Wenn man sich 5 Grad Celsius weniger erhofft im Raum dann ist man generell mit solchen Produkten fehl am Platz. Kleine Kritik: Es riecht etwas nach Plastik,meiner Erfahrung nach gibt sich sowas schnell und der Nachtmodus ist jetzt nicht für Geräusch empfindliche Menschen geeignet. Ansonsten sehr ok.

Man kann dieses Produkt als Zwischenstufe zwischen einem Ventilator und einer richtigen Klimaanlage betrachten. Es lässt nicht nur Luft zirkulieren, sondern mit Wasser/Kühlakku gefüllt auch kühle erfrischende Luft. Es kühlt den Körper runter, den Raum aber weniger. Eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse ist definitiv vorhanden. Ich finde aber man kann damit leben.

Versand und Verpackung waren vorbildlich. Der "Lüfter"konnte schnell und unkompliziert angeschlossen und in Betrieb genommen werden. Leistungsmäßig ist es ein super gutes Produkt. Ob nun mit Wasser gefüllt oder auch einfach nur als normaler Luftumwälzer genutzt. Gedacht war er für das Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach um während der Hitzezeit im Sommer , Erfrischung zu erhalten. Nur leider ist er für den nächtlichen Betrieb nicht nutzbar, da er doch zu laut ist.. nichts desto trotz ist es ein nützliches Gerät, welches bei uns im Haus über Tag für frische gekühlte Luft sorgt

Wie erwartet sorgte für mich auch der Luftkühler Whirlwind für eine effektive Abkühlung. Dabei liefert er sowohl als Ventilator bei moderaten Temperaturen oder als Luftkühler bei sommerlicher Hitze sehr gute Arbeit. Sehr vorteilhaft ist auch die Steuerungsmöglichkeit via Fernbedienung, die mir ebenso positiv auffällt wie die sehr gute Verarbeitung des Whirlwind und das schicke Design. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis finde ich mehr als angemessen. Einsetzbar ist der Luftkühler eigentlich überall im Haus. Dank der Rollen kann man ihn auch gut verschieben. Diese lassen sich auch mit Bremsen Feststellen Als sehr nützlich empfinde ich die Timer-Funktion mit der sich digital am Luftkühler ein selbstgewählter Betriebszeitraum einstellen lässt. Der auswechselbare Wassertank ist mit 5,5 l Fassungsvermögen ausreichen groß, um eine erfrischende Abkühlung zu liefern. Der eingebaute Staubfilter trägt auch zu einem deutlich besser gefühlten Raumklima bei. Alles in allem ein unabdingbarer Begleiter für den Sommer.

I think the price-performance ratio is more than reasonable. The air cooler can actually be used anywhere in the house. Thanks to the wheels, it can also be moved easily. Vorab muss ich sagen, dass ich den Luftkühler zurückgeschickt habe. Hier lief die Abwicklung 1a. Das Gerät ging nicht wegen eines Defekts oder ähnlichem zurück, sondern weil es einfach meine Raumkapazität nicht abgedeckt hat. Die Luft ist wirklich angenehm damit, jedoch durch die Größe meine Wohnung 65qm (ein Großraum) und die Tatsache das es eine Dachgeschosswohnung mit Glasfront ist, konnte das Gerät natürlich nicht leisten, was ich erwartet habe. Zu 100% werden hierdurch kleinere Räume ganz sicher mit angenehmer Luft und Kühle versorgt. Der Fehler lag also gar nicht im Gerät, sondern an meinen Gedanken, fernab der Realität, mit einer nicht Klimaanlage einen Raum zu klimatisieren. Ganz klare Empfehlung, nur vielleicht für DG Wohnungen.

First of all, I have to say that I sent the air cooler back. The process was perfect. The device was not returned because of a defect or anything like that, but because it simply did not cover the capacity of my room. The air is really pleasant with it, but because of the size of my apartment (65 square meters) (an open-plan room) and the fact that it is an attic apartment with a glass front, the device obviously could not do what I expected. This will definitely provide smaller rooms with pleasant air and coolness 100% of the time. So the fault was not in the device at all, but in my thoughts, far from reality, of air conditioning a room with a non-air conditioning system. A clear recommendation, only perhaps for attic apartments.

