Bin sehr zufrieden Ich habe eine Kaffeemaschine Klarstein bekommen. Und bis heute bin ich mit der Qualität der Getränke sehr zufrieden. Bis zu diesem Punkt hatte ich eine Kaffeemaschine Breville. Breville hat genau 1,5 Jahre gearbeitet und die Wasserpumpe ist kaputt. Ich hatte Angst, dass Klarstein so laut sein würde wie Breville. Aber ich war überrascht, dass die Kaffeemaschine deutlich leise funktioniert. Ein großer Wassertank ist ein großes Plus. Auch der kleine Milchtank und der weiche Silikonschlauch im Inneren haben mich gefreut. Die Qualität des Milchschaums ist sehr gut, wenn der Hebel auf Maximum eingestellt ist. Der Milchschaum ist weich wie bei Delongi-Kaffeemaschinen. Einfaches und übersichtliches Menü auf dem Bildschirm. Der Klang der Fertigstellung hat auch gefallen. Die Temperatur des Kaffees ist ziemlich angenehm, um sofort zu trinken. Nicht zu heiß. Ich schreibe diese Rezension als Vergleich zur vorherigen Kaffeemaschine. Ich kann auch Qualität, Geschwindigkeit, Lautstärke im Vergleich zu vollautomatisch von Delongi vergleichen. Und ich denke, dass die Klarstein-Kaffeemaschine eine ausgezeichnete Anschaffung für wenig Geld ist. Ich hoffe, sie wird mich weiterhin erfreuen.

Mein Freund hat sich vor ein paar Monaten exakt diese Maschine gekauft. Ich war erst skeptisch, die Sache mit dem Siebträger erschien mir ziemlich umständlich. Aber der erste Kaffee war geschmacklich so gut, dass ich sie auch unbedingt haben musste. Leider war das Modell zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht verfügbar. Deshalb habe ich eine baugleiche Maschine eines anderen Herstellers gekauft. Totaler Reinfall, samt Plastikgeschmack. Also ging diese zurück. Nun lagen wir auf der Lauer und ich hatte Glück! Ich mag die "Spielerei" mit dem Siebträger und das Feeling. Zudem ist das Design mit dem Touchscreen sehr schön und der Kaffee mit dem tollen Milchschaum für mich ein Traum :) Dazu lässt sie sich super reinigen, ich bin restlos glücklich :)

My boyfriend bought this exact machine a few months ago. I was skeptical at first, the whole portafilter thing seemed pretty complicated to me. But the first coffee tasted so good that I just had to have it. Unfortunately, the model wasn't available at the time. So I bought an identical machine from another manufacturer. A total failure, with a plastic taste. So I returned it. Now we were waiting and I was lucky! I like the "play" with the portafilter and the feeling. The design with the touchscreen is also very nice and the coffee with the great milk foam is a dream for me :) It's also really easy to clean, I'm completely happy :)

Très bonne cafetière. Le café est très bon je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles car elle est très trop bruyante par" le bruit de la cafetière elle même ainsi que le bruit émis par le couvercle du réservoir à eau qui tremble quand la cafetière est en fonction. Elle aurait pu être parfaite par rapport à son prix mais le fait d'être bruyante gâche je l'aurais su que c'était à ce point je ne l'aurais pas pris.

