Diese Klimmzugstange macht einen guten Eindruck: sie war zu zweit schnell im Türrahmen zu befestigen und ich finde gut, dass es eine Absturzanzeige gibt, an der man sehen kann, ob sie noch fest ist. Ich benutze sie erst seit ein paar Tagen, kann also noch nicht sagen, wie es sich über längere Benutzungszeit entwickelt. Vorerst bin ich sehr zufrieden.

This pull-up bar makes a good impression: it was quick and easy to attach to the door frame with two people, and I appreciate the fall indicator that shows whether it's still secure. I've only been using it for a few days, so I can't yet say how it will hold up over time. For now, I'm very satisfied.

Sehr stabil und mein Kind hat Spaß Super stabile gepolsterte Stange. Leicht zu installieren, ist der Pfeil auf dem Bild, hängt die Stange optimal und man kann jederzeit überprüfen, ob sie richtig sitzt. Ist überall gepolstert und somit perfekt zum turnen. Kann sie bedenkenlos empfehlen.

As soon as I figured out how it worked, I attached it and left it there. I've been hanging it for over a month. It doesn't damage the door, it's stable, and therefore perfect!

Ich kann’s niemandem empfehlen. Klimmzüge sind ziemlich anstrengend, koordinatorisch jedoch gar nicht herausfordernd und ich kann mir beim besten Willen nicht erklären wofür dieser Bewegungsablauf von Nutzen sein soll. Ansonsten nette Stange. Sie klemmt in meinem Türrahmen und manchmal mache ich einen halben Klimmzug, um vor meinen Mitbewohnerinnen anzugeben.

I can't recommend it to anyone. Pull-ups are quite strenuous, but not at all challenging in terms of coordination, and I honestly can't imagine what purpose this movement is supposed to serve. Otherwise, it's a nice bar. It's wedged in my door frame, and sometimes I do a half pull-up to show off to my roommates.

Heute, über 2 Jahre nach dem Erwerb, hat die Stange den Geist aufgegeben. Plastik ist porös und einfach beim Abnehmen zerpröselt.. Sonst gutes Produkt, Montage ist einfach wenn man den Dreh raus hat. Aber man benötigt stabile Türrahmen!

Today, over two years after purchase, the rod has broken. The plastic is porous and simply crumbled when I tried to remove it. Otherwise, it's a good product; assembly is easy once you get the hang of it. But you need sturdy door frames!

Bei Holzzargen mit Luft zwischen Holz und Mauerwerk würde ich vom Kauf abraten.

I would advise against buying wooden frames with a gap between the wood and the masonry.

Die Klimmzugstange ist nach ca. 5 Monaten Nutzung kaputt gegangen. Das Plastik der Wandhalterung ist an einigen Stellen gebrochen, weshalb ich die Stange aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht mehr nutzen wollte. Nachdem ich dies beim Verkäufer moniert habe, wurden mir anstandslos Ersatzteile mit "verbessertem" Plastik zugesendet. Damit konnte ich die Stange ohne Probleme reparieren und jetzt funktioniert sie wieder tadellos.Insgesamt hat mich die Stange bisher sehr überzeugt. Beim Training sitzt sie super fest. Beeindruckend finde ich, dass sie an meinem Türrahmen tatsächlich 0,0 Spuren hinterlassen hat.Obwohl sie zwischendurch einmal kaputt gegangen ist, gibt es von mir 5 Sterne für die sehr gute Funktionalität, den günstigen Preis und den zuvorkommenden Kundenservice.

The pull-up bar broke after about 5 months of use. The plastic of the wall mount cracked in several places, so for safety reasons, I no longer wanted to use the bar. After contacting the seller, they promptly sent me replacement parts with "improved" plastic. I was able to repair the bar without any problems, and now it works perfectly again. Overall, I've been very impressed with the bar so far. It's incredibly stable during workouts. I'm also impressed that it left absolutely no marks on my door frame. Despite the one breakage, I'm giving it 5 stars for its excellent functionality, reasonable price, and helpful customer service.

Zur Stange selbst muss ich sagen, dass sie einfach zu montieren ist und der Griff bietet eine angenehme Halterung fürs Training. I thought this meant disassembling the bar if it wasn't going to be used for an extended period, so I always disassembled it when I wasn't using it daily. As a result, the plastic bracket unfortunately broke. I contacted customer support, and they generously sent me replacement bracket parts free of charge without any fuss. Since I started loosening the pull-up bar after every workout, as recommended by customer support, it works perfectly, and nothing stands in the way of my workout! As for the bar itself, I have to say it's easy to assemble, and the grip provides a comfortable hold for training. All in all, I can wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone looking for a pull-up bar.

