Bestellt mittags um 12, Lieferung bereits am Folgetag. Leider kam das Produkt defekt an [Glasummantelung des Heizelementes an 2 Stellen gebrochen] Kontakt mit dem Verkäufer aufgenommen, Retourenlabel und Neuaussendung wurden bereits innerhalb des Telefonates erzeugt und direkt per mail bereit gestellt. Das Produkt sieht sehr wertig und stylisch aus! Ist auch super verpackt - nur im Lampenkopf selbst fehlt eine Transportsicherung um die transportbedingte Vibration der Heizkreise zu mindern. Zur Heizleistung berichte ich nach Test der Neu-Zusendung. Ich empfehle in jedem Fall, bei Empfang die Glaskolben im Lampenkopf gründlich auf Haarrisse etc. zu prüfen.

The product looks very valuable and stylish! It is also well packaged - only the lamp head itself is missing a transport lock to reduce the transport-related vibration of the heating circuits. I will report on the heat output after testing the new delivery. In any case, I recommend checking the glass bulbs in the lamp head thoroughly for hairline cracks etc. upon receipt.

Wärmeleistung im Nahbereich ca. 1,5 m. Optik ist schön. Wem das aussehen egal ist. Kann auch auf ein Preisgünstigeres Gerät zugreifen. Lieferung hat leider 14 Tage gedauert, was mich schon geärgert hat.

Heat output at close range about 1.5 m. Looks are nice. Who doesn't care about looks. Can also access a cheaper device. Unfortunately, delivery took 14 days, which annoyed me.

Schnelle Lieferung und einfach zum Aufbauen. Sehr stabil, gute Qualität, großer Heizkörper, der sich rasch aufheizt. Größenverstellbar, da die Säule aus 2 Teilen besteht. Sieht in Kupfer echt gut aus!

Das Produkt selbst ist super, nur hat leider die Lieferung nicht funktioniert. Da stand „Zustellungsversuch am 23.12.“. Ich war aber den ganzen Tag zu Hause und erhielt auch andere Lieferungen. Bei weiterer Nachforschung stand dann“Adresse nicht gefunden“ . Echt jetzt? Meine Adresse ist immer dieselbe... Ich musste dann das riesige & schwere Paket selbst vom Paketshop abholen und brachte es zuerst gar nicht und dann mit Hilfe einer Passantin in meinen Fiat Panda hinein. Nicht optimal.

The product itself is great, but unfortunately the delivery did not work. It said "delivery attempt on 23.12.". But I was at home all day and also received other deliveries. Upon further investigation, it said "address not found". Really now? My address is always the same... I then had to pick up the huge & heavy parcel from the parcel shop myself and didn't bring it at all at first and then with the help of a passer-by into my Fiat Panda. Not optimal.

Super schickes Design und sehr wertige Qualität. Steht bei uns im Ankleidezimmer damit man den Raum nicht ständig heizen muss mit der normalen Heizung. Nach Einschalten in 15 Sekunden Strahlungshitze, bombastisch! Macht sich mit Sicherheit im Sommer abends auch auf der Terrasse nützlich. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Das schlichte und edle Design dieses Infrarotstrahlers macht einen guten Eindruck. Er schafft eine angenehme, zielgerichtete Wärme auf der Terrasse bis spät in den Abend. Dabei lassen sich mit 3 Leistungsstufen bis 2100 Watt die Wärme regulieren. Durch einen Kippschutz und IP54 Spritzwasserschutz ist auch die Sicherheit gewärhrleistet. Das Gewicht ist zwar recht hoch, macht ihn aber auch sehr stabil. Wir nutzen den Strahler auf unserem Balkon und konnten die kühler werdenen Abende schon länger draußen verbringen. Unser Fazit: Warm, Sicher, Schick. Unsere Erwarung ist damit erfüllt.

The simple and elegant design of this infrared heater makes a good impression. It creates a pleasant, targeted warmth on the terrace until late in the evening. Das erste, was sofort auffällt ist, das Gewicht des riesigen Pakets! Dementsprechend schwer fühlen sich auch die Einzelteile (vier Stück) an, die aber sehr einfach zusammen zu bauen sind. Mit dem Gewicht des Standfußes steht der Heizstrahler äußerst sicher und er wirkt einfach total edel. Er hat drei Stufen, was für alle Bedürfnisse ausreichen sollte. Die Abstrahlfläche, die wir uns nicht so groß vorgestellt hätten, reicht auch, um mehreren Gäste gleichzeitig „einzuheizen“. Die Einzelteile wirken sehr robust, aber im Regen stehen lassen würden wir das Gerät keinesfalls. Es ist leider auch nur spritzwassergeschützt – aber die Optik wird durch Regen ja nicht besser. Sollte also unter einer Überdachung stehen. Die Rückseite des Strahlerkopfes wird auch nicht zu heiß. Insgesamt sind wir also sehr zufrieden, für diesen vergleichsweise hohen Preis erhält man wirklich Qualität und keine wackligen / gefährlichen Heizstrahlerlösungen der Billig-Varianten.

