. Man braucht kein Öl, und es platzt auch nichts ab, wie bei den beschichteten Grillflächen. Sehr einfach und schnell zu reinigen. Allerdings ist die Fläche für 8 Personen zu klein. Wir waren zu viert, und das hat prima gepasst, eventuell zu sechst, aber da wird's dann schon ziemlich eng. Trotzdem klare Kaufempfehlung

Wir essen gerade im Herbst/ Winter gerne und oft mit Freunden Raclette und sind vollkommen zufrieden! Das Gerät wird schnell heiß und stinkt nicht, abgesehen von der ersten Benutzung, was völlig normal ist. Die Platten lassen sich gut reinigen, lediglich der untere Teil, auf denen die Pfännchen stehen ist da etwas aufwändiger, aber auch dass ist bislang bei jedem Gerät so gewesen, denn irgendwo müssen die Heizspiralen ja befestigt werden. Die Beschichtung ist auch nach häufigem Gebrauch noch einwandfrei in Ordnung, auch das ist bei vielen Geräte nicht der Fall. Die Platte hat sich minimal verzogen, aber sobald das Gerät warm ist, passt sie wieder wie angegossen. Den Stein haben wir noch nicht ausprobiert, aber von der Optik/ dem Gewicht her ist auch der hochwertig. Wir sind zufrieden, denn dieses Gerät macht uns jetzt bereits mehr Freude wie der Vorgänger eines teueren Markenherstellers.

We like to eat raclette with friends, especially in autumn/winter, and we are completely satisfied! The device gets hot quickly and doesn't smell bad apart from the first time you use it, which is perfectly normal. The plates are easy to clean, only the lower part, on which the pans stand, is a bit more complex, but that has also been the case with every device so far, because the heating coils have to be attached somewhere. The coating is still perfectly fine even after frequent use, which is also not the case with many devices. The plate warped slightly, but once the device is warm it fits like a glove again. We haven't tried the stone yet, but it's also of high quality in terms of optics/weight. We are satisfied, because we are already enjoying this device more than the predecessor from an expensive brand manufacturer.

Llevo tiempo probando esta Raclette y la verdad estoy super contenta ya que es una forma diferente de cocinar mucho mas natural y sin ningun tipo de aceite, como ves en las fotos la suelo usar con vegetales y el resultado es muy sabroso, es super sencilla de usar, muy resistente, la piedra es muy pesada asi que hay que tener cuidado al transportarla de un lado a otro, el resto del aparato no pesa nada, solo debes colocarla, enchufarla y con la ruedecita que trae darle mas o menos temperatura, calienta muchisimo y enseguida que lo enchufas ya notas el calor que desprende la piedra.
Es muy facil de limpiar, solo le pasas un paño humedo y facilmente se limpia, otra cosa que me encanta son los accesorios que trae, 8 mini sartenes que puedes usar juntas o solo las que necesites, las puedes usar para que cada comensal se prepare su guarnicion favorita y se cocinan a la vez que la comida principal, el tiempo de coccion es medio, al menos con los ingredientes que yo suelo usar, sin embargo el sabor es francamente bueno, sin aceites, mucho mas saludable, baja en calorias y super fresco! Ideal para comidas en familia :)

