Nach Anschaffung eines Gasgrills war der Kauf von Zubehör quasi unausweichlich, um die vielen Möglichkeiten der Grillstation auch wirklich ausreizen zu können. Das Kochgeschirr von Klarstein überzeugt. Von schwerer Qualität vervollkommnet das gusseiserne Set fortan jedes größere BBQ-Event. Die Grill- und Kochergebnisse sind stets sehr gut. Der Pflegeaufwand ist sicherlich etwas aufwändig. Aber dessen muss man sich vor dem Erwerb von gusseisernen Pfannen bzw. Töpfen gewiss sein. Mit einem Ringreiniger ist das Abwaschen des Geschirrs aber schnell gemacht. Und danach aufgetragene Pflege- bzw. Einbrennpaste sorgt für Langlebigkeit. Allein die Holzkiste, die zur Aufbewahrung des Sets vorgesehen ist, ist von minderwertiger Qualtität. Als Transportbox ist diese eher ungeeignet. An einem Platz stehend kann man die Holzkiste aber getrost einsetzen.

After purchasing a gas grill, the purchase of accessories was almost inevitable in order to be able to really exhaust the many possibilities of the grill station. Klarstein cookware is impressive. Of heavy quality, the cast-iron set perfects every larger BBQ event from now on. The grilling and cooking results are always very good. The maintenance effort is certainly a bit time-consuming. But you have to be sure of that before buying cast-iron pans or pots. With a ring cleaner, however, washing the dishes is done quickly. And then applied care or baking paste ensures longevity. Only the wooden box intended for storing the set is of inferior quality. As a transport box, this is rather unsuitable. Standing in one place, you can safely use the wooden box.

Eine sehr schwere Qualität aus Gusseisen. Die Grillplatte ist auf einem Weber Grill echt phänomenal. Auch den Ofen stelle ich gerade bei Schlechtwetter gerne in den Weber Grill und kann mit dem Deckel sehr gut den Wind und die Temperatur beherrschen.

A very heavy quality cast iron. The grill plate is phenomenal on a Weber grill. I also like to put the oven in the Weber Grill when the weather is bad and I can control the wind and temperature very well with the lid.

Nach längerem Zögern habe ich mir dann doch einen Dutch oven zugelegt als Ergänzung zum Smoker. Das Klarstein Set finde ich vom Umfang her empfehlenswert und ist auch recht gut verarbeitet. Zu einem Preis wo es sonst nur einen Topf bekommt kriegt man hier ein ganzes Set, da kann man mit kleineren Defiziten leben, der kleine Topf schließt am Deckel nicht zu 100% und die Kiste werde ich wohl durch was stabileres ersetzen. Unterm Strich gute 4 Punkte und eine Kaufempfehlung von mir.

After a long hesitation, I finally bought a Dutch oven to supplement the smoker. I recommend the Klarstein set in terms of scope and it is also quite well made. At a price where you would otherwise only get one pot, you get a whole set here, so you can live with minor deficits, the small pot does not close 100% on the lid and I will probably replace the box with something more stable. All in all, a good 4 points and a purchase recommendation from me.

Wir haben uns vor einiger Zeit eine Feuerschale gekauft und genießen es seit dem oft draußen zu sitzen am warmen Feuer mit Freunden. Bis jetzt haben wir immer nur Stockbrot damit genossen. Mit diesem Set wollten wir nun etwas mehr auf dem Feuer machen.

Das Paket das ankommt ist wirklich schwer und ich habe es mehr geschoben, als getragen. Innen hat man als Erstes die Holzkiste mit den Tragegriffen. Das finde ich schon einen tollen Bonus. Man hat das Geschirr immer zusammen und wenn man es mal nicht mehr da rein tun möchte, dann kann man sehr viel mit der Kiste anstellen.

Innen findet man gut verpackt in Folie und gepolstert mit Styropor dann eine Bratplatte, eine Pfanne und 2 Töpfe n verschiedenen Größen mit Deckel. Alles aus stabilem und schwerem Gusseisen. Dazu kommt noch ein Topfständer und ein Deckelöffner. Alles wirklich gut verarbeitet und ohne jegliche Schäden.

