Dieser Dörrautomat ist spitze. Anders kann ich es gar nicht sagen. Tomaten, geschnitten auf ca. halben cm waren binnen 6 Stunden rascheltrocken. Muss dazu sagen dass wir früher noch nicht reingeschaut haben. Rosen aus Fondant waren nach 4 Stunden trocken. Chilis auch mit dem Plus das keine störenden Gerüche austreten die einem die Tränen in die Augen treiben (getrocknet wurden Lemondrop, Count Dracula und Aribibbi Gusano, also kein Kindergeburtstag). Ich könnte kaum zufriedener sein!

This dehydrator is awesome. I can't say it any other way. Tomatoes, cut to about half a cm, were rustling dry within 6 hours. Have to say that we haven't looked in before. Fondant roses were dry after 4 hours. Chilies also have the plus that no annoying odors escape that bring tears to your eyes (Lemondrop, Count Dracula and Aribibbi Gusano were dried, so no children's birthday parties). I couldn't be happier!

The dehyrator is easy to operate and works efficiently. 6 grill shelves is sufficient for the hiking trip that I have been preparing for. Manual is good - lots of tips about effective dehydrating, dehydrating times and how to prepare the food. Range of foods could be wider though - I have to go on the internet for timings for rice, pasta etc.

Wir haben das Gerät inzwischen mehrfach genutzt, meistens zum Trocknen von Apfelringen, Mango und Banane sowie Bärlauch. Sind bisher sehr zufrieden und mit der Zeit hat man ein immer besseres Gefühl für die richtige Zeit bzw. die richtige Stärke des Trocknungsgutes. Wir können das Gerät sehr empfehlen.

We have now used the device several times, mostly to dry apple rings, mango and banana as well as wild garlic. Have been very satisfied so far and over time you have a better and better feeling for the right time and the right thickness of the drying goods. We can highly recommend the device.

Ich habe mir den Dörrautomat von Klarstein aufgrund der Empfehlung einer Bekannten gekauft, und ich bin mehr als zufrieden damit. Es ist ein kompaktes Gerät, sehr leicht zu reinigen, die Gitterroste lege ich jedoch immer mit Backpapier aus. Ich habe mit dem Dörrautomaten schon viel ausprobiert, letztes Jahr waren sämtliche Weihnachtsgeschenke Selbstgemachtes aus dem Automaten, wie z.B. Röstzwiebeln, Bananenchips, Apfelringe und Gemüsechips. Aber auch Pilze lassen sich super trocknen und zu Pilzpulver verarbeiten und meine abgeriebenen Zitronenschalen zum Backen, trockne ich ebenfalls in dem Automaten. Auch Gojibeeren aus meinen Garten habe ich so getrocknet und im Herbst habe ich aus verschiedenen Apfelsorten ein köstliches Apfelleder fertigen können. Und auch roh-vegane Kekse kann man in diesem Dörrautomaten prima nachnachtrocknen lassen. Deshalb eine klare Kaufempfehlung zu einem fairen Preis!

I bought the Klarstein dehydrator based on a friend's recommendation and I am more than happy with it. It is a compact device, very easy to clean, but I always line the grates with parchment paper. I've tried a lot with the dehydrator, last year all the Christmas presents were homemade from the machine, such as roasted onions, banana chips, apple rings and vegetable chips. Mushrooms are also great for drying and processing into mushroom powder, and I also dry my grated lemon peel for baking in the machine. I also dried goji berries from my garden in this way and in autumn I was able to make a delicious apple leather from different apple varieties. And raw vegan biscuits can also be left to dry in this dehydrator. Therefore a clear purchase recommendation at a fair price!

