Problème avec pack de pack de glace sans aucune possibilité de remplacement car les dimensions sont impossibles à trouver au service clientèle ou ailleurs.
La mise en place du pack un peu laborieuse dans le bac a à eau une fois remplie d'eau.
Pour le reste on verra pendant les grosses chaleurs dans le sud.

Aufgrund noch nicht aufgetretenen, heißer Sommertage, konnte ich das Gerät noch nicht ausgiebig testen. Habe das Gerät zum Testen kurz ausprobiert. Die Gebläsestufen sind gut einstellbar und erfüllen ihren Zweck. Die Wasserkühlung konnte ich noch nicht testen.

Because hot summer days haven't happened yet, I haven't been able to test the device extensively. I tried the device out briefly to test it. The fan speeds are easy to adjust and serve their purpose. I haven't been able to test the water cooling yet.

Sehr gute Qualität, gute Handhabung, man muß den ganzen Tag das Gerät laufen lassen um ein paar Grad den Raum runter zu kühlen

Sehr guter Kauf -- Kühler ist spitze! Einen Kühlakku zusätzlich ins Wasser legen und das Gerät kühlt noch mehr. Preis-Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Läuft zur Zeit täglich, da Außentemperatur bei über 30 Grad liegt. Für Haustiere ideal -- unsere Hunde haben sich weder zum Ventilator, noch in die Nähe einer Klimaanlage gelegt, aber wenn der Kühler läuft bleiben sie davor liegen und lassen sich ganz leicht von oben anblasen - schein angenehmer zu sein als alles andere. Sehr leichte Handhabung -- kann super bewegt werden - das Gerät ist überhaupt nicht schwer. UND kein Stromfresser wie ein Klimagerät.

Very good purchase -- the cooler is great! Put an ice pack in the water and the device cools even more. Absolutely good value for money. We are very satisfied. It is currently running every day as the outside temperature is over 30 degrees. Ideal for pets -- our dogs have not lain down near the fan or an air conditioner, but when the cooler is running they stay in front of it and let the air blow on them from above -- seems to be more pleasant than anything else. Very easy to use -- can be moved easily -- the device is not heavy at all. AND it doesn't use up too much power like an air conditioner.

Leider ist es nicht was viele denken ,ein Klimagerät , es verteilt nur die warme Luft im Raum , es ist nur ein Gefühl der frischen Luft. Wenn man Eiswürfel und Kühlakkus im Behälter hat denkt man das es kälter wird. Das Gerät sieht gut aus und hat einige Funktionen. Aber bitte keine große Erwartungen erwarten.

Unfortunately, it is not what many people think, an air conditioner, it only distributes warm air in the room, it just gives you the feeling of fresh air. If you have ice cubes and ice packs in the container, you think it is getting colder. The device looks good and has a few functions. But please don't have great expectations.

Kühlt sogar ohne die cooling Funktion extrem gut. Ich finde das Stromkabel etwas kurz und das man die Kühlakkus in das Wasser unten reinlegen muss finde ich auch bisschen unglücklich. Aber man muss sagen für das Geld kann man sich 0,0 beschweren sonst muss man einfach tiefer in die Tasche greifen.

Cools extremely well even without the cooling function. I think the power cable is a bit short and I also think it's a bit unfortunate that you have to put the ice packs in the water below. But you have to say that for the money you can't complain at all, otherwise you'll just have to dig deeper into your pockets.

Die Lieferung war pünktlich und das Produkt gut verpackt. Beim ersten Test hat es sich als etwas lauter als erhofft erwiesen. Wir haben uns bewusst gegen eine "richtige" Klimaanlage entschieden, weil diese Geräte sehr schlecht für die Umwelt sind und Unmengen an Strom verbrauchen. Hier handelt es sich, wie beschrieben, nicht um ein Klimagerät im eigentliches Sinn, sondern um einen Ventilator mit Befeuchtungs-Funktion. Die Raumtemperatur wird auch in kleineren Räumen nicht messbar abgekühlt, aber direkt im Luftstrom fühlt es sich kühler an als in dem eines "normalen" Ventilators. Der Effekt wird ein wenig verstärkt, wenn man kaltes Wasser mit Eiswürfeln oder den mitgelieferten Kühlakkus verwendet. Die Fernbedienung ist übersichtlich und für die Nacht lassen sich die LEDs am Gerät ausschalten. Die Rollen sind leichtläufig, das Gerät im unbefüllten Zustand relativ leicht. Optisch erinnert es etwas an R2D2 Die Richtung des Luftstroms lässt sich sehr genau einstellen. Alles in Allem ein passables Gerät. Was ich aber vor dem Kauf nicht bedachte, bzw mir erst bewusst wurde nachdem das erste Mal der Wassertank leer war: Ich habe keine Ahnung, ob sich die Befeuchtung der Luft negativ auf die Räume auswirkt und im schlimmsten Fall Schimmelbildung begünstigt. Eigentlich ENTfeuchtet man ja eher Räumlichkeiten, physikalisch gesehen ist eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit eher schlecht für das Raumklima...

The delivery was on time and the product was well packaged. The first test proved to be a little louder than expected. We deliberately decided against a "real" air conditioning unit because these devices are very bad for the environment and use huge amounts of electricity. As described, this is not an air conditioning unit in the true sense of the word, but a fan with a humidification function. The room temperature is not measurably cooled even in smaller rooms, but it feels cooler directly in the air flow than in that of a "normal" fan. The effect is a little increased if you use cold water with ice cubes or the ice packs provided. The remote control is easy to use and the LEDs on the device can be switched off at night. The wheels run smoothly and the device is relatively light when empty. Visually, it is somewhat reminiscent of R2D2. The direction of the air flow can be adjusted very precisely. All in all, a passable device. But what I didn't consider before buying it, or rather only realized after the water tank was empty for the first time, is that I have no idea whether humidifying the air has a negative effect on the rooms and, in the worst case, encourages the formation of mold. Actually, you're more likely to dehumidify rooms; from a physical point of view, high humidity is bad for the indoor climate...
