Die Pfanne ist ausgezeichnet verarbeitet. Die Liwanzen gelingen und schmecken super gut. Nichts pappt an. Wichtig: nur mittel erwärmen. Bei 9 Heizstufen max 4!!!

Vorneweg: macht super pancakes. Aber: natürlich braucht es mehr Öl als in einer beschichteten Pfanne. Und es ist wichtig, die Temperatur zu beachhten. Gusseisen leitet und hält Hitze sehr viel besser, daher mit etwas niedriger Termperatur beginnen. Durch die vorgegeben Form kann der Teg nicht weglaufen, für das Wenden ist der richtige Moment wichtig, sonst wirs fuddelig. Ich mag die Pfanne.

First of all: makes great pancakes. But: of course it needs more oil than in a coated pan. And it's important to watch the temperature. Cast iron conducts and holds heat much better, so start with a slightly lower temperature. Die ersten Steaks hat die Pfanne auf unserem Induktionsherd sehr gut gemeistert. Allein vom optischen her konnte man die Steaks vorher nicht so zubereiten. Der Geschmack des Fleisches war nach dem Braten sehr gut. Die Steaks waren durch, aber trotzdem saftig. So muss es sein! Auch der Betrieb im Backofen war hervorragend. Hat alles funktioniert und die Pfanne ist heil geblieben! An das Gewicht der Pfanne muss man sich erst einmal gewöhnen. Man sollte sie mit zwei Händen bedienen! Für Induktionsherde gebe ich Kaufempfehlung. Ich hoffe, es bleibt alles so positiv! Ansonsten melde ich mich wieder.

The pan on our induction cooker mastered the first steaks very well. From the visual point of view alone, the steaks could not be prepared in this way beforehand. Jetzt weiß ich warum Liwanzen Li-wanzen heißen. Li muß man wohl mit "für" übersetzen. Eine Spaßpfanne für die ich noch einen Verwendungszweck erfinden muß.

Wie oben Jeff, habe ich die Pfanne speziell für die Verwendung auf einem Holzvergaserkocher gekauft. Bin allerdings noch nicht zum Testen gekommen und kann deshalb noch nichts zu den Brateigenschaften sagen. Die Verarbeitung der Pfanne, also des Gussteils ist gut. Die Auflage ist fast plan (nur ganz leichtes kippeln). Allerdings lässt die Verarbeitung des Klappgriffs zu wünschen übrig. Der Griff rastete nicht sauber ein und stand deshalb auch zu steil. Durch vorsichtiges Nachbiegen in einem Schraubstock habe ich dies korrigiert; der Griff rastet jetzt vollständig ein und steht jetzt in einem flacheren Winkel. Die Verchromung an der Biegestelle ist dabei natürlich zum Teufel gegangen (nicht tragisch, hätte ohnehin nicht lange gehalten, muss man eben nach der Reinigung ebenfalls einölen). Absolut nicht nachvollziehbar ist, warum man den Griff nur so kurz gemacht hat. Ein längerer Griff (für so eine relativ schwere Pfanne) hätte eingeklappt auch noch Platz gehabt und die Vorteile einer grösseren Hebelwirkung beim Hantieren sowie eines grösseren Abstandes der Hand zur heissen Pfanne und zur Wärmequelle gehabt. Ein Wort noch zu einigen anderen Kundenkommentaren die von Unkenntnis zeugen: Es handelt sich um einen Eisenguss und nicht um rostfreien Stahl, was auch aus der Produktanzeige hervorging. Das man solche Teile nach dem Spülen sorgfältig abtrocknen und etwas einölen muss sollte klar sein (Allgemeinwissen) und Spülmaschine mit dem aggressiven Reiniger geht gar nicht. Ausserdem geht das o. G. auch aus den Pflegehinweisen hervor.