Optisch gefällt mir das Gerät gut. Es macht eine gute Luftzirkulation im Raum, welche sehr angenehm ist. Dadurch entsteht eine gewisse Kühle obwohl die Raumtemperatur kaum fällt. Allerdings hat es auf niedriger Stufe bereits eine störende Geräuschkulisse. Ich kann mir einen Einsatz im Schlafzimmer nur bedingt vorstellen.

Bedienungsanleitung von Klarstein enttäuscht. Informationslücken sind zu Groß. Die Beschreibung der Anzeige/ Display kann mit zwei Sätzen ergänzt viel besser sein. Der Eindruck einer Billigen Agentur als Dienstleister für die Doku hinterlässt einen bitteren Geschmack.

Klarstein's instruction manual is disappointing. There are too many gaps in information. The description of the display could be much better with two sentences. The impression of a cheap agency as the service provider for the documentation leaves a bitter taste.

Ich habe mir den Klarstein Whirlwind geholt, da ich auf der Suche nach einem Ventilator mit viel Kraft war. In einem großen Raum gehen normale Ventilatoren einfach nur unter und sie bringen nichts, aber der Klarstein Whirlwind bringt genug Power mit. Schon beim Auspacken fiel mir auf, dass der Whirlwind trotz seiner Größe, dennoch leicht zu transportieren ist. Ich habe ihn direkt angesteckt und ausprobiert und war von der Leistung begeistert. Er hat 3 Stufen und bereits die erste übertrifft andere Ventilatoren um Weiten. Ich benutze im großen Wohnzimmer die zweite Stufe, da diese vollkommen ausreichend ist und durch die drehende Zirkulation verteilt der Whirlwind die Luft sehr angenehm im Raum. Problemlos kann man den Whirlwind auch mit Wasser befüllen um damit die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Raum erhöhen und mit dem beiliegenden Kühlpacks die austretende Luft des Whirlwinds zusätzlich noch zu kühlen.

I bought the Klarstein Whirlwind because I was looking for a fan with a lot of power. In a large room, normal fans simply get lost and are useless, but the Klarstein Whirlwind has enough power. As soon as I unpacked it, I noticed that the Whirlwind is easy to transport despite its size. I plugged it in straight away and tried it out and was impressed by its performance. It has 3 levels and the first one already surpasses other fans by far. I use the second level in the large living room because it is completely sufficient and the rotating circulation means that the Whirlwind distributes the air very pleasantly in the room. You can also easily fill the Whirlwind with water to increase the humidity in the room and use the included cooling packs to additionally cool the air coming out of the Whirlwind.

Die Lieferung war schnell, Auch rechtzeitig vor der 1. Hitze Phase diesen Jahres. Da ich eine Dachgeschosswohnung habe war mir wichtig einen Luft kühler zu haben der durch seinen Luftstrom etwas kühlt. Er kühlt keinen Raum aber erfrischt wenn man ihn vor sich aufstellt,bei mir ca 4m von mir entfernt ,wobei die Fernbedienung ganz nützlich ist,Wasser eingefüllt die beiliegenden Kühlakkus ins Wasser und dann kanns losgehen. Mein Geld ist gut angelegt.

Since I live in an attic apartment, it was important to me to have an air cooler that cools a little with its air flow. It doesn't cool a room, but it does cool down if you put it in front of you, in my case about 4m away from me, and the remote control is very useful. Fill it with water, put the included ice packs in the water and then you're ready to go. My money is well spent.

Ein gutes Gerät. Die verschiedenen Stufen und Möglichkeiten sind sehr gut. Als Ventilator echt top. Man spürt bei Zugabe von kaltem Wasser und Kühlpacks eine wirklich frische kühle Luft in der Umgebung. Nur das mit der Raumkühlung klappt bei mir nicht, da das Zimmer zu groß ist bzw ich keine Tür habe. Dadurch zirkulieren die Luft on der ganzen Wohnung. Würde es aber weiter empfehlen. Preis Leistung sind ok.

A good device. The different levels and options are very good. It's a really great fan. When you add cold water and ice packs you can feel the air in the room being really fresh and cool. The only thing that doesn't work for me is the room cooling because the room is too big and I don't have a door. This means that the air circulates throughout the apartment. I would recommend it though. Price/performance ratio is OK.

