Uns geht es leider genause. Wir haben fie Abzugshaube Dezember 2022 gekauft und seit dem gibt es keine Aktivkohlefilter zu kaufen. Wir haben uns genau deswegen für diese Abzugshaube entschieden. Sehr, sehr ärgerlich. Am Telefon wurde ich auch nur abserviert.

Enfin j'ai trouvé les filtres à charbon pour ma hotte klarstein CLARA ? Ces filtres se mettent facilement. Par contre il ne faut pas attendre de recevoir un message pour nous dire que les filtres sont disponible sur la boite mail, c'est en retournant par hasard que j'ai vu que les filtres à charbon étaient disponibles , donc j'ai commandé un jeudi et reçu l'article le mardi suivant en France

Ich auch ein Opfer. Haube gekauft Anfang September 23. Es gibt nirgendwo eine Alternative dafür. Klarstein hat es wohl nicht nötig.

I'm a victim too. I bought the hood at the beginning of September 23rd. There's no alternative anywhere. Klarstein apparently doesn't need it.

Ich kann meinen Vorschreibern nur zustimmen. Da wird ein Artikel verkauft und ist nicht in der Lage das Zubehör zu beschaffen. Ich warte jetzt auch schon seit Monaten. Und ja, der Kundenservice ist entweder mittlerweile von den Kundenanfragen genervt oder es interessiert ihn nicht. Mir fehlen so langsam echt die Worte. Die Haube ist so einfach nicht nutzbar. Es wäre sehr schön, wenn .sich mal jemand bei Klarstein bemühen würde.

I can only agree with what the previous reviewers have said. They're selling an item, but they're unable to source the accessories. I've been waiting for months now. And yes, customer service is either fed up with customer inquiries or just doesn't care. I'm really at a loss for words. The hood is simply unusable. It would be great if someone at Klarstein would make an effort.

Ich erlebe zur Zeit auch dasselbe, seit 30.03 diesen Jahres, es ist doch nicht möglich das man keine Aktivkohlefilter dafür bekommt, bei vielen Telefonaten hatte ich den Eindruck man wird verarscht oder hingehalten.
Ich dachte schon ich bin der einzige dem es so geht

I'm currently experiencing the same thing, since March 30th of this year. It's not possible that you can't get activated carbon filters for this. In many phone calls, I've had the impression I'm being ripped off or kept waiting. I thought I was the only one experiencing this. Dear Klarstein team, please finally do something, Jörg.

Seit ca einem halben Jahr versuche ich diese Filter zu bekommen. Selbst eine E-mail bekomme ich wenn sie wieder verfügbar sind.
Und trotzdem immer wieder ausverkauft .. wo ist das Problem so etwas simples zu liefern ?
Eure Haube ist super.. aber es muss doch dann auch genügend Kohlefilter geben.
Ich brauche dringend Kohlefilter.. natürlich gibt es auch kein universal Produkt welches man einfach drauf schrauben kann.

I've been trying to get these filters for about half a year. I even get an email when they're back in stock. And they're still sold out... what's the problem with delivering something so simple? Your hood is great... but there must be enough carbon filters. I urgently need carbon filters... Of course, there isn't a universal product that you can just screw on.
