Kurz nachdem ich die Pergola hier bestellt hab hat sich die Spedition gemeldet und einen Termin ausgemacht für die Lieferung. Die Pergola wurde nicht nur an die Haustüre geliefert, sondern direkt auf den Balkon bzw. in die Wohnung, weil an dem Tag schlechtes Wetter war. Bei den Maßen und dem Gewicht ein echtes Plus! Als ich dann am Wochenende darauf die Pergola aufbauen wollte ist mir aufgefallen, dass die falsche Plane geliefert wurde. Die Reklamation hat eine ganze Weile gedauert und bis dann die neue Plane gekommen ist hat es 3-4 Wochen gedauert. Aber dann kam die richtige Plane und es wurde auch ein kleiner Betrag zurückerstattet für die Unannehmlichkeiten und letztendlich bin ich zufrieden mit der Reklamationsbearbeitung. Sie dauert nur, dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein. Wir haben die Pergola zu zweit in etwa 3:30 Stunden aufgebaut. Und für die Plane haben wir dann 4 Wochen später nochmal eine Stunde gebraucht. Zu dritt ist es sicher einfacher, aber es geht auch zu zweit. Und am Anfang kann man eigentlich auch sehr viel noch auf dem Boden machen bevor man die Füße aufstellt, wodurch man es sich leichter machen kann als wir das gemacht haben. Die Anleitung ist in Ordnung. Man muss häufig auf die nächsten 2-3 Schritte schauen, um herauszufinden, was wo genau hinkommt und die Plane sollte man auch nicht gleich komplett "aufspießen", weil sie ja noch durch die Ösen an der Aufhängung muss. Und beim mittleren Teil ist das in der Mitte und nicht außen (bei der 6x3 Meter Variante). Außerdem würde ich jedem raten nicht gleich alle 3 Stangen zusammenzustecken. Aber ansonsten war die Anleitung gut. Was die Einzelteile angeht hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass von den Schrauben, Muttern und Unterlegscheiben jeweils 1 Stück mehr dabei ist. Eine Schraube hat bei uns auch nicht funktioniert, was dann etwas ärgerlich ist. Die Pergola hält auch ohne diese Schraube absolut problemlos, aber es fehlt halt eine. Ich verstehe nicht ganz, warum die Pergola pulverbeschichtet ist. Sie besteht aus Alumiunium, man hätte sie auch eloxieren können. Dann würde auch nicht die Beschichtung abplätteln, wenn man die Schrauben fest anzieht. Ich hätte das besser gefunden. Ich habe die Pergola auf den Betonboden geschraubt und sie hält einwandfrei. Die Plane habe ich eben drangemacht. Wie die Pergola nach längerer Zeit aussieht kann ich jetzt natürlich noch nicht sagen. Was aber tatsächlich jetzt schon Probleme gemacht hat sind die runden Abdeckungen, die oben auf den Füßen drangesteckt werden. Die sind mir schon 2x abgefallen. Und wir hatten keinen Sturm hier seither. Ich glaube bisher, dass ich für diesen Preis eine gute Pergola erworben habe, die das aber in den kommenden Monaten und Jahren noch unter Beweis stellen muss.
Shortly after I ordered the pergola here, the delivery company contacted me and made an appointment for delivery. The pergola was not only delivered to my front door, but directly to the balcony or apartment, because the weather was bad that day. A real plus given the dimensions and weight! When I wanted to put up the pergola the following weekend, I noticed that the wrong tarpaulin had been delivered. The complaint took quite a while and it took 3-4 weeks for the new tarpaulin to arrive. But then the correct tarpaulin arrived and a small amount was refunded for the inconvenience and ultimately I am satisfied with the complaint processing. It just takes time, you should be aware of that. The two of us put the pergola up in about 3:30 hours. And 4 weeks later, we needed another hour to put up the tarpaulin. It is certainly easier with three people, but two people can do it too. And at the beginning you can actually do a lot on the ground before you put the feet up, which makes it easier for yourself than we did. The instructions are fine. You often have to look at the next 2-3 steps to find out exactly what goes where and you shouldn't "skewer" the tarpaulin completely straight away because it still has to go through the eyelets on the suspension. And in the middle part it is in the middle and not on the outside (in the 6x3 meter version). I would also advise everyone not to put all 3 poles together straight away. But otherwise the instructions were good. As far as the individual parts go, I would have liked to have had 1 more of each screw, nut and washer. One screw didn't work for us either, which is a bit annoying. The pergola holds perfectly without this screw, but one is missing. I don't quite understand why the pergola is powder-coated. It is made of aluminum, it could have been anodized. Then the coating wouldn't flake off when you tighten the screws. I would have preferred that. I screwed the pergola onto the concrete floor and it's holding perfectly. I've just put the tarpaulin on. I can't say what the pergola will look like after a while, of course. But what has already caused problems are the round covers that are attached to the top of the feet. They've already fallen off twice. And we haven't had a storm here since then. So far I think I've bought a good pergola for the price, but it will have to prove itself in the coming months and years.
