Arrived damaged, they compensated me £80 for the cosmetic damage. I then proceeded to use it & it also had mechanical issues… they tried to wash there hands with me. Terrible company to deal with if something goes wrong. Now have an ongoing battle with them to get it replaced. Have had to get Paypal involved! BUYERS BEWARE

Die Medien konnten nicht geladen werden.
  Die Maschine arbeitet leise, ist einfach zu bedienen und wartungsfreundlich. Auch ohne Bedienungsanleitung wäre es für technisch normal versierte Personen kein Problem, die Reinigung nach Nutzung durchzuführen. Ein winziger Minuspunkt: Die Höhe ist mit 39 9 Zentimetern angegeben, sie beträgt jedoch 45 Zentimeter. Trotzdem ziehe ich keinen Punkt ab, da ich von der Qualität der Bauteile, der Bedienerfreundlichkeit, der geringen Geräusch Kulisse und dem Ergebnis/Softeis begeistert bin. Kaufempfehlung!

The media could not be loaded. The machine works quietly, is easy to use and easy to maintain. Even without an instruction manual, it would be no problem for people with normal technical knowledge to clean it after use. One tiny minus point: the height is given as 39.9 centimeters, but it is actually 45 centimeters. Despite this, I am not deducting a point because I am impressed by the quality of the components, the user-friendliness, the low noise level and the result/soft ice cream. Recommended purchase!