Eigentlich ist es ein tolles Gerät, was gut verarbeitet ist und - durch das Patent - auch eine viel höhere Last trägt als vergleichbare Produkte. Leider hat es einen Konstruktionsfehler, der zu einer Beschädigung führen kann: Beim Montieren kann es passieren, dass man die Stange zu fest andreht und dabei der angeschraubte Deckel aus dem Endstück (rechts oder links) herausbricht (siehe Fotos von anderen Rezensenten). Also Vorsicht! Nicht zu fest andrehen! (Wäre der Deckel angebracht, könnte das nicht passieren.)

It's actually a great device, well-made and – thanks to the patent – able to bear a much heavier load than comparable products. Unfortunately, it has a design flaw that can lead to damage: During assembly, it's possible to overtighten the rod, causing the screwed-on cap to break off from the end piece (right or left) (see photos from other reviewers). So be careful! Don't overtighten! (This wouldn't happen if the cap were properly attached.)

Die Klimmzugstange lässt sich problemlos und einfach am Türrahmen befestigen und durch die Abrutschsicherung fühlt man sich bestens gesichert während des Trainings. Sie macht einen sehr robusten und stabilen Eindruck. Allerdings habe ich scheinbar den Hinweis überlesen und die Stange nicht nach jedem Training wieder gelockert.(BITTE an den Hersteller: Auf diesen Punkt deutlicher in der Produktbeschreibung hinweisen! Ich war es von alten Stangen gewohnt, sie permanent im Rahmen zu lassen.) Deshalb stand sie anscheinend zu lange und stark unter Druck und als ich sie dann nach 2 Monaten gelockert habe, ist das Plastik abgebröckelt und danach verlor sie an Stabilität und ist mir dann irgendwann "herausgebrochen". Das Support-Team war jedoch sehr hilfsbereit und hat mir die Stange ersetzt, sodass ich gerne bereit bin, dem ansonsten sehr guten Produkt eine weitere Chance zu geben!

The pull-up bar is easy to attach to the door frame, and the anti-slip feature provides excellent security during workouts. It seems very robust and stable. However, I apparently overlooked the instructions and didn't loosen the bar after every workout. (PLEASE to the manufacturer: Make this point clearer in the product description! I was used to leaving older bars permanently in the frame.) As a result, it was apparently under too much pressure for too long, and when I finally loosened it after two months, the plastic crumbled, causing it to lose stability and eventually break off completely. The support team was very helpful, though, and replaced the bar, so I'm happy to give this otherwise excellent product another chance!

Das BoarderKING Türreck ist eine vernünftige Klimmzugstange, besonders für den Preis. Die Montage ist alleine etwas ein Gefummel, aber sind ja auch 2 Personen empfohlen. Der Schaumstoff ist angenehm zu greifen und die ersten Klimmzüge liefen gut. Über die Langlebigkeit kann ich aktuell noch nichts schreiben, die Stange ist erst 2 Wochen alt. Von der Absturzsicherung weiß ich noch nicht was ich halten soll, war sehr interessant bei der Montage, aber bisher hab ich noch keinen Abgang gemacht. Die Stange wird durch Drehen in den Türstock geklemmt, deshalb kann man nur von einer Seite aus Klimmzüge machen, da sich sonst die Stange bei jedem Zug löst. Dafür sind extra Pfeile auf der Stange angebracht auf welcher Seite man die Klimmzüge machen muss. Diese waren bei mir jedoch genau falschrum angebracht. Für jeden der mitdenkt kein Problem, aber wenn man beim ersten mal nicht aufpasst, kann man doch abstürzen...

The BoarderKING door pull-up bar is a decent option, especially for the price. Assembling it alone is a bit fiddly, but two people are recommended anyway. The foam grip is comfortable, and the first few pull-ups went well. I can't comment on its durability yet, as the bar is only two weeks old. I'm still undecided about the fall protection; it was interesting to see during assembly, but I haven't fallen yet. The bar is clamped into the door frame by twisting, so you can only do pull-ups from one side, otherwise the bar will come loose with every pull. There are arrows on the bar indicating which side to use for pull-ups. However, mine were mounted backwards. This isn't a problem for anyone who thinks ahead, but if you're not careful the first time, you could fall...