Habe heute die Maschine bekommen und mich erstmal durch probiert. Erstmal zur Lieferung Die Maschine war gut und sicher verpackt keine Teile die Lose im Karton waren oder ähnliches. Der Aufbau Alles super einfach und an sich selbst erklärend. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist im besten Fall als Hilfestellung anzusehen. Im Bezug auf Reinigung ect ist sie allerdings hilfreich. Der Plastik Geruch ist, wie in den anderen Rezensionen auch zu lesen, doch sehr wahrzunehmen. Allerdings nach dem Reinigen mit Spühli und heiß Wasser und der lufttrocknung war der verflogen. Erst Inbetriebnahme Nach dem Lufttrocknen hab ich alles zusammen gebaut und das erste mal Kaffee in den Siebträger. Den hab ich natürlich gleich mal zu voll gemacht, also alles wieder raus und von vorne. Ich hab 3 mal versucht einen Espresso raus zu lassen und es ist nichts passiert. Beim 4 Versuch hab ich Cappuccino gedrückt und siehe da es kam was. Vielleicht mussten sich die Leitungen erst mal füllen. Keine Ahnung aber dann ging es. Latte Macchiato/Cappuccino Da ich eigentlich nur diese 2 Kaffee Getränke mag hab ich gleich mal versuch einen Latte zu machen. Gläser/Tassen mit einer Höhe von 11cm passen drunter wenn das Abtropfsieb drin ist. Ohne Abtropfsieb auch welche mit 13cm. Höhere gehen nicht drunter. Der milchschaum ist einstellbar. Hab ihn in der mittleren Einstellung benutzt und da wurden bei einem großen Latte ca 150ml Milch verbraucht, dann lief noch der Kaffee rein und am Ende war die 275 ml voll (zu voll) und das Glas ist leicht übergelaufen. Muss noch etwas mit dem Schaum probieren mal schauen ob da noch mehr geht. Der Schaum war so ca. 2cm hoch. Was ich jetzt allerdings schon weiß ist das man wenn man Milchschaum will den wassertank mindestens bis zur Hälfte voll haben sollte sonst geht irgendwann der Dampf aus und es läuft nur noch Milch rein. Hab den Milchtank ab gemacht und ihn im Kühlschrank gelagert wenn an weiß wieviel Milch man braucht ist es dann einfacher zu dosieren. Man kann auch nur Milchschaum machen ohne Kaffee. Reinigung Siebträger und Abtropfschale waren einfach zu reinigen. Das mit dem Milchtank versuche ich noch. Fazit nach dem ersten Versuch Einfach zu bedienen wenn man den Dreh raus hat und auch der Latte Macchiato war super lecker. Konnte keinen plastik Geschmack wahrnehmen auch die Milch hat wie Milch gescheckt mein Kind hat nur den Schaum ohne Kaffee probiert. Der Kaffee war auch heiß genug um mir die Zunge zu verbrennen. 1. Update nach 2 Wochen Bild von einem großen Latte Macchiato in einem 350ml Glas. Milch in der Kanne in Kühlschrank aufbewahren funktioniert zwar aber ich finde das der Milchschum dann nicht so gut wird wie wenn die Kanne und Leitungen gereinigt sind. Auch hat man seltsamer Weise auf der mittleren Milchschaum Stärke mehr Schaum als wenn es ganz aufgedreht ist. Noch ist alles dicht und funktioniert problemlos. Die Reinigung ist relativ aufwendig wenn man es richtig macht. Gemahlenkaffe der am siebträger Anschluss hängen bleibt entfernen Milchkanne und Schlauch reinigen. Das Reinigungsprogamm funktioniert aber wirklich gut es ist mehr die Vorarbeit die Zeit kostet. Hatte mal einen Kaffeevollautomat mit integriertem Mehlwerk ect. Da waren die verbauten Teile irgendwann total verdreckt weil das Programm nicht alles sauber bekommen hat. Das kann hier nicht passieren weil ausschließlich Wasser durch die Maschine läuft alles andere ist außerhalb Siebträger, Milchschlauch, Milchkanne.... Die Maschine ist jetzt 3 Monate in Gebrauch. Sie ist immer noch dicht und der Kaffee ist auch immer noch heiß. Es funktioniert alles ohne Probleme. Auch der Milch Schaum ist noch so gut wie am Anfang. Ich habe allerdings festgestellt das wenn man 2/3 Latte Macchiato hintereinander macht der Milchschaum von Tasse zu Tasse mehr wird. Mein Mann mag nicht so viel Schaum, er bekommt den ersten ich dann den 2. Nach 4 Monaten hatte sich einer der Dichtungsringe verabschiedet, der am Anschluss Stück zur Milch Kanne, Kundenservice war top. Habe angeboten bekommen die Maschine komplett auszutauschen (wegen dem o-ring) haben dann aber doch eine andere Lösung gefunden. Wollte wegen einem 1 Euro Teil nicht ein riesen Paket hin und her schicken.... Funktionierte nach 3 Tagen wieder ohne Probleme. Hab jetzt gleich 4 Dichtungsringe als Ersatz. Ist durch das immer wieder ab und dran machen des Milch Tanks halt eine Dichtung die viel aushalten muss. Fazit: Sehr zuvorkommender netter Kundenservice. Problem war schnell gelöst.

