Operation is extremely simple thanks to the 4 smooth and infinitely variable rotary controls, which are responsible for the precise setting of the necessary heat supply. 4 easily recognisable indicator lights indicate when the hot plates are heated or still have residual heat, thus ensuring safety during preparation.