Habe das Produkt ohne große Erwartungen bestellt (gerade auch angesichts des geringen Preises) und in der Befürchtung, dass auch damit das passiert, was man konstruktionsbedingt bei allen diesen Klimmzugstangen erwarten könnte: Dass sie abrutscht.Der Ersteindruck war positiv (sie war schwerer und durch die Metallstange wirkte es etwas robuster als vermutet); Die Enden sind aus einfachem Kunststoff, was nicht hochwertig wirkt, aber darauf wirkt wohl keine direkte Kraft. Also kein Problem.Zu meiner positiven Überraschung hält die Stange bislang absolut fest im Türrahmen. Vermutlich ist das dem simplen aber genialen Trick der zulaufenden Enden zu verdanken, die zusätzlich das Körpergewicht nach außen leiten und die Kraft gegen den Türrahmen verstärken.Ich muss sagen, ich bin bisher rundum zufrieden! Günstige Klimmzugstange, die hält, einfach zu (de)montieren ist und sich platzsparend verstauen lässt.

I ordered the product without high expectations (especially given the low price) and feared that it would suffer the same fate as all these pull-up bars due to their design: slipping. My first impression was positive (it was heavier, and the metal bar made it seem a bit more robust than I expected). The ends are made of simple plastic, which doesn't look high-quality, but I suppose they aren't subjected to any direct force. So, no problem. To my pleasant surprise, the bar has held absolutely firmly in the door frame so far. This is probably thanks to the simple but ingenious trick of the tapered ends, which also direct the body weight outwards and increase the force against the door frame. I have to say, I'm completely satisfied so far! An inexpensive pull-up bar that holds up, is easy to assemble and disassemble, and can be stored in a space-saving way.

Ich hatte frühe mal so eine ähnliche Stange von meiner Schwester benutzt, aber diese hier ist noch viel besser. Durch die geniale Halterung hat man zum einen eine sehr große Fläche, die auf den Türrahmen drückt, wodurch man zum einen mehr Reibung und Haftung hat und zum anderen die Kraft ein bisschen besser verteilt wird, sodass der Türrahmen nicht allzu stark punktuell belastet wird. Der Mechanismus mit der leichten Schräge, wodurch sich die Stange automatisch verkeilt, wenn sie locker wird, ist total genial und gibt mir ein sichereres Gefühl beim benutzen. Ich versteh gar nicht, wie diese Stange nur 20€ kosten kann, qualitativ macht sie einen sehr hochwertigen eindruck auf mich und hält fest, da wo sie soll. Ich wiege ca 74kg und habe auch schon etwas schwungvollere Klimmzüge gemacht, ohne, dass die Stange im Mechanismus rutscht und selbst wenn, würde mich das vor dem runterfallen retten :) Info: Die Stange natürlich nur mit der Hand-Richtung so benutzen, dass sie sich fester zieht und nicht locker! Wenn man die Stange nicht benutzt ein paar mal locker drehen.

I used a similar bar from my sister a while back, but this one is much better. The ingenious bracket provides a large surface area pressing against the door frame, resulting in more friction and grip, and also distributing the force more evenly, preventing excessive pressure on a single point. The mechanism with the slight angle, which automatically locks the bar in place if it loosens, is absolutely brilliant and gives me a greater sense of security when using it. I can't believe this bar only costs €20; it feels very high-quality and stays firmly in place. I weigh about 74 kg and have even done some more vigorous pull-ups without the bar slipping in the mechanism, and even if it did, it would prevent me from falling. :) Note: Always use the bar with your hand pointing in the direction it should tighten, not loosen! When not in use, loosen the bar by twisting it a few times.

Also erstmal: An sich ist die Klimmzugstange echt top und durch den Schaumstoff sind die Klimmzüge auch angenehm zu machen. Die Installation ist einfach, und die Absturzwarnung ist auch echt eine tolle Idee. Soweit alles top, leider ist meine Klimmzugstange kaputt gegangen, da ein Plastikteil abgesplittert ist. Dennoch gebe ich hier 5 Sterne, da der Kundenservice anstandslos mir den Kaufpreis erstattet hat. Super Service, ich denke ich werde mir die Klimmzugstange nochmal kaufen, vielleicht habe ich einfach nur ein schlechtes exemplar erwischt.

First off: The pull-up bar itself is really great, and the foam padding makes pull-ups comfortable. Installation is easy, and the fall warning feature is a really great idea. So far, so good. Unfortunately, my pull-up bar broke because a plastic piece chipped off. Nevertheless, I'm giving it 5 stars because customer service refunded me without any hassle. Excellent service! I think I'll buy the pull-up bar again; maybe I just got a bad one.