Unsere Erwartung hat das Gerät von Klarstein bestens erfüllt. Grundsätzlich muss man bei einigen schlechten Bewertungen hier nochmals deutlich klarstellen: DIESES GERÄT IST KEINE (mobile) KLIMANALAGE! Wer also erwartet, für 150€ hier einen Raum, egal welcher Größe, "herunterkühlen" zu wollen - das wird mit diesem Gerät nicht funktionieren, niemals, schon rein physikalisch nicht! Eine Klimaanlage hat eine ganz andere Funktionsweise, kostet mindestens das doppelte und benötigt viel mehr Energie. Das Klarstein-Gerät ist ein sog. Luftkühler. D.h. ein optimierter Ventilator+. Neben der komfortablen Bedienmöglichkeit per Fernbedienung und dem Schwenkmodus (Swing-Mode), kann im Unterbau in einer Art kleinen Kanister Wasser bzw. Kühl-Akkus eingelegt werden. Ersteres erhöht die Luftfeuchte, welches den Kühleffekt des Ventilators erhöht. Das ganze ist vergleichbar mit Omas Keramikbehältern an der Heizung, damit die Luft nicht so trocken ist. Nur dass dieses System eben in einem Ventilator verbaut ist. Nicht mehr, und nicht weniger. Bei uns ist der Klarstein im Wohnzimmer aktiv, und das bei den aktuellen Außentemperaturen von 30°C+ täglich. Dabei vor allem, wenn man vom draußen kommt, und erst einmal akklimatisieren möchte, tut der Klarstein sehr angenehm und leise was er soll: Luft bewegen und damit kühlen. Im Unterschied zu herkömmlichen Ventilatoren verteilt er die Luft wesentlich gleichmäßiger und ist auch in unserem gut 27qm Wohnzimmer an jeder Ecke spürbar, aber bei weitem nicht so störend, wie ein Ventilator mit Schwenkfunktion. Die Fernbedingung ist kein Reichweitenwunder aber funktioniert tadellos von der Couch zum 4m entfernten Gerät. Einzig beim Einschalten verströmt der Klarstein nach wie vor einen Plastikgeruch, welcher aber unmittelbar nachlässt und keine Abwertung rechtfertigt. Ein gutes Gerät. Betrachtet man die Preise für manche Turmventilatoren bekannter Marken sind 150€ auch schon knackig aber ok. Wir würden ihn wieder kaufen.

So if you expect to "cool down" a room, regardless of size, for €150 - that will not work with this device, never, not even from a purely physical point of view! An air conditioner works in a completely different way, costs at least twice as much and requires a lot more energy. The Klarstein device is a so-called air cooler. In other words, an optimized fan+. In addition to the convenient remote control operation and the swing mode, water or cooling batteries can be placed in a kind of small canister in the base. The former increases the humidity, which increases the cooling effect of the fan. The whole thing is comparable to grandma's ceramic containers on the heater so that the air is not so dry. Only that this system is built into a fan. Nothing more, nothing less. We use the Klarstein in our living room every day, even with the current outside temperature of 30°C+. Especially when you come in from outside and want to acclimatize, the Klarstein does what it's supposed to do very pleasantly and quietly: move air and thus cool it. In contrast to conventional fans, it distributes the air much more evenly and is noticeable in every corner of our 27 sqm living room, but is nowhere near as annoying as a fan with a swivel function. The remote control is not a miracle in terms of range, but works perfectly from the couch to the device 4m away. The only thing that the Klarstein still gives off is a plastic smell when switched on, but this immediately subsides and does not justify a downgrade. A good device. Considering the prices for some tower fans from well-known brands, €150 is already steep but OK. We would buy it again.

...die Bedienungsanleitung ein schlechter Scherz. Zwar ist das Gerät selbsterklärend, allerdings was 6 Piepstöne hintereinander bedeuten und wie man Abhilfe schaffen kann muss man selbst googeln. Generell ist das Thema Wasserbefüllung, Wassertank usw in der Anleitung nicht existent. Die Wasserstandsanzeige ist auch sehr schwer lesbar. Und DPD hat sich wieder durch Unfähigkeit und Dummheit ausgezeichnet. Ich habe 2 Geräte bestellt und BEIDE WURDEN KOPFÜBER ANGELIEFERT. Es lag vielleicht daran, dass nur geschätzte 20 Pfeile am Versandkarton waren, die zeigen wo oben und unten ist. Vielleicht könnte die Firma Klarstein künftig einen anderen Paketdienst beauftragen. DPD ist in Wien absolut unfähig, unbeliebt und bereits im Visier der Behörden - aufgrund sehr vieler Beschwerden.

DPD is completely incompetent in Vienna, unpopular and already in the sights of the authorities - due to a large number of complaints.
