Product description

The Bormio electric fireplace from Klarstein creates realistic flame illusions in any room. The soft light deceptively imitates flames and glimmering logs and immediately radiates a cosy, romantic atmosphere. If desired, you can switch on the heating, which immediately distributes warmth and can be operated with 950 or 1900 watts. The built-in thermostat measures the current room temperature, and with the Open Window Detection it even senses a rapid drop in temperature and switches the fireplace off automatically. An adjustable weekly timer enables the programming of heating times for each day of the week. Operation is simple and can also be conveniently controlled via remote control.

De haard zelf is prima maar de afstandsbediening werkt slecht. Je moet hem op een bepaalde manier richten op de haard anders werkt het niet. Ook zijn er 2 knoppen op de afstandsbediening verkeerd om geplaatst, die van de kooltjes en de vlam, beetje jammer.

Leider ist am Heizgitter die Farbe abgeplatzt, leider zu spät entdeckt, sonst wäre der Kamin zurückgegangen. Ich nehme an , dass der Kamin schon mal zurückgeschickt wurde. Schade, ansonsten sieht der Heizkamin gut aus , war nicht der Schaden an dem Lüftungsrost, der außerdem auch noch verbogen ist.

Der Ofen sieht gut aus, passt in jede kleine Nische. Vom Preis her war ich überrascht. Freunde schätzen ihn auf 1000,00 Euro. Mit dem Sichtfenster glaubt man dass man echtes Holz verschürt. Auch die künstliche Rachentwicklung ist klasse. Er heizt sehr gut . Das allerdings hab ich nur kurz getestet, denn die Witterung war nicht dementsprechend. Alles lässt dich mit der Fernbedienung gut steuern. Ich bin einfach happy diesen Kaminofen zu besitzen.

The artificial throat development is also great. It heats up very well. However, I only tested this briefly because the weather was not appropriate. Sehr schönes flammenbild. Wir Wohnen in einem Altbau und können uns hier nicht so leicht einen echten Kamin hinein bauen lassen. Die Elektrovariante ist ein guter ersatz für das wohlfühlfeeling. Mit einer Bluetooth Box haben wir flammen Geräusche im Hintergrund laufen lassen. So wirkt es noch realistischer. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lieferung ging ebenfalls problemlos. Einziges Manko die Fernbedienung Ist kompliziert zu verstehen (für anleitungs verweigerer)tuts aber.

Very nice flame picture. We live in an old building and cannot easily have a real fireplace built in here. The electric variant is a good substitute for the feel-good factor. With a Bluetooth box we let flaming noises run in the background. It looks even more realistic that way. We recommend. The delivery also went smoothly. The only drawback is the remote control It's complicated to understand (for those who refuse to use instructions) but it works.

Der Kamin war ein Schnellschuss. Und, wie sich nach einigen Tagen herausstellt, ein gut gelungener. Wir kriegten plötzlich mit stark steigenden Gaspreisen zu tun, und da wir ausschließlich mit Gas heizen, war für uns klar, dass etwas geschehen muss. Wir haben einige Testberichte durchgelesen, und da stand dieser Kamin immer mit an vorderster Stelle. Er heizt jetzt bei uns seit einigen Tagen und wir dürfen zufrieden sein. Der Kamin wurde, wie üblich bei Amazon, schnell geliefert. Und wurde, wegen des Gewichtes (ca 25 kg mit Verpackung) und unter Berücksichtigung aller Vorschriften, in die Wohnung gebracht. Top! Die Verpackung war ausreichend und stabil. Auspacken, hinstellen und Stecker in die Steckdose und schon funktioniert das Teil. Der Kamin sieht sehr wertig aus und ist schon geformt. Mit der Fernbedienung müsste eigentlich alles zu regeln sein, aber da hapert es manchmal. Da aber die Bedienung auch am Kamin selber leicht ist, ist dieses Manko nicht ausschlaggebend für die Gesamtbewertung. Es gibt 2 Heizstufen, die beide gut funktionieren. Stufe 1 bei 950 Watt, Stufe 2 bei 1900 Watt. Der Thermostat, in der Fernbedienung, funktioniert sehr gut und wurde bei uns im Anfang auf 22° hochgejubelt, aber jetzt steht er auf 20° und das reicht. Wir erwärmen bei uns ein Wohn- und Esszimmer, insgesamt ca. 36 m², und das klappt. Wie letztendlich die Stromkosten bei uns aussehen am Monatsende..... Warten wir's ab... Das Sichtfenster am Kamin ist schön groß und das Flammenspiel (3 Stufen) sieht sehr lebendig aus. Es vermittelt ein sehr schönes Kaminfeuer. Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden und können diesen Kamin durchaus weiterempfehlen.

