Schönes stabiles glattes Holz

Die glatte Oberfläche lässt sich hervorragend und ohne großen Aufwand reinigen in Kombination mit den antibakteriellen Eigenschaften die Bambus ohnehin schon besitzt hygienisch tadellos! Beide Größen machen Sinn und und habtisch habe ich absolut keine Abstriche zu machen. Nicht nur liegen die Hölzer wunderbar in der Hand , das Material besitzt auch eine angenehme Eigenwärme! Und meine Befürchtung ohne Griffe wäre die Führung nicht ganz ideal war unbegründet, ich war sehr überrascht eigentlich eher genau gegenteiliges festzustellen!

The smooth surface can be cleaned easily and without much effort in combination with the antibacterial properties that bamboo already has - hygienically perfect! Both sizes make sense and I have absolutely no compromises to make. Not only do the woods feel wonderful in the hand, the material also has a pleasant inherent warmth! Ich habe solche Teigrollen vorher noch nie gesehen. Letztendlich ist es die einfachste Art der Teigrolle und ist zu beginn etwas ungewohnt in der Handhabung. Je nach Teigart ist die "Rolle" mehr oder weniger geeignet. Bei festem Teig muss man ganz schön Kraft aufbringen bzw. es klappt einfach nicht ... hier ist mir das schwere Nudelholz lieber ... für andere Teigwaren aber eine gute Sache.

Die Teigroller kommen in einem stabilen und dekorativen Karton ohne jegliche Kunststoffverpackung. Zum Verschenken ist das Set so sehr schön geeignet. Das längere Holz hat eine exakte Länge von 40 cm und einen Durchmesser von ca. 3,2 cm. Das kürzere Holz hat bei mir eine Länge von ca. 29, 8 cm und einen Durchmesser von ca. 3,2 cm. Eine minimale Abweichung, die der Funktion natürlich keinen Abbruch tut. Das kürzere Holz hat einen etwas tieferen Kratzer von ca. 3 cm und einige Stellen, die nicht ganz so glatt geschliffen sind wie der Rest. Die Hölzer haben ein angenehmes Gewicht, ohne schwer in der Hand zu liegen. Sie sind nicht exakt rund, ob das so sein soll, weiß ich nicht. Das längere Holz ist durchgehend glatt geschliffen. Bei beiden Hölzern sind die Enden angenehm abgerundet. Das Ausrollen von Teig geht mir mit den Hölzern viel einfacher von der Hand. Mit einem herkömmlichen Nudelholz bin ich nie besonders gut zurecht gekommen und habe schon deshalb auf die Zubereitung bestimmter Gerichte verzichtet. Dies ist nun die Lösung für mich. Man ist dicht am Teig dran und hat ein ganz anderes Gefühl für die Verteilung des Teigs. Die Reinigung per Hand ist einfach und problemlos. Bis auf die nicht ganz saubere Verarbeitung des kürzeren Holzes habe ich nichts zu beanstanden.

The rolling pins come in a sturdy and decorative box without any plastic packaging. The set is so very nice as a gift. The longer wood has an exact length of 40 cm and a diameter of approx. 3.2 cm. The shorter wood has a length of approx. 29.8 cm and a diameter of approx. 3.2 cm. A minimal deviation, which of course does not detract from the function. The shorter blade has a slightly deeper scratch of about 3 cm and some areas that aren't sanded quite as smooth as the rest. The blades have a comfortable weight without being heavy in the hand. They aren't exactly round, I don't know if that's supposed to be the case. The longer wood is sanded smooth throughout. The ends of both blades are pleasantly rounded. Rolling out dough is much easier with the wooden sticks. I have never gotten along very well with a conventional rolling pin and have therefore avoided preparing certain dishes. This is now the solution for me. You are close to the dough and have a completely different feeling for the distribution of the dough. Cleaning by hand is easy and hassle-free. Except for the not very clean processing of the shorter blade, I have nothing to complain about.