As Jeff above, I purchased the pan specifically for use on a wood gas stove. However, I haven't been able to test it yet so I can't say anything about the frying properties. The workmanship of the pan, i.e. the casting, is good. The edition is almost flat (only very slight tilting). However, the processing of the folding handle leaves a lot to be desired. The handle didn't snap into place cleanly and was therefore too steep. I corrected this by carefully bending it in a vise; the handle is now fully engaged and is now at a shallower angle. Of course, the chrome plating at the bending point went to hell (not too bad, wouldn't have lasted long anyway, you also have to oil it after cleaning). It is absolutely incomprehensible why the handle was only made so short. A longer handle (for such a relatively heavy pan) would have had more space when folded and had the advantages of greater leverage when handling and a greater distance between the hand and the hot pan and the heat source. A word on some other customer comments that show ignorance: It is cast iron and not stainless steel, which was also evident from the product advertisement. It should be clear that such parts have to be dried carefully after washing and oiled a little (general knowledge) and a dishwasher with the aggressive cleaning agent does not work at all. In addition, the above is also evident from the care instructions.

Ich habe mich erst seit ca. einem Jahr mit Pfannen aus Gusseisen befasst und wollte deshalb preislich nicht ganz oben einsteigen. Wer die Preise von Marken-Gusspfannen kennt, der weiß, das 40€ ein guter Preis ist, wenn die Pfanne tut was sie verspricht. Und das tut sie im vollen Umfang, Die Pfanne wird eingebrannt geliefert, was bedeutet: Mit klaren Wasser (niemals Spülmittel, zerstört die sogenannte Patina und die Pfanne muss neu eingebrannt werden)ausspülen und loslegen. Zum Test Spiegelei und Hähnchenbrust. Ich benutze ein Induktionskochfeld, die Pfanne heizt sich schnell auf, aber gebt ihr etwas Zeit, bis sie auch am Rand richtig heiß ist. Mit einem Schuss Öl den Boden auspinseln Ei rein und das Ding bleibt nicht am Boden hängen. Die Hähnchenbrust (nur Salz/Pfeffer) klebt auch nicht an und bekommt schöne Röstaromen und bleibt innen saftig. Die Pfanne hält wunderbar die Temperatur, auch wenn Sie vier große Schnitzel reinlegen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist der Silikongriff, da er sehr labberig auf dem etwas kurzem Griff sitzt. Trotzdem 5 Sterne weil die Pfanne echt der Hammer und was fürs Leben ist.

I've only been dealing with cast iron pans for about a year and therefore didn't want to go at the top in terms of price. Anyone who knows the prices of branded cast pans knows that €40 is a good price if the pan does what it promises. And it does that to the fullest extent. The pan is delivered seasoned, which means: rinse with clear water (never dishwashing liquid, destroys the so-called patina and the pan must be seasoned again) and get started. To test fried egg and chicken breast. I use an induction hob, the pan heats up quickly, but give it some time until it's really hot around the edges. Brush the bottom with a dash of oil and the thing won't get stuck on the bottom. The chicken breast (just salt/pepper) doesn't stick either and gets nice roasted flavors and stays juicy on the inside. The pan keeps the temperature wonderful, even if you put four large escalopes in it. A small drop of bitterness is the silicone handle, as it sits very loosely on the somewhat short handle. Nevertheless 5 stars because the pan is really awesome and what life is worth.

So I bought this to make pancakes. Firstly the mounds are very small! When I made pancakes I didn’t realize how much oil you would need to stop them sticking. Flip the pancake and you need to oil again before it lands! That being said it’s a solid pan and I will probably try using it to make a breakfast bun. Eggs and a patty in perfect shape to the bun.

In diesen Pfannen gelingt das Braten sehr gut. Allerdings erfordern diese Pfannen eine ganz andere Handhabung als mit den beschichteten Pfannen. Da es sich um eiserne Pfannen handelt, sind diese deutlich schwerer als Pfannen aus Aluminium und müssen nach jedem Gebrauch mindestens ausgewischt und getrocknet werden, sonst kommt es durch Feuchtigkeit zur Rostbildung. Achtung: die schwarze Schicht nicht durch Scheuern entfernen so dass die Pfanne metallisch blank wird! Diese Schicht verhindert das Ankleben beim Braten. Beim Braten nicht wundern wenn das Fleisch am Anfang etwas festklebt. Es löst sich wieder und kann dann gewendet werden. Mit der Zeit bildet sich die schwarze Schicht immer weiter aus und es kommt nicht mehr zum Ansetzen. Mit diesen Pfannen gelingt das Braten deutlich besser, als in den beschichteten Aluminium-Pfannen. Endlich haben wir Pfannen, die so funktionieren, wie ich das noch von meiner Großmutter kenne.

