Six heating modes give you real flexibility: top/bottom heat, bottom heat only, fan-assisted top/bottom heat, bottom heat with fan, top heat with grill, and full grill. Whether you're slow-roasting, baking on multiple shelves at once, or finishing a gratin with a golden crust, there's a mode for it. Five shelf positions mean you can run the fan evenly across every level — no hot spots, no uneven browning, just consistent results from front to back.
