At its core is a 2,450 W hot-air system that circulates heat at up to 200 °C around your food, delivering a golden, crispy finish without a drop of oil. Compared to deep frying, fat content can be reduced by up to 80%. But the Vita-Pro Steam goes further than most air fryers: a built-in steamer with an 800 ml water tank — housed in a pull-out front drawer — lets you cook vegetables, fish, and delicate ingredients gently and precisely. The stainless steel interior holds 18 litres, so there's room for a whole chicken or several portions in one go.
Control is handled through a digital touch display with 14 preset programmes covering chips, pizza, fish, chicken, vegetables, soup, low and high steam, grill, bake, dry, sterilise, defrost, and descale. Temperature and cooking time are set automatically — choose your programme, press start, and let it get on with it. For when you want full control, the thermostat adjusts from 50 to 230 °C and the timer is fully customisable.