Frying is very easy in these pans. However, these pans require completely different handling than the coated pans. Since these are iron pans, they are significantly heavier than aluminum pans and must at least be wiped out and dried after each use, otherwise moisture will cause rust to form. Attention: do not remove the black layer by scouring so that the pan becomes metallically bright! This layer prevents sticking when frying. When roasting, don't be surprised if the meat sticks a little at the beginning. It comes off again and can then be turned. Over time, the black layer continues to develop and there is no longer any attachment. Frying is much better with these pans than in the coated aluminum pans. We finally have pans that work the way I know my grandmother used to.

Zu dem Preis lässt sich nicht meckern, aber es muss einem klar sein, dass es keine Premium-Pfanne für den täglichen Gebrauch ist. Für das Steak hin und wieder absolut ausreichend und auch die ideale Größe für den Backofen. Schöne Muster, schweres Gewicht, tolle Grillergebnisse. Kleinere Unebenheiten und der doch sehr wackelige Schutzmantel des Griffs kann ich daher verkraften. Für jeden Gelegenheitsgriller zu dem Preis völlig ausreichend!

You can't complain at the price, but you have to realize that it's not a premium pan for everyday use. Absolutely sufficient for the occasional steak and also the ideal size for the oven. Beautiful patterns, heavy weight, great grilling results. I can therefore cope with minor bumps and the very wobbly protective cover of the handle. Completely sufficient for every occasional grill at the price!

Obschon sie als B-Ware deklariert war, ist die Pfanne, die ich erhalten habe, hervorragend verarbeitet. Der Boden ist plan abgedreht, und auf einer großen Platte (am besten 21 cm Durchmesser) werden alle Mulden gleichmäßig heiß. Gas, Ceran und Induktion gehen genauso gut. Das Material Gusseisen hat natürlich sein Gewicht, aber eben auch eine hervorragende Wärmespeicherung, was für das Backen von mehreren Portionen Pfannkuchen von Vorteil ist. Den beiliegenden Griffschutz aus Silikon habe ich nicht benötigt. Zum einen muss die Pfanne während des Backens ohnehin nicht bewegt werden, zum anderen konnte ich den Griff auch nach einer Stunde Pfannkuchenbacken bei mittlerer Temperatur immer noch gut anfassen. Die richtige Backtemperatur ist entscheidend für den Erfolg. Die angebrannten Pfannkuchen, die in anderen Rezensionen erwähnt werden, sind ziemlich sicher die Folge einer zu hohen Temperatur. Gusseisen sollte immer nur auf mittlerer Temperatur erhitzt werden. Bei mir jedenfalls ist nichts angebrannt, unabhängig davon, ob ich einen dünn- oder dickflüssigen Teig mit wenig, viel oder gar keinem Fett benutzt habe. Die Antihaft-Eigenschaften von unbeschichtetem Gusseisen werden sogar besser, je öfter man die Pfanne benutzt. Sie ist schon eingebrannt, aber ich habe sie noch zwei weitere Male mit Leinöl im Backofen eingebrannt, um die Antihaft-Eigenschaften zu verbessern und hatte danach keine Probleme. Wichtig ist allerdings, die Pfanne immer nur ganz dünn einzuölen, am besten, indem man einige Tropfen Speiseöl mit einem fusselfreien Lappen, z. B. einem alten Geschirrtuch, verreibt. Während des Pfannkuchenbackens tut auch ein Backpinsel gute Dienste, um die Mulden dünn einzuölen oder zu fetten. Das Ergebnis der Bemühungen sind dann perfekt runde, kleine Pfannkuchen, z. B. deutsche Eierkuchen, schwedische Plättar, russische Blinis, französische Crepes, amerikanische Silver Dollar Pancakes, japanische Dorayaki etc., die sich hervorragend für Büffets eignen.

