With the activation of the rotisserie skewer, gyros and various vegetable skewers, roll roasts or pork knuckles can be prepared in no time at all by the 1,600-watt performance miracle.

Operation is also extremely easy: a digital control panel with EasyTouch Control not only activates the pressure and the rotisserie function, but also the Bake, Toast, Roast, Broil and DIY Menu (your own dish) options. This way, the Blaise pressure oven is available for the preparation of a wide range of food. With 2 heating elements, which provide for upper and lower heat, the pressure oven also makes use of 360-degree heating technology.
