Kebap Master Vertical Grill

Gutes Gerät dessen Anschaffung sich bei uns schon rentiert hat. Auf dem zentralen Spieß, haben wir schon selbst hergestellte Döner oder Gyrosspieße hergestellt und gegrillt. Mit den richtigen Gewürzen und Zutaten, kommt es einem Döner oder Pita, schon recht Nahe. Der Nachteil ist aber, dass nachdem die erste Schicht runtergeschnitten ist (ca. Nach 40 min ungefähr 3 Portionen mit Beilagen) das Warten auf die nächste schnittfertige Schicht wieder mind. 30 min in Anspruch nimmt Mein Favorit sind Schaschlik. Da sind sieben mitgelieferte Spieße die an den äußeren Rand des Gerätes eingehängt werden können. Dem Bespielen Der Schaschlik Spieße sind keine Grenzen gesetzt. Schade nur das sich die Spieße sich nicht auch noch um sich selbst drehen. Um einen gleichmäßigen Gar Grat zu erreichen, sollte man die Spieße Nach 30 min aushängen und um 180 Grad gedreht noch mal für 20 min einhängen. Mit einer selbst hergestellten Schaschliksouße und einem frischen Weißbrot ist die Welt ein Träumchen.

Good device whose purchase has already paid for itself for us. We have already made and grilled home-made kebabs or gyros skewers on the central skewer. With the right spices and ingredients, it comes pretty close to a kebab or pita. The disadvantage, however, is that after the first layer has been cut off (after about 40 minutes, around 3 portions with side dishes), it takes at least 30 minutes to wait for the next layer to be ready to be cut. My favorite is shashlik. It comes with seven skewers that can be hung on the outer edge of the device. There are no limits to what you can do with the shashlik skewers. It's just a shame that the skewers don't rotate on their own. To achieve an even degree of cooking, you should take the skewers out after 30 minutes, turn them 180 degrees and hang them up again for 20 minutes. With home-made shashlik sauce and fresh white bread, the world is a dream.

Das Gerät ist für den Heimgebrauch ausgezeichnet. Hohe Wärmeleistung von 2000 Watt. Also mehr als auf der Amazon Seite angegeben. Ich hatte vorher einen Grill mit 1500 Watt und diese Leistung war nur knapp aureichend, es war frühestens nach einer Stunde möglich das Grillgut anzuschneiden. Dieser Grill benötigt nur ca. 40 Minuten und der nächste Anschnitt ist dann auch schneller möglich. Klare Kaufempfehlung. In einer anderen Rezension las ich der Grill wüde sich zwischendurch abschalten. Meiner tut dies nicht.

The device is excellent for home use. High heat output of 2000 watts. So more than stated on the Amazon page. I previously had a grill with 1500 watts and this output was barely sufficient, it took at least an hour before I could cut the food. This grill only takes about 40 minutes and the next cut is then possible more quickly. Clearly recommend buying it. In another review I read that the grill would switch itself off in between. Mine doesn't do this.

Wir haben uns diesen Grill gekauft um selbst einen Gyrosspieß zu grillen. Wir hatten vorher ein preiswertes Modell, das war allerdings nicht zu gebrauchen. Wir waren sehr skeptisch und wurden angenehm überrascht. Der Grill ist stabil, heizt gut und der Gyros Spieß ist super geworden. Der einzige Kritikpunkt unsererseits wäre, daß das Gerät keinen Ein- und Ausschalter hat; es muß immer der Stecker gezogen werden.

We bought this grill to grill a gyros skewer ourselves. We had a cheap model before, but it was useless. We were very skeptical and were pleasantly surprised. The grill is sturdy, heats well and the gyros skewer turned out great. The only criticism we have is that the device does not have an on/off switch; it always has to be unplugged.

Hatte den Tipp von Pommes Män (YouTube) bekommen. Hühnchen grillieren, knusprig wie vom Händler, ohne Sauerei im Backofen. Klappt wirklich perfekt. Huhn würzen, binden und ab ins Gerät. 30-40m später ein knuspriges gegrilltes Huhn.

Ich glaube, das Ding ist ein richtiger Stromfresser... Wir haben es 4-5x benutzt, war alles mega lecker, aber es dauert alles sehr lange... Und die kleinen Spieße drehen sich leider nicht... Wenn man es nur ein paar mal benutzen will, definitiv top. Wenn man das oft benutzt, vielleicht doch einen besseren kaufen...

