Diesen Artikel habe ich verschenkt und kann nicht beurteilen ob der Topf das hält was er verspricht. Die Beschreibung hört sich aber gut an. Ich glaube schon das er seinen Preis wert ist. Vielleicht bekomme ich irgendwann eine Rückmeldung.

Erstens ist der Plastikdeckel, das billigste vom billigen und macht den Eindruck, als würde er gar nicht original dazugehören. Zweitens: der Auslaufhahn befindet sich exakt über dem Bedienungs-Display, ...der war schon mal gar nicht dicht angeschraubt, so dass die Brühe gleich mal über das Display lief, .....ist ja auch wohl der doofste Platz für den Hahn,....genau über dem Bedienfeld der Elektronik. Aber, wie schon gesagt.....der Topf tut was er soll.

Während die eingestellte Zeit abläuft wird die Temperatur konstant gehalten. Das Thermostat des Topfes funktioniert bei unserem Gerät ziemlich gut. Ist die Zeit dann abgelaufen, schaltet sich die Heizfunktion des Topfes ab und das Gerät piepst ca. eine halbe Minute lang recht laut. Man muss nur noch die Gläser herausnehmen und fertig. Danach kann man den Topf einfach neben das Spülbecken stellen und das heiße Wasser über den Hahn ablaufen lassen. Super praktisch!

When the time has elapsed, the heating function of the pot switches off and the device beeps quite loudly for about half a minute. All you have to do is take the jars out and you're done. Then you can just put the pot next to the sink and let the hot water run off through the tap. Super practical!

Der verwendete Zweipunktregler besitzt Nachteile durch Über- und Unterschwingen der Temperatur. Er besitzt eine Regelabweichung von +/- 3-5 Grad. Besser ist die Verwendung eines selbstlernenden Digital-Reglers mit Taktausgang und nachgeschalteter Leistungsstufe der die Temperatur konstant hält. Der ist zwar im Preis teurer, aber regelt eben die Temperatur auf den Punkt aus. Ansonsten ist der Einkochautomat schon ok.

The two-point controller used has disadvantages due to overshooting and undershooting of the temperature. It has a control deviation of +/- 3-5 degrees. It is better to use a self-learning digital controller with a clock output and downstream power level that keeps the temperature constant. Looks solid and does the job perfectly even if the T° doesn't quite go to 100°, it's sufficient. For preparations with meat, to see……but I don’t make any. Ich habe das Einkochen als neues Hobby für mich entdeckt. Aus diesem Grund entschied ich mich für den 9l EKA. Der "kleine Klarstein" ist einfach zu bedienen, die Gebrauchsanweisung verständlich beschrieben. Das Gerät verfügt über keine Zeiteinstellung, was mich beim Kauf aber nicht gestört hat. Da ich im Moment noch nicht so viel einkoche, ist diese Größe für mich erst einmal völlig ausreichend. Für den kleineren Bedarf finde ich diesen EKA als sehr gute Alternative zu den großen Geräten.

Ich finde diesen kleinen Topf wirklich super, aber leider hat bei mir der Ablaufhahn nicht funktioniert. Hat man ihn umgeklappt, so lief kurz das Wasser und dann stoppte es. Genau das Gleiche passierte, wenn man das Wasser manuell ablassen wollte. Es funktionierte nur, wenn man den Hebel lediglich bis zur Hälfte umklappbar und festhielt. Da ich den Topf auch gerne im Windert für Glühwein nutzen wollte, war das ein ganz klares K.O.-Kriterium für mich. Wer ihn nur zum Einkochen braucht, kann das Wasser durch die geringe Größe und damit auch dem geringen Gewicht bequem abgießen. In den Topf passen vier 1 L Gläser oder vier 580 ml Gläser oder fünf 360 ml Gläser (alles WECK). Das Stapeln der Gläser funktioniert nur bei flacheren Gläsern, wegen der maximalen Wassermenge im Topf, denn die oberen Gläser sollten ja mindestens zu 3/4 im Wasser stehen. Kurzum: Hätte ich ihn nicht auch für Glühwein haben wollen, hätte ich ihn behalten.