Ich habe mir vor 20 Jahren mal einen Wok aus Gusseisen gekauft und liebe ihn bis heute. Deshalb war mir eigentlich schon klar, dass das Kochen mit diesem Set echt gut sein wird. Durch den Griff am großen Kochtopf, kann man ihn z.B. super über das Feuer setzten wenn man ein Dreibein mit Aufhängung hat. Ansonsten einfach in die glühende Glut setzten. Da alles sehr stabil ist, wackelt es auch nicht wirklich wenn man mal umrührt. Es ist natürlich wichtig mit Handschuhen und dem Deckelöffner zu arbeiten.

Auch wenn das Geschirr sehr dick ist, wird es in der heißen Glut sehr schnell warm und man kann schnell damit arbeiten. Auf die Platte kam Fleisch, Fisch, Brot oder Gemüse und in die Töpfe die Beilagen. Bohnen, Saucen, Eintöpfe...alles was man mag. Es fehlt nur noch das Zelt und ich wäre wieder im Ferienlager meiner Kindheit gewesen.

Natürlich sieht das Geschirr nach dem ersten nutzen nicht mehr so perfekt aus wie bei der Ankunft.....und das obwohl es sich super einfach reinigen lässt...aber ich finde das macht den Charme aus. Für mich ein Rundum geiles Set.

We bought a fire bowl a while ago and since then we have often enjoyed sitting outside by the warm fire with friends. So far we have only ever enjoyed stick bread with it. With this set we wanted to do something more on the fire. The package that arrives is really heavy and I pushed it more than I carried it. The first thing inside is the wooden box with the carrying handles. I think that's a great bonus. You always have the dishes together and if you don't want to put them in there anymore, you can do a lot with the box. Inside you will find a frying pan, a pan and 2 pots of different sizes with lids, well packed in foil and padded with polystyrene. All made of stable and heavy cast iron. There is also a pot stand and a lid opener. Everything is really well made and without any damage. I bought a cast iron wok 20 years ago and still love it to this day. So it was already clear to me that cooking with this set would be really good. With the handle on the large cooking pot, you can put it over the fire, for example, if you have a tripod with a suspension. Otherwise just sit in the glowing embers. Since everything is very stable, it doesn't really wobble when you stir it. It is of course important to work with gloves and the lid opener. Even if the dishes are very thick, they warm up very quickly in the hot embers and you can work with them quickly. Meat, fish, bread or vegetables were put on the plate and the side dishes in the pots. Beans, sauces, stews...everything you like. All that's missing is the tent and I would have been back at the summer camp of my childhood. Of course, after the first use, the crockery doesn't look as perfect as it did when it arrived...even though it's super easy to clean...but I think that's what makes it so charming. For me an all-around cool set.

Die Medien konnten nicht geladen werden. Geliefert wird ein schweres 7-teiliges Set zum Kochen, Braten und Backen. Das Kochgeschirr besteht aus Gusseisen und wird in einer Holzkiste, die allerdings nicht so robust ist, geliefert. Beim Auspacken, musste ich leider feststellen, dass der Deckel, der an und für sich praktischen Holzkiste, gebrochen war. Beim Aufklappen der Kiste ist der Deckel leider auseinander gefallen. Das Holz ist für dieses wirklich schwere Kochgeschirr einfach zu weich. Das Kochgeschirr versetzte mich auf Anhieb in die Westernzeit, einfach auf die Glut oder aber auf das Feuer stellen und schon kann in der Natur gekocht oder aber gebraten werden. Salopp gesagt kann mit diesem Kochgeschirr alles zubereitet werden, das Zubehör ermöglicht dieses. Das Geschirr verteilt relativ schnell die Wärme und lässt sich nach der Verwendung leicht reinigen. In meinem Video sieht man die Zubereitung von Rührei sowie das erhitzen einer Bohnensuppe. Beachten sollte man, das die Kohle wirklich glüht. Bei der Entnahme des Kochgeschirrs von der Feuerquelle sollte man Handschuhe tragen. Hinweis: Mir wurde dieser Artikel kostenlos vom Hersteller zur Verfügung gestellt. When unpacking, I unfortunately had to realize that the lid, which was actually a practical wooden box, was broken. Unfortunately, the lid fell apart when I opened the box. The wood is just too soft for this really heavy cookware. The cookware immediately put me in the western era, simply put it on the embers or on the fire and you can cook or roast in nature. To put it bluntly, everything can be prepared with this cookware, the accessories make this possible. The dishes distribute the heat relatively quickly and are easy to clean after use. In my video you can see the preparation of scrambled eggs and the heating of a bean soup. You should note that the charcoal really glows.