I think this thing is a real power guzzler... We used it 4-5x, everything was delicious, but it all takes a long time... And unfortunately the little skewers don't turn... If you just turn it on want to use it a few times, definitely great. If you use it often, maybe buy a better one...

Perfektes Gerät. Nach 50Minuten war das Hähnchen fertig durchgebraten, saftig und sehr schmackhaft. Bin vollauf zufrieden. Die Reinigung war leicht durchzuführen. Wesentlich besser und leichter als beim Backofen. Würde den Kebap Master jederzeit wieder kaufen. Tolles Gerät.

Perfect device. After 50 minutes the chicken was well done, juicy and very tasty. I'm completely satisfied. The cleaning was easy to do. Much better and easier than with the oven. Would buy the Kebap Master again at any time. Great device.

Der Grill erfüllt meine Erwartungen,nach ca 50 Minuten war das Hähnchen knusprig gegrillt, hatte eine gesunde bräunliche Färbung. Der Rollbraten war nach ca 50 Minuten,so wie es sein sollte, knusprig, lediglich beim Fisch war ich nicht so begeistert, vielleicht war der Fisch für den Grill zu klein. Alles in allem,das Gerät ist zu Empfehlen.

The rolled roast was crispy after about 50 minutes, as it should be, only I wasn't so enthusiastic about the fish, maybe the fish was too small for the grill. All in all, the device is recommended.

Ja es ist sehr schön mit dieser Glastür alles rundherum bleibt ohne Fettspritzer. Leider kann man nichts regeln somit ist außen alles braun und knusprig aber innen noch nicht durch. Vielleicht kann man an dieser Stelle noch ein bisschen nachjustieren.

Ich hatte volle 40 Jahre einen Grill, der unerwarteter Weise plötzlich kaputt ging und ersetzt werden musste. Es geht hauptsächlich um ganze Hähnchen und ab und zu Schaschlik. Das Gerät ist grundsätzlich gut durchdacht, toll in der Bedienung und Reinigung. Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut und die Wärmeleistung auch. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist meiner Meinung nach die Befestigung der Abstandsscheiben für die Stäbe. Diese flachen Köpfe der Schrauben müssen mit einer Spitzzange geöffnet werden, wenn das heiße Essen entnommen wird. Wurde vor 40 Jahren mit einer Rändelschraube gemacht und ging mit Handschuh sogar problemlos. Wen das nicht stört, der bekommt ein funktionierendes gutes Gerät, was beim Grillen auch noch der Hingucker ist. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und empfehlen es weiter. Deshalb von uns 5 Sterne

I had a grill for a full 40 years that unexpectedly broke and had to be replaced. It's mostly whole chickens and the occasional shish kebab. The device is basically well thought out, great in operation and cleaning. Value for money is very good and so is the heat output. The only point of criticism in my opinion is the attachment of the spacers for the rods. These flat heads of the screws need to be opened with needle nose pliers when removing the hot food. Was made 40 years ago with a knurled screw and even worked with gloves without any problems. If that doesn't bother you, you get a good working device, which is also an eye-catcher when grilling. We are very satisfied and recommend it. Therefore 5 stars from us

Unser alter war defekt, deswegen musste ein neuer her. Eigentlich ist das Teil nicht schlecht, trotzdem gibt es ein paar Dinge die man abstellen sollte. Der Motor dreht meiner Meinung nach zu schnell 2,5-3 upm, das beste wäre eine elektronische Drehzahl Einstellung. Ich werde wohl einen andern Motor einbauen. Die Glas Abschirmung, läuft damit man sie öffnen kann auf Kugeln. Diese sind in den Alu Verbindungen unten lose eingefügt, beim saubermachen habe ich eine von dreien verloren. Ich habe mir über ebay neue Edelstahl Kugeln in 5,5 mm bestellt passen perfekt. Um den Grill ans Laufen zu bringen wird beim schließen der Tür, ein Mikroschalter betätigt. Leider geht dies ein wenig schwer, hier müsste nachgebessert werden. Der Grill ist sonst gut verarbeitet und lässt sich gut reinigen. Ich werde mir den Grill so anpassen, das er für mich perfekt ist.

