The CAPITAL SPORTS Hybrid Women barbell bar represents the evolution of our proven barbells. The special production as a hybrid rod with Olympic dimensions makes it an all-round talent for the most diverse disciplines and users. Here beginners can find the right barbell for heavy loads in weightlifting, powerlifting or cross-training.
201 cm in length, 15 kg dead weight and a sleeve diameter of 50 mm meet the requirements for an Olympic bar. This high level of performance is maintained at all levels: the rod is made of flexible yet sturdy spring steel, which gives it a moderate whip and allows a load of up to 650 kg of weights. The combination of needle bearings and bushing make the CAPITAL SPORTS Hybrid Women an all-rounder barbell. The needle bearings give it enough spin for the dynamic, fast movement sequences in Olympic weightlifting, while the steel used and the installed bushings offer ideal stability in powerlifting.
With 25 mm diameter, the handle bar is optimally adapted to the anatomy of the female hand. Its medium-high handle knurl is equipped with grip marks for Olympic Weightlifting IWF (910 mm) and Powerlifting IPF (810 mm) and thus shows in a simple way the permitted grip ranges of the respective disciplines. The design of the barbell consciously dispenses with a central knurl to protect the skin and clothing in deadlifts or front and back squats.
Metal weights can be picked up on the 32 cm long intakes, as can hard rubber bumper plates with a standard 51 mm hole. The hard chromed steel makes the bar extremely easy to clean and corrosion resistant. Preso per tenerlo in palestra, mi alleno da 25 anni e lavoro in uno studio personal condiviso, quindi mi serviva un bilanciere per me e per tutti i miei clienti, in modo da non dover usare quelle ciofeche da 15Kg, corti e storti.Il bilanciere arriva in un grosso imballo di cartone, doppio, esterno squadrato e interno rotondo, completamente sigillato a prova di intemperie.Quando lo si apre, è ricoperto da uno strato di olio protettivo, consiglio un panno con sgrassatore per toglierlo, non usate acqua perché non viene via, e nemmeno un panno a secco come ho fatto io inizialmente perché poi in allenamento vi ungerete tutte le mani dell'olio che non è andato via. In seconda battuta, il manuale consiglia di oliare i cuscinetti, mettendo il bilanciere in verticale e spruzzando olio nel cuscinetto, attraverso le bronzine. Ho usato olio siliconico e va benissimo.Per quanto riguarda l'estetica, arriva con qualche piccolissima imperfezione (microscopica), ma tanto allenandovi se ne creeranno potenzialmente altre, quindi direi chissenefrega, non è un oggetto di culto, è un oggetto per l'allenamento.Per quanto riguarda la funzione, inizialmente mi ha lasciato perplesso la facilità con cui girano i cuscinetti, perché pensavo che in panca piana ad esempio, avrei potuto avere problemi con i polsi, invece devo dire che è davvero perfetto. La barra da 29mm IPF assicura una tenuta salda, soprattutto per chi ha mani grandi come me. Usato per squat, stacco e panca, non ci sono stati problemi di alcun tipo. Il manubrio è dotato di contrassegni di power lifting IPF (810 mm) e la zigrinatura è piuttosto ruvida.Per il momento non posso elencare elementi negativi, certo è che usandolo per 12 ore al giorno, se spuntassero fuori cose da segnalare aggiornerò prontamente la recensione.
I bought it to keep in the gym. I've been training for 25 years and work in a shared personal studio, so I needed a barbell for myself and all my clients, so I wouldn't have to use those 15kg, short, and crooked junk. The barbell arrives in a large, double-walled cardboard box, square on the outside and round on the inside, completely sealed and weatherproof. When you open it, it's covered in a layer of protective oil. I recommend using a cloth with degreaser to remove it. Don't use water because it won't come off, and don't use a dry cloth like I did initially, because then during training you'll get all the oil all over your hands. Secondly, the manual recommends oiling the bearings by placing the barbell upright and spraying oil into the bearings, through the bushings. I used silicone oil and it works great. Aesthetically, it comes with a few tiny (microscopic) imperfections, but training will potentially create more, so I'd say who cares, it's not a cult object, it's a training object. As for functionality, I was initially perplexed by how easily the bearings rotate, because I thought that when bench pressing, for example, I might have wrist issues, but I have to say it's truly perfect. The 29mm IPF bar ensures a firm hold, especially for someone with large hands like me. I used it for squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, and I had no issues whatsoever. The handlebar features IPF power lifting markings (810mm) and the knurling is quite rough. I can't list any negatives for now, but I do know that using it for 12 hours a day will definitely make me update the review if anything worth mentioning.

Die Stange - Anfang Jänner bestellt - hätte mitte Jänner da sein sollen, auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen wurde zuerst die Bestellung nicht gefunden, dann hatten sie keine Telefonnummer, auf einmal kam "da sie nicht geantwortet haben, scheint alles erledigt zu sein" - hab einen Tag davor zum xten mal urgiert ... Nach 1 1/2 Monaten (!!) Hatte ich Endlich meine Ware ... die Firma aber seit Anfang Jänner mein Geld ... also vom Kundenservice her eine absolute FRECHHEIT, aber da kann das Produkt - welches absolut hervorragende Qualität hat und bestens verpackt wurde - nichts dafür. Daher geb ich schweren Herzens 3 Sterne ... 5 für das Produkt und 0 für den Händler!
The pole – ordered at the beginning of January – should have arrived by mid-January. After several inquiries, they first couldn't find the order, then they didn't have a phone number, and suddenly they said, "Since you haven't responded, it seems everything is settled." I had followed up for the umpteenth time the day before... After 1 1/2 months (!!) I finally received my goods... but the company has had my money since the beginning of January... so the customer service is an absolute disgrace, but the product – which is of absolutely excellent quality and was very well packaged – is not to blame. Therefore, with a heavy heart, I give 3 stars... 5 for the product and 0 for the seller!

Habe mir diese Langhantel wegen der Maße gekauft (2,00m statt 2,20m). Man muss dich etwas an den geringeren Durchmesser des Griffes gewöhnen, da ich aber meistens mit Grippads trainiere ist das völlig in Ordnung. Bin sehr zufrieden.
I bought this barbell because of its dimensions (2.00m instead of 2.20m). You have to get used to the smaller diameter of the handle, but since I mostly train with grip pads, that's perfectly fine. I'm very satisfied.
