The set contains everything you need to start right away: a Klarstein Quickstick Pro sous vide cooker in combination with the Klarstein Foodlocker Slim vacuum sealer. This way, you can easily prepare healthy and delicious meals.

The Quickstick Pro sous vide stick is easy to operate intuitively via the display. Enter the desired water temperature and duration, and you’re done! With its 2 temperature sensors, the Quickstick Pro measures the temperature and ensures to-the-degree accurate values in the temperature range of 0-90 ° C. The powerful pump with 3D Streamline Heating Technology ensures a uniform temperature distribution in the pot, resulting in food which is cooked evenly and gently.

Safety when cooking is guaranteed at all times: the sous vide pump is waterproof to IPX7 and can be easily and firmly attached to the device edge on the pot edge. Hatte Probleme, das Gerät korrekt in Betrieb zu nehmen. Ferner ist die Gebrauchsanweisung mehr als dürftig. Hatte eine Übersicht zu den Zeiten und vor allen Dingen Temperaturen der versch. Fleischsorten erwartet. Der 1. Versuch ging gründlich daneben. Schade, muss doch wieder gegoogelt werden.

Had trouble getting the device to work properly. Furthermore, the instructions for use are more than poor. Had expected an overview of the times and, above all, temperatures of the different types of meat. The first attempt went horribly wrong. Too bad, it has to be googled again.

Es ist schwer, ein sous vide gerät zu finden, das in dieser Preisklasse so gut abschneidet. Ich bin sehr glücklich darüber, dass ich mein Steak jedes Mal perfekt machen kann ;)

Das Quickstick Pro Sous Vide-Gerät genau wie erhofft und erwartet. Das Material des Gerätes ist sehr stabil und sauber verarbeitet. Die Benutzung wird in einer kleinen Gebrauchsanweisung gut erklärt, ist aber auch sehr einfach. Die gewünschte Temperatur wird sehr schnell erreicht, und hält sich wie gewünscht komplett über den eingestellten Zeitraum. Es entsteht eine gewisse Geräuschentwicklung, aber ich empfand es nicht als störend. Ich finde es sehr praktisch, dass man das Gerät an jeden erforderlichen Topf anbringen kann. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

The Quickstick Pro sous vide device exactly as hoped and expected. The material of the device is very stable and cleanly processed. The use is well explained in a small instruction manual, but it is also very simple. The desired temperature is reached very quickly and remains as desired for the set period of time. There is some noise, but I didn't find it annoying. I find it very convenient that you can attach the device to any pot you need. I'm very satisfied!

erfüllt voll und ganz seinen zweck und das für einen wirklich guten preis. die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut und hochwertig gemacht. ich denke daher, dass man lange seine Freude an den Artikel haben kann. die Bedienung klappt ebenfalls ohne Probleme und es wird erklärt. alles super und daher auch alle punkte.

Die Sous Vide Garmethode hat sich bei uns Köchen auch zu Hause etabliert. Der Klarstein Quick Stick überzeugt in jeder Beziehung. Der Geräuschpegel ist im normalen Bereich, die Leistungsfähigkeit lässt ein tolles Garergebnis zu. Der Stick arbeitet sehr effektiv, da er eine geringe eintauchtiefe benötigt. Das Display ist recht übersichtlich und die Bedienung einfach. Ich kann den Quick Stick nur empfehlen und vergebe sehr gerne 5 Sterne

Tolles Gerät mit leichter Handhabung zu einem günstigen Preis. Habe es nach Erhalt sofort ausprobiert und ein Roastbeef gegart. Das Ergebnis war super, das Roastbeef war Butterzahrt Medium gegart. 100% KAUFEMPFEHLUNG!!!

Geräteversand war rasch und pünktlich. Gerät ist gut verpackt und die Handhabung ist sehr einfach. Heizt das Wasser sehr schnell auf die gewünschte Temperatur auf, und hält die eingestellte Temperatur perfekt. Sous Vide Garer ist auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert, da das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis absolut gut ist.