Diese Entscheidung beim Raclette muss man treffen: Stein oder Metall. Bei Metall bin ich insofern skeptisch, da hier die Masse her muss und dann ist das gleich teuer. Wir haben den Stein in Öl eingelegt vor der ersten Nutzung und ihn vor dem Essen im Ofen auf 270°C geheizt. Das hat wunderbar geklappt! Alle Pfännchen werden gleichmäßig geheizt und sind leicht zu reinigen. Holzschieber haben wir uns hier als Plusprodukt selbst dazugekauft. Die Reinigung des Steins ist auch recht einfach und alle Reste lösen sich gut. Man kann hier ja schrubbe und sogar mit dem Extenderschleifer ran! Das geht bei Metall nicht! Ein Metallgrill muss stets beschichtet sein. Da bin ich eh skeptisch, denn Beschichtungen schaffen sich innerhalb von 20 Jahren alle ab! Hoffentlich hält dieses Set solange. Ich würde es nach aktuellem Stand eindeutig weiter empfehlen. Wir haben es allerdings erst einmal benutzt, muss ich dazusagen. Aber soviel zum Ersten Nutzen: Leistung reicht gut aus zum Heizen und 3 Stunden Racletten, reinigen geht ebenfalls gut. Ein halben Stern Abzug, weil die Steinplatte anfangs auf dem Gestell wackelte. Ich habe an einer Stelle Draht mehrfach herumgewickelt, jetzt wackelt nix mehr. Ein weiterer halber Stern Abzug, weil -wie bei JEDEM Raclette-Set- das Kabel mit 1,2m einfach zu kurz ist !! Herrje, ist es denn so schwer, ein 4m Kabel dranzumachen ! Wer hat denn eine Steckdose im Tisch?? Nein, nich unterm Tisch, IM Tisch. Es muss also stets ein Verlängerungskabel her. Ärgerlich, weil unnötig. Nachtrag: Nach 2 Jahren immer noch top. Wenn man die Platte vorher mit Öl einreibt brennt nichts wirklich an. Nach dem Betrieb die Steinplatte über nacht in Wasser einlegen, dann kann sie am morgen mühelos mit der Spülbürste gereinigt werden. Wer mehr wünscht kann mit dem Schwing-/Extenderschleifer drübergehen, dann ist die Platte wieder wie neu! Beim letzten Nutzen schaffte das Geräöt auch ohne vorheriges (s.o.) Vorheizen des Steins gut Temperatur herzustellen und zu halten.

I wrapped wire around it several times at one point, now nothing wobbles anymore. Another half star deduction because - as with EVERY raclette set - the 1.2m cable is simply too short! Good Lord, is it that difficult to connect a 4m cable! Who has a socket in the table? No, not under the table, IN the table. So you always need an extension cord. Annoying because unnecessary. Addendum: Still great after 2 years. If you rub the record with oil beforehand, nothing really burns. After operation, soak the stone slab in water overnight, then it can be effortlessly cleaned in the morning with the dishwashing brush. If you want more, you can go over it with the orbital/extender sander, then the panel will be like new again! During the last use, the device managed to produce and maintain a good temperature without previously (see above) preheating the stone.

Das Raclette habe ich für 66,99Euro gekauft. Für mich war das ein absolut fairer Preis. Das Raclette ist hochwertiger als eins vom Discounter, die immer im Dezember bei Lidl, Aldi, netto und Co angeboten werden. Die Temperatur kann mittels eines Knopfes geregelt werden. Holzschaber sind nicht enthalten! Aber es gibt diverse Anbieter bei Amazon, die sehr schöne Holzschaber auch aus Olivenholz anbieten. Die Reinigung des Steins erweist sich auf den ersten Blick als schwierig. Dazu kann ich zwei sehr gute Reinigungsmittel empfehlen, die fettlöslich sind: Von der Firma Obenland (siehe google) gibt es einen Orangenreiniger, der in einer Sprühflasche verdünnt angewandt werden muß. Den erkalteten Raclettstein einige Male mit dem Orangenreiniger besprühen und nach 20 Minuten Einwirkzeit mit einem Küchentuch die hartnäckigsten schwarz eingebrannten Reste wegwischen. Auch kann ich noch einen sehr guten Reiniger von HSE24 empfehlen. Von der Firma "Das blaue Wunder" gibt es ein sogenanntes Backofenintensiv-Gel. Dieses Gel ist der Hammer und damit war das Raclette noch besser zu reinigen. Einfach das Gel auf das Raclette geben, dabei Haushaltshandschuhe anziehen und das Gel auf dem Raclette verteilen. Nach gut einer halben Stunden Einwirkzeit kann das dick eingebrannte schwarze Etwas dann mit einem Küchentuch abgewischt werden. Bitte dann unbedingt die Haushaltshandschuhe anziehen. Ich bin weder Vertreter von Obenland, noch von der Firma das blaue Wunder. Ich möchte hiermit nur einen Tipp geben, wie einfach dann der Stein des Raclette zu reinigen ist. Das Fleisch gart schön gleichmäßig auf dem Raclette. In den Pfännchen bei höchster Temperatur schmilzt der Käse auch schnell und de Pfännchen sind schnell gegart. Wer das Raclette zu einem günstigeren Preis für 66,99Euro kauft, der hat Glück gehabt. Aber auch bei 66,99Euro ist und war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig in Ordnung. Empfehlenswert!

