Nachdem das erste Gerät einen Defekt hatte, den ich über Klarstein gut reklamieren konnte, kam das Ersatzgerät mit Verzögerung nach etwa 14 Tagen.Die Bedienungsanleitung sagt was man tun muss. Das Gerät ist intuitiv und einfach zu bedienen.Ein großes Manko ist ein fehlendes Rezeptheft.Die App von Klarstein ist eine Katastrophe.Ich stelle damit überwiegend Pflanzenmilch her und die Rezepte liefert Klarstein nicht.Es gibt Unmengen verschiedener Milchsorten, für einen Hersteller, der eine Pflanzenmilchmaschine auf den Markt bringt, für den sollte ein Rezeptheft, ob digital oder analog, keine Hürde darstellen.Mittlerweile habe ich mit einigen Sorten (Soja, Mandel, Hafer, Kokos) experimentiert und bin mit dem Ergebnis mehr als zufrieden.Das die Maschine nach der Herstellung der Milch sofort in den Spülmodus schaltet und man, hört man das piepen nicht, neben dem Spülwasser in der Milch, eine riesige Sauerei hat, finde ich jetzt nicht so schlimm.Wem das 1x passiert ist, der sieht sich vor...Eine Rezeptsammlung zur Herstellung von Pflanzenmilch würde die Bewertung für mich auf 5 Sterne heben.

After the first unit had a defect, which I was able to easily claim through Klarstein, the replacement arrived after a delay of about 14 days. The instruction manual explains everything you need to know. The device is intuitive and easy to use. A major drawback is the lack of a recipe booklet. The Klarstein app is a disaster. I primarily use it to make plant-based milk, and Klarstein doesn't provide any recipes. There are countless different types of milk available; for a manufacturer launching a plant-based milk maker, a recipe booklet, whether digital or printed, shouldn't be an obstacle. I've now experimented with several varieties (soy, almond, oat, coconut) and am more than satisfied with the results. I don't find it so bad that the machine immediately switches to rinsing mode after making the milk, and if you don't hear the beeping, you end up with a huge mess in addition to the rinse water in the milk. Anyone who's experienced this once should beware... A recipe collection for making plant-based milk would raise my rating to 5 stars.

