Cook it, preserve it! With the Klarstein Lady Marmalade preserving pot, you can enjoy more variety on the menu - with long-term effect. The large 27-litre capacity preserving cooker provides enough space to turn the contents of up to 14 1-litre preserving jars into long-lasting preserves with heat. Whether you are preserving the fruit or vegetable harvest, such as cherries, beans or peas from the garden, gherkins, or crafting sweet jam creations, savoury sausage or ready-made goulash, roasts and roulades - in the Lady Marmalade, they can all be preserved. Operation is very simple: put filled glasses into the pot, fill with water, then choose the necessary boiling temperature between 30 and 100 ° C, set the boiling time from 5 minutes to 12 hours and you're ready to go. Particularly helpful is the integrated digital display, on which you can read all the settings. The pot automatically maintains the selected temperature and switches off by itself at the end of the cooking time. An overheating protection ensures safety when cooking and turns off the pot when it gets too hot or it runs dry.

But that does not exhaust the abilities of Klarstein's Lady Marmalade. Thanks to its taste-neutral and hygienic interior made of stainless steel, the stainless steel drain tap with cool-touch lever and the integrated warming function, it is also ideal as a hot beverage dispenser for hot tea, punch, soups or mulled wine which can be used to enrich parties, buffets or conference rooms.
