Das Gerät ist soweit in Ordnung nur gibt es auch Probleme. Stein schwer zu reinigen bis garnicht. Rissbildung im Stein nach 3.Gebrauch obwohl sorgfältig benutzt. Schade!!!

The device is fine so far, but there are also problems. Stone difficult to clean or not at all. Cracking in the stone after 3 uses although used with care. A pity!!!

Ware wurde schnell geliefert. Alles sauber und gut verpackt. Der Tischgrill wird sehr schnell heiß, es macht spaß, damit zu grillen.

wir hatten uns für diese raclette endschieden weil es eine steinplatte hat.. wir haben es 3tage hintereinander benutzt und sind ganz begeistert...die steinplatte geht super wieder sauber...ohne fett oder öl... die griffe werden nur leicht warm...wir sind sehr zufrieden und freuen uns aufs nähste mal :D

we decided on this raclette because it has a stone plate.. we used it 3 days in a row and are very impressed...the stone plate is super clean again...without grease or oil...the handles only get slightly warm. ..we are very satisfied and look forward to the next time :D

Das Gerät kam schnell und gut verpackt an. Das Edelstahlgehäuse sieht schick und wertig aus. Die Steinplatte ist wirklich schwer und die Griffe am Gehäuse sind äußerst praktisch, um das ganze sicher von einem Platz zum anderen zu transportieren. Die Familie und Verwandschaft sind vollkommen begeistert von dem schnellen und extrem heißen Raclette bzw. Steingrill. Die 1500 w machen sich besonders beim Raclette bemerkbar. Denn im Vergleich zu den alten Markengeräten, hat man gar nicht mehrere Pfännchen nötig bzw. keine Zeit, um sich ausgiebig zu unterhalten, weil der Käse sehr schnell knusprig braun wird, wenn man nicht aufpasst und das Gerät die ganze Zeit maximal heizt. Die Steinplatte finde ich persönlich am wichtigsten, weil ich es bevorzuge, mein Essen Teppanyaki-mäßig zu grillen. Da kann ich nur bestätigen, dass hier keine Rauchentwicklung ist wie bei den Teflongrillplatten. Steak kann man schon nach kurzer Zeit außen kross anbraten. Deshalb war auch der Tipp sehr gut, die eingebrannten Stellen mit dem Ceranfeldschaber zu entfernen. Denn ich hätte mich sonst nicht getraut damit herumzukratzen, aber es hat der Steinplatte überhaupt nicht geschadet und nur die Platte einzuweichen, reichte in unserem Fall leider nicht aus. Dafür ist sie jetzt wieder schön sauber und bereit für die nächste Racletteparty.

The device arrived quickly and well packaged. The stainless steel housing looks chic and valuable. The stone slab is really heavy and the handles on the case are extremely handy for safely transporting the whole thing from one place to another. The family and relatives are completely enthusiastic about the fast and extremely hot raclette or stone grill. The 1500 w are particularly noticeable with raclette. Because compared to the old branded devices, you don't need several pans or time to talk at length because the cheese quickly turns crispy brown if you're not careful and the device heats up to maximum all the time. Personally, I think the stone plate is the most important because I prefer to grill my food Teppanyaki-style. I can only confirm that there is no smoke development here as with the Teflon grill plates. Steak can be fried on the outside crispy after a short time. That's why the tip was very good to remove the burned-in areas with the ceramic hob scraper. Because otherwise I wouldn't have dared to scratch around with it, but it didn't damage the stone slab at all and just soaking the slab was unfortunately not enough in our case. But now it's nice and clean again and ready for the next raclette party.

Wir haben das Gerät gestern getestet und sind zufrieden. Wird super schnell heiß und hat richtig Power. Optik und Verarbeitung sind Top. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Pfännchen die Hitze gleichmäßiger abbekommen könnte. Hier ist der Inhalt vorne deutlich eher gar als hinten. Dies kenne ich von unserem alten Gerät anders.

We tested the device yesterday and are satisfied. It gets hot very quickly and has real power. Optics and workmanship are top. The only criticism is that the pans could get the heat more evenly. Here the content is much more complete at the front than at the back. I know this differently from our old device.

Entgegen mancher vorheriger Rezensionen möchte ich sagen: 1A Verpackung, Stein ohne Mängel, Handling super. Der Hersteller hat sich wohl die vorhergehenden Kritiken zu Herzen genommen und die Versandverpackung stark überarbeitet. Jedenfalls hatten wir unseren Stein zu Heiligabend im Einsatz und waren sehr zufrieden. Dies ist unser viertes Gerät und das bisher Beste!!! Auch die Schälchen sind von Größen und Qualität 1A!!