Erster Eindruck: Die Rollhölzer kommen in einer einfachen Pappschachtel, diverse Erklärungen zum Bambus und den Umweltinitiativen sind auf Deutsch auf dem Karton aufgedruckt- Alles wirkt hochwertig und mit Liebe gestaltet. Ich habe keine störenden Gerüche wahrgenommen. Bambus hat antibakterielle Eigenschaften, ich bin mir zusätzlich sicher, dass es hygienischer mit diesen Teigrollen zu arbeiten ist, als mit meinem klassischen, rauhen und unlackiertem der Fall ist. Materialien: Die Rollhölzer sind aus schnell nachwachsendem Bambus. Sie sind glatt geschliffen und haben eine angenehme Oberfläche. Verwendung: Ich besitze schon Ewigkeiten ein klassisches Nudelholz, habe dann in Italien gesehen, wie dort mit diesen Rollhölzern Pasta und Pizzateig ausgerollt wurde und gelernt, dass die Teigbearbeitung mit diesen einfachen Rollen deutlich besser klappt, als mit meinem alten Nudelholz. Beim Rollen hat man deutlich mehr Gefühl für den Teig, auch wenn man sich ein wenig an die richtige Handhabung gewöhnen muss. Der Teig wird aber leichter und präziser gerollt mit den neuen Rollen. Die kürzere benutze ich am häufigsten. Bewertung: Ich benutze dieses Produkt inzwischen sehr gerne regelmäßig und bin sehr zufrieden. Auch, dass die Nachhaltigkeit im Vordergrund steht, freut mich und somit bin ich in jeder Hinsicht vollends zufrieden. Use: I have owned a classic rolling pin for ages, then saw in Italy how pasta and pizza dough was rolled out with these rolling pins and learned that dough processing works much better with these simple rollers than with my old rolling pin. When rolling you have a much better feel for the dough, even if you have to get used to the correct handling. However, the dough is rolled more easily and precisely with the new rollers. I use the shorter one the most. Evaluation: I now use this product regularly and am very satisfied. Die zwei Teigroller von bambuswald werden in einem liebevoll gestalteten Pappkarton versendet. Die beiden Innenliegenenden Teigrollen wurden nicht weiter verpackt, was für mich ein Pluspunkt ist. Die Bambusrollen haben eine Länge von 30 und 40 cm und sind 3,4cm dick. Die Roller sind sehr gut verarbeitet und fühlen sich in der Hand gut an. Ich habe noch nie mit solchen Rollen gearbeitet. Bisher nutzten wir den klassiger "Nudelholz mit seitlichen Griffen". Man muss sich erst mal an die neue Anwendung gewöhnen. Doch ich habe schnell gemerkt, dass die Handhabung sehr angenehm ist und ich einen besseren "Kontakt" zum Teig hatte. Ich bin begeistert von der Schlichtheit und der Funktionalität dieses Produkts. Es macht Spaß damit zu arbeiten. Von uns eine Kaufempfehlung.