Our old one was defective, so a new one had to be found. Actually, the part is not bad, but there are a few things that should be turned off. In my opinion, the motor turns too fast 2.5-3 rpm, the best thing would be an electronic speed setting. I'll probably put a different motor in. The glass shield runs on balls so you can open it. These are loosely inserted in the aluminum connections below, I lost one of three when cleaning. I ordered new stainless steel balls in 5.5 mm from ebay, they fit perfectly. To get the grill running, a micro switch is activated when the door is closed. Unfortunately, this is a little difficult, here should be improved. The grill is otherwise well made and easy to clean. I will adjust the grill so that it is perfect for me.

Super Grill! Die Reinigung danach ist super easy. Einziges Manko finde ich ist die fehlende Temperaturanzeige. Mann kann nur die Zeit einstellen die sich das Essen drehen soll. Bisher ist alles gar und lecker gewesen keine Frage!! Aber eine Anzeige wie heiß es gerade ist wäre echt nicht schlecht. Trotzemde ein tolles Teil für diesen unschlagbaren Preis!

Great BBQ! Cleaning up afterwards is super easy. The only drawback I find is the missing temperature display. You can only set the time that the food should rotate. So far everything has been cooked and delicious, no question!! But a display of how hot it is right now wouldn't be bad. Still a great part for this unbeatable price!

Excellent appareil de grill verticale très bien conçu. Il es dommage qu'il n'y a pas de bouton de commande arrêt de minuterie cuisson, seul possibilité d'arrêt de cuisson est de débrancher la prise électrique. Par ailleurs très bonne conception qui reste à évaluer dans l'avenir par la cuisson. A voir bientôt.

Excellent vertical grill device, very well designed. It is a shame that there is no cooking timer stop control button, the only way to stop cooking is to unplug the electrical outlet. Furthermore very good design which remains to be evaluated in the future by cooking. See you soon.

Super Gerät für leckere Gyros oder Döner Gerichte Nach so einigen negativen Berichten waren wir doch ein wenig skeptisch ob sich ein Kauf dieses Gerätes lohnt. Aber Versuch macht Klug! Also bestellt und schnell erhalten. Kritikpunkt der schon von anderen erwähnt wurde ist das doch recht kurze Kabel.Das hätte wirklich ein wenig länger sein können. Aber es geht auch so - also ab in die Steckdose und gleich mal kurz angefeuert um eventuell entstehende Dämpfe und Gerüche nicht beim ersten Grillversuch am Fleisch zu haben.Überraschung : Kein Dampf oder Geruch aber echt viel Hitze!! Ich war mir Anfangs auch nicht sicher ob ich die Variante mit Tür nehmen soll da diese nur 1500W hat.Der ohne Tür hat 2000W. Aber nach jetzt mehreren Versuchen kann ich definitiv sagen die 1500W reichen. Den Abend gleich Schweinenacken gekauft ordentlich mit Gewürz Öl und Joghurt eingelegt und über Nacht in den Kühlschrank. Abends habe ich dann extra 2 Stunden vor geplantem Start angefangen das Fleisch aufzuspießen weil ich nicht wusste wie lange ich brauche um das gut hinzukriegen. Hierzu sei gesagt daß ich für meine knapp 3kg gerade mal ungefähr 5 Minuten gebraucht habe....Das ging besser als gedacht. Also Timer auf eine Stunde gedreht (Mehr geht leider nicht - man muss dann leider ab und zu nachstellen) Tür geschlossen und gewartet. Nach ungefähr einer Stunde haben wir angefangen abzuschneiden und zu Essen und waren begeistert. Richtig leckeres Fleisch außen knusprig innen saftig - so wie wir es erhofft hatten. Man darf natürlich nicht vergessen daß die erste Schicht schon ein wenig knuspriger ist weil sie ja eine Stunde befeuert wurde während die nächsten Schichten dann doch immer ein wenig brauchen. Hier ist es ganz wichtig daß man immer darauf achtet daß die Tür wieder geschlossen wird!!!!!Ansonsten heizt das Gerät nämlich nicht. Ist mir leider auch schon passiert. Große Familienfeiern sollte man hiermit definitiv nicht versuchen zu bewirten - für die normale Familie aber absolut ausreichend! Wir haben mit 4 Leuten einen sehr gemütlichen Abend gehabt und haben dann am nächsten Tag den Kasten nochmal angemacht und die Reste vertilgt. Reinigung ging auch erstaunlich gut und bis jetzt keine Rosterscheinungen oder ähnliches wie bei anderen erwähnt. Fazit:Ich würde dieses Gerät jederzeit wieder kaufen.Macht was es soll und das auch noch gut ;-) 1500W Leistung absolut ausreichend Tür ist eine schöne Sache - die Hitze bleibt im Gerät nur auf den schließ-Kontakt muss man achten sonst heizt das Gerät nicht. Kabel ist leider etwas kurz. Timer maximal eine Stunde.(Zwei wären meiner Meinung nach besser) Keine Temperatureinstellung oder einstellmöglichkeit für den Abstand vom Spieß.(Es sei hier erwähnt weil ich da vorher meine Bedenken hatte aber ich habe gemerkt daß zumindest ich diese nicht gebraucht oder vermisst habe. Hähnchen habe ich noch nicht probiert aber das folgt noch. Wenn das Gerät jetzt noch einige Zeit läuft absolute Kaufempfehlung.

