Whether you are a beginner or an experienced hobby brewer, the oneConcept Hopfengott mash kettle provides a simple complete package for preparing home-made beer. Up to 30 litres of liquid or 25 litres of liquid with malt can be boiled in the large 304US stainless steel kettle. A clear control panel with colour display allows you to manually set temperature, cooking time and performance - or you use the novel MemoryBrew system: simply programme your four brewing steps - so even with multiple brewing processes, the same results are possible. Für den Gelegenheitsnutzer echt ausreichend. Meines Erachtens nach, liegt der Vorteil ganz klar an der externen Pumpe, sie ist schnell gereinigt ohne den Sud zu verlieren und wenn einem die Pumpe zu schwach auf der Brust ist, kann man einfach eine stärkere montieren.

Der Hopfengott ist im untersten Preissegment der Malzrohrsysteme angesiedelt, von daher waren meine Erwartungen nicht allzu hoch. In Ergänzung zum bestehenden Einkocher-System mit Rührwerk und Läutertopf sollte er in erster Linie das Nachgusswasser bereitstellen, die Würze sieden und mit Hilfe seiner Pumpe über den Plattenkühler das Gärfass füllen. Und gelegentlich mal einen kleinen Sud alleine bewerkstelligen. Das tut er auch, die Resultate kommen aber nicht an die Rührwerksergebnisse heran. Zwar ist das Brauen, die richtige Malzkörnung vorausgesetzt, (nicht zu fein, sonst kommt der Würzeumlauf zum Erliegen!) problemlos. Allerdings ist die Ausbeute recht bescheiden. Ein Ansatz, der mir auf herkömmliche Weise 12-14 Grad Plato beschert, liefert im Hopfengott bestenfalls 10-11 Grad. Dass man nur 4 Schritte programmieren kann, ist kein wirkliches Problem. Man heizt erst mal an bis zur Einmaischtemperatur, programmiert dann die 4 Schritte bis zum Abläutern, und dann erneut das Würzekochen. Die Programmstufen nutze ich hier bei gleichbleibender Temperatur als Signalgeber für die Hopfungen. Für den Freund etwas leichterer Biere, die, gut gehopft, durchaus auch schmackhaft sein können, eine brauchbare Option. Stärkere Sude sollte man nicht erwarten, und mit Dickmaische etc. hab ich es erst gar nicht versucht.

The Hopfengott is in the lowest price segment of malt pipe systems, so my expectations were not too high. In addition to the existing boiling system with agitator and lauter pot, it was primarily intended to provide the mash water, boil the wort and fill the fermentation barrel with the help of its pump via the plate cooler. And occasionally manage a small brew on its own. It does that, but the results do not come close to those of the agitator. Brewing is problem-free, provided the malt grain is correct (not too fine, otherwise the wort circulation will come to a standstill!). However, the yield is quite modest. A batch that gives me 12-14 degrees Plato in the conventional way gives me 10-11 degrees at best in the Hopfengott. The fact that you can only program 4 steps is not really a problem. First you heat up to the mashing temperature, then program the 4 steps up to lautering, and then boil the wort again. I use the program levels here as a signal for the hopping at a constant temperature. This is a useful option for fans of lighter beers, which can be quite tasty if well hopped. You shouldn't expect stronger brews, and I haven't even tried it with thick mash etc.

Für den Preis unschlagbar. Macht das was er soll und zwar gutes Bier brauen . Ist natürlich in der Verarbeitung günstiger gehalten als die 1000 Euro Geräte die man fairerweise auch nicht mit dem Hopfengott vergleichen kann . Reicht voll und ganz für ein Bierchen zwischendurch. Schlecht wird es wahrscheinlich werden wenn man für das China Produkt mal Ersatzteile braucht. Bisher habe ich noch nichts gefunden. Der Hopfengott ist Baugleich wie das Gerät der Firma Karlstein. Ist der gleiche Hersteller nur etwas günstiger.

Unbeatable for the price. Does what it's supposed to, which is brew good beer. It's obviously cheaper in terms of workmanship than the 1000 Euro machines, which to be fair you can't compare with the Hopfengott. It's more than enough for a beer now and then. It'll probably be bad if you need spare parts for the Chinese product. I haven't found anything yet. The Hopfengott is built in the same way as the Karlstein machine. It's the same manufacturer, just a bit cheaper.