Although it was declared as B-Ware, the pan I received is excellently made. The base is turned flat, and on a large plate (preferably 21 cm in diameter) all wells are heated evenly. Gas, ceramic and induction work just as well. The cast iron material has its weight, of course, but it also has excellent heat retention, which is an advantage for baking several batches of pancakes. I didn't need the silicone grip protection that came with it. The non-stick properties of uncoated cast iron even improve the more you use the pan. It's already seasoned, but I baked it in the oven two more times with linseed oil to improve the non-stick properties and had no problems after that. However, it is important to always oil the pan very thinly, preferably by rubbing a few drops of cooking oil with a lint-free cloth, e.g. B. an old tea towel rubbed. A pastry brush is also useful when baking the pancakes to thinly oil or grease the hollows. The result of the efforts are then perfectly round, small pancakes, e.g. B. German pancakes, Swedish plattar, Russian blinis, French crepes, American silver dollar pancakes, Japanese Dorayaki etc., which are ideal for buffets.

Vorteile : - Man kann mit ordentlich Wumms braten, so daß schöne und krosse Grillstreifen entstehen. Durch die hohe Wärmekapazität kann das Steak auch wunderbar noch eine Zeitlang nachziehen, so dass es nicht unbedingt in den Ofen zum Nachziehen muss. Spart Energie. - Auch Gemüse lässt sich wunderbar mit Grillstreifen braten, zB grüner Spargel. - Da das ganze Teil aus Eisen ist, kann es bequem in den Ofen ohne Risiko für den Griff. - Obwohl der Griff nicht isoliert ist, kann man die Pfanne gefahrlos am Herd anfassen (nicht aber wenn sie im Ofen war !) Nachteile : - Die Unterseite ist recht rauh. Dies bedingt, dass man die Pfanne auf einer Ceranplatte nur sehr sanft aufsetzen und verschieben sollte, sonst kann es Kratzer geben. Auch das hohe Gewicht von fast 4kg ist hier ein echtes Risiko für das Ceranfeld. Eine falsche Bewegung - knack ! - Die Unterseite ist nicht plan. Auf einem Induktions- oder Gasherd egal, auf Elektroherden ein Problem. Für diese Nachteile, auch weil nicht prinzipbedingt, sondern nur "Schlamperei" einen Punkt Abzug. Gusseisenpfannen reinigt man nicht mit Spülmittel und schon gar nicht in der Spülmaschine. Tipp: Nach dem Braten etwas Wasser in die Pfanne (so dass die Rillen alle bedeckt sind) und nochmal ein,zwei Minuten volle Pulle kochen. Das schäumende Wasser löst Krusten gut an (mit diesem Wasser könnte man nun noch eine Soße beginnen...) Ansonsten einfach stehen lassen bis einigermaßen abgekühlt und mit der Topfbürste saubermachen, geht problemlos. Danach mit einem Silikonpinsel und etwas Öl innen und aussen eine leichte Ölschicht aufbringen, damit die Pfanne nicht rostet und zum nächsten Einsatz sofort einsatzbereit ist. Freu mich über eine positive Bewertung, damit sich das Rezensieren auch lohnt. Geld krieg ich keins dafür, kostenloses Testgerät auch noch nie, und wenn mich ein Verkäufer anschreibt, dass ich für eine positive Bewertung irgendein Gimmick zugeschickt bekomme, dann schreib ich eine Bewertung und ziehe 2 Punkte für den Bestechungsversuch ab...