Great device for delicious gyros or kebab dishes. After a number of negative reports, we were a little skeptical as to whether it was worth buying this device. But practice makes perfect! So we ordered it and received it quickly. One criticism that others have already mentioned is the relatively short cable. It really could have been a bit longer. But it works like this too - so plug it in and fire it up briefly so that any fumes and smells don't get on the meat the first time you try to grill it. Surprise: No steam or smell, but a lot of heat!! At first I wasn't sure whether I should get the version with a door because it only has 1500W. The one without a door has 2000W. But after several attempts I can definitely say that 1500W is enough. That evening I bought some pork neck, marinated it in seasoned oil and yoghurt and put it in the fridge overnight. In the evening I started skewering the meat 2 hours before I was due to start because I didn't know how long it would take to get it right. I should mention that I only needed about 5 minutes for my almost 3kg... That went better than I thought. So I turned the timer to an hour (unfortunately it doesn't work any longer - you have to reset it every now and then), closed the door and waited. After about an hour we started cutting and eating and were delighted. Really tasty meat, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside - just as we had hoped. Of course you must not forget that the first layer is a little crispier because it was fired for an hour, while the next layers take a little longer. It is very important here that you always make sure that the door is closed again!!!!! Otherwise the device won't heat up. Unfortunately, that has happened to me too. You definitely shouldn't try to host large family celebrations with this - but it is absolutely sufficient for the average family! We had a very cozy evening with 4 people and then turned the device on again the next day and devoured the leftovers. Cleaning was also surprisingly easy and so far no signs of rust or anything like that as others have mentioned. Conclusion: I would buy this device again at any time. Does what it's supposed to and does it well too ;-) 1500W power is absolutely sufficient. The door is a nice feature - the heat stays in the device, you just have to pay attention to the closing contact otherwise the device won't heat up. The cable is unfortunately a bit short. Timer maximum one hour. (Two would be better in my opinion) No temperature setting or option to adjust the distance from the skewer. (I should mention this here because I had my concerns before but I noticed that at least I didn't need or miss these. I haven't tried chicken yet but that will come. If the device runs for a while now I would definitely recommend buying it.

