Buenos días , yo quiero hacer una. Reclamación. respecto a esta cafetera. La verdad es que me ha gustado mucho. Estoy muy contenta con ella pero mi desilusión es sobre el dispensador para hacer el café. Ya que tengo muy poco tiempo de haberla comprado. Llevo unos tres meses con ella y la verdad está oxidado, así que creo que me deberían de dar otro, porque éste está muy mal

I only recently bought it. I've had it for about three months, and it's rusty, so I think they should give me another one because this one is in very bad condition.

Cela fait quelques semaines que nous avons reçu et utilisé cette machine, et je suis surpris en bien de l'excellente qualité du café produit. Il est nécessaire de bien comprendre comment l'utiliser notamment comment régler le broyeur selon la mouture que l'on veut pour un expresso avec la Bella Café ou avec une cafetière italienne ou tout autre cafetière. Le seul mécontentement est avec le porte filtre qui n'est pas chromé ou en Inox comme les 2 filtres fournis. De même que la remarque du 09/01/2025 - on aurait aimé avoir un 2nd porte filtre avec 1 seule sortie car pour un café expresso dans une petite tasse, la double sortie n'est pas adaptée. Sinon le broyeur travaille très bien et fournit une mouture régulière quel que soit le réglage.
J'aimerais que le fabricant propose en accessoire un porte filtre de meilleure qualité avec les options 1 ou 2 écoulements.

Hello, It's been a few weeks since we received and used this machine, and I am pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of the coffee produced. It is necessary to understand how to use it, in particular how to adjust the grinder according to the grind you want for an espresso with the Bella Café or with an Italian coffee maker or any other coffee maker. The only dissatisfaction is with the filter holder which is not chrome or stainless steel like the 2 filters provided. As well as the remark of 01/09/2025 - we would have liked to have a 2nd filter holder with only 1 outlet because for an espresso coffee in a small cup, the double outlet is not suitable. Otherwise the grinder works very well and provides a regular grind regardless of the setting. I would like the manufacturer to offer a better quality filter holder as an accessory with the options 1 or 2 flows.

No hace un ruido excesivo, lo normal. Creíamos que teníamos un problema con el molinillo, lo comente con el vendedor y obtuve respuesta inmediata y grata. Luego lo solucionamos nosotros ya que no era defecto de la maquina, no girábamos lo suficiente el deposito del café y de forma correcta. ( Nos daba miedo forzar y estropear la maquina). El resultado del café y espumador muy bueno. Manejo muy intuitivo. Por decir algo recomendaría al fabricante... el mango, cacillo que tuviera también una sola salida, para no tener que ajustar tamaño taza de café a las dos salidas del café. Para café expreso es algo grande para una taza.

It doesn't make excessive noise, which is normal. We thought we had a problem with the grinder, I told the seller and got an immediate and pleasant response. We then fixed it ourselves as it was not a defect in the machine, we were not turning the coffee container enough and correctly. (We were afraid of forcing it and damaging the machine). The coffee and foamer results were very good. Very intuitive to use. If I had to say something, I would recommend the manufacturer... the handle, the scoop that also had only one outlet, so as not to have to adjust the size of the coffee cup to the two coffee outlets. For espresso coffee it is a bit big for one cup.

Funciona perfecto, poco ruido y tamaño contenido. Hace un café excelente.Solo comentar que las instrucciones son un poco confusas. Supongo que se debe a la traducción al español, pero nada demasiado complicado.