We suddenly had to deal with gas prices rising sharply, and since we only heat with gas, it was clear to us that something had to be done. We read through a number of test reports and this fireplace was always at the top of the list. It has been heating with us for a few days now and we can be satisfied. As usual with Amazon, the fireplace was delivered quickly. And because of the weight (approx. 25 kg with packaging) and taking into account all regulations, it was brought into the apartment. Top! The packaging was sufficient and stable. Unpack, set down and plug into the socket and the part works. The fireplace looks very valuable and is already formed. You should be able to regulate everything with the remote control, but sometimes there is a problem. However, since the operation of the fireplace itself is easy, this shortcoming is not decisive for the overall rating. There are 2 heat settings, both of which work well. Level 1 at 950 watts, level 2 at 1900 watts. The thermostat in the remote control works very well and we initially praised it at 22°, but now it's at 20° and that's enough. We heat a living and dining room, a total of approx. 36 m², and it works. What are our electricity costs at the end of the month..... Let's wait and see... The viewing window on the fireplace is nice and large and the flames (3 levels) look very lively. It conveys a very nice log fire. Overall we are satisfied and can definitely recommend this fireplace.

Ein sehr schöner Elektro-Ofen. Mit tolle Optik außen sowie auch innen. Die Flammen sehen sehr echt aus und er macht schnell schöne Wärme im Raum. Wir haben noch eine Knisterbox dazu gekauft damit die Geräusche auch da sind. Unverwechselbar echt.

Eigentlich ist der "Kamin" ein tolles Gerät. Das "Feuerspiel" sieht "real" aus, klar, einem echten Kamin, den wir auch haben, entspricht es null. Dazu müsste mehr Helligkeit und Tiefe in das Flammenspiel. Die Verarbeitung ist bei unserem Gerät als sehr gut zu bezeichnen, die Wärme, was wir nicht unbedingt benötigen, als völlig ausreichende Leistung zu bewerten, wenn man sie benötigen müsste. Die Fernbedienung macht ihren Job, das unbeleuchtete Display ist sehr gut abzulesen, die Einstellmöglichkeiten über diese sind gut. Helligkeit der Flammeninszenierung und des Brennguts kann man ebenfalls darüber einstellen. Aber: wir haben das Smart Home Exemplar gekauft. Das kostet derzeit 50 Euro mehr. Und funktioniert nicht. Egal, mit welchem Smartphone/Tablet wir es versuchen. Es tut sich nichts. Die Anleitung bringt darüber keine Aufklärung. Jedoch ist der Aufwand für 50 Euro, eine Retournierung zu starten, sinnlos und völlig überzogen. Verpackt war das Gerät in einem stabilen Karton. Zudem war die Ware mit Styropor schlagsicher verpackt. Also auch da alles super. Fazit: Ein schöner, gut verarbeiteter, sicher gelieferter, wärmebringender Kamin, der noch Ausbesserungspotential in Sachen Connectivity und Flammeninszenierung hat. SmartHome updaten, Flammeninszenierung ein wenig heller und evtl. Ein wenig Tiefe hinein bringen, dann wäre es perfekt.

