The Klarstein Delicatessa 70 Flex is a built-in induction hob with 7,000 W of total power across four zones — and it heats up to 50% faster than gas, putting all that energy directly into your pan with virtually no heat lost to the air around it.
The standout feature is the Flex Zone: combine two adjacent cooking zones into one continuous surface for fish kettles, roasting tins, and anything oversized that would never sit properly on a single zone. Hit Boost, and the front-left and front-right zones each jump to 2,600 W; the Flex Zone reaches 3,500 W. Water boils before you've finished chopping.
The SenseControl touch panel responds to the lightest touch and wipes clean just as easily as the smooth toughened glass surface beneath it — no dials, no crevices, nothing to scrub around. The negative display shows power level, temperature, and the countdown timer at a glance.
Because induction heats the cookware directly rather than the surface, the area around your pan stays cool — a real advantage if you have children in the kitchen. The child lock can be activated at any time to prevent accidental changes to the settings.
Built-in appliance: The Delicatessa 70 Flex is designed exclusively for installation into a kitchen worktop — it is not a freestanding appliance. Mounting hardware and a 5-pin connection cable are included. Electrical installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
