The infinitely adjustable temperature of 50 to 300 ° C is particularly practical - this way, it stays really hot when many customers have to be supplied with grilled specialties quickly and can be put on an energy-saving keep-warm setting when the demand eases a bit. With its two-part surface, the large cast iron grill plate of 54.5 x 35 cm is well suited for a variety of dishes.