Contrary to some previous reviews, I would like to say: 1A packaging, stone without defects, handling super. The manufacturer has probably taken the previous criticism to heart and revised the shipping packaging. In any case, we used our stone on Christmas Eve and were very satisfied. This is our fourth device and the best so far!!! The sizes and quality of the bowls are also 1A!!

Braucht a bisdi länger bis er warm wird im vergleich zu günstigeren Geräten... Is aber auch irgendwie klar dass so eine massive Steinplatte länger brsucht als a dünberes Blech... Aber wenn die mal warm ist dann gehts rund :) Man muss nur aufpassen dass die Griffe von den Pfännchen ned versehentlich in die nähe der Heizplatte kommen... eine hats a bissl geschmolzen / verbogen Vom Design her top! Schaut sehr hochwertig aus.

It takes a little longer to warm up compared to cheaper devices... But it's also somehow clear that such a massive stone slab takes longer than a thin sheet of metal... But once it's warm, it's all right :) You just have to be careful that the handles of the pans don't accidentally get close to the heating plate... one of them melted / bent a bit Top design! Looks very high quality.

Das Gerät an sich ist super. Ich weiß natürlich nicht, was da früher war, aber aktuell kann ich die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Die Steinplatte ist sehr hochwertig, die Leistung des Gerätes ist sehr beeindruckend, das einzige Problem sind die Pfännchen - bereits nach der ersten Verwendung ist eine Kaputtgegangen: die Antihaftschicht ist abgegangen bei der (sanften) Reinigung. Insgesamt sind gerade 2 Pfännchen nicht verwendbar, aber da bin ich ehrlich gesagt bei dem Preis nicht frustriert. Hab einfach nen neuen Set bei einem anderen Hersteller bestellt und fertig. Ganz ehrlich - ein sehr hochwertiges Gerät für ein sehr kleinen Preis.

The device itself is great. Of course I don't know what used to be there, but currently I can't understand the negative reviews. The stone plate is very high quality, the performance of the device is very impressive, the only problem are the pans - one broke after the first use: the non-stick layer came off during the (gentle) cleaning. A total of 2 pans cannot be used at the moment, but to be honest I'm not frustrated at the price. I just ordered a new set from another manufacturer and that's it. Honestly - a very high-quality device for a very small price.

Wir hatten bisher immer nur Raclette Grills mit beschichtetem Blech. Ergebnis Verrauchte Wohnungen angebranntes essen. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden einen neuen Raclette mit Steinplatte zu testen. Ergebnis: das Essen brennt nicht mehr an. Dadurch viel weniger Rauch in der Wohnung. Es muss kein Rsuchmelder mehr demontiert werden. Bei unseren alten Grills musste ich immer mit min zwei Pflänzchen arbeiten um nicht den Hungertod zu sterben. Hier reicht mir eins, die Hitzeentwicklung ist sehr gut und das Raclette wird schnell fertig.

Up to now we only had raclette grills with coated sheet metal. Result Smokey apartments burnt food. That's why we decided to test a new raclette with a stone plate. Result: the food no longer burns. As a result, much less smoke in the apartment. It is no longer necessary to dismantle a search detector. With our old grills, I always had to work with at least two little plants in order not to starve to death. One is enough for me here, the heat development is very good and the raclette is ready quickly.

Raclette sofort im Einsatz gehabt und restlos zufrieden. Haben auf dem heißen Stein Steak perfekt zubereiten können. Leider hat sich bei einem Pfännchen die Beschichtung gelöst. Nach einer kurzen email an den Verkäufer wurde das Pfännchen umgehend ersetzt. Vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte schnelle Reklamationsabwicklung.

Raclette was used immediately and completely satisfied. Cooked steak to perfection on the hot stone. Unfortunately, the coating on one of the pans has come off. After a short email to the seller, the pan was immediately replaced. Thank you for the uncomplicated and quick complaint handling.