But: we bought the Smart Home example. This currently costs 50 euros more. And doesn't work. It doesn't matter which smartphone/tablet we try. Nothing happens. The instructions do not explain this. However, the effort to start a return for 50 euros is pointless and completely exaggerated. The device was packed in a sturdy cardboard box. In addition, the goods were packed with Styrofoam to make them impact-resistant. So everything is great there too. Conclusion: A beautiful, well-made, safely delivered, warm fireplace that still has room for improvement in terms of connectivity and flame staging. Update SmartHome, make the flames a little brighter and maybe add a little depth, then it would be perfect.

Der Kamin wurde leider defekt geliefert. An vielen Stellen blätterte der Lack ab. Rücksendung klappte problemlos. Kosten wurden vom Verkäufer übernommen. Natürlich wegen der Größe und dem Gewicht sehr sperrig zu transportieren. Leider hatte ich den Kamin zum Sonderpreis bestellt. Der Preis war nach der beschädigten Lieferung nicht mehr gültig. Deswegen habe ich als Ersatz ein anderes Modell gewählt. Fand ich sehr schade.

Die Medien konnten nicht geladen werden. Heute wurde der Elektrokamin geliefert. Der Aufbau war super einfach. Platz suchen hinstellen Stecker in die Steckdose und anstellen. Wir haben ihn etwas dekoriert mit einem Ofenrohr und richtigem Holz und wurden gleich gefragt ob das ein echter Kamin wäre. Für uns macht er eine super Wärme. Einzig die Fernbedienung die will manchmal nicht wie wir aber da können wir für den Preis mit leben.

Die Medien konnten nicht geladen werden. Warum nicht schon früher… Habe mich durch viele Seiten und Rezensionen von Elektrokaminen gekämpft, Kundenfotos und -videos genau angeschaut. Zum Schluss schwankte ich zwischen 2 Modellen von Klarstein und entschied mich für dieses hier, auch aufgrund seiner Größe, denn die meisten sind kleiner. Lieferung ging enorm fix, gut verpackt ohne riesen Verpackungsmüll, vom Gewicht her tragbar. Aufgestellt, Stecker eingesteckt, Grundschalter an der Rückseite auf AN, Rest über Fernbedienung. Flammen und Kohlebett sind jeweils in 3 Helligkeitsstufen einstellbar. Das Flammenbild ist irre gut!! Bin begeistert!! Die Heizfunktion ist sehr gut: in Kürze echt warm. Aber zumindest bei mir echt laut. Müsste den Tv lauter stellen. Brauche die Heizfunktion nicht. Und falls mal doch: kurz laufen lassen, 10 Min. genügen für eine ordentliche Wärme! Der Elektrokamin steht schwer und stabil. Da können auch die Katzen draufspringen, ohne dass er wackelt. Habe echte Holzscheite ins unterste Fach gelegt. Und ich will mal schauen, ob ein Ofenwinkelrohr noch gut wirkt, fand die Idee von anderen Kunden nett. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!! Update: Ofenrohr und Ofenrohrrosette von Kamino Flam sehen stark dazu aus! Schaut selbst!

The media could not be loaded. Why not sooner... I've been trawling through many electric fireplace sites and reviews, looking closely at customer photos and videos. In the end, I was hesitating between 2 Klarstein models and decided on this one, also because of its size, because most of them are smaller. Delivery was extremely fast, well packed without huge packaging waste, bearable in terms of weight. Set up, plugged in, basic switch on the back to ON, rest via remote control. Flames and carbon bed are each adjustable in 3 levels of brightness. The flame picture is insanely good!! Am thrilled!! The heating function is very good: really warm in a short time. But at least for me really loud. Had to turn the tv up. Don't need the heating function. And if it does: let it run for a short time, 10 minutes is enough for a decent heat! The electric fireplace is heavy and stable. Even the cats can jump on it without it wobbling. I put real logs in the bottom shelf. And I want to see if a stove angle pipe still works well, other customers thought the idea was nice. Absolute purchase recommendation! Update: Kamino Flam stovepipe and stovepipe rosette look great with it! Take a look for yourself!

