Ich habe diese Karaffe für meine Mutter bestellt, die wenig Kraft in den Händen hat. Das Eigengewicht ist dank Borosilikat kaum spürbar. Sie ist gut verarbeitet, keine unangenehme Gerüche vorhanden. Deckel mit Ausguss schützt den Inhalt vor Staub und Fliegen etc. Absolute Kaufempfehlung.

I ordered this carafe for my mother, who has little strength in her hands. The weight is barely noticeable thanks to the borosilicate. It is well made and has no unpleasant smells. The lid with a spout protects the contents from dust and flies, etc. I would definitely recommend buying it.

Die Glaskaraffe ist sehr leicht und angenehm zu tragen. Auch wenn sie gefüllt ist mit Wasser, ist sie durch das leichte Material nicht zu schwer.

The glass carafe is very light and comfortable to carry. Even when filled with water, it is not too heavy thanks to the light material.

Die Karaffe ist trotz der dünnen Glaswände erstaunlich stabil. Habe sie schon ein paar, härter aufgesetzt oder angestoßen als mir lieb war, doch bisher hat sie allem stand gehalten. Auch die Spühlmaschine lässt sie Problemlos über sich ergehen. Wenn man was bemängeln möchte, dann wäre da der Deckel. Das Holz verfärbt sich an dar Ausschankseite, durch Feuchtigkeit und Teereste. Und die Gummilippe könnte etwas länger sein, um ein überschütten besser zu beherschen.

The carafe is surprisingly sturdy despite the thin glass walls. I've already hit it harder or knocked it harder than I'd like, but so far it's held up to everything. It can also be put through the dishwasher without a problem. If there's anything to complain about, it's the lid. The wood on the pouring side is discolored by moisture and tea residue. And the rubber lip could be a bit longer to better control spillage.

Krug ist formschön und qualitativ hochwertig und hält kochendem Wasser stand. Der Deckel ist praktisch aber das ausgießen könnte durch andere Ausgusslöcher im Deckel noch verbessert werden. Er „sabbert“ aber nicht.

The jug is beautifully designed and of high quality and can withstand boiling water. The lid is practical but pouring could be improved by adding more pouring holes in the lid. It doesn't "drool" though.

Die erste Bestellung kam leider kaputt an, die zweite war dann in Ordnung. Bei mir ist die Karaffe im Dauereinsatz und wird per Hand gespült. Glas fühlt sich sehr dünn an, deswegen geh ich sehr vorsichtig damit um. Über Hitzebeständigkeit kann ich bisher noch nichts sagen,da ich sie nur für Wasser verwendet habe. Ich würde sie mir wieder kaufen!

Unfortunately, the first order arrived broken, but the second was fine. I use the carafe all the time and wash it by hand. Glass feels very thin, so I handle it very carefully. I can't say anything about heat resistance yet, as I've only used it for water. I would buy it again!

Die Wasser Kanne ist super super schön, und bin zufrieden. Nur nach einige Monaten benutzen wird deckel schimmlig. Und leider finde ich keine Information wo kann man Ersatz Deckel kaufen.

Man glaubt es kaum, dass der filigrane Griff die riesige Kanne mit zwei Litern Inhalt aushält. Geht aber. Ein formschönes Leichtgewicht mit edlem Deckel. In die Kühlschranktür passt die Kanne bei mir nicht, aber vor ein halbes Bord so in den Kühlschrank. Und da steht sie nun und hält ständig Eistee bereit.

It's hard to believe that the filigree handle can hold the huge two-litre pot. But it works. An elegant lightweight with a classy lid. The pot doesn't fit in the fridge door for me, but it does in the fridge half a shelf ago. And there she is, always having ice tea ready.

