Tolle Haube für kleines Geld. Eigentlich ist sie als Leuchte schon ihr Geld wert. Macht ein wunderschönes Licht ( mit 2 Stufen) und nebenbei macht sie die Luft rein . Die Befestigung kann man gut umbauen und dann wird es auch schön filigran.

Great hood for a small price. It's actually worth the money as a light alone. It produces a beautiful light (with two levels) and also cleans the air. The mount is easy to modify, and then it creates a beautifully delicate look.

purchased with some hesitation given the competitive price compared to the more famous brands, I immediately changed my mind. The hood has excellent suction on 3 power levels and 2 light intensities. All manageable from the Alexa app. Today cleaning it I discovered that making circular movements in the lighting area, the suction fan activates. I recommend it

Siamo davvero contenti, scegliere un prodotto online si porta sempre una serie di dubbi ma, ora che è installata, sono spariti tutti. Aspira ed illumina in maniera piuttosto efficace ma non l’abbiamo ancora usata in maniera estensiva (ecco il motivo delle 4 stelle). Il montaggio richiede un po’ di attenzione per fare in modo che sia ben centrata e ’in bolla’ ma le istruzioni sono chiare. Si controlla con il wifi e anche con Alexa. Tante recensioni parlavano di graffi ma, dopo il montaggio, ci siamo accorti che la cappa ha una pellicola di protezione. Tolta quella, sono spariti i graffi e la texture sulla superficie della cappa è ancora più bella.

We're really happy. Choosing a product online always brings with it a series of doubts, but now that it's installed, they're all gone. It sucks air and provides light quite effectively, but we haven't used it extensively yet (hence the 4 stars). Assembly requires a bit of care to ensure it's centered and level, but the instructions are clear. It can be controlled via Wi-Fi and even with Alexa. Many reviews mentioned scratches, but after installing it, we noticed the hood has a protective film. Once that was removed, the scratches disappeared, and the texture on the hood's surface is even more beautiful.

Ich schreibe normal keine Rezessionen - in diesem Fall mach ich eine Ausnahme, weil ich wirklich außerordentlich überrascht und zufrieden war, wie gut der Kundenservice ist. Das ist heutzutage leider eine Seltenheit, daher die besondere Erwähnung! Hintergrund: Nach etwa 1 1/2 Jahren haben wir eine leichte "Vertrübung" an einigen Stellen der LED-Leuchtfläche festgestellt. Die LED ging noch, aber es hat uns gestört. Ich habe darauf hin über Amazon den Klarstein-Kundensupport mit einem simplen Einzeiler + Bild kontaktiert. Binnen 24h erhielt ich Antwort - man würde das Gerät austauschen oder, wenn mir das lieber wäre 60€ Kompensation anbieten. Ich habe den Austausch beauftragt, erhielt umgehend die Rücksendeunterlagen , habe mein Gerät eingepackt, weggeschickt und keine zwei Tage später eine knack-neue Haube vor der Tür stehen. Es war doch es sehrt erfrischend mal nicht erst diskutieren zu müssen, keinem hinterher rennen zu müssen und einfach mal unkompliziert Hilfe zu bekommen - so sollte es eigentlich immer laufen! Deswegen eine dickes Plus und mein Daumen hoch für den Klarstein Kundensupport! Die Haube an sich sieht super aus, und tut das was eine Abzugshaube eben machen soll. die Steuerung per Geste ist sehr praktisch weil man dadurch die Knöpfe nicht "versauen" muss wenn man bspw. grade schmutzige Hände vom schnippeln hat. und wenn man mal das Licht vergessen hat, aber schon auf der Couche sitzt hat man ja auch noch die App ;) Geräuschpegel empfinde ich auch auf Stufe 3 als normal und nicht störend. Alles in allem waren und sind wir mit dem Gerät sehr zufrieden.

Unfortunately, that's a rarity these days, hence the special mention! Background: After about 1 1/2 years we noticed a slight "clouding" in some places on the LED light surface. The LED still worked, but it bothered us. I then contacted Klarstein customer support via Amazon with a simple one-liner + picture. I received a response within 24 hours - they would replace the device or, if I preferred, offer 60€ compensation. I ordered the exchange, received the return documents immediately, packed up my device, sent it off and less than two days later a brand new hood was on my doorstep. It was really refreshing not to have to argue, not to have to run after anyone and just get help in a straightforward manner - that's how it should always work! So a big plus and my thumbs up for Klarstein customer support! The hood itself looks great and does what an extractor hood is supposed to do. The gesture control is very practical because you don't have to mess up the buttons if, for example, your hands are dirty from chopping. And if you forget the light but are already sitting on the couch, you still have the app ;) I find the noise level to be normal and not disturbing even on level 3. All in all, we were and are very happy with the device.

Die Dunstabzugshaube Skyfall sieht stylisch aus, hat eine gute Abzugsleistung und ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Installation ist verständlich erklärt und mit 2 Personen gut durchführbar. Eine Steuerung per App ist möglich aber nicht zwingend. Die Beleuchtung der Kochstelle kann in 2 Stufen eingestellt werden. Mir gefällt die berührungslose Einstellung des Gebläses sehr gut - einfach die Hand unter der Abzugshaube bewegen und das Gebläse wird hoch oder runtergeschaltet. Dieses Produkt empfehle ich gerne weiter.

The Skyfall extractor hood looks stylish, has good extraction performance and is excellent value for money. The installation is explained in a comprehensible manner and can easily be carried out with 2 people. Control via app is possible but not mandatory. The lighting of the hob can be adjusted in 2 stages. I really like the touchless adjustment of the fan - just wave your hand under the hood and the fan will turn up or down. I am happy to recommend this product.

Produit de très bonne construction, matériaux de haute qualité et vraiment très design le produit est connecté via un smartphone avec l'application KLARSTEIN est vraiment cela fonctionne parfaitement,ainsi que la commande gestuelle ou l'on passe sa main de gauche a droite ou vis versa pour monter la puissance ou la baissée c'est vraiment très pratique plus besoin de toucher les boutons pour piloter la hotte. Product of very good construction, high quality materials and really very design the product is connected via a smartphone with the KLARSTEIN application it really works perfectly, as well as the gesture control where you pass your hand from left to right or screw versa to increase the power or lower it, it's really very practical, no need to touch the buttons to control the hood.