I got the machine today and tried it out a few times. First of all, the delivery: The machine was well and securely packaged; there were no loose parts in the box or anything like that. The assembly was super simple and self-explanatory. The instruction manual can be seen as assistance at best. However, it is helpful when it comes to cleaning etc. As you can read in the other reviews, the plastic smell is very noticeable. However, after cleaning with dishwashing liquid and hot water and air drying, it disappeared. First commissioning: After air drying, I put everything together and put coffee in the portafilter for the first time. Of course, I filled it up too full straight away, so I took everything out again and started again. I tried to make an espresso three times and nothing happened. On the fourth attempt I pressed cappuccino and hey presto, something came out. Maybe the pipes had to fill first. I have no idea, but then it worked. Latte macchiato/cappuccino: Since I actually only like these two coffee drinks, I tried making a latte straight away. Glasses/cups with a height of 11cm fit underneath if the drip sieve is in. Without the drip sieve, ones with a height of 13cm also fit. Taller ones do not fit. The milk foam is adjustable. I used it on the middle setting and a large latte used up around 150ml of milk, then the coffee ran in and in the end the 275ml was full (too full) and the glass overflowed slightly. I still need to experiment a bit with the foam to see if I can make more. The foam was about 2cm high. What I do know now, however, is that if you want milk foam you should have the water tank at least half full, otherwise the steam will run out at some point and only milk will run in. I took the milk tank off and stored it in the fridge; if you know how much milk you need, it is easier to measure out. You can also just make milk foam without coffee. Cleaning The portafilter and drip tray were easy to clean. I'm still trying the milk tank. Conclusion after the first attempt Easy to use once you get the hang of it and the latte macchiato was also super delicious. Couldn't detect any plastic taste, the milk tasted like milk too, my child only tried the foam without coffee. The coffee was also hot enough to burn my tongue. 1st update after 2 weeks Picture of a large latte macchiato in a 350ml glass. Storing milk in the jug in the fridge works but I find that the milk foam then doesn't turn out as good as when the jug and pipes are clean. Also, strangely enough, you get more foam on the medium milk foam strength than when it is turned all the way up. Everything is still sealed and works without problems. Cleaning is relatively time-consuming if you do it right. Remove ground coffee that gets stuck on the portafilter connection, clean the milk jug and hose. The cleaning program works really well though, it's more the preparatory work that takes time. I once had a fully automatic coffee machine with an integrated flour mechanism etc. At some point the built-in parts were really dirty because the program didn't get everything clean. That can't happen here because only water runs through the machine, everything else is outside the portafilter, milk hose, milk jug... The machine has been in use for 3 months now. It's still leak-proof and the coffee is still hot. Everything works without problems. The milk foam is still as good as it was at the beginning. However, I have noticed that if you make 2/3 latte macchiatos in a row, the milk foam increases from cup to cup. My husband doesn't like so much foam, he gets the first one and then I get the second. After 4 months, one of the sealing rings had gone, the one on the connection piece to the milk jug, customer service was top notch. I was offered to replace the machine completely (because of the o-ring) but then they found another solution. I didn't want to send a huge package back and forth for a 1 euro part... After 3 days, it worked again without problems. I now have 4 sealing rings as replacements. Because the milk tank has to be put up with a lot, the seal has to withstand a lot. Conclusion: Very courteous, friendly customer service. Problem was solved quickly.