Habe das Gerät vor ca. 2 Jahren gekauft und braue alle 2 bis 3 Monate Bier. Gerät funktioniert tadellos. Pumpe wird nach jedem Braugang zerlegt und gereinigt. Top Gerät zu vernünftigen Preis

Ich habe nun schon 4 Sude mit dem Hopfengott gebraut. Die Programmierung der einzelnen Rasten ist einfach, aber leider nicht abzuspeichern. Die Temperaturen werden sehr genau gehalten. Probleme mit der Pumpe wie in anderen Rezensionen hatte ich bisher nicht. Der Hopfengott bekommt durch seine Leistung die Würze sehr schnell zum Wallenden Kochen. Leider kann man beim Würzekochen die Zeit nicht Programmieren. Wenn man die Kochzeit Programmiert, läuft der Timer erst ab der eingestellten Teperatur. Genau da liegt das Problem. Stellt man 99° C ein, geht der Hopfengott mit der Leistung runter, um diese zu Halten. Dadurch wird nicht mehr wallend gekocht. Stellt man 100 ° C ein, erreicht er diese natürlich nicht und der Timer beginnt nicht zu laufen. Auch die Sudhausausbeute verringert sich gegenüber dem Läutern mit der Läuterhexe, da die Leutergeschwindigkeit durch den Maischekessel nicht unbedingt langsam verläuft. Dennoch für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert

I have now brewed 4 brews with the Hopfengott. Programming the individual rests is easy, but unfortunately cannot be saved. The temperatures are maintained very precisely. I have not had any problems with the pump as in other reviews. The Hopfengott's power gets the wort to a boil very quickly. Unfortunately, you cannot program the time when boiling the wort. If you program the boiling time, the timer only starts running from the set temperature. That is exactly where the problem lies. If you set 99° C, the Hopfengott reduces the power to maintain it. This means that the boiling is no longer boiled. If you set 100 ° C, it obviously does not reach this and the timer does not start. The brewhouse yield is also reduced compared to lautering with the lauter witch, as the speed of the lautering through the mash kettle is not necessarily slow. Nevertheless, for the price, it is absolutely recommended

Die Lieferung erfolgte relativ schnell, zwischenzeitlich auch schon die Zutaten für das erste Bier geordert. Als der Hopfengott ankam musste ich zuerste eine Generalreinigung durchführen, da zum Teil noch Metallspäne am Pumpenanschluss und Abrieb auf den Blechen war. Nach dem Reinigen prompt den ersten Sud angesetzt und ich war begeistert von der Einfachheit. Zwischenzeitlich schon mehrere Sude durch und alles funktioniert einwandfrei. 4 sterne wegen Sauberkeit.

The delivery was relatively quick, and in the meantime I had already ordered the ingredients for the first beer. When the hop god arrived I first had to do a general cleaning, as there were still some metal shavings on the pump connection and abrasion on the sheets. After cleaning I immediately started the first brew and I was impressed by how simple it was. I have already done several brews and everything is working perfectly. 4 stars for cleanliness.

Nach langer Überlegung und Vergleich verschiedener Systeme und Anbieter habe ich mich für den Hopfengott entschieden. Nach dem zweiten Sud bereue ich den Kauf absolut nicht und kann eine uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung abgeben. Er tut was er soll und werde mit der Elektronik noch mit der Pumpe gab es Probleme. Die Pumpe wird dennoch demnächst ersetzt, da diese hier schwer zu reinigen ist. Wer ein günstiges aber dennoch gutes Malzrohrsystem sucht ist hier absolut richtig.

After much deliberation and comparing different systems and suppliers, I decided on the Hopfengott. After the second brew, I don't regret the purchase at all and can give an unreserved recommendation. It does what it's supposed to and I'm happy with the electronics and the pump. The pump will be replaced soon, however, as it is difficult to clean. If you're looking for a cheap but good malt pipe system, this is the right place for you.

Ich benutze das Gerät um meine Rasten im Brauvorgang genau einzuhalten. Zum Hopfenkochen benutze ich einen alten Gaskocher. Da ca. 90 Minuten die Maische gekocht werden muss, halte ich den Hopfengott etwas überfordert. Ausserdem zeigt mir die Anzeige nie die erforderlichen 100°C an, sondern max. 98°C. Für meine Zwecke OK. Es steht in der Beschreibung 30-140°, dies ist natürlich falsch, schon rein physikalisch sind keine 140° möglich, wie geschrieben, bei mir max. 98°C.

I use the device to keep my brewing time exactly right. I use an old gas cooker to boil the hops. Since the mash has to be boiled for around 90 minutes, I think the hop god is a bit overwhelmed. In addition, the display never shows me the required 100°C, but max. 98°C. OK for my purposes. The description says 30-140°, but this is of course wrong, purely from a physical point of view 140° is not possible, as I wrote, for me max. 98°C.

