Ich habe vor Kurzem eine Pergola erworben und muss leider sagen, dass ich extrem enttäuscht von der Qualität und der Verarbeitung bin. Die Pergola ist äußerst windanfällig, obwohl sie laut Herstellerangaben angeblich bis zu 40 kg Gewicht hat. Bei leichtem Wind fängt die Pergola bereits bedenklich an zu schwanken, was definitiv nicht meinen Erwartungen entspricht.

Des Weiteren war ich enttäuscht von der mitgelieferten Anleitung. Sie war oberflächlich und fehlerhaft, was den Aufbau der Pergola zu einer echten Herausforderung gemacht hat. An einigen Stellen waren die Anweisungen unklar oder widersprüchlich, was zu Verwirrung und unnötigem Aufwand führte. Als Kunde erwarte ich eine detaillierte und verständliche Anleitung, die mir den Aufbau erleichtert. Leider war das hier nicht der Fall.

Ein weiterer Punkt, der mich sehr gestört hat, war die schlechte Qualität der Gewinde. Sie haben nicht immer richtig gegriffen, was dazu führte, dass einige Verbindungen nicht stabil waren. Das ist inakzeptabel, da eine Pergola, insbesondere bei Wind, sicher und fest stehen sollte. Ich musste mehrmals nachbessern und improvisieren, um die Stabilität zu verbessern, was zusätzlichen Aufwand und Ärger verursachte.

Alles in allem bin ich mit meiner Erfahrung mit dieser Pergola äußerst unzufrieden. Die windanfällige Konstruktion, die mangelhafte Anleitung und die minderwertigen Gewinde haben meine Erwartungen bei Weitem nicht erfüllt. Ich kann daher nur von einem Kauf dieser Pergola abraten und empfehle, nach einer besseren Alternative Ausschau zu halten.

I recently bought a pergola and unfortunately I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with the quality and workmanship. The pergola is extremely wind-sensitive, although according to the manufacturer it supposedly weighs up to 40 kg. In light winds, the pergola starts to sway alarmingly, which definitely does not meet my expectations. I was also disappointed with the instructions that came with it. It was superficial and flawed, which made building the pergola a real challenge. In some places, the instructions were unclear or contradictory, leading to confusion and unnecessary effort. As a customer, I expect detailed and understandable instructions that make assembly easier for me. Unfortunately that wasn't the case here. Another point that bothered me a lot was the poor quality of the threads. They didn't always grab correctly, leading to some connections being unstable. This is unacceptable as a pergola should be safe and secure, especially in windy conditions. I had to touch up and improvise several times to improve stability, which caused additional effort and annoyance. All in all, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this pergola. The wind-prone construction, the poor instructions and the inferior threads fell far short of my expectations. I can therefore only advise against buying this pergola and recommend looking for a better alternative.

Wir haben uns für diese feste Variante entschieden weil die ausklappbaren leider schnell kaputtgegangen sind. Ein weiterer Grund, weswegen wir uns dafür entschieden haben, ist die Stabilität der Pergola. Uns gefällt das Hohe Eigengewicht, welches wir zusätzlich mit vier kleinen Sandsäcken befestigt (an den vier Ecken umgeschnallt) haben um einen sicheren Stand zu gewährleisten. Alle Teile waren mit einer Schutzfolie überzogen, wodurch sie keine Kratzer hatten. Auch sind alle Teile mitgeliefert worden. Der Aufbau hat knapp 2 Stunden gedauert (zu dritt). Die aufgeklebten Buchstaben haben auch gepasst. Der Stoff für das Dach ist auch wasserabweisend, ähnlich wie bei Sonnenschirmen. Eine weitere tolle Funktion ist das geteilte Dach. Dadurch kann man das Dach in Seitenwände umfunktionieren. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

We opted for this fixed variant because the fold-out ones unfortunately broke quickly. Another reason why we chose it is the stability of the pergola. We like the high dead weight, which we also attached with four small sandbags (strapped at the four corners) to ensure a secure footing. All parts were covered with a protective film, so they had no scratches. All parts have also been included. It took about 2 hours to assemble (three people). The glued letters also fit. The fabric for the roof is also water-repellent, similar to parasols. Another great feature is the split roof. This allows the roof to be converted into side walls. We are very satisfied.

Die Pergola ist nicht nur sehr stylisch, sondern auch funktional mit ihrem UV-Schutz und der Wasserresistenz. Das Dach ist verschiebbar, deshalb kann man die Sonneneinstrahlung optimal regulieren und sich von mehreren Seiten schützen. Wir würden sie jedem weiterempfehlen.

Es sieht toll aus, lässt sich schnell aufbauen und ist der Hammer. Wir sind nun endlich in jeder Position vor der Sonne geschützt und müssen nicht ständig mehrere Schirme aufstellen.

It looks great, can be set up quickly and is awesome. We are now finally protected from the sun in every position and do not have to set up several umbrellas all the time.