Ich bin mit dem Gerät insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Ich wollte eines, das überwiegend aus Edelstahl ist, einen horizontal blasenden Ventilator hat und sich auch optisch gut in die Küche integriert. Das ist alles erfüllt. Die Dörrergebnisse finde ich sehr gut, bin aber auch eher Anfänger auf diesem Gebiet. Erfolgreich getrocknet wurden z.B. Bananenchips, Rote-Beete-Chips, Apfelringe, Müsliriegel und Pilze (Verpeln). Den einen Stern Abzug gibt es wegen der Pilze. Das Problem ist nicht das Ergebnis, sondern dass man die Pilzsporen, die sich naturgemäß beim Dörren im ganzen Geräten verteilen, nicht gut entfernen kann. Das Innere ist zwar größtenteils einfach auszuwischen, aber die Sporen setzen sich am meisten auf den Rotorblättern ab, deren Reinigung nicht vorgesehen ist. Vor ihnen ist ein Gitter fest montiert, man müsste stattdessen also die Rückseite öffnen, das soll man aber laut Anleitung nicht. Diese schließt übrigens Pilze nicht aus und beschränkt sie auch nicht auf roh verzehrbare Pilze. Viele Pilze sind aber roh giftig und das kann auch die Sporen einschließen. Fazit: Für reine Pilztrockner: Super! Für reine Pilzverweigerer: Super! Für Menschen, die im Wechsel Pilze und für den Rohverzehr gedachtes Obst, Gemüse etc. dörren möchten: Evtl. ungeeignet.

Overall I am very satisfied with the device. I wanted one that is mostly made of stainless steel, has a horizontally blowing fan and also blends in well with the kitchen. That's all fulfilled. I think the drying results are very good, but I'm also more of a beginner in this area. Banana chips, beetroot chips, apple rings, muesli bars and mushrooms (Verpeln) have all been successfully dried. The one star deduction is because of the mushrooms. The problem is not the result, but that the fungal spores, which naturally spread throughout the appliance during dehydration, cannot be easily removed. While most of the inside is easy to wipe out, the spores settle the most on the rotor blades, which aren't designed to be cleaned. There is a grille fixed in front of them, so you would have to open the back instead, but according to the instructions you shouldn't. Incidentally, this does not exclude mushrooms and does not restrict them to mushrooms that can be eaten raw. However, many mushrooms are poisonous when raw, and that can include the spores. Conclusion: For pure mushroom dryers: Super! For pure mushroom refusers: Super! For people who alternately want to dry mushrooms and fruit, vegetables etc. intended for raw consumption: May not be suitable.

Das Gerät hat die Erwartungen erfüllt, bisher wurden vor allem Äpfel getrocknet sowie Zutaten für Gemüsebrühe. Gute, gleichmäßge Dörrleistung auf den 6 Etagen, gut zu bestücken bzw. zu handhaben, ordentlicher Gesamteindruck.

The device has lived up to expectations, so far it has mainly dried apples and ingredients for vegetable broth. Good, even drying performance on the 6 floors, easy to load and handle, decent overall impression.

Das Gerät ersetzt ein älteres Dörrgerät. Mir war bei einer Neuanschaffung wichtig, dass die Gitter und möglichst viel vom Gerät nicht aus Plastik sind. Dieses Kriterium erfüllt das Klarstein Gerät. Es ist viel leiser, als unser altes Gerät. Bin ich nicht in der Küche, höre ich nur ein unaufdringliches Summen. Ich kann nicht bestätigen, dass das Gehäuse zu heiß wird. Warm natürlich, aber nicht heiß. Das Dörrergebnis ist wunderbar. Auf die sechs Ebenen passt ordentlich was drauf und es wird völlig gleichmäßig getrocknet. Die Einstellung von Zeit und Temperatur ist sehr, sehr einfach. Ich habe den Kauf nicht bereut.

The device replaces an older dehydrator. When buying a new device, it was important to me that the grids and as much of the device as possible were not made of plastic. The Klarstein device meets this criterion. It's much quieter than our old device. When I'm not in the kitchen, all I hear is an unobtrusive hum. I cannot confirm that the case gets too hot. Warm of course, but not hot. The drying result is wonderful. A lot fits on the six levels and it is dried completely evenly. Setting the time and temperature is very, very easy. I do not regret the purchase.

Gerät ist solide gebaut und funktioniert.. Die Anleitung ist aus meiner Sicht zu verbessern.. Temparturangaben für zB. Äpfel gemacht, die aber nicht eingestellt werden können. zB. 62 Grad geht nicht, sondern immer nur in 5-er Schritten. Auch stellt man keine Uhrzeit ein, sondern einen Timer in 0,5 Stunden Schritten. Leistung fehlt mit 500 bis 600 Watt in der Beschreibung. 1 Stern Abzug !