Zu aller erst sei gesagt, dass das Paket schon am darauffolgenden Tag nach der Bestellung bei mir zu Hause ankam, was aufgrund meiner geografischen Lage doch etwas außergewöhnliches ist. Die Verpackung selbst war solide und ich habe keine Beschädigungen am Paket ausfindig machen können. Das Produkt selbst machte auf den ersten Blick einen recht soliden Eindruck. Mit der mitgelieferten Anleitung, die in deutscher und englischer Sprache zu lesen ist, war die Installation der Klimmzugstange, in einem von mir als passend empfundenen Türrahmen wirklich nicht schwierig. Man muss nur darauf achten, dass sie schön horizontal angebracht wird und die Pfeile an den Enden der Stange auf der richtigen Position sind, was aber ohnehin gut in der Anleitung erklärt wird. Nach dem richtigen Festdrehen der Stange war es für mich nicht möglich die Stange auch nur einen Millimeter nach unten zu schieben, was ja auch so sein soll. Durch das Design an den Enden mache ich mir diesbezüglich auch keine Sorgen, da die Kräfte nach außen gegen den Türstock wirken und nicht direkt nach unten, was ein nach unten rutschen vermeidet. Nach mehrmaliger Anwendung bin ich wirklich sehr überzeugt von dem Produkt und kann es jedem weiter empfehlen!

First of all, I should mention that the package arrived at my home the day after I ordered it, which is quite exceptional given my location. The packaging itself was sturdy, and I couldn't find any damage. The product itself made a very solid impression at first glance. With the included instructions, which are in German and English, installing the pull-up bar in a doorway that I found suitable was really easy. You just have to make sure it's mounted perfectly horizontally and that the arrows at the ends of the bar are in the correct position, which is explained well in the instructions anyway. After tightening the bar properly, I couldn't push it down even a millimeter, which is exactly how it's supposed to work. Thanks to the design of the ends, I'm not worried about this, as the forces are directed outwards against the door frame and not directly downwards, thus preventing any slippage. After using it several times, I am truly impressed with the product and can recommend it to everyone!

Then came the hinge type pull-up bar, which I find a little bit flimsy and dangerous, until I stumbled upod this product. Might as well give it a try. Here are my thoughts. Package arrived earlier than expected, was protected securely double boxed. It came with instructions, written both in english and german, good, clear and well written. Materials are of hard plastic, I have no idea how much weight it could carry, but it seems durable enough for my weight (75kg). The rubber mount has a safety indicator if the bar not secure enough. Will update this after a few weeks of usage. The grip foam is firm and of just the right diameter for the average hand. Installation was easy, a person could do it alone actually but for safety purposes, it is recommended to install the bar with another person assisting you. Considering the price, it's a good deal. Easy to install and gets the job done.