Questa piastra per raclette è davvero carina, utile e funzionale. Arriva in una confezione perfettamente imballata che contiene, oltre alla base dove si trovano le resistenze, una bella piastra rimovibile in granito di 4 kg molto ampia e dotata sui bordi di una scanalatura per raccogliere il grasso durante la cottura, e 8 padelline antiaderenti.
Al primo utilizzo, dopo aver pulito la piastra con un panno umido e aver lavato le padelline, si inserisce il cavo (un po’ corto, peccato) nella presa di corrente, si seleziona con la manopola la potenza massima (MAX), si attende 10-15 minuti affinché le resistenze si surriscaldino e scaldino di conseguenza la pietra, e poi si può cominciare a sbizzarrirsi con spiedini, wurstel, salsicce, fettine di maiale, alette di pollo, verdure grigliate, bruschette o pane abbrustolito, e anche il pesce (io ci faccio il persico e la verdesca, e vengono divinamente).
Nella zona inferiore trovano posto le 8 padelline antiaderenti nelle quali è possibile cuocere quello che si preferisce, a partire dal formaggio raclette, appunto, fino alle uova all’occhio di bue, ai sughetti, le salse, le patate lesse, persino la cioccolata! Io ci faccio sfrigolare il parmigiano e viene fuori una mini-frittata che è una goduria per il palato.
La cosa oltremodo positiva di questa raclette è che non fa fumo né provoca schizzi durante la cottura. Nemmeno cattivi odori, cosa importantissima per me che la uso in cucina, non avendo una veranda né un giardino. Durante la cottura, se si dovesse notare troppo calore (tra l'altro, in questo periodo è impossibile starci troppo vicino, fa sudare copiosamente), è poi possibile impostare diversi gradi di potenza girando la piccola manopola.
Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, nel libretto di istruzioni (inglese e tedesco) viene raccomandato di non lavare la piastra mentre è ancora calda, ma di aspettare che si sia completamente raffreddata, altrimenti potrebbe venarsi o spaccarsi. Confermo che basta tenerla sotto acqua corrente (tiepida) e lo sporco verrà via da solo. Mi raccomando, non usate detersivi perché potrebbero rimanere residui chimici che potrebbero contaminare il cibo la volta successiva che andrete a cucinare.
La carne cotta su pietra ha un sapore buonissimo, grazie al fatto che è un tipo di cottura, questo, che butta fuori i grassi, del tutto naturale. Io, come si vede nel video, non la faccio cuocere troppo, mi piace il petto di pollo a bagnomaria, e in un quarto d’ora-venti minuti è pronto. Per una cottura più “definita” potrebbe servire anche mezz’ora.
Peccato solo che in dotazione non ci sia nemmeno una spatolina per prendere il formaggio fuso dalle raclette e che il cavo d’alimentazione sia un po’ corto. Per il resto è un prodotto fantastico che consiglio a chi vuole cucinare in modo sano e naturale e fare una sorpresa agli amici per una cena “diversa”, che li stupirà e li convincerà a comprarsi a loro volta un gioiellino come questo!

In the lower area there are 8 non-stick pans in which you can cook whatever you prefer, starting with raclette cheese, right up to fried eggs, gravy, sauces, boiled potatoes, even chocolate! I let the parmesan sizzle and a mini-omelette comes out which is a pleasure for the palate. The extremely positive thing about this raclette is that it does not smoke or cause splashes during cooking. Not even bad smells, which is very important for me who use it in the kitchen, not having a veranda or a garden. During cooking, if too much heat should be noticed (among other things, in this period it is impossible to stay too close to it, it makes one sweat profusely), it is then possible to set different degrees of power by turning the small knob. As far as cleaning is concerned, in the instruction booklet (English and German) it is recommended not to wash the soleplate while it is still hot, but to wait until it has completely cooled down, otherwise it could become veined or cracked. I confirm that just hold it under running water (warm) and the dirt will come off by itself. Please, do not use detergents because chemical residues could remain which could contaminate the food the next time you go to cook. Meat cooked on stone has a very good flavour, thanks to the fact that it is a completely natural type of cooking that releases fat. As you can see in the video, I don't overcook it, I like chicken breast in a double boiler, and in a quarter of an hour to twenty minutes it's ready. For a more "defined" cooking it could also take half an hour. It's just a pity that there isn't even a spatula to take the melted cheese from the raclettes and that the power cord is a bit short. Otherwise it's a fantastic product that I recommend to anyone who wants to cook in a healthy and natural way and surprise friends for a "different" dinner, which will amaze them and convince them to buy themselves a little gem like this!