It doesn't matter on an induction or gas stove, it's a problem on electric stoves. One point deducted for these disadvantages, also because they are not a matter of principle, but only "sloppiness". Cast iron pans are not cleaned with washing-up liquid and certainly not in the dishwasher. Tip: After frying, add some water to the pan (so that all the grooves are covered) and cook for another minute or two at full speed. The foaming water dissolves crusts well (you could start a sauce with this water...) Otherwise just leave it until it has cooled down and clean it with the cup brush, it's no problem. Then use a silicone brush and some oil to apply a light layer of oil on the inside and outside so that the pan does not rust and is immediately ready for the next use. I am happy about a positive rating, so that the review is also worthwhile. I don't get any money for it, never a free test device either, and if a seller writes to me that I will be sent some gimmick for a positive rating, then I write a rating and deduct 2 points for the attempted bribery...

Meiner Beurteilung nach ist die Gusseisenpfanne sehr ok und entspricht in etwa dem, was man bei diesem Preis erwarten kann. Die Pfanne ist sofort einsatzbereit, ein Einbrennen ist laut Beschreibung nicht erforderlich. Die Pfanne hat eine brauchbare Größe und angenehme Riffelung. Über Gewicht oder Pflegehinweise möchte ich mich nicht äußern, das ist bei jeder Gusseisenpfanne grundsätzlich gleich. Warum sie nicht perfekt ist und einen Punkt Abzug gibt ist die Tatsache, dass der Boden einfach nicht 100%ig plan ist. Zwar kippelt die Pfanne nur ganz wenig, sie liegt aber z. B. auf einem Ceran-Kochfeld nicht ganz plan auf, was bei einer solchen Pfanne zwar nicht so schlimm ist, aber auch keine optimale Wärmeübertragung gewährleistet. Wer die Pfanne über Kohle oder Gas verwendet, dem wird's egal sein (können). Irgendwelche störenden Grate oder Knubbel konnte ich nicht feststellen. Ich bin jedenfalls mit der Pfanne und dem Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis durchaus zufrieden.

In my opinion, the cast iron pan is very ok and roughly corresponds to what you can expect at this price. The pan is ready to use immediately, according to the description, it does not need to be seasoned. The pan has a usable size and pleasant ribbing. I don't want to comment on the weight or care instructions, that's basically the same for every cast iron pan. Why it isn't perfect and deducts a point is the fact that the floor is just not 100% flat. Although the pan only wobbles a little, it lies e.g. B. on a ceramic hob, which is not so bad with such a pan, but also does not guarantee optimal heat transfer. If you use the pan over coal or gas, it won't (can't) matter. I couldn't find any annoying burrs or bumps. In any case, I am quite satisfied with the pan and the price/performance ratio.

Es handelt sich hierbei um eine robuste, schwere Gusseisenpfanne, die alle Vorteile einer Gusseisenpfanne bieten würde, hätte man nicht einen großen Konzeptionsfehler begangen. Der Preis ist sehr gut und sie ist unverwüstlich. - Gusseisen holt das Maximum aus einem Induktionsherd heraus. Ihr braucht maximalen Eisenmagnetismus um aus einer Induktionskochplatte das Optimum herauszuholen. Das heißt, Gusseisen, Eisen, Schmiedeeisen oder Emaille. Edelstahl funktioniert auch, aber nicht optimal. (P. S.: Wichtig ist hierbei nur der Boden, nicht die Seitenwände. Das Gewicht der Pfanne spielt ebenfalls keine Rolle) - Da der Griff keine Holzummantelung hat, kann man sie auch für das Lagerfeuer verwenden. Gusseisen hält auch die Temperatur eines Lagerfeuers aus. - Man kann in dieser Pfanne mit Eisenbesteck hantieren ohne fürchten zu müssen, dass man sie verunstaltet. - Die schwarze Farbe verhindert, dass die Pfanne nach längerem Gebrauch gümmelig aussieht. Dieses Problem werdet ihr bei normalen Eisenpfannen nämlich haben. - Dieses Modell hat sogar zwei Ausgussschnäbel links und rechts und eine Öse im Griff zum Aufhängen. Nachteile: - Da der Griff keine Holzummantelung hat, wird er so heiß werden, dass man nur noch mit einem Topfhandschuh ran kann.