Funktionalität/Optik/Qualität/Anwendung: Diese Teigroller aus Bambusholz kommen anders als herkömmliche Teigroller ohne Griffe, dafür aber mit mehr Gewicht daher. Das ist zwar ungewöhnlich, ist aber tatsächlich deutlich angenehmer in der Handhabung, da man so zum einen eine viel bessere Kontrolle über den Druck auf den Teig bekommt und diesen somit besser ausrollen kann und zum anderen durch das höhere Gewicht ein gleichmäßigeres Ausrollen hinbekommt. Dabei benötigt man kein Mehl zum Bestreuen des Arbeitsplatzes, da tatsächlich fast nichts an dem Material hängen bleibt. Das liegt wahrscheinlich daran, dass die Oberfläche glatt geschliffen, splitterfrei und unbeschichtet ist. Die Teigroller sind beide sehr sauber und ordentlich verarbeitet und machen einen soliden und stabilen Eindruck. Qualitativ gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Diese Hölzer sind wirklich viel zu schade, um sie in einer Schublade zu verstecken; so wunderschön. + Die Hölzer bestehen komplett aus Bambusholz und sind wirklich exzellent gearbeitet. Sie bieten eine sehr fein geschliffene und glatte Oberfläche und auch die Enden der Hölzer sind fein geschliffen, ohne jegliche Unebenheiten oder Holzsplitter. o Geliefert werden zwei Rollhölzer in jeweils unterschiedlicher Größe, 30 und 40 cm. There is a small branded logo on each of the woods; looks really nice and high quality. + The sticks also have a good weight and the diameter of 3.4 cm enables good rolling on the dough. o I'm not sure if the woods are dishwasher safe, but I wouldn't try it either. + The woods are super easy to clean - simply wipe with a wet cloth, rinse well, dry off and you're done. I'm really excited about the high quality of this great product and the two sizes make sense too. I like to use the large wood for the preparation of pasta dough - simply brilliant and it becomes super thin... no problem at all with this wood. And our shortcrust pastry was also easy to work with. Wir durften von Bambuswald die ökologischen Teigroller aus Bambus in 30cm und 40cm Länge testen. Die Rollen kamen sehr gut verpackt in einem ansprechenden Karton an. Dieser eignet sich super gut zum verschenken! Die Rollen haben jeweils einen Durchmesser von 3,4 cm und sind somit sehr robust. Momentan habe ich eine normale Teigrolle aus Holz mit griffen an den Seiten. Diese nimmt viel Platz weg lässt sich nicht wirklich gut reinigen und ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß! Diese beiden Rollen nehmen zusammen nichtmal so viel Platz weg wie die Teigrolle! Ich bin sehr begeistert obwohl ich erst sehr skeptisch war wie das funktionieren soll ohne Griffe. Allerdings geht es einfacher als gedacht und ich bin wirklich positiv überrascht! Ich arbeite auch gerne mit Fondant für Torten und dafür eignen sich die Rollen super gut! Für den Preis bekommt man eine super gute Qualität und ich kann dieses Set sehr weiter empfehlen!

We were allowed to test the ecological rolling pin made of bamboo in 30cm and 40cm length from Bambuswald. The rolls arrived very well packaged in an attractive box. This is great for a gift! The rolls each have a diameter of 3.4 cm and are therefore very robust. At the moment I have a regular wooden rolling pin with handles on the sides. This takes up a lot of space, is not really easy to clean and is no longer up to date! These two rolls together don't even take up as much space as the rolling pin! I am very enthusiastic although I was very skeptical at first how it should work without handles. However, it is easier than I thought and I am really pleasantly surprised! I also like to work with fondant for cakes and the rolls are great for that! For the price you get a super good quality and I can highly recommend this set!

Nach dem Gebrauch mit etwas Spülmittel und Wasser reinigen und Trocknen lassen. Ich hatte das Glück diesen Teigroller von Bambuswald als Vine Produkt-tester anfordern und testen zu können. Insgesamt sind in diesem Set zwei Teigroller enthalten. Einmal 30cm lang und der andere 40cm lang mit jeweils einem Durchmesser von 3,4cm. Die Teigroller liegen sehr gut in der Hand und fühlen sich hochwertig und natürlich an. Das Reinigen der Teigroller funktioniert ganz einfach mit warmem Wasser und etwas Spülmittel. Hier auf jeden Fall darauf achten, dass die Teigroller an der Luft gut durchtrocknen und nicht längere Zeit feucht sind. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass Bambus fast keine Poren besitzt (lediglich an den „Schnittkanten“) und somit um einiges Hygienischer ist als ein normaler Teigausroller aus Holz. Wieder einmal ein klasse Produkt von Bambuswald welches zum einen ökologisch und zum anderen auch sehr hochwertig gefertigt ist.

One 30cm long and the other 40cm long, each with a diameter of 3.4cm. The rolling pin lies very well in the hand and feels high-quality and natural. Cleaning the rolling pin is very easy with warm water and a little washing-up liquid. In any case, make sure that the rolling pins dry well in the air and are not damp for a long time. Another advantage is that bamboo has almost no pores (only on the "cut edges") and is therefore a lot more hygienic than a normal wooden dough roller. Once again a great product from Bambuswald which is both ecological and of very high quality.