Optik und Handhabung für den Preis unschlagbar. Die Platte ist aber nur schwer zu reinigen, und das ist nur zum Teil prinzipbedingt, es liegt auch daran, dass die Steinplatte glatter sein könnte. Wärme Verteilung unter der Platte geht in Ordnung, das Stromkabel ist mal wieder viel zu kurz aber dieses Problem teilen anscheinend alle Raclette Geräte

Heat distribution under the plate is fine, the power cable is again much too short but apparently all raclette devices share this problem

Racelette ist eigentlich sehr gut, da es sehr gut heizt. Auch die Reinigung ist in Ordnung, wobei die Platte nach dem Gebrauch braune Stellen hatte, dass ist aber normal. Leider hatte die Granitplatte Risse, diese konnte man auch erst deutlich spüren, als die Platte heiß war. Deshalb habe ich das kompl. Gerät zurück geschickt, der Kaufpreis wird noch erstattet. Ich habe Bedenken, dass die Granitplatte jemals heile geliefert werden kann, da sie schlecht verpackt ist und beim Transport schnell kaputt gehen kann. Ich würde das Gerät wieder kaufen, wenn es eine Teflon beschichtete Platte hätte.

Racelette is actually very good as it heats up very well. Cleaning is also okay, although the plate had brown spots after use, but that's normal. Unfortunately, the granite slab had cracks, which you could only clearly feel when the slab was hot. That's why I have the compl. Device sent back, the purchase price will still be refunded. I have concerns that the granite slab can ever be delivered intact as it is poorly packaged and can easily break during transport. I would buy the device again if it had a Teflon coated plate.

Endlich gibt es ein Raclette mit Stein, auf dem man hervorragend herum schneiden kann. Fleisch, Gemüse, sogar Rühreier gelingen auf dem heißen Stein. Nur noch zum Überbacken nehmen wir die Pfännchen. Der Stein wird erstaunlich schnell heiß (Anheizen ca. 10 min. vor Beginn des Essens reicht. Die Temperaturregelung funktioniert gut. Der Stein wackelte ein wenig , da er nicht gleichmäßig auf den 4 Auflagepunkten auflag. Wir haben das gelöst, indem wir eine Unterlegscheibe unter eine Schraube gelegt haben. Die Pfännchen lassen sich leicht reinigen. Der Stein ist robust und verträgt auch kräftiges Schrubben. Leider war erst das dritte Gerät in einem akzeptablen Qualitätszustand. 2 Geräte mussten wir zurücksenden, da bei beiden die Fertigungstoleranz zu groß war, d. h. der Höhenunterschied bei den Auflagepunkten war zu groß und das Wackeln des Steins zu extrem. Der Stein selbst war im ersten Fall verschmutzt und im zweiten gerissen.

Finally there is a raclette with a stone that is excellent for cutting around. Meat, vegetables and even scrambled eggs all work out on the hot stone. We only use the pans to gratinate. The stone heats up surprisingly quickly (heating it up about 10 minutes before the start of the meal is enough. The temperature control works well. The stone wobbled a little because it wasn't evenly supported on the 4 support points. We solved this by putting a washer underneath put a screw in. The pans are easy to clean. The stone is robust and can withstand vigorous scrubbing. Unfortunately, only the third device was in acceptable quality. We had to return 2 devices because the manufacturing tolerances on both were too large, ie the The difference in height at the support points was too great and the wobble of the stone too extreme.The stone itself was dirty in the first case and cracked in the second.

Das Raclette wurde bestellt, da das alte für Besuch nicht mehr das beste war. Wir haben mit 4 Personen "gegrillt" und das sehr gemütlich, es war genug platz. Der Stein wurde schnell heiß und die pfännchen kann man gut drunter schieben, durch den etwas längeren griff, verbrennt man sich nicht mehr die Finger. Die Reinigung ging sehr leicht. Ich hab den Stein in warmen Wasser mit spüli eingelegt und danach abgewaschen. Durch die Griffe kann man das Gerät gut von A nach B transportieren. Ich kann viele schlechte Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen, da ich einfach Happy bin wie super es funktioniert :) die Qualität wirkt/ist meiner Meinung nach hochwertig und wird einige Jahre halten. So wie das Raclette bei mir angekommen ist, war es sehr gut verpackt und der Stein hätte nicht brechen können ohne äußere Gewalt...

The raclette was ordered because the old one was no longer the best for visitors. We "barbecued" with 4 people and it was very comfortable, there was enough space. The stone got hot quickly and the pans are easy to slide underneath, and the slightly longer handle means you no longer burn your fingers. Cleaning was very easy. I put the stone in warm water with dish soap and then washed it off. The handles make it easy to transport the device from A to B. I can't understand many bad reviews because I'm just happy how great it works :) the quality looks/is high in my opinion and will last for a few years. The way the raclette arrived, it was very well packaged and the stone could not have broken without external force...
