Hothead Infrared Radiant Ceiling Heater

With the infrared radiant ceiling heater Hothead from blumfeldt you can enjoy sociable gatherings or cosy evenings on the patio or in the garden for much longer at any time of year.

The heating element operates in two stages with either 750 or 1500 watts of power and can cover an area of up to 30 m² with cosy warmth. A halogen heating tube produces the desired heat in the medium and long-wave infrared range. Unlike ordinary fan heaters, the infrared radiation with IR ComfortHeat does not simply heat the surrounding air, but transfers the heat directly to beamed at people and objects, so that cosy temperatures are achieved immediately and without long waiting times. In addition, the infrared tubes spread a soft red light that provides additional cosiness.

The blumfeldt Hothead infrared ceiling radiator can be easily installed on ceilings, tent frames or patio roofing. All that is needed for this, whether in the pavilion, garden shed, under awnings or in the party tent, is a corresponding hook or a holder to snap the snap hook into. A sturdy stainless steel chain, which also provides the necessary safety distance to the ceiling, is included in the delivery contents. The power supply is conceived with ease in mind and does not require any complicated electrical installations. The Hothead can be plugged directly into an existing socket with its three-pin plug. This makes it equally easy to remove again and stow away until the next use.

The radiant heater has the protection class IP34 and is thus protected against splashing water on all sides and the penetration of foreign bodies over 2.5 cm in diameter. The latter is ensured by a protective grille that shields the heating tube against foreign bodies or accidental contact.