Device is solidly built and works. In my opinion, the instructions should be improved. Temperature information for e.g. Apples made but can't be adjusted. eg. 62 degrees is not possible, but always in steps of 5. Also, you don't set a time, but a timer in 0.5 hour increments. Performance is missing with 500 to 600 watts in the description. 1 star deduction!

Das Gerät sieht nicht nur hochwertig aus, es ist auch sehr gut verarbeitet und stabil. Die Füsse sind fest und nicht wackelig angebracht. Ein Begleitheft liegt bei. Ich hatte vorher ein anderes Gerät von Hendi, das hab ich wieder zurückgegeben. Das Gerät hat eine richtige Türe, die nach links aufgeht, das Bedienfeld ist vorne, was für mich sehr wichtig ist; es steht auf einem Hochkühlschrank. Ich höre das Gerät, ähnlich wie wenn mein Backofen läuft, also völlig normal und dezent. Es wird bei mir nicht heiss, das hab ich probiert, ich dörre auch im unteren, schonenden Bereich, vielleicht deswegen. Mein ketogenes Brot ist sehr beliebt, ich trockne Gemüse und ab und zu auch Obst. Der Timer weckt keine Toten, piept eine Weile und dann gehen Timer und Gerät aus. Das war mir wichtig, gerade wenn ich unterwegs bin oder den Dörrofen nachts laufen lasse. Ich möchte zuhause nicht mit aufgeregtem Piepston empfangen oder Nachts geweckt werden wegen eines penetranten Alarmtons. Es gibt bestimmt viele gute Geräte auch von anderen Herstellern. Ich hab mich für diesen Dörrofen entschieden. Auch der Preis hat mir gefallen, 115 Euro ist ne andere Hausnummer als jetzt knapp 170 Euro.

The device not only looks high-quality, it is also very well made and stable. The feet are attached firmly and not wobbly. An accompanying booklet is included. I previously had another device from Hendi, which I returned. The device has a real door that opens to the left, the control panel is in front, which is very important to me; it's on a tall fridge. I hear the device similar to when my oven is running, i.e. completely normal and unobtrusive. It doesn't get hot for me, I've tried that, I also dehydrate in the lower, more gentle range, maybe that's why. My ketogenic bread is very popular, I dry vegetables and occasionally fruit. The timer doesn't wake the dead, beeps for a while and then the timer and device go off. That was important to me, especially when I'm on the road or running the drying oven at night. I don't want to be greeted at home with an excited beep or be woken up at night by a penetrating alarm tone. There are certainly many good devices from other manufacturers. I chose this dehydrator. I also liked the price, 115 euros is a different house number than it is now almost 170 euros.

Der beste den man für das Geld haben kann.Ich hatte mir vorher einen von Graef bestellt.Der war sowas von klapprig und minderwertig verarbeitet.Dazu kam er auch gleich mit einer kaputten Tür an.Hab ich sofort zurück geschickt. Dieser Dörrautomat hat meil Herz sofort erobert.Mein vorheriger von WMF minis war einfach zu klein. Dieser ist wie ein Mini Backofen.Mein Mann hat gleich gefragt was er gekostet hat.Er dachte mindestens 300€. Ich habe ihn jetzt mindestens 2x die Woche im Betrieb.Er ist nicht der leiseste das stimmt, aber wenn man Ihn über Nacht laufen lässt bekommt man nicht soviel davon mit. Ich bin sowas von positiv überrascht gewesen.Ich kann Ihn nur weiterempfehlen. Wenn man vorher die Gebrauchsanweisung liest kann man sich auch nicht verbrennen. Ist alles ganz genau erklärt.

The best you can have for the money. I had previously ordered one from Graef. It was so rickety and of inferior workmanship. It also came with a broken door. I sent it back immediately. This dehydrator immediately conquered my heart. My previous one from WMF minis was simply too small. This is like a mini oven. My husband immediately asked what it cost. He thought at least €300. I have it running at least twice a week now. It's not the quietest that's true, but if you let it run overnight you don't notice it that much. I was so positively surprised. I can only recommend him. You can't burn yourself if you read the instructions beforehand. Everything is explained in detail.