Alors j'avais mis une étoile car je ne pouvais pas être objectif elle avait un dysfonctionnement quand je l'ai reçu ça peut arriver un défaut à la sortie d'usine de fabrication entre parenthèses le service après-vente super ils ont été corrects et très rapide sur ça il y a pas du tout d'inquiétude très professionnel sinon j'ai persisté et j'ai échangé contre une autre ça avait l'air d'une très bonne machine à café effectivement j'en ai reçu une autre et elle fonctionne très bien j'ai pu me faire un expresso un cappuccino un latte et un bon chocolat chaud j'ai tout essayé d'ailleurs vous allez voir les photos et c'est très bien elle fonctionne super rapport qualité-prix rien à dire je suis peut-être un amateur de café mais j'aime le bon café et elle fait du très bon café pour info si vous voulez un chocolat chaud il faut rester appuyer 3 secondes sur le cappuccino et ça verse que de la mousse à lait mais c'est marqué dans le manuel d'utilisation qui est en français et très bien expliqué il faut le noter pour dire que c'est une très bonne machine à café pour un bon amateur et pour un prix très raisonnable je conseille fortement je vous envoie des photos et niveau tasse vous pouvez mettre une grande tasse ça marche très bien il y a pas de souci

Cette machine à café est facile à utiliser, elle fonctionne sur secteur, elle est compacte, robuste et de qualité, je l'ai choisi de couleur cuivre. Je la trouve très élégante au design rétro, elle fait du très bon café avec ses 20 bars et ses 1350 watts, je peux préparer deux cafés en même temps, elle possède un mousseur de lait pour faire un bon cappuccino à la mousse crémeuse, le réservoir peut contenir 1,8 l d'eau. Cette machine à un programme de nettoyage qui est très pratique ce qui permet de la détartrer sans aucun effort. It is a very nice coffee machine, it has good value for money, it is ideal for lovers of good coffee.

KAFFEE schmeckt echt lecker aber leider hat der Milchbehälter bei uns so nach Plastik gerochen wirklich SEHR stark dass sogar der Kaffee danach schmeckte . Kontakt war super schnell zu Klarstein, jedoch konnten sie nur den Behälter leider nicht tauschen. Da würde ich wirklich sofort die Maschine tauschen, was auch angeboten wurde! Sonst TOP

So the machine is really great for the price. COFFEE tastes really good but unfortunately the milk container smelled so strongly of plastic that even the coffee tasted of it. Contact with Klarstein was super quick but unfortunately they couldn't replace the container. I would really replace the machine immediately, which was also offered! Otherwise TOP

facilité d'utilisation, qualité prix qui se vaut. par contre pour faire monter le lait, c'est un tuyau 100% plastique, cela fais 5 utilisations et toujours l'impression d'avoir le goût....bien la nettoyer avant votre première utilisation il y a un bouton pour ça. utilisez le!

Les premieres utilisations sont parfaite mais avec le temps la qualité n'est plus la cafetière fait des petits cafés il n'y a pas de système pour détartrer elle est bien pour les cappucinos sinon pour un café long c'est a revoir et également la température du café je trouve pas assez chaud

Je voulais une machine à café qui me permet d'avoir du lait chaud en même temps pour mon cappuccino quotidien. Je suis ravie ! Le design est chouette, elle passe très bien ma cuisine. Ses commandes sont tactiles. Elle est très simple d'utilisation. J'aime beaucoup le réservoir qui a une capacité d'1L8, donc pas besoin de recharger en eau tout le temps. Le réservoir de lait est amovible. En utilisant la fonction cappuccino ou latte, on peut choisir si on veut un peu ou beaucoup de mousse de lait. J'aime aussi le fait de pouvoir préparer une ou deux tasses de café, expresso ou plus longs. Je ne regrette pas du tout mon achat, je déguste maintenant de bons cafés, avec lait chaud.

It is very easy to use. I really like the tank which has a capacity of 1L8, so no need to refill water all the time. The milk tank is removable. Using the cappuccino or latte function, you can choose whether you want a little or a lot of milk froth. I also like that I can make one or two cups of coffee, espresso or longer. I don't regret my purchase at all, I now enjoy good coffee, with hot milk.