Dieser Halbautomat kam als Ersatz für den kleineren Brauheld 15. Die Firma ist die gleiche, egal ob da nun Klarstein oder Oneconcept draufsteht. Die Programmierung ist nach einer kleinen Einarbeitungszeit einfach. Schön ist, das während des Prozesses auch in bestimmte Bereiche eingegriffen werden kann ( zeit Verlängerung, Temperatur Anpassung ). Wichtig: stellt den Braukessel möglichst tief ab, denn der Malzkorb hat bei 30 Litern schon einiges an Gewicht. Supr ist gegenüber zum Brauheld der flexible Silikonschlauch für die Pumpe. So kann die Pumpe auch zum Filtern in den Gärbottich verwendet werden. Fazit nach dem ersten 30 Liter Brauvorgang: kein anbrennen, die kleine Pumpe macht was sie soll und das gut. Einziger Nachteil ist wie beim Brauheld die scharfen Kannten die die Füße und die seitlichen Ablagen des Malzkorbes ( also alle punktangeschweißten Teile ) bilden. Da reicht es schon beim reinigen, einfach mal ein bisschen zuzudrücken, und der Schnitt ist im Finger.

This semi-automatic machine came as a replacement for the smaller Brauheld 15. The company is the same, regardless of whether it says Klarstein or Oneconcept on it. Programming is easy after a short training period. It's nice that you can intervene in certain areas during the process (extending time, adjusting the temperature). Important: place the brewing kettle as low as possible, because the malt basket is quite heavy at 30 liters. The flexible silicone hose for the pump is great compared to the Brauheld. This means that the pump can also be used to filter in the fermentation tun. Conclusion after the first 30-liter brewing process: no burning, the small pump does what it's supposed to and does it well. The only disadvantage, as with the Brauheld, is the sharp edges that form the feet and the side shelves of the malt basket (i.e. all the spot-welded parts). When cleaning, all you need to do is press down a little and you'll cut your finger.

Ich musste mich als passionierter Hobbybrauer zwischen 3 nahezu baugleichen Anlagen entscheiden, habe mir die preiswerteste, den Hopfengott bestellt und bin nach ausgiebigem Testen absolut begeistert. Auffälligster Unterschied zu Anlagen der Wettbewerber ist die externe Würzepumpe des Hopfengotts, die direkt an den Ablasshahn angesteckt wird. Das wirkt etwas einfach, ist es auch und hat m.E.n. den Vorteil, dass die Pumpe bei Störungen und Reinigungsarbeiten sofort und einfach zugänglich ist. Gut gefällt mir außerdem, dass der Siebboden im Malzeimer fest eingebaut ist. Hier kann nichts wackeln, verrutschen, verkanten usw.. Die Standfüße sind allerdings auch am Sieb befestigt. Das führte beim ersten Abstellen des vollen Behälters zu einer unfreiwilligen Beule, konnte aber problemlos behoben werden. Hier sollte der Hersteller über eine etwas stabilere Lösung nachdenken. Am Display können vier Rasten mit Temperatur, Zeit und Leistung programmiert werden, die die Anlage nach dem Start abarbeitet. Die Grundaufheizung des voll beladenen Gerätes dauert zwischen 20 und 30 Minuten, das Hochheizen zwischen den Rasten 5 Minuten. Bei voller Anlage sollte immer mit 2500 W gefahren werden. Dabei arbeitet die Anlage auf 1°C genau. Das ist Spitze. Die Programmierung wird beim Abschalten der Anlage nicht gespeichert. Das finde ich persönlich nicht weiter schlimm, steht doch beim Heimbrauen die Experimentierfreude im Vordergrund. Meine ersten Sude mit dem Hopfengott waren allesamt Punktlandungen, was Stammwürzegehalt und erzielte Ausschlagwürze anbelangt. Wer ein einfach gebautes Gerät ohne sinnlosen Schnickschnack für einen Superpreis sucht, trifft mit dem Hopfengott eine gute Wahl. Ich darf hinzufügen: Bin heute beim 8. Sud und hatte mit einer nicht funktionierenden Pumpe zu "kämpfen". Erste Diagnose - Pumpe brummt aber fördert nicht. Hier werden die Vorzüge des Hopfengott - Konzeptes sichtbar. Auslaufhahn schließen, Pumpe vom Hahn und vom 12 V-Netz trennen, lediglich vier kleine Schräubchen herausdrehen und die Pumpe kann geöffnet werden (Vorsicht Kleinteile). Mein letzter Spülgang war wohl doch etwas oberflächlich. Kurze Reinigung mit Wasser, Pumpe zusammenbauen, anschließen, weiter geht`s, und das im laufenden Betrieb. Bei den Anlagen der Wettbewerber hieße es jetzt unweigerlich "Abbruch", Anlage entleeren, auf den Kopf stellen, Pumpe freilegen usw. usf..