Die Karaffe selbst ist sehr leicht und hitzebeständig. Wir haben die Kanne seit ca 4 Wochen in Betrieb. Sie wird immer handgespült und der Deckel ist trocken. Trotzdem hat sich der Holzdeckel verzogen und von der Metallfassung gelöst. Wir spannen jetzt den Deckel ein und sehen ob er sich gerade pressen lässt. Etwas enttäuschend wenn Ware hochwertige aussieht aber minderwertige verarbeitet ist.

The carafe itself is very light and heat-resistant. We have been using the pot for about 4 weeks. It is always hand washed and the lid is dry. Nevertheless, the wooden lid has warped and detached from the metal frame. We now clamp the lid and see if it can be pressed straight. A bit disappointing when the goods look high quality but are processed inferiorly.

Schöne Karaffe, leider ist der Deckel bereits nach ein paar Wochen auseinandergegangen (ist wohl nur gesteckt). Versuche es zu kleben, auch wenn das nicht optimal ist...

Beautiful carafe, unfortunately the lid fell apart after a few weeks (it was probably just plugged in). Try to glue it, even if it's not optimal...

Karaffe hat schöne Form und Größe, kann somit auch gut gereinigt werden. leider löst sich der Holzdeckel ständig vom unteren Teil des Deckels, was nervt, daher Deckel natürlich zum Befüllen abgenommen werden muss.

Carafe has a nice shape and size, so it is easy to clean. Unfortunately, the wooden lid constantly detaches from the lower part of the lid, which is annoying, so of course the lid has to be removed for filling.

Hatte die Karaffe 2x im Gebrauch und leider löste sich dann der Eichenholzdeckel von dem Metalldeckel. Zuerst dachte ich man kann es fixieren, doch es löste sich immer wieder beim Einschenken.

I used the carafe twice and unfortunately the oak lid came loose from the metal lid. At first I thought it could be fixed, but it kept coming loose when pouring.

Die Kanne selbst ist wirklich gut. Das Glas hält großen Temperaturunterschieden stand. Kalt aus dem Kühlschrank und dann kochendes Wasser rein ist kein Problem. Das Material ist sehr dünn, das ist aber erstmal kein Problem. Die Kanne passt sehr gut ins Seitenfach des Kühlschrank was ich als weiteres Plus sehe. Der Deckel ist aber eine absolute Fehlkonstruktion. Unter dem Dichtgummi reagiert der „Stahl“ mit der Flüssigkeit. Das muss regelmäßig geputzt werden, wäre auch kein Problem wenn die Stelle nicht so scharfkantig wäre das man sich bei kleinen Unaufmerksamkeiten sofort in den Finger schneidet. Das ausgießen mit voller Kanne ist auch eine Kunst ohne zu kleckern. Der Holzdeckel ist schon nach kurzer Zeit abgefallen und musste neu geklebt werden. Also Kanne Top, Deckel Flop

The pot itself is really good. The glass withstands large temperature differences. Cold from the fridge and then boiling water in is no problem. The material is very thin, but that's not a problem. The jug fits very well in the side compartment of the fridge, which I see as another plus. But the lid is an absolute bad design. Under the rubber seal, the "steel" reacts with the liquid. It has to be cleaned regularly, and it wouldn't be a problem if the spot weren't so sharp that you cut your finger immediately if you weren't careful. Pouring out with a full pot is also an art without making a mess. The wooden lid fell off after a short time and had to be re-glued. So pot top, lid flop

Die Kanne ist ansich wirklich toll! Leider ist der Deckel aber nach zweimal nutzen schon kaputt. Deswegen würde ich sie nicht nochmal bestellen.

Positiv: Sieht gut aus Ist nicht schwer aber stabil Negativ: Deckel teilt sich in 2 Teile, Holz löst sich vom Metal, hab um Ersatzdeckel gebeten, gab es aber nicht, deswegen musste ich es zurückschicken

Die Karaffe ist bei uns im Dauereinsatz. Ich kann noch nicht so recht beurteilen ob sie wirklich so hochwertig ist wie beschrieben. Ich behandel sie wie ein rohes Ei weil ich Angst habe, das Glas könnte brechen. Weil das Glas so dünn ist habe ich auch noch kein kochendes Wasser rein geschüttet, hab einfach Schiss, dass es kaputt geht. Wenn man Sie im Dauereinsatz hat muss man den Deckel gut beobachten und regelmässig reinigen, zwischen Dichtung und Metall bildet sich schnell Schimmel.