Habe dieses Gerät nun schon fast ein Jahr in Benutzung und bin nach wie vor begeistert.Anfangs habe ich lange gezögert, wegen des hohen Preises, aber nachdem dann mein alte Sojamilchmaschine allmählich auseinander fiel, ging es nicht mehr anders.Und ich wollte v.a. eine robuste und kräftige Maschine zur häufigen, regelmäßigen Verwendung, hauptsächlich zur Sojamilchbereitung (die ich dann meist weiterverarbeite zu Sojaghurt); und v.a. wollte ich keinen Mixerbehälter mehr aus Plastik, welches früher oder später bei dieser Belastung brüchig wird, so wie bei meinem alten Gerät (das übrigens damals auch schon ganz schön teuer war).Was mich begeistert ist, dass diese Maschine alles enorm fein zerkleinert, seien es nun Sojabohnen (eingeweicht) oder Nüsse oder Getreide. Alles ist am Ende so fein, dass man schon ein extrem feines Sieb benötigt, um damit noch etwas herausfiltern zu können. Bei meiner alten Maschine musste ich die Sojamilch am Ende durch ein Sieb filtern, um überhaupt eine Milch-artige Konsistenz zu bekommen, denn es waren sehr grobe Sojabohnenreste im Endprodukt und eine entsprechend große Menge an groben Material musste nach dem Filtern dann entsorgt werden; welche eine Verschwendung! Bei dieser Maschine ist ein Sieben in der Regel nicht mehr nötig, ich kann alles sofort verwenden. Allenfalls bei Nussmilch für den Milchaufschäumer von Kaffeeautomaten verwende ich ein (wirklich extrem feines) Sieb, wonach aber die Rückstände ebenfalls erstaunlich gering ausfallen.Was mir auch sehr gefällt ist, dass die Maschine ausreichend Programme für verschiedene Milcharten hat, und sich grob auch die Menge einstellen lässt (angefangen bei 300 ml in 300 ml Schritten bis zu 1200 ml). Ich mache damit hauptsächlich Sojamilch, 900 ml, sowie gelegentlich Milch aus Mandeln, Cashewkernen (optimal als Ersatz für Kuhmilch für den Kaffee), sowie Reis und Hafer. Die Endprodukte sind für mich perfekt. Und da die Milch gut durcherhitzt ist, ist sie auch länger im Kühlschrank haltbar.Sehr gut ist auch die automatische Reinigung nach jedem Durchgang und die Option für eine sehr gründliche extra Reinigung (welche ich bisher noch nicht benutzen musste).Genaugenommen ist der Ablauf aber eher halbautomatisch, weil man nach dem Ende der Milchbereitung den Milchbehälter (übrigens aus schwerem massiven Glas, also kein Plastikschrott!) entfernen muss, bevor dann die Maschine mit der Reinigung weitermacht. Denn das Reinigungswasser wird in einen kleinen Behälter unter der Milchkanne abgelassen.Die Reinigung läuft zwar schon unmittelbar nach dem Ablassen der Milch an, aber das Reinigungswasser des ersten Durchgangs wird solange zurückgehalten, bis man den MIlchbehälter entfernt hat (das ist insbesondere wichtig zu wissen bei Zeitprogrammen, wenn man nicht gleich zur Stelle ist).Und nach dem Reinigungsdurchlauf, der in mehreren Stufen erfolgt und den Mixerbehälter schon sehr gründlich sauber macht, beginnt dann ein Trocknungslauf (wozu das Innere des Mixerbehälters erwärmt wird). Dazu wäre es am besten, wenn man den Deckel des Mixerbehälters entfernt, damit die Feuchtigkeit besser entweichen kann (ist aber nicht unbedingt nötig).Der Mixer hat sehr kräftige Messer und der Mixerbehälter ist aus sehr massivem Glas, das man sogar zur manuellen Reinigung entnehmen kann (habe ich aber noch nicht gemacht).Der Decke des Mixerbehälters ist ebenfalls sehr massiv gearbeitet. Er hat einen kleinen ovalen Einsatz, der für den Druckausgleich sorgt und den man zwecks manueller Reinigung auch entnehmen kann.Überhaut macht alles einen sehr robusten, widerstandsfähigen Eindruck (zumindest die Teile, die wirklich einer größeren Belastung ausgesetzt sind).Der Mixermotor dreht sehr hoch (höher als alle anderen Mixer, die ich mir so angesehen habe), angetrieben von einem sehr krätigen Motor mit ausreichender Leistung.Am Ende sind selbst harte Nüsse (selbst wenn ich diese vorher nicht einweiche) extrem fein vermahlen.Dabei ist die Maschine zwar nicht gerade flüsterleise, aber immer noch auf einem erstaunlich niedrigen Geräuschpegel, absolut akzeptabel (und wesentlich leiser als meine alte Sojamilchmaschine).Und dann gibt es da leider doch noch ein kleines Manko, das zumindest ich feststellen musste: Der Kopf des Schneidmessers (dort wo es mit der Motorwelle verbunden ist) begann schon nach kurzer Zeit zu rosten! Ich habe mich damit beholfen, dass ich nach jeder Benutzung (nach Ablauf der Trocknungsphase) mit einem Finger den Schneidmesserkopf mit etwas Öl benetze; ich benutze dafür Kokosöl und reibe damit die Oberfläche des Schneidmesserkopfes kurz ein. Seitdem rostet da nichts mehr. Also keine große Sache, was ansonsten den sehr guten Eindruck nicht weiter trübt.

