The hob is operated easily via its integrated touch control panel and LED display. There, you can choose the 6 cooking programmes, the desired heating output in 10 levels, and an up-to-3-hour switch-off timer as well as the practical sous vide function, among other options. The sous vide function with HeatControl ensures perfect cooking results: simply connect the supplied cooking thermometer to the hob, activate the sous vide function and then set the desired temperature between 40 and 160 ° C. If the desired temperature is reached or exceeded, the hotplate will draw your attention to it so that you can reduce the heat.