As a passionate hobby brewer, I had to choose between three almost identical systems. I ordered the cheapest one, the Hopfengott, and after extensive testing I am absolutely delighted. The most noticeable difference to competitor systems is the Hopfengott's external wort pump, which is connected directly to the drain tap. This seems a bit simple, and it is, and in my opinion has the advantage that the pump is immediately and easily accessible in the event of a fault or cleaning. I also like the fact that the sieve bottom is permanently installed in the malt bucket. Nothing can wobble, slip, jam, etc. The feet are also attached to the sieve, however. This led to an involuntary dent when the full container was put down for the first time, but was easily repaired. The manufacturer should think about a more stable solution here. Four notches with temperature, time and power can be programmed on the display, which the system processes after starting. The basic heating of the fully loaded device takes between 20 and 30 minutes, and the heating up between the notches takes 5 minutes. When the system is full, you should always run at 2500 W. The system works to an accuracy of 1°C. That's great. The programming is not saved when the system is switched off. Personally, I don't think that's a bad thing, as home brewing is all about experimentation. My first brews with the Hopfengott were all spot on in terms of original wort content and final wort. If you're looking for a simply constructed device without pointless frills for a great price, the Hopfengott is a good choice. I might add: I'm on my 8th brew today and had to "fight" with a pump that wasn't working. First diagnosis - pump hums but doesn't pump. This is where the advantages of the Hopfengott concept become apparent. Close the outlet tap, disconnect the pump from the tap and from the 12 V power supply, just unscrew four small screws and the pump can be opened (be careful of small parts). My last rinse was probably a bit superficial. A quick clean with water, assemble the pump, connect it, and carry on, all while the system is running. With competitors' systems, this would inevitably mean "demolition", emptying the system, turning it upside down, exposing the pump, etc. etc.

Brauautomat mit sehr gutem Preis Leistungsverhältnis! Ich habe bisher 3 mal gebraut und es hat bestens funktioniert. Ich wüsste nicht warum man für einen ähnlichen Brauautomaten 1500 € ausgeben sollte. Lediglich den zigarrenförmigen Schlauchfilter sollte man gegen eine 1/2 Zoll Läuterhexe austauschen, da sonst das Abfüllen ins Gärfass ins Stocken kommen kann. Die Umwälzpumpe funktioniert tadellos und kann natürlich auch dafür verwendet werden Eiswasser im Brauautomaten durch die Kühlspirale im Gärfass zu pumpen. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind die sehr spärlich gestaltete Bedienungsanleitung und die ebenso spärliche Fachkunde des Kundenservices (Anschlussgröße Auslaufhahn, welche Umwälzpumpe wird verwendet, wo würde ich eine neue herbekommen...) Aber alles in allem würde ich mir dieses schöne Teil jederzeit wieder kaufen!

Brewing machine with a very good price-performance ratio! I have brewed 3 times so far and it has worked perfectly. I don't know why you would spend €1500 on a similar brewing machine. The only thing that should be replaced is the cigar-shaped hose filter with a 1/2 inch lautering witch, as otherwise filling into the fermentation barrel can come to a standstill. The circulation pump works perfectly and can of course also be used to pump ice water in the brewing machine through the cooling coil in the fermentation barrel. The only points of criticism are the very sparsely designed operating instructions and the equally sparse expertise of the customer service (connection size of the outlet tap, which circulation pump is used, where can I get a new one...) But all in all, I would buy this beautiful thing again at any time!

Gut geeignet um automatisch die Maische zu erhitzen. Läutern klappt auch ohne Probleme da es sich um ein Malzrohr System handelt. Insgesamt recht robust. Aber bitte beachten: Bezüglich der Menge. (15/30 l) sind das aber die maximalen Flüssigkeitsmengen die in den Topf passen. D.h. 12 l und 3-4 kg Malz sind das Maximum für ein 15 l System.

Well suited to automatically heating the mash. Lautering also works without any problems as it is a malt pipe system. Overall quite robust. But please note: Regarding the quantity (15/30 l), these are the maximum amounts of liquid that fit in the pot. That means 12 l and 3-4 kg of malt are the maximum for a 15 l system.