Schönes Gerät. Ich hatte lange mit einem Sous Video Stick geliebäugelt und hatte etwas recherchiert. Dann bin ich als Testsieger auf seinen Bruder gestoßen. Leider konnte ich aus allen Informationen nur herauslesen, das sein Bruder ab 50 Grad die Temperatur hält, da ich aber eher als Schwerpunkt Fisch verwende, brauchte ich einen, der auch deutlich darunter funktioniert. Da kam ich auf diesen. Er hat keine Einschränkung der Temperatur nach unten. Ist in Natura ganz schon groß, aber das scheinen sie ja alle zu sein. Er passt durch seine gerade Form sehr gut in meine Topfschublade und auch durch die silberne Farbe passt er schön dazu:-) Das Display ist jetzt kein Hingucker und auch kein technisches Highlight, aber mit den wenigen Touchbedienungen (2) für an und aus und der Umstellung auf Temperatur und Zeiteinstellung braucht man aus meiner Sicht auch nicht mehr. Seitlich lässt sich die Temperatur bzw. die Zeit (bis 99 Stunden 59 Minuten) mit einem Rädchen einfach und präzise einstellen. Das Gerät läuft sehr leise und ruhig und wirbelt das Wasser sehr gut durch. Ich habe ihn in einen Topf mit 13 Zentimeter Höhe ausprobiert und das ging nur eingeschränkt. Durch einen Kragen am Topfrand funktioniert die Klemme nicht richtig und es wackelt ein wenig. Also ich empfehle mindestens 16 cm Höhe, dann sitzt die Klemme auch 1A. Bisher habe ich Lachs und Thunfisch auf 40 Grad gegart und da der Lachs noch schön glasig und unglaublich zart war, gehe ich davon aus, dass es auch 40 Grad waren (habe leider kein externes Temperaturmessgerät zum Prüfen). Er heizt das Wasser sehr schnell hoch. Ich bin vom Ergebnis begeistert. Das Edelstahlrohr unten lässt sich mit einem Dreh abnehmen zum Reinigen und unten hat er auch einen Abstandshalter zum Topfboden, sodass man sich keine Gedanken machen muss, ob er unten auch genug Abstand zum Ansaugen des Wassers hat. Aus meiner Sicht eine klare Kaufempfehlung und für den Preis ein richtig gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Nice device. I had toyed with a Sous Video Stick for a long time and had done some research. Then I came across his brother as the test winner. Unfortunately I could only read from all the information that his brother keeps the temperature from 50 degrees, but since I tend to use fish as my main focus, I needed one that also works well below that. Then I came up with this one. It has no lower temperature limit. It's quite big in real life, but they all seem to be that. Due to its straight shape, it fits very well in my pan drawer and the silver color also makes it a nice match :-) The display is not an eye-catcher and also not a technical highlight, but with the few touch controls (2) for on and off and the From my point of view, you no longer need to switch to temperature and time settings. The temperature and time (up to 99 hours 59 minutes) can be set easily and precisely with a wheel on the side. The device runs very quietly and smoothly and swirls the water through very well. I tried it in a pot 13 centimeters high and that only worked to a limited extent. The clamp does not work properly due to a collar on the edge of the pot and it wobbles a little. So I recommend at least 16 cm height, then the clamp is also 1A. So far I have cooked salmon and tuna at 40 degrees and since the salmon was still nice and translucent and incredibly tender, I assume that it was also 40 degrees (unfortunately I don't have an external temperature measuring device to check it). It heats up the water very quickly. I'm delighted with the result. The stainless steel pipe at the bottom can be removed with a twist for cleaning and at the bottom it also has a spacer to the bottom of the pot, so you don't have to worry about whether there is enough space below to suck in the water. From my point of view a clear purchase recommendation and for the price a really good price/performance ratio.

Die Theorie klingt ganz einfach, leider ist die Anwendung dann doch etwas komplizierter. Da ich selber kein Vakuumgerät habe, habe ich das Steak bei meinen Schwiegereltern vakuumieren lassen. Das ist für mich etwas umständlich, denn ich ich müsste mir extra noch ein Vakuumgerät anschaffen. Als nächstes haben wir Wasser in unseren größten Suppentopf gefüllt und die Pumpe mit der Klammer im Topf befestigt. Man benötigt wirklich einen sehr hohen Topf, damit die Pupe hält. Bei uns war die Wasseranzeige zwar genau zwischen Minimum und Maximum, aber die Pumpe ist trotzdem immer nach unten geruscht, weil sie zu schwer war. Also mussten wir etwas unter die Klammer klemmen, damit die Pumpe überhaupt am Topf hält. Nachdem endlich alles hielt, ging es los. Temperatur und Timer einstellen und los gehts. Es fängt sofort an zu sprudeln und die Temperatur erwärmt sich. Wir haben für unser Steak eine Temperatur von 55 Grad eingestellt. Es hat insgesamt ca. 10 Minuten gebraucht bis die Temperatur erreicht war. Anschließend beginnt erst der Timer runterzuzählen. Nach 30 Minuten war unser Steak fertig und wir konnten es rausnehmen. Anschließend muss es aber trotzdem noch scharf angebraten werden. Was ich persönlich sehr umständlich finde. Vor 2 Wochen haben wir bereits ein anderes Steak zubereitet und dies nur angebraten und es hat genauso gut funktioniert, wenn nicht sogar noch schneller und besser. Nachdem ich es angebraten habe, konnten wir es uns endlich schmecken lassen. Die Zubereitung insgesamt hat ca. 60 Minuten gedauert. Wenn man es nur in der Pfanne anbrät, ist man in 15 Minuten fertig. Fazit: Ich war insgesamt etwas enttäuscht von dem Gerät. Erstens hält es nicht besonders gut an unseren großen Topf. Zweitens dauert die Anwendung doch sehr lange und das Ergebnis ist leider nicht besser. Den Preis von knapp 80€ finde ich zudem noch sehr übertrieben.

The theory sounds very simple, but unfortunately the application is a bit more complicated. Since I don't have a vacuum device myself, I had my in-laws vacuum the steak. This is a bit cumbersome for me, because I would have to buy an extra vacuum device. Next we filled our largest soup pot with water and fixed the pump in the pot with the clamp. You really need a very tall pot for the doll to hold up. With us, the water indicator was exactly between the minimum and maximum, but the pump kept rattling down because it was too heavy. So we had to clamp something under the clamp to make the pump even hold onto the pot. After everything finally held up, we started. Set the temperature and timer and off you go. It will immediately start bubbling and the temperature will warm up. We set a temperature of 55 degrees for our steak. It took a total of about 10 minutes until the temperature was reached. Only then does the timer begin to count down. After 30 minutes our steak was ready and we could take it out. But then it still has to be seared. Which I personally find very cumbersome. We already cooked another steak 2 weeks ago and just seared it and it worked just as well if not faster and better. After I seared it, we could finally enjoy it. The preparation in total took about 60 minutes. If you just sear it in a pan, you'll be done in 15 minutes. Conclusion: I was a bit disappointed with the device overall. First, it doesn't stick to our large pot very well. Secondly, the application takes a long time and the result is unfortunately no better. I also find the price of almost 80€ very exaggerated.