The individual parts make a very robust impression, but we wouldn't leave the device out in the rain. Unfortunately, it's also only splash-proof - but the optics don't get any better when it rains. So it should be under a canopy. The back of the radiator head does not get too hot either. Overall we are very satisfied, for this comparatively high price you really get quality and no wobbly / dangerous radiant heater solutions of the cheap versions.

Der Heizstrahler ist optisch sehr schön in der Farbe Kupfer. Die Wärme reicht selbst in der zweiten Stufe völlig aus. Leider ist auch bei meinem Heizstrahler das obere Teil schief vormontiert, das sieht nicht schön aus. Auch das Kabel könnte länger sein, die Länge reicht nicht mal wenn man es direkt daneben in die Außensteckdose steckt. Schade ️

Zunächst einmal wie immer Hut ab für Amazon: Vormittags bestellt und noch am selben Abend ausgeliefert. Angekommen ist ein überraschend großer und schwerer Karton mit einem bestens verpackten und sehr wertigen Heizstrahler. Dieser war in etwa 10 Minuten zusammengebaut. Nun darf man von 2.100 Watt keine Wunder erwarten (Gasheizpilze haben 4-5mal soviel Leistung). Dennoch bringt dieses Ding eine sehr spürbare Wärme an einen kleinen Tisch mit bis zu 4 Personen auf einer überdachten Terrasse. Sie reicht nicht aus, um an einem kühlen Tag kurzärmlig draußen zu sitzen, bringt aber zusammen mit einem Pullover oder einer Jacke doch wohlige Behaglichkeit. An lauen Abenden kann man die Zeit, in der man auch noch sommerlich angezogen draußen sitzen kann, erheblich verlängern. Angenehm ist auch, dass der Strahler nur sehr wenig Licht abstrahlt und somit Kerzen oder ein kleines Tischfeuer nicht etwa im gleißenden Rotlicht untergehen. Das vom Strahler ausgehende Licht ist leicht diffus und reicht bestenfalls zur Orientierung aus, nicht aber zum Zeitunglesen. Ich hatte zunächst Angst, es würde zu hell. Angesichts der Wertigkeit, der Stabilität und der Leistung ist der Preis in Ordnung. Aufgrund des hohen Gewichts ist es allerdings nicht einfach, den Strahler nur nach Bedarf aus dem Schuppen zu holen, wie ich eigentlich gehofft hatte. Insofern muss man mit der Optik leben, auch wenn man ihn gerade nicht braucht. Das ist auch der Grund, warum ich mir noch überlege, ob ich ihn behalte oder gegen eine dezentere bzw. transportablere Lösung tausche.

Don't expect miracles from 2,100 watts (gas patio heaters have 4-5 times the power). Nevertheless, this thing brings a very noticeable warmth to a small table with up to 4 people on a covered terrace. It's not enough to sit outside in short sleeves on a cool day, but together with a pullover or a jacket it brings a cozy feeling. On mild evenings, you can significantly extend the time you can sit outside in your summer clothes. It is also pleasant that the spotlight only emits very little light and therefore candles or a small table fire are not lost in the glaring red light. The light emitted by the spotlight is slightly diffuse and is at best sufficient for orientation, but not for reading the newspaper. At first I was afraid it would be too bright. In view of the value, stability and performance, the price is okay. Due to the high weight, however, it is not easy to get the heater out of the shed only when needed, as I had hoped. In this respect, you have to live with the optics, even if you don't need them at the moment. That's also the reason why I'm still debating whether I should keep it or exchange it for a more discreet or more transportable solution.

Der Heizstrahler macht hinsichtlich der Verarbeitung einen sehr guten Eindruck. Das Produkt war sehr gut und sicher verpackt. Der Heizstrahler sieht sehr edel aus, der Aufbau ist kinderleicht. Wir haben ihn auf unserer Dachterrasse getestet und er hat unsere Erwartungen restlos erfüllt. Der Strahler erzeugt eine wohlige Wärme ohne selbst am Gehäuse warm zu werden. Außerdem sieht er sehr stylisch aus. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und geben eine Kaufempfehlung ab.