Ich bin happy, ich hatte vorher schon einen kleineren und sehr stylischen Elektrokamin, der aber keine gute Qualität hatte. Er ging nach 1 Tag zurück. Daher war ich skeptisch, auch, wenn der Klarstein sehr viel teurer ist. Aber er sieht gut aus, die Flammen sind zwar nicht täuschend echt, aber sind recht gut gemacht und er macht ein gemütliches Licht. Ich bin ein riesen Fan von echtem Feuer, aber das geht natürlich nicht überall. Der E-Kamin ist ein guter Ersatz und das "Feuer" läuft jetzt echt oft bei uns. Die Fernbedienung funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir brauchen aber auch nicht viel Reichweite, muss ich dazu sagen. Der Lüfter funktioniert und ist so laut wie ein normaler Lüfter, wir haben ihn allerdings nicht wirklich oft an. Ein eingebautes Feuerknistern wäre halt noch toll gewesen. Jetzt mussten wir noch Extra was dazukaufen. Aber der Lieferant gehört gewechselt, liebes Klarsteinteam. Auch bei mir, wie anscheinend bei Anderen auch, war der Karton kaputt und der Kamin ist hinten eingedrückt. Es ist hinten und ich will ihn wegen dem Aufwand nicht zurück schicken, aber das kommt anscheinend öfters vor. Das solltet ihr mal überdenken :-)

I'm happy, I had a smaller and very stylish electric fireplace before, but it wasn't of good quality. He went back after 1 day. So I was skeptical, even though the Klarstein is much more expensive. But it looks good, the flames are not deceptively real but are quite well made and it gives off a cozy glow. I'm a huge fan of real fire, but of course that doesn't work everywhere. The e-fireplace is a good replacement and the "fire" is really often in our house now. The remote control works perfectly. But we don't need a lot of range either, I have to say. The fan works and is as noisy as a regular fan, although we don't use it that often. A built-in crackling fire would have been great. Now we had to buy something extra. But the supplier should be changed, dear Klarstein team. Also with me, as apparently with others, the box was broken and the chimney is dented at the back. It's on the back and I don't want to send it back because of the hassle, but that seems to happen quite often. You should rethink that :-)

Der elektrische Kaminofen gefällt uns sehr gut, die Flammenimmitation ist dem Preis entsprechend wirklich gut. Wir haben uns dazu ein Soundbox mit „Knistergeräuschen“ gekauft und freuen uns auf den ersten Abend vor dem Kamin. Leider war der Kaminofen beim Transport beschädigt worden, was - um den Aufwand einer Retoure zu verhindern - nur fast zufriedenstellend von uns gerichtet werden konnte. 1. Die Lüftungslamellen waren stark verbogen und konnten nur anteilig korrigiert werden. 2. Die Kunststoff-Scheibe war nach innen eingebeult. Nach der Demontage der Rückwand konnte die Scheibe wieder in den Ursprungszustand gebracht werden. Auf diese Schäden hätten wir gerne verzichtet, dieses sind wohl dem Zusteller (DHL) zuzuweisen. Empfehlenswert wäre eine stabilere Verpackung oder entsprechende Hinweise auf dem Karton. Daher ein Punkt Abzug.

We really like the electric stove, the flame imitation is really good considering the price. We bought a sound box with “crackling noises” and look forward to the first evening in front of the fireplace. Unfortunately, the stove was damaged during transport, which - in order to avoid the hassle of returning it - could only be rectified almost satisfactorily by us. 1. The ventilation slats were severely bent and could only be partially corrected. 2. The plastic disc was dented inward. After dismantling the rear wall, the pane could be restored to its original state. We would have liked to have done without this damage, this is probably to be assigned to the deliverer (DHL). We would recommend more stable packaging or corresponding information on the box. Hence a point deduction.