The carafe is in constant use with us. I can not really judge whether it is really as high quality as described. I treat her like a raw egg because I'm afraid the glass might break. Because the glass is so thin I haven't poured boiling water in it yet, I'm just scared that it will break. If you have them in continuous use, you have to watch the lid closely and clean it regularly, mold quickly forms between the seal and the metal.

Wunderschöne Glaskaraffe mit unüberdachtem Deckeldesign Kann mich den Vorrednern anschließen, die Karaffe ist wunderschön! Jedoch wurde bei dem Deckel/Ausguss tatsächlich nicht an die lange Haltbarkeit gedacht. Beim ausgießen gelangt das Getränk an das Holz & das zieht sich über den ganzen Deckel, somit wird die Haltbarkeit des Deckel tatsächlich leider nicht lange sein. Schade, hab mir etwas mehr erhofft. Trotzdem schöne Karaffe!

Beautiful glass carafe with uncovered lid design I agree with the previous speakers, the carafe is beautiful! However, the lid/spout was not designed to last. When pouring, the drink gets on the wood and it spreads across the whole lid, so the lid will not last long. It's a shame, I was hoping for something better. But it's still a beautiful carafe!

Kann mich den Vorrednern anschließen, die Karaffe ist wunderschön! Jedoch wurde bei dem Deckel/Ausguss tatsächlich nicht an die lange Haltbarkeit gedacht. Beim ausgießen gelangt das Getränk an das Holz & das zieht sich über den ganzen Deckel, somit wird die Haltbarkeit des Deckel tatsächlich leider nicht lange sein. Schade, hab mir etwas mehr erhofft. Trotzdem schöne Karaffe!

I can agree with the previous speakers, the carafe is beautiful! However, the long shelf life was not actually considered with the lid/spout. When pouring out, the drink gets to the wood & it stretches over the entire lid, so the lid will unfortunately not last long. Too bad, I was hoping for a little more. Still a nice carafe!

Die Glaskaraffe hat eine gute Grösse für einen Tagesbedarf. Jedoch hat mir zunächst der Henkel etwas Sorgen bereitet, ob dieser das volle Gewicht der Kanne trägt. Durch die grosse Öffnung lässt sich die Karaffe gut säubern. Einziger Minuspunkt: der Holzdeckel. Das Holz ist unbehandelt/nicht versiegelt. Mal schauen wie lange dieser gut aussehen wird...

The glass carafe is a good size for a daily requirement. However, the handle initially worried me a bit, whether it would carry the full weight of the jug. The carafe is easy to clean thanks to the large opening. The only downside: the wooden lid. The wood is untreated/unsealed. Let's see how long this one will look good...

Mir gefällt das Design sehr gut. Benutze die Kanne seit einigen Wochen für Wasser. Sie ist superleicht. Am Anfang hatte ich befürchtet, dass sie schnell kaputt geht, aber dem ist nicht so. Der Deckel ist auch schön, der Ausguss ein bisschen unpraktisch, da nicht alles aus der Kanne läuft. Ja , ein bisschen kleckert die Kanne manchmal. Macht aber alles nix. Hab mir 2 gekauft, wenn Besuch da ist. Und: die hat unheimlich viel Inhalt! Mann muss nicht gleich nachfüllen.

I really like the design. I've been using the jug for water for a few weeks now. It's super light. At first I was worried that it would break quickly, but that's not the case. The lid is nice too, the spout is a bit impractical because not everything runs out of the jug. Yes, the jug sometimes spills a bit. But it doesn't matter. I bought two for when I have visitors. And: it holds an incredible amount! You don't have to refill it straight away.