Da die Bestellung der Klimmzustange bei einer anderen Firma nicht geklappt hat, habe ich die Teleskop Klimmzugstange von BoarderKING bei Amazon gekauft. Die Klimmzugstange wurde innerhalb von 2 Tagen gut verpackt und ohne Mängel geliefert. Ich habe sie ausführlich getestet. Meine Beurteilung in Stichpunkten: ⭑ saubere Verarbeitung und ohne Mängel ⭑ Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ⭑ Klimmzustange nur in Türstücke aus Hartholz oder Metall einklemmen. Ansonsten zwischen zwei Wänden positionieren. Hier sollte Ihr darauf achten, dass es sich nicht um eine Trennwand aus Ripis handelt. ⭑ die Enden der Klimmzugstange hinterlassen an der Wand keine Spuren, weil sie nicht hineingedreht, sondern eingeklemmt werden. ⭑ bombenfester Klemmmechanismus - Tipp: Beim Befestigen würde ich keine Wasserwaage verwenden, sondern optisch die Klimmzugstange von vorne und von oben ausrichten. Anschließend mit beiden Händen am Ende der Klimmzugstange nach unten ziehen und die Stange in die Halteschuhe „einrasten“ lassen. Ich wiege fast 70kg und die Klimmzugstange hat bisher keinen Millimeter nachgegeben! Since ordering the pull-up bar from another company didn't work out, I bought the telescopic pull-up bar from BoarderKING on Amazon. The pull-up bar arrived well-packaged and without any defects within two days. I tested it thoroughly. My review in bullet points: ⭑ Clean workmanship and no defects ⭑ Good value for money ⭑ Only clamp the pull-up bar into door frames made of hardwood or metal. Otherwise, position it between two walls. Make sure it's not a partition made of plywood. ⭑ The ends of the pull-up bar leave no marks on the wall because they are clamped in place, not screwed in. ⭑ Rock-solid clamping mechanism - Tip: When attaching it, I wouldn't use a spirit level, but rather visually align the pull-up bar from the front and from above. Then, pull down on the end of the pull-up bar with both hands until the bar "clicks" into the clamps. I weigh almost 70 kg and the pull-up bar hasn't budged an inch! This pull-up bar isn't just useful for various pull-up variations, but can also be used for the following exercises/purposes: ⭑ Push-ups ⭑ As a pulley station (attach a carabiner with a pulley) ⭑ Step-ups (attach a sling) ⭑ Attaching resistance bands ⭑ Foot fixation for sit-ups. Da ich noch nie eine solche Klimmzugstange besessen habe, war ich sehr skeptisch ob, so ein Klemmmechanismus und die Anzeige für den sicheren Halt dieser Stange denn wirklich funktionieren. Ich habe mich für diese Stange entschieden, weil sie verspricht, dass sie gut und sicher hält und auch recht günstig ist. Zudem kann man die Stange bis auf 110 cm Breite herausschrauben. Als ich das Paket erhielt, war ich überrascht, dass so schwer war. Kurzum, die Stange ist recht solide und hält gut im Türrahmen (Metall) ohne ihn zu verbiegen (zumindest am ersten Tag). Der Schaumstoff der Griffe ist auch in Ordnung. Danach habe ich die Stange quer in meinem schmalen Flur (ca. 100 cm) angebracht, weil ich sie da höher anbringen kann. Ich habe stabile Ziegelwände und das funktioniert sehr gut. So gut sogar, dass ich mir dann ein paar Turnringe zugelegt habe, die ich auch hin wieder nutze. Die Gurte zum Aufhängen laufen einmal über die Stange. Ich ziehe die Stange vor dem Training immer schön fest und lockere sie danach etwas.

Since I'd never owned a pull-up bar like this before, I was very skeptical about whether the clamping mechanism and the indicator for a secure hold would actually work. I chose this bar because it promised a good, secure hold and was also quite affordable. Plus, you can extend the bar up to 110 cm wide. When I received the package, I was surprised by how heavy it was. In short, the bar is quite sturdy and holds well in the metal door frame without bending it (at least on the first day). The foam grips are also fine. After that, I mounted the bar horizontally in my narrow hallway (about 100 cm wide) because I could position it higher there. I have solid brick walls, and it works very well. So well, in fact, that I then bought some gymnastic rings, which I also use occasionally. The straps for hanging it run once around the bar. I always tighten the bar well before training and loosen it a little afterward.

Ich bin mit der Stange bisher sehr gut zufrieden. Es gibt ein paar Prinzip bedingte Punkte, die man beachten sollte: - Man kann im Obergriff nicht breiter greifen als die Tür, bzw die Griffläche ist. Die Stange eignet sich daher vor allem für den Untergriff. - Ein Holztürrahmen wird unter Umständen etwas gespreizt, wodurch kleine Spalte entstehen können. - Das genau gerade Anbringen der Stange ist alleine eine kleine Herausforderung, aber durchaus machbar. Wenn man sich aber für dieses Prinzip von Klimmzugstange entscheidet, erhält man ein solides Produkt: - Gute Verarbeitung, nichts wackelt oder biegt sich durch (bei 80 kg). - Wenn man sie ordentlich fest zieht, rutscht nichts. Durch den Klemmmechanismus fürchtet man sich auch nicht vorm Abstürzen. - Die Griffe haben für mich einen passenden Durchmesser und einen angenehmen Bezug. - Die Enden hinterlassen keine Spuren am Türrahmen. - Die Stange kommt fertig montiert und mit einer deutschen Gebrauchsanweisung. Daher insgesamt eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

So far, I'm very happy with the bar. There are a few inherent points to consider: - You can't grip wider than the door frame (or gripping surface) when using an overhand grip. Therefore, the bar is best suited for an underhand grip. - A wooden door frame might be slightly spread, which could create small gaps. - Mounting the bar perfectly straight is a bit of a challenge on your own, but definitely doable. However, if you opt for this type of pull-up bar, you'll get a solid product: - Good workmanship; nothing wobbles or bends (even with my 80 kg weight). - If you tighten it properly, nothing slips. Thanks to the clamping mechanism, you don't have to worry about falling. - The grips have a suitable diameter for me and a comfortable covering. - The ends don't leave marks on the door frame. - The bar arrives fully assembled and with German instructions. Therefore, I highly recommend it!