Die beiden Teigroller wurden mir freundlicherweise zum kostenfreien Testen zur Verfügung gestellt, vielen Dank! Ich kann jedem der bislang noch nicht mit dieser Art von Teigrollern gearbeitet hat nur empfehlen dies einmal auszuprobieren. Man hat durch die fehlenden Griffe an den Seiten, wie den bei uns eher verbreiteten Nudelhölzern, eine viel bessere Kontrolle über den Druck der auf den Teig ausgeübt werden soll, da man gefühlt eher direkt auf den Teig drückt. Die Handhabung mag anfänglich erst ein mal ungewohnt weil man das so nicht kennt, man merkt aber schnell, dass man viel gezielter und feiner auf den Teig einwirken kann. Die beiden Teigroller sind komplett aus Bambus gefertigt und weisen keinerlei Mängel auf, die Verarbeitung ist sehr sauber und hochwertig, alle Kanten sind sauber und gleichmäßig geschliffen, die Oberfläche ebenso. Das längere Holz ist 40 cm lang, das kurze 30 cm, beide haben einen handlichen Durchmesser von 3,4 cm. Gerade der kürzere Teigroller ist interessant, da man ihn auch gut einhändig benutzen kann, das kann für ein effizientes Arbeiten mit dem Teig wirklich nützlich sein. Verpackt sind die Teigroller in einem stabilen Karton, der auch zur Aufbewahrung dienen kann. Ich kann das Set ganz klar empfehlen und bin froh, dass ich es testen durfte.

The shorter rolling pin is particularly interesting because you can use it with one hand, which can be really useful for working efficiently with the dough. The rolling pins are packed in a sturdy box, which can also be used for storage. I can definitely recommend the set and am glad that I was able to test it.

Ganz klarer Vorteil für mich ist, dass der kleinere Teigroller in das Backblech passt und direkt dort ein Teig ausgerollt werden kann. Bei meinem alten Nudelholz waren immer die Griffe im Weg. Der große Teigroller eigent sich eher für die großen Teige welche auf der Arbeitsfläche liegen z. B. beim Plätzchenbacken. Das Holz ist ganz glatt und so bleibt auch erstmal kein Teig kleben. Die einzige Vertiefung findet sich beim Schriftzug "bambuswald". Aber auch hier war kein Teig nach dem ausrolen zu finden. Ein Abwaschen mit warmen Wasser ist ausreichend. Durch den geringen Durchmesser, hier jeweils 3,2cm, geht die Rolle natürlich öfter drüber als mein Nudelholz und hiermit verbunden auch ein öffteres Nachgreifen auf der Rolle, da ja keine Griffe vorhanden sind. Für mich ist das aber eine reine und schnelle Gewöhnung gewesen und mittlerweile ist mir auch die veränderte Handhabung nicht mehr ungewohnt. Im Gegenteil ich arbeite lieber mit diesen Teigrollern als mit meinem alten Nudeholz. Das ist jetzt in Rente gegangen und dient nur noch zur Abschreckung der Einbrecher ;-)