Die Karaffe ist einwandfrei, erfüllt ihren Zweck und sieht sehr schick aus. Man muss nur aufpassen, da sich der Deckel leider schnell verfärbt wenn er etwas länger mit einer farbigen Flüssigkeit in Berührung kommt.

The carafe is perfect, serves its purpose and looks very stylish. You just have to be careful because the lid quickly discolors if it comes into contact with a colored liquid for a longer period of time.

Die Karaffe funktioniert einwandfrei und ist optisch auch einfach schön. Eine Plastikkanne kann da nicht wirklich mithalten. Leider ist sie mir runtergefallen und komplett zersplittert. Nun wartet wir darauf, dass sie wieder verfügbar ist, um sie erneut zu kaufen. Sie hält sonst alles aus, Spülmaschine (ohne Deckel) und heiße und kalte Getränke. Vor allem Tee und Limonaden lassen sich sehr gut damit machen, weil das Sieb alles auffängt. Sie ist auch sonst einfach zu reinigen. Sie überlebt aber leider keinen Sturz, dafür ist das Glas zu dünn. Da die Karaffe handlich ist und wir sonst sehr zufrieden sind, wird sie aber erneut gekauft.

The carafe works perfectly and is also very nice to look at. A plastic carafe can't really compete with that. Unfortunately, I dropped it and it completely shattered. Now we're waiting for it to be available again so we can buy it again. Otherwise, it can withstand everything: the dishwasher (without the lid) and hot and cold drinks. It's particularly good for making tea and lemonade because the sieve catches everything. It's also easy to clean. Unfortunately, it won't survive a fall because the glass is too thin for that. But because the carafe is handy and we're otherwise very happy with it, we'll buy it again.

Die Kanne ist richtig schick und der Deckel sieht sehr hochwertig aus. Das Material ist fühlt sich sehr dünn an, beim Sauber machen bin ich sehr vorsichtig. Die kanne passt leider nicht in das Fach der Kühlschranktür, muss es für meine Zwecke aber auch nicht. Würde sie immer wieder kaufen!

Verarbeitung, Material etc. alles top. Der Deckel sitzt durch die Silikondichtung recht fest, also er fliegt beim Einschenken auf keinen Fall raus. Ich wünschte nur, dass er nicht aus Holz wäre. So ist zwar die Kanne spülmaschinenfest, der Deckel aber nicht. Holz und Feuchtigkeit ist ja allgemein ne schlechte Kombination. Sieht zwar schön aus, ist aber auch im alltäglichen Gebrauch unpraktisch.

Workmanship, material, etc., everything is top notch. The lid sits quite firmly thanks to the silicone seal, so it definitely won't fly out when pouring. I just wish it wasn't made of wood. The jug is dishwasher safe, but the lid isn't. Wood and moisture are generally a bad combination. It looks nice, but it's also impractical for everyday use.

Der Deckel passt prima, auch wenn sich am Anfang die Silikondichtung ein paar mal gelöst hat und ich sie wieder einsetzen musste. Mittlerweile hat sich das aber gegeben. Einziges kleines Manko ist, dass sich die Kanne bei aufgesetztem Deckel nicht vollständig entleeren lässt, hierfür muss man diesen eben abnehmen. Aber ansonsten finde ich die Kanne sehr formschön und gelungen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

When empty, the jug is very light and looks fragile, but that's deceptive. It is very stable and can withstand a knock. I haven't dropped it yet to test its strength ;-) The jug's large opening also makes it very easy to clean and fill. The lid fits perfectly, although the silicone seal came loose a few times at the beginning and I had to put it back in. But that has now stopped. The only small drawback is that the jug cannot be completely emptied with the lid on; you have to remove it to do this. But otherwise I think the jug is very well designed and well made. Highly recommended.