Kritikpunkt der schon von anderen erwähnt wurde ist das doch recht kurze Kabel.Das hätte wirklich ein wenig länger sein können. Aber es geht auch so - also ab in die Steckdose und gleich mal kurz angefeuert um eventuell entstehende Dämpfe und Gerüche nicht beim ersten Grillversuch am Fleisch zu haben.Überraschung : Kein Dampf oder Geruch aber echt viel Hitze!! Ich war mir Anfangs auch nicht sicher ob ich die Variante mit Tür nehmen soll da diese nur 1500W hat.Der ohne Tür hat 2000W. Aber nach jetzt mehreren Versuchen kann ich definitiv sagen die 1500W reichen. Den Abend gleich Schweinenacken gekauft ordentlich mit Gewürz Öl und Joghurt eingelegt und über Nacht in den Kühlschrank. Abends habe ich dann extra 2 Stunden vor geplantem Start angefangen das Fleisch aufzuspießen weil ich nicht wusste wie lange ich brauche um das gut hinzukriegen. Hierzu sei gesagt daß ich für meine knapp 3kg gerade mal ungefähr 5 Minuten gebraucht habe....Das ging besser als gedacht. Also Timer auf eine Stunde gedreht (Mehr geht leider nicht - man muss dann leider ab und zu nachstellen) Tür geschlossen und gewartet. Nach ungefähr einer Stunde haben wir angefangen abzuschneiden und zu Essen und waren begeistert. Richtig leckeres Fleisch außen knusprig innen saftig - so wie wir es erhofft hatten. Man darf natürlich nicht vergessen daß die erste Schicht schon ein wenig knuspriger ist weil sie ja eine Stunde befeuert wurde während die nächsten Schichten dann doch immer ein wenig brauchen. Hier ist es ganz wichtig daß man immer darauf achtet daß die Tür wieder geschlossen wird!!!!!Ansonsten heizt das Gerät nämlich nicht. Ist mir leider auch schon passiert. Große Familienfeiern sollte man hiermit definitiv nicht versuchen zu bewirten - für die normale Familie aber absolut ausreichend! Wir haben mit 4 Leuten einen sehr gemütlichen Abend gehabt und haben dann am nächsten Tag den Kasten nochmal angemacht und die Reste vertilgt. Reinigung ging auch erstaunlich gut und bis jetzt keine Rosterscheinungen oder ähnliches wie bei anderen erwähnt. Fazit:Ich würde dieses Gerät jederzeit wieder kaufen.Macht was es soll und das auch noch gut ;-) 1500W Leistung absolut ausreichend Tür ist eine schöne Sache - die Hitze bleibt im Gerät nur auf den schließ-Kontakt muss man achten sonst heizt das Gerät nicht. Kabel ist leider etwas kurz. Timer maximal eine Stunde.(Zwei wären meiner Meinung nach besser) Keine Temperatureinstellung oder einstellmöglichkeit für den Abstand vom Spieß.(Es sei hier erwähnt weil ich da vorher meine Bedenken hatte aber ich habe gemerkt daß zumindest ich diese nicht gebraucht oder vermisst habe. Hähnchen habe ich noch nicht probiert aber das folgt noch. Wenn das Gerät jetzt noch einige Zeit läuft absolute Kaufempfehlung.

After a few negative reports, we were a little skeptical whether it was worth buying this device. But trying makes you smart! So ordered and received quickly. Criticism that has already been mentioned by others is the rather short cable. It really could have been a little longer. But it also works like this - so plug it into the socket and fire it up for a moment so that you don't have any vapors and smells that may develop on the meat the first time you try to grill it. Surprise: No steam or smell, but a lot of heat!! At first I wasn't sure whether I should take the variant with a door because it only has 1500W. The one without a door has 2000W. But after several attempts now, I can definitely say that 1500W is enough. Bought the same pork neck that evening, pickled it neatly with spice oil and yoghurt and put it in the fridge overnight. In the evening I started skewering the meat 2 hours before the planned start because I didn't know how long it would take to get it right. It should be said that I only needed about 5 minutes for my almost 3kg... It went better than I thought. So the timer was turned to one hour (unfortunately, you can't do more - you have to adjust it from time to time) Door closed and waited. After about an hour we started cutting and eating and loved it. Really delicious meat, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside - just as we had hoped. Of course, one mustn't forget that the first layer is already a little crispier because it was fired for an hour, while the next layers always need a little bit. Here it is very important that you always make sure that the door is closed again!!!!!Otherwise the device does not heat up. Unfortunately it has happened to me too. You should definitely not try to host large family celebrations with this - but absolutely sufficient for the normal family! We had a very cozy evening with 4 people and then turned on the box again the next day and devoured the leftovers. Cleaning also went surprisingly well and so far no signs of rust or the like as others have mentioned. Conclusion: I would buy this device again at any time. Does what it should and does it well ;-) 1500W power is absolutely sufficient Door is a nice thing - the heat stays in the device, you only have to pay attention to the closing contact, otherwise the device heats up not. Unfortunately the cable is a bit short. Timer maximum one hour. (Two would be better in my opinion) No temperature setting or adjustment option for the distance from the skewer. (It is mentioned here because I had my concerns beforehand but I noticed that at least I didn't need them or missed them. Chicken I haven't tried it yet, but that will follow. If the device is still running for some time, an absolute purchase recommendation.