A clear advantage for me is that the smaller rolling pin fits into the baking tray and dough can be rolled out directly there. With my old rolling pin, the handles were always in the way. The large rolling pin is more suitable for large dough lying on the work surface, e.g. B. when baking cookies. The wood is very smooth and so no dough sticks at first. The only indentation is in the lettering "bambuswald". But here, too, there was no dough to be found after rolling out. Washing off with warm water is sufficient. Due to the small diameter, here 3.2cm each, the roll goes over it more often than my rolling pin and this also means that the roll has to be grabbed more often, since there are no handles. For me, however, it was a pure and quick habituation and meanwhile the changed handling is no longer unfamiliar to me. Die beiden Rollen sind perfekt als Nudelholz oder zum Ausrollen des Teiges für Pizza Kuchen Nudelteig & Mürbeteig. Die Anwendung ist denkbar einfach, einfach den Teig auf den Tisch oder in eine entsprechend große Backform legen und dann mit der Teigrolle schön ausrollen. Mit ein wenig Übung bekommt man so den Teig schön gleichmäßig bis in die Ecken ausgerollt oder rund usw. Dabei eine Bambusrolle zu nutzen ist natürlich eine schöne Sache, schließlich ist Bambus ein natürliches und schnell nachwachsendes Material, welches darüber hinaus auch noch hygienisch und sehr robust ist. Die Verarbeitung der Bambusrollen ist soweit völlig in Ordnung, entsprechend der Natur dieses Materials sind die Rollen nicht perfekt glatt und haben auch kleinere Ausbrüche an den Seiten. Das Einzige Ärgernis war, dass ich direkt beim Auspacken einen Splitter in den Finger bekam und diesen mit Lupe und Pinzette entfernen musste, das war aber auch das einzigste was mir nicht gefallen hat. Weitere Splitter konnte ich keine mehr finden und sowas kann halt mal passieren. Zum Teigausrollen sind die beiden Rollen aber absolut klasse und vor allem schnell sauber und mit wenig Platzbedarf wieder verstaut.

Das spielt aber im Gebrauch mit den Bambus-Hölzern überhaupt keine Rolle - sie liegen prima in der Hand und es funktioniert tatsächlich ganz hervorragend. Also der vorhandenen Produktqualität und Verarbeitung möchte ich ein wirklich gutes Zeugnis ausstellen wollen. Ob nun Hefe-, Pizza- oder aber Nudelteig als auch Tortenböden - es gelang damit alles vortrefflich und zudem angenehm mühelos. Besonders hervorzuheben ist in diesem Zusammenhang die glatte umbeschichtete Struktur des Holzes, welche sich für das Ausrollen des Teiges allerbestens eignet - da bleibt absolut nichts kleben und es macht so viel Spaß damit zu hantieren. Also schlussendlich kann ich von diesen aus meiner Sicht rundum gelungenen wie leichtgewichtigen Teig-Rollern nur positive Rückmeldungen verkünden und deswegen ist nach meiner Ansicht eine Fünf-Sterne-Wertung hierfür vollauf gerechtfertigt.

Die bambuswald© Teigroller sind Ersatz unseres Plastikteigrollers an dem immer alles hängen geblieben ist. Die bambuswald Teigroller kommen im Doppelpack und haben ein deutlich höheres Gewicht wie der Plastikteigroller. Aber genau das ist ein Vorteil - wir haben Pizza selbst gemacht und die bambuswald Teigroller für das Ausrollen des Teiges genutzt. Durch das höhere Gewicht muss man nicht so großen Druck auf den Teig ausüben und der Teig wird regelmässiger gerollt. Ich habe die Teigroller nicht gemehlt und der Teig ist nicht daran hängen geblieben. Der große Roller ist ideal wenn man auf offener, weiter Fläche wie der Küchenarbeitsplatte ausrollt, der kleine ist geeignet für Backbleche. Ich denke nicht, dass man die Teigroller in der Spülmaschine abwaschen kann - es ist nirgends beschrieben. Ich habe sie normal per Hand abgewaschen, sie werden auch nicht durch das warme Wasser weich oder kriegen feuchte Stellen. Fazit: Ich bin froh die bambuswald© Teigroller bestellt zu haben. Es lässt sich super damit Ausrollen und es ist nachhaltiger und besser für die Umwelt als Plastik ! 5 von 5 Sterne ! Due to the higher weight, you don't have to exert so much pressure on the dough and the dough is rolled more regularly. I didn't flour the rolling pins and the dough didn't stick to them. The large roller is ideal when rolling out on an open, wide area such as the kitchen worktop, the small one is suitable for baking trays. I don't think you can wash the rolling pins in the dishwasher - it's not described anywhere. I washed them normally by hand, they don't get soft from the warm water or get damp spots.