I think this little pot is really great, but unfortunately the drain tap didn't work for me. If you folded it over, the water ran for a short time and then stopped. The same thing happened when you tried to drain the water manually. It only worked if you folded the lever halfway and held it in place. As I also wanted to use the pot in the winter for mulled wine, this was a clear deal breaker for me. If you only need it for preserving, the small size and therefore low weight means you can easily pour off the water. Four 1 L glasses or four 580 ml glasses or five 360 ml glasses (all WECK) fit in the pot. Stacking the glasses only works with flatter glasses because of the maximum amount of water in the pot, as the upper glasses should be at least 3/4 submerged in water. In short: If I hadn't wanted to use it for mulled wine too, I would have kept it.

Esthétique, pratique - notamment grâce au cordon et à la prise électrique qui se rangent sous le contenant et au robinet de vidange, MAIS, attention, ce stérilisateur ne monte qu'à 100° et surtout, le minuteur ne dépasse pas 2 h. Pour les conserves de viande, c'est trop juste (il faut en général 2h30 ou 3h de stérilisation). Je n'avais pas fait attention à ce détail en l'achetant. Donc, si vous ne souhaitez pas faire de conserve à base de viande crue, allez-y, il est parfait . Sinon, optez pour un modèle dont le minuteur est plus performant.

Tolles Gerät mit einer guten Größe. Ich koche die meisten Suppen und Soßen im Crock Pot und dann bleibt bei zwei Leuten immer etwas über. Unser Gefrierschrank ist nicht so groß, dass man permanent etwas einfrieren kann, außerdem dauert das Aufwärmen dann immer ewig. Also haben wir uns diesen Einkochautomat gekauft. Da wir nie mehr als 4 Gläser haben ist der kleine Automat super. Das Wasser ist schnell heiß und der Automat nimmt nicht so viel Platz weg.

Great device with a good size. I cook most soups and sauces in the Crock Pot and then there is always something left over for two people. Our freezer is not big enough to keep something permanently frozen and it takes ages to heat it up. So we bought this preserving machine. Since we never have more than 4 jars, the small machine is great. The water heats up quickly and the machine doesn't take up much space.

habe einen kleinen Einkochautomaten gesucht, insbesondere um etwas Vorzukochen oder um Reste einfach einzuwecken. Da gibt es nicht viel Auswahl. Das Gerät wird sehr heiß (eben verkleidetes Alu). Das habe ich aber aus anderen Bewertungen gelesen. Also unbedingt an einem kindersicheren Ort stellen. Ich hoffte, dass ich kleine Gläser aufeinanderstellen kann. Reicht leider nicht. Und ich habe leider keinen anderen passenden Deckel gefunden, auch keinen der höher ist. Ein Glasdeckel ist glaube auch nicht geeignet. Es passen aber mit Trixerei ein Glas mehr rein. Von einem schmalen Stück Schaumstoff kleinere Stücke abschneiden und zwischen Außenwand und zwischen die Gläsern stecken, bis jetzt haben alle Gläser überlebt.

I was looking for a small preserving machine, especially for pre-cooking something or simply preserving leftovers. There isn't much choice. The device gets very hot (it's made of aluminum). But I've read that in other reviews. So make sure you put it somewhere child-safe. I was hoping that I could stack small jars on top of each other. Unfortunately, that's not enough. And unfortunately I haven't found any other suitable lid, not even one that's higher. I don't think a glass lid is suitable either. But with a bit of trickery, you can fit one more jar in. Cut small pieces off a narrow piece of foam and put them between the outer wall and between the jars. So far, all the jars have survived.

Das Gerät war gut verpackt und kam pünktlich an. Wir haben es sofort eingeweiht und waren mit den Ergebnissen gut zufrieden. Wenn jemand nur kleine Mengen einkocht passt dieses Gerät genau.

