Wir haben den Mini Kühlschrank direkt bei Klarstein auf der Website bestellt. Dort zu sehen ist ein komplett schwarzer Minikühlschrank. Wenige Tage später wurde dieser geliefert. Karton auf und was kommt zum Vorschein? Eine Edelstahltür wie auch bei einem der Rezenssionen hier schon gezeigt. Nach ca 1,5 Stunden warten in der Hotline bei Klarstein bekam ich dann endlich eine junge Dame ans Telefon, die den Eindruck machte, als würde Sie gleich einschlafen. Sie war dann jedoch bemüht mir zu helfen. Warum die Tür Silber war konnte sie nicht beantworten und konnte es auch nicht verstehen, da es den Harlem ja nur in Schwarz geben würde. Sie bot mir 33 Euro Preisnachlass an, den ich dankend abgelehnt habe. Also Kühlschrank zurück und schnell neu bestellt, da es ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für meinen Sohn sein soll. Die Dame schrieb zu der Reklamation, das die Neubestellung unbedingt komplett schwarz sein soll. Der zweite Kühlschrank kam heute mit DPD an. Ausgepackt und was muss ich sehen. Die Tür ist silber. Wieder lange in der Hotline erreichte ich dann endlich jemand. Wieder keine Erklärung für die silberne Tür und witziger Weise ist auf der Website plötzlich ein Harlem mit silberner Tür zu sehen, den es bis Vorgestern nicht gab. Anscheinend hat sich das Modell geändert und er ist jetzt nur noch so zu bekommen. Der Preis ist von 217 auf 197 Euro gesunken. Auf Drängen meinerseits wurden mir die angebotenen 33 Euro und die Preisdifferenz zum bestellen Preis erstattet. Ich hätte gerne einen komplett schwarzen gehabt, kann aber auch mit dem silbernen Leben. Der Vorteil, der silberne hat anscheinend wieder ein integrierte Beleuchtung in LED. Cool Auf dem Karton steht Milkysafe und auf dem Kühlschrank Beersafe. Ich glaube Klarstein verkauft mehrere Geräte mit anderen Namen und kleinen Veränderungen. Da wir bereits bei Oma und Opa einen Klarstein Kühlschrank haben, der brav seinen Dienst vollrichtet, wird wohl hoffentlich auch dieser gut funktionieren. Das Thermostag des Klarstein ist auf der Rückseite angebracht. Etwas komisch aber ok. Der ein und ausschalter für das Licht ist ebenso auf der Rückseite. Etwas unpraktisch, aber besser als ohne Licht. Bezüglich der Kühlleistung kann ich noch nicht viel dazu sagen. Die Mitarbeiter bei Klarstein sind bemüht, aber freundlich und hilfsbereit geht anders.
We ordered the mini fridge directly from Klarstein on the website. There you can see a completely black mini fridge. It was delivered a few days later. Open the box and what is revealed? A stainless steel door as shown in one of the reviews here. After about 1.5 hours of waiting on the Klarstein hotline, I finally got a young lady on the phone who gave the impression that she was about to fall asleep. But then she tried to help me. She couldn't answer why the door was silver and couldn't understand it either, since the Harlem would only be available in black. She offered me a €33 discount, which I politely declined. So fridge back and quickly ordered a new one as it is supposed to be a birthday present for my son. The lady wrote about the complaint that the new order should definitely be completely black. The second fridge arrived today with DPD. Unpacked and what do I have to see. The door is silver. After a long time on the hotline, I finally reached someone. Again, no explanation for the silver door, and funnily enough, the website suddenly shows a Harlem with a silver door that didn't exist until the day before yesterday. Apparently the model has changed and it is now only available as such. The price has dropped from 217 to 197 euros. At my insistence, the 33 euros offered and the difference in price to the ordered price were refunded to me. I would have liked an all black one, but I can live with the silver one. The advantage, the silver apparently again has an integrated LED lighting. Cool It says Milkysafe on the box and Beersafe on the fridge. I think Klarstein sells several devices with different names and small changes. Since we already have a Klarstein refrigerator with grandma and grandpa, which does its job well, we hope that it will also work well. The Klarstein's thermal stay is attached to the back. A bit weird but ok. The on/off switch for the light is also on the back. A bit impractical, but better than without light. I can't say much about the cooling performance yet. The employees at Klarstein try their best, but there is another way to be friendly and helpful.