I've been using this appliance for almost a year now and I'm still thrilled with it. Initially, I hesitated because of the high price, but after my old soy milk maker gradually fell apart, I had no choice. I wanted a robust and powerful machine for frequent, regular use, primarily for making soy milk (which I then usually process into soy yogurt); and above all, I didn't want another plastic blender container that would eventually become brittle under such stress, like my old one (which, by the way, was quite expensive even back then). What I love about this machine is that it grinds everything incredibly finely, whether it's soaked soybeans, nuts, or grains. Everything ends up so fine that you need an extremely fine sieve to filter anything out. With my old machine, I had to filter the soy milk through a sieve at the end to even get a milk-like consistency, because there were very coarse soybean remnants in the final product, and a correspondingly large amount of coarse material had to be discarded after filtering—what a waste! With this machine, sieving is usually no longer necessary; I can use everything immediately. I only use a (really extremely fine) sieve for nut milk for the milk frother of coffee machines, but even then, the residue is surprisingly minimal. What I also really like is that the machine has enough programs for different types of milk, and the quantity can also be roughly adjusted (starting at 300 ml in 300 ml increments up to 1200 ml). I mainly use it to make 900 ml of soy milk, as well as occasionally milk from almonds, cashews (perfect as a substitute for cow's milk in coffee), rice, and oats. The end products are perfect for me. And since the milk is thoroughly heated, it also keeps longer in the refrigerator. The automatic cleaning after each cycle is also very good, as is the option for a very thorough extra cleaning (which I haven't had to use yet). Strictly speaking, the process is more semi-automatic, because after the milk preparation is complete, you have to remove the milk container (made of heavy, solid glass, by the way, so no cheap plastic!) before the machine continues with the cleaning. The cleaning water is drained into a small container under the milk jug. The cleaning process starts immediately after the milk is drained, but the cleaning water from the first cycle is retained until you've removed the milk container (this is particularly important to know for timed programs if you're not immediately available). After the cleaning cycle, which takes place in several stages and cleans the blender container very thoroughly, a drying cycle begins (for which the inside of the blender container is heated). It would be best to remove the lid of the blender container so that the moisture can escape more easily (but this isn't strictly necessary). The blender has very powerful blades, and the blender container is made of very sturdy glass that can even be removed for manual cleaning (though I haven't done this yet). The lid of the blender container is also very robust. It has a small oval insert that ensures pressure equalization and can be removed for manual cleaning. Overall, everything makes a very robust and durable impression (at least the parts that are actually subjected to greater stress). The blender motor revs very high (higher than any other blender I've looked at), driven by a very powerful motor with ample power. In the end, even hard nuts (even without soaking them beforehand) are ground extremely finely. While the machine isn't exactly whisper-quiet, it's still at a surprisingly low noise level, perfectly acceptable (and significantly quieter than my old soy milk blender). And then there is, unfortunately, one small drawback that I, at least, had to notice: The head of the blade (where it connects to the motor shaft) started to rust after only a short time! I solved this by lightly oiling the blade head with my finger after each use (once it has dried). I use coconut oil for this and briefly rub it onto the surface of the cutting blade head. Since then, there's been no more rust. So, no big deal, which otherwise doesn't detract from the very good impression.

Le he dado cinco estrellas por varios motivos, aunque he estado a punto de poner cuatro por un par de detalles.En lo positivo, máquina que hace la leche buenísima (es lo que buscamos), y lo permite de la forma lo más natural posible (agua y almendras en mi caso). Buen diseño, pantalla táctil e iluminada, los materiales se ve de calidad, funcionamiento automático (pones los ingredientes, seleccionas programa, y ya está), y algo genial, la función auto limpieza, que deja la máquina perfecta y evita mucho engorro.Sin embargo, a punto he estado de las cuatro estrellas por un par de detalles, que a algunos les parecerán más importantes que a otros, pero para mi lo son: no vienen instrucciones en castellano (he tenido que buscarlas en pdf), y la aplicación sólo trae unas pocas recetas para la máquina (con lo que está queda desaprovechada a explorar nuevas elaboraciones).

I've given it five stars for several reasons, although I almost gave it four for a couple of minor issues. On the positive side, the machine makes delicious milk (which is what we're looking for), and it does so in the most natural way possible (water and almonds in my case). It has a good design, a touchscreen, and a backlit display. The materials seem high-quality, and it operates automatically (you add the ingredients, select the program, and that's it). A fantastic feature is the self-cleaning function, which leaves the machine spotless and saves a lot of hassle. However, I almost gave it four stars for a couple of minor issues, which some may consider more important than others, but for me they are: the instructions aren't in Spanish (I had to find them in PDF format), and the app only includes a few recipes for the machine (which means it's not really used to its full potential for exploring new recipes).