Jusqu’à présent nous l'avons utilisé pour faire bien évidemment des stérilisations mes pas que. Ma femme là utilisée également pour faire un bouillon et un couscous royal. Que du bonheur avec sa capacité de 27 litres tout y passe deux poulets, agneau, légumes etc. Un vrai plaisir pour elle. Je ne trouve sincèrement rien à reprocher à cette marmite électrique. Until now we have used it to obviously do sterilizations but not only. My wife also used it to make broth and royal couscous. What joy with its 27 liter capacity, everything fits two chickens, lamb, vegetables etc. A real pleasure for her. I sincerely find nothing to criticize about this electric pot. Super Teil. Gut und günstig! Ja ist nur einwandig und wird von außen Heiss aber ich will den Kocher ja nicht tragen. Ein wenig laut beim aufheizen na und wenn wir unsere Glühwein Party machen und die Musik etwas laut ist oder wir uns alle unterhalten muß man hinhören ob der Kocher überhaupt läuft. Das nächste Mal kaufe ich mir den Kocher eine Nummer größer. Wenn man was besseres will dann kostet es auch mehr. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Great item. Good and cheap! Yes, it only has one wall and gets hot on the outside, but I don't want to carry the cooker. It's a bit loud when heating up, and when we have our mulled wine party and the music is a bit loud or we're all talking, you have to listen to see if the cooker is even working. Next time I'll buy a cooker that's a bit bigger. If you want something better, it will cost more. I would buy it again.

Der Einkochautomat kam gut verpackt an und wurde nun schon mehrfach benutzt. Auch zum zubereiten von Fleischspeisen sehr gut geeignet. Er hält die Temperatur sehr gut und relativ genau. Mit Thermometer nachgemessen. Verarbeitung für die Preisklasse sehr ordentlich. Würde ihn wieder kaufen. Sehr gut auch der Kontakt zum Kundenservice und Qualitätsmanagement.

- Température MAXI atteinte 99°C (mesurée avec Thermomètre personnel). - Concernant le niveau d'eau nécessaire, les croquis et texte du manuel ne sont pas clairs et/ou contradictoire. - Un peu de couleur claire au creux des index des 2 boutons améliorerait la lecture, j'ai mis un peu de "tipex". - Chauffe assez rapide, et au global un bon produit, pratique , fiabilité à voir avec le temps.

Le couvercle est juste posé pas d'attache, donc beaucoup de déperdition de vapeur, et plastique pas mal chipp, par contre cuve pas mal, j'ai bien des bocaux de 1L le parfait mais il n'en rentre que 9.une grille en inox aurait pu etre bien aussi mais bon. temps de chauffe rapide 20 min pour arriver a ebulition alors que plein au max ne peux contenir des bocaux de dimension 1l5

Pas facile de trouver un stérilisateur électrique de taille moyenne. Je suis ravie de celui-ci. Après 4 utilisations, rien à redire. 7 pots Le Parfait par stérilisation. Le robinet est très pratique même si après une stérilisation il ne reste plus grand chose en volume d'eau au fond de la cuve. Seul bémol : le couvercle en plastique mais je pense que c'est fait exprès : un couvercle métallique serait trop lourd et il y a quand même un surplus de vapeur à évacuer pendant la stérilisation pour éviter le trop plein de pression. On ne cherche pas l'effet cocotte-minute. Je recommande vivement l'appareil. Pour le vendeur, rien à redire non plus : je l'ai reçu rapidement et l'appareil était très bien emballé et protégé.

It's not easy to find a medium-sized electric sterilizer. I'm delighted with this one. After 4 uses, nothing to complain about. 7 Le Parfait jars by sterilization. The tap is very practical even if after sterilization there is not much water volume left at the bottom of the tank. Only downside: the plastic lid but I think that's done on purpose: a metal lid would be too heavy and there is still excess steam to be released during sterilization to avoid too much pressure. We are not looking for the pressure cooker effect. I highly recommend the device. For the seller, no complaints either: I received it quickly and the device was very well packaged and protected.
